Good experience I went to the emergency room on a Sunday afternoon, although they took a while to see me shortly after they put me in the observation room and blood tests were performed. The results came back in about an hour and I was given an accurate diagnosis that same night by a specialist doctor. When leaving, the account was about 16k but they delivered all the documents to make the insurance valid, so there was no problem claiming the refund.

They do not have a changing table for babies in any bathroom in the entire building, I had to change my baby on the bathroom floor as a last resort, I cannot believe that in such a busy place they have not thought about those of us who have that need, for sure the administrators and / or directors do not have children. Very bad for what they charge and for the prestige they claim to have.

I arrived at an appointment at 5:30 according to my appointment at that time and they made me wait. I think it has a lot to do with whether you arrive on time and they still make you wait if you make an appointment so you don't have to wait, but I hope they change that 🙏

Poor emergency service
Bad treatment with the nurses who to begin with even bothered to do their job, bad faces and there was a nurse who didn't even know how to take the temperature, she said that my child needed to have blood tests taken because he had 39° and I asked him to see me They gave me the thermometer so I could check it and it was 36.5.
Apart from being super late, asking and asking and they don't know how to say what...
I decided better to get it out of there because if one is paying for "good" attention because it is "private" it is better to take it to another than if they gave it the attention it should.
In my point of view I will not return

I arrived at the emergency room due to severe abdominal pain, they did studies and it turned out to be the appendix, they treated me very well,
the nurses are very kind, attentive and fun, I really appreciate the great treatment, I definitely recommend it, it is a hospital where I will bring my whole family!

Brought my tio for the first time to this hospital as a emergency. He had surgery and we were quoted a price. Discharge day came and the price they had quoted went up by a couple of thousands. Nothing could be done about it.... Please don't come here, go to another hospital save yourself from these thiefs

I came to this hospital in October 2021 to get a tubal reversal. We made the decision to go to Mexico for surgery because of the cost compared to the U.S and I don’t regret my decision! It was clean, professional, and comfortable. The doctor who performed my surgery explained everything to my husband and I thoroughly and even showed us pictures. Although I do recommend taking someone with you if you can, who is bilingual because some of the nurses and I had trouble communicating since I don’t know Spanish, luckily my husband does and was able to translate things though. Maritza was the person who facilitated the appointment and was very responsive, she even met us at the hospital on a Saturday (the day of my appointment) to check us in. Most importantly though my tubal reversal was successful! I’ve had an hsg procedure back home in San Diego which confirmed this. I have not gotten pregnant yet though but I’m hopeful it will happen soon.I just wanted to share my experience to any other person it may help.

I highly recommend anyone who is thinking of having a sort of medical procedure this is the place to have it done. I am over the moon with how well I was treated by not only the nurses and hospital staff but Dr. S, Dr. Mariana, Penelope and Maritza were exceptionally wonderful to work with. I had weight loss revision surgery and could not be happier. I will be going back at some point for plastics. Thank y’all for being so good to me and my mom.

They allow themselves to be charged as a 5-star hospital and it is not. The nursing service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. You ring the bell and they never help you or if they help you it's because they're going for something else. I was hospitalized for 4 days and better I learned to manage the serum control boxes and if I needed something better I would stop to go to the infirmary's reception... Of course, they don't shake their hands to get paid.

I expected much more from this hospital, I don't have insurance so I had to pay the full bill. It was an account of 200k for a single night, the service is mediocre, from the moment you arrive the facilities are half emhhh, obviously they make you fill out all your paperwork and leave a deposit of 150k. The bed was horrible, the most uncomfortable I've ever been in and look at how I've had about 10 operations including the public health system and I dare say this was the worst, all the nurses had no idea of anything, they didn't know when to change the Medicines or anything, the cleaning of the room was bad, they left the dirty food tray until they arrived with the next meal. I liked the location since my parents were able to go to Paseo Acoxpa to have fun. And a recognition to the nurse Ana María, nurses like them are to be appreciated, with high vocation and dedication. The food was so-so. There are still many things to improve in the hospital, it looks very new or improvised. It is not one of my favorites and if I can avoid it I will.

The facilities are quite clean and pleasant, at least the room that was assigned to me was quite nice, clean and comfortable, unlike others that are a little simpler that I had the opportunity to see right here, I don't know if they still exist or have been remodeled, but I don't have any complaint.
The extremely friendly staff from the first moment, from administrative, security, nutrition and especially nursing, attentive at all times and for any little thing regardless of the time, after my surgery I asked for a blanket and in a minute I already had a thermal, I asked for my glasses and they brought them to my room in another building.
Quality staff checked into the room daily to ask if I was comfortable and receiving good care.
The only thing that was quite complicated was the entrance, since it took 3 hours due to lack of availability of rooms, despite the fact that it was already scheduled. Same thing with check in and out, it took too long.
Still, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

I entered because of my daughter's major medical expenses and from then on they think that since you don't absorb all the expenses, they can give you mediocre care, to begin with they put you on one side of the building where everyone has major medical expenses, what's up? a floor for children where there are games and themes for children, the emergency area is very deficient, you practically have to wait outside and they are quite late, since urgently they do nothing, the administrative areas seem worse than the ISSTE or IMSS for real What a pity that charging what they charge they don't have much better service, you see them talking or really eating I was going to put a video of all this but I didn't want to harm the ladies, of course if you pay a lot more money the service is 100 and what there is an area that looks like the fourth apartments, it is understood that they deal with a lot of people but there must be more empathy.

Unfortunately the hospital staff seem to have the only goal of making as much money off you as possible, recommending exams and treatments that are not needed or very, very excessive. On top of that, their professional knowledge is so poor I had a X ray technician and a doctor telling me I have a condition by which my organs are on the opposite side of where they should be because they were looking at my X rays flipped the wrong way around. In short avoid if you can!

I would definitely not go back to that hospital, I had ankle surgery and the admitting people are unbelievably incapable, they take too long for admission and it was supposed to be "emergency" plus the deposit I made was not refunded until I asked Due to the invoice for this, they told me that in fact I had a credit balance and that I had to return to cancel the voucher. The medical discharge that my doctor did took hours to process. In addition, the discharge took a long time because they missed an x-ray. Friendly nurses but on two occasions that I called they did not come to my room. Good facilities, nice spacious room and my excellent doctor.

Completely disappointed, everything was happiness, good facilities, perfect medical care, good emergency, wonderful nursing, good doctor, excellent food, until the day I was discharged, the nursing center took 3 hours to pass the discharge account analysis since my doctor indicated everything because they changed their system and I don't know if nobody knows how to use it or it's very bad, they loaded me with 10 jars of happiness in two days when they only used one, they supposedly had fixed it and it wasn't true since my The insured rejected the bill for those same bottles and they left me in the hospital another day when I no longer needed it, since an analysis of the accounts told me that they had already sent the corrected bill to the insurer and it was a lie, since it was already 10 pm and that Darian did not discharge me until the next day, the next day I had to go up and down, I felt kidnapped since the insurer was not refusing to pay, I just wanted the correction of the bottles that I charged They took too much until I said I'm going to go out for a patrol car because they have me kidnapped.
Administratively, they are at minus zero, very bad.
