The Colsanitas service is getting worse and worse. It took more than three hours to attend after the triage assessment. Due to the case, we were required to leave for observation for a few hours and they told us that they would take us up to the second floor. They took us to an improvised room where the clinic's laboratory used to function, it even still has the signs and furniture. I wonder if this is authorized by the health secretary to care for patients under observation, that is, now in any space they place stretchers with curtains that separate and that's it. I don't understand why Colsanitas Prepaid Medicine does things like this, each time their attention is more delayed, their quality is more deficient, their patient care and now it's time to put up with where they want to place the patients. The amounts paid are not economical and if one enrolls and pays for this service, it is to have more timely care, greater access to specialists and better care in the locations, suddenly it occurs to them to open an observation room in the parking lot...

I had my baby last 10/6/2023 and the experience was excellent. I highlight the attention and professionalism of the staff, the attention to detail, the special way they have of making the mother and the family feel good and making things easy. The facilities are comfortable although in some areas they are under construction. To improve 3 things: the cafeteria (the food is really not very good, I opted for delivery), the Internet (I was never really able to connect, but with the data plan it was solved), and it would be ideal if it could be done in one time the civil registration of the newborn at the clinic so as not to have to go around searching where and waiting in lines later. But most importantly, the clinic is a 10/10. Many thanks for everything.
