I had a Coronary Angiotomography on 11/28/23, excellent service since my arrival, the doorman who opened the car door for me to get out, the reception had excellent service, a 10 for the girls at the service and the interview and at the location of the exam I was very well looked after by the Nursing Team and the Doctor who carried out the exam. Hospital Mãe de Deus was once a reference hospital in Porto Alegre, but it is currently in terrible condition. Nursing technicians unprepared to care for people, too long waiting times, information that exam machines - resonance, x-ray, are "damaged" (which would be a reason for delays and rescheduling of exams), structure is very bad (broken tables, beds that don't work), poor hygiene (hospital waste on the floor in the medication room, such as bloody gauze and used cotton), hospitalization schedules are not followed (meals are delivered many hours late to patients ), between others. Hospital Mãe de Deus currently leaves something to be desired and any possible inspection of minimum requirements should even be able to penalize them. Relatives of patients talk to each other there and the vast majority are perplexed by what they are doing with Hospital Mãe de Deus, which was once a reference entity. Currently, Hospital Moinhos de Vento and Complexo da Santa Casa de Porto Alegre are far ahead in every way.

I think you should paint that zebra area better, as it's a little faded. As far as I know, you can't go over it. The hospital in general is good, so far I have received good care in consultations and exams, but today in the ENT the attendants at 217 are to be congratulated for their incompetence. Good afternoon!! My name is Taynara, and I was admitted to the unit on 11/3/2023... with severe headaches and vomiting, and was soon sent for exams and measurements. I was immediately taken to the ICU, with full medical supervision from Dr Giuliano and his emergency team. On the 4th (Saturday), after more tests, a tumor was seen requiring surgery, which was carried out last Thursday, 11/24. The surgery was a success, the entire tumor was removed without any further complications. Today Monday, 11/27, I left the ICU and am recovering in the room. I would first like to thank God for the entire process, and for the Dona Helena team... from the nurses in the emergency, ICU and maternity ward. Thank you for all the love and care, to everyone I had the pleasure of meeting, they made this struggle easier, they all brought me a lot of confidence and serenity. I've been with my grandmother at HDH twice in the last 30 days. The first time on October 21st in orthopedics, service provided by the doctor Barbara Miroski de Oliveira Pinto. The second appointment was today, a clinical appointment by doctor Murilo Melocra. In both appointments, the doctors were very clear, detailed and were excellent in their consultations. Even though consultations were carried out in the emergency room, the service was very complete and all possible information was provided. Service at reception and screening was also very good and courteous.

On Saturday, 02/08, my wife and I were admitted to the hospital through the emergency ward. We needed obstetric care. The reception was perfect. The nurses were amazing. The doctor who carried out the first assessment did well. But everything fell apart when they told us that there was NO doctor responsible for ultrasounds at the hospital, they were on alert. This specific doctor was supposed to be at the beach, as it took him over an hour to arrive. When he attended to my wife, he treated it as if it were nothing. A cretin. In a moment of total fragility. Irresponsibility on the part of the hospital for not having a team on duty (probably to save a few bucks) and the doctor is certainly from that new generation who only thinks about fundraising. Ultrasound care was vital for us, regardless of whether it changed the result or not. We just wanted an answer. The doctor (whose name I will refrain from mentioning here, but you will find out from the ombudsman) came in, gave the diagnosis and simply left. He left the rest to the other doctor who attended to us first (very well) and to the nurses. There's no point in having a hospital that prides itself on having whatever it is, with each professional identified by the color of their uniform and having emergency medical care that is rubbish. Ridiculous. Unfortunate for a hospital that was once a reference in the region. As for the doctor, I wish him no harm. I just want life to give him the same treatment he gives his patients. And I say this from the heart because there is time to change and be better.

Terrible hospitalization, few employees, they make the patient do the work, you need to call or ask for sheets, pillowcases, bath towels via QRCOD, I asked for a bathtub so I could bathe my baby, it took more than an hour to arrive, the employee who brings it the bathtub cannot bring towels, the patient needs to use the hospital system to request towels, sheets, pillowcases, hygiene items... and 1 item at a time, in an order you cannot, for example, request sheets, towels and blanket, you have to order one item at a time for the companion and the patient. I am the companion responsible for my 5 month old baby, I also have the flu, I requested hot water to make tea at 10 pm and they told me that the kitchen in a HOSPITAL does not work at night, I have never seen this, an emergency room, a patient in hospitalization and not having hot water. They serve 3 meals a day, breakfast at 7:00 am, lunch at 1:00 pm and dinner at 7:00 pm, during these intervals if you want to order something via app, you cannot go down to reception to receive it, no one at reception can go up to bring your food and no staff can look at your child who is hospitalized for you to go down to reception for 3 minutes to receive the food, you are forced to go hungry or buy it at the hospital cafe. My rating for hospitalization is terrible, if I need it again I won't come back here, good accommodation but the system is terrible service, not even a public hospital is that bad.

It is, at the very least, a lack of empathy and respect for the health of little ones. Now with these traumas, I probably won't take it anymore. If I need it again, I will go to São Luiz. But, I congratulate Dr Daigo, who once, when I was being seen by him and needed to return, as soon as he saw me, he immediately called me and immediately released us, since there was no one else in the waiting room. Super attentive, agile and helpful.
