I have an appointment that I have been waiting for for more than two months because there is no agenda, it is supposed to be at 9:20, it is 9:35 and I am in line to be able to check in from 8:40 and nothing is moving forward. The tedious thing about the place is always in the billing area. The appointment is practically lost.

In the emergency room the service is complicated, especially because of the nurses, but in hospitalization things change and it is very nice, the doctors are always kind and the little angels are sweet.

The worst hospital arrived due to an emergency of a cut finger at work since 8pm and it is 330am and no doctor or anyone shows up to take the respective points, the doctors sleeping and the worst people on the floor

It is a clinic that does not have the slightest cleanliness requirements. Dishes, food, urine on the floor, ducks full of urine, wheelchairs remain in the hallways and inside the patients' reference room, thus generating bad odors and bad appearance. and a hostile environment. Nurses do not remain on site when patients require them. Patients have to be alert when the catheter bag is full and if they don't pick it up it overflows and makes a puddle of urine and it can go on all day and no one comes to clean it. They only allow one person to visit, but if another person arrives and the patient does not have any family members, they do not allow entry, because it is only one person per day. To enter the ICU they do not allow anything moral to be brought in with the toiletries but everything must be carried by hand. Visitors' personal belongings must be stored in a locker and do not provide any security. Once in the ICU he has to remove his rings, watch and other items. It really is a real ordeal. At the entrance door, the patient list is not updated and it can take more than 1/2 hour for the guard to communicate with the floor to verify if the patient is there or not. Don't let your patients be taken there. It seems that the service was alms. I can't explain how health allows the operation of this type of services and does not monitor the operation of the institution. When they release the patient, it takes more than 5 hours to leave because they only allow a single person to enter to do the procedures and to find the doctor who will give recommendations for the patient.

I had my baby last 10/6/2023 and the experience was excellent. I highlight the attention and professionalism of the staff, the attention to detail, the special way they have of making the mother and the family feel good and making things easy. The facilities are comfortable although in some areas they are under construction. To improve 3 things: the cafeteria (the food is really not very good, I opted for delivery), the Internet (I was never really able to connect, but with the data plan it was solved), and it would be ideal if it could be done in one time the civil registration of the newborn at the clinic so as not to have to go around searching where and waiting in lines later. The waiting room is horrible. There are patients lying everywhere on the floor. The runners. There is no decent place for the elderly while they undergo examinations and remain under observation. There is one bathroom for many people. And they don't clean it. This is in the emergency room. It is a site where all rights are violated

I hae been there a few times, because my insurance has them as a provider. Once I managed to secure an appointment, all works; however setting up an appointment can be a formidable task, as they dont answer the phone and if they do they pass the buck to sumeone else, or worse they ask you to call a bunch of wrong numbers. The whatsup useless. Today I spent 4 hours trying to get an apointment without any luck. I will soon go in person with a spy camera and will publish my experience on all available social media. What a shame, good doctors and deplorable IT and customer service. Management is unreachable for some strange reason (NOT !!!)

Good facilities with the different equipment and logistics that a medical center must have and qualified personnel to care for the different patients who are referred there. The facilities are spacious, illuminated, with air conditioning and with staff always ready to help. The parking lot is large and free.

After entering the emergency room, they delay people up to 3 hours for a simple injection. The staff meets in the offices to talk on the cell phone and chat; Very few give priority to what is really an EMERGENCY service.

Terrible human attention, lack of humility on the part of doctors in the intensive care unit 2 floor beds from 1 to 25, especially women, my mother as a family member went to ask something, and addressed the first uniformed person calling her "woman "Do me a favor" and the lady responds, "I'm not a woman, I'm a doctor" and she leaves without saying another word. My brother, as a patient, takes too long to perform assisted position changes and personal hygiene. It lasted more than 1 hour being with him. the dirty diaper, but they do see a cell phone in the family member's hands and they run to tell them to put it away, and they use it as if nothing had happened, what a lack of respect.

Do not come here even if you think that your dying or have any serious medical problem, absolutely terrible care and attention takes 6-12 hours for them to even do simple blood test or any real examinations. Really there rating should BE honest and lower then where it currently is, also technologically speaking their WAY behind.

If you need immediate medical attention do not come here this is absolutely the worst hospital I've ever had to come, unfortunately, I almost died here from a heart attack and they did nothing to help me except treat me like a ragdoll. Absolute garbage attention and no care for the patients, I literally had to waddle my way out of that hospital as If this is a movie, I would give them ZERO STARS if I could, save uour time and go elsewhere.

As a foreigner I was sent to Reina Sofia 4 times to solve my problem, everyone did a good job even though my problem was not solved. The biggest thanks go to Paula Rodriguez and Maria Paula Mantilla, who go extra mile and are super helpful. Paula was there for me even outside of her working time. This is really appreciated.

Wife and I had our oldest child here. Expenses out of pocket weren’t so bad, staff is somewhat lacking in knowledge. They couldn’t figure out the leg stirrups on the birthing bed, I had to put them up. Clean place, but don’t seem to have a great bedside. Very pushy on breastfeeding, I was not to thrilled with them. But one of the better options in Bogota.

My cousin has been sitting in a chair with gallstones for three days waiting for an evaluation from the surgeon. They don't even put her on a stretcher because they simply don't have one or they don't feel like it. How sad this poor service is!

Horrible! Dont go to this clinic. The most unfriendly employees I have experienced in this Hospital. Yes I do speak spanish but once I didnt understand smth the lady just ignored me! Errors start already in front of the Clinic. Apparently they don't know the difference between a Swiss flag and a medical (red!!!) cross. So my question: is this a Swiss Clinic??? Of course not...

My mom got a well planned surgery in this Clinic. Excellent outstanding service what a relief. Fast service, very diligent and well trained all staff. Great place to get well and get some recovery. If you get sick go there you will be fine quickly. Do not visit Los Nogales clinic or La Colina. Marly is the best! Thank you all for your service! Mom is doing great. Omg I had to walk to the nurses station for everything from a blanket to medication. They have no tv in the rooms. They take for ever. You have to wait 6-8 hours to get something done. Just go to a regular clinic in Barranquilla they are not as nice but they get things done.

An amazing facility with an amazing level of care. Better than any US or German hospital I have ever been in. The office of international patients is very professional and thorough. Dr. Taboada is very thorough and professional. I can't recommend this hospital enough. Super experience.

I came to see if giving birth at Serena del Mar was an option. When I was given a tour of where the mothers and babies stay it was great. I was told to male an appointment to be seen by an obgyn so that they would have a history of me. The nurse took my info days before my appointment but apparently never followed through with setting up my profile. I showed up for my appointment and was never told who I would be seen by. Dr Maria Fernanda Toro Wils was upset that she had to wait on me because the staff had not created my profile. I finally went into my appointment with the doctor and she scolded me and told me she had no time we had to rush. I told her I did not understand whybinwas being treated this way when her staff was a mess. She told me she always does 40 minutes and she dedicated about 20 minutes if that. I left there feeling so upset and totally changed my mind about having my baby there. The treatment from Dr. MARIA Fernanda Toro Wils was terrible. I would not recommend her or her staff in a million years.
