Omg I had to walk to the nurses station for everything from a blanket to medication. They have no tv in the rooms. They take for ever. You have to wait 6-8 hours to get something done. Just go to a regular clinic in Barranquilla they are not as nice but they get things done.

My recent experience at this medical facility was incredibly disappointing. Pre and post surgical nursing staff use notebooks and handwritten notes as a the regular protocol for patient care. If your family receives a call from the OR team with a request (for information or supplies) and wish for you to ring the door, expect no responses to either of the two doors and one window.
