DON’T GO THERE! Worst place I ever stepped in. I only gave my name and left and they’re charging me like I was seen by a physician. I talked to them and they said the waiting would be over 3h and I said I wouldn’t wait and they said they can’t do anything about it. Please go to ANYWHERE besides this place.
Besides that they are NOT satirized. There’s no hands sanitizers, everybody is squished in the same room and they made me take my mask off for checking my body temperature in the middle of everybody else. 100% lack of respect and are careless for patients. Even for reviews they wouldn’t care

Everyone is great Here at SM. Nurse Melissa R,Rn It’s awesome she’s there you need her and she’s so kind. I felt like I was treated like a VIP patient. I see people writing about that they have a long wait, but what can you do? It’s a hospital. A lot people coming here are not sick. They just want a free bed.
Thank you, UCLA. Hospital at Santa Monica.

This hospital has exceeded my expectations. My daughter has sickle cell and is 4 years old. She has had her number of stays at hospitals. This one is by far the BEST. She was transferred here from another hospital and I’m glad she was. Lots of nurses and Doctors were involved with her care. They all were very sweet and very patient with her. She had a person strictly dedicated to making her stay here as comfortable as possible. She was very sweet and very hands on. She spoke to her in a way she felt comfortable and enjoyed the conversation. It didn’t feel like the usual desensitized staff we got at other hospitals. Non of the nurses or doctors looked like us but it did not matter because I felt like they loved her still and respected us both very much. Her treatment was beautifully executed from everyone involved. It was organized and the rooms were well stocked. Clean rooms with plenty of things to keep her attention. They have a menu you order food from for the patient. That was cool. I had to pay 7 dollars for my meal but it included an entree with 2 sides a dissertation and drink! That was not a problem. This will be my go to hospital from this point on. Thank you to all the staff and security for the awesome hospitality and for treating me and my baby so well through a time that is always scary and stressful for us.

Without a doubt, the BEST hospital in NYC! Even the food was good. I was there for three days, and everyone was very nice, accommodating, polite, efficient, caring and professional. Even after I was released, the doctors called me at home to check on me, or called me straight back if I left a message. Really first rate treatment!

The ER room is a real joke. They have no system. They make you wait 5-6 hours before they even treat you. No one is taking charge. A true example of horrible medical attention. You’ll wait 8 hours to get a room if you need one. They discuss your medical condition in a waiting room next to everyone. It’s embarrassing. Never again to this place. Never. They should be shut for.

Horrible hospital, some of the older less funded hospitals really get a bad wrap compared to this place. It's supposed to be one of the best in the city but that's if you're in a particular tax bracket. The staff is just pure trash, unfeeling, uncaring...the list could go on. During the pandemic they were swept under an avalanche and rose to the occasion. This I will admit, but post pandemic we the patients are left to fend with burned out, inconsiderate service that needs an overhaul. I get it we're all suffering on both ends, but must patients suffer mistreatment and an absence of care coupled with life threatening illnesses when it isn't necessary?

We are so very lucky to have Duke Medical Center in our city and community . After a recent visit to the emergency room and admission our treatment was excellent. The staff in the emergency Room and in cardiology were excellent. Thank you for your treatment and your expertise.
Valet parking was so kind and accommodating .
Transport service did just as well.
I say Go to Duke for your health care.
Thank you Duke Medical Center you are number one in my book.

Amazing hospital. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The doctors were vigilant to ensure they covered all bases before releasing my husband from care. Thorough is an understatement. As I navigated the building, staff readily escorted me so I wouldn’t get lost. The nurses are top notch, knowledgeable and supportive. No rock goes unturned. State of the art equipment ensured my husband got the best evaluation available. I will never go to an average hospital again after this experience. It is your choice where to go when there isn’t a bed or you need a referral, don’t let anyone let you think otherwise. With the healthcare system stressed as it is in America, insist on going to Duke or what’s comparable in your area.

Lorraine is the absolute best nurse who by the end of 2 weeks felt like family who truly cared for me and wanted me to get answers as much as I did. She is truly special. Susan, Nicole, and jasmine we're also amazing nurses always smiling I wish I could remember every single one but almost everyone I had was amazing, always smiling and was always asking how they could assist me. Every single member of the PT/OT team were like a family and is what happy co-workers look like always laughing and joking with one another. They push us to do what they knew we could do and let us rest when they see we're tired and they celebrate and are just as happy as us when we met our goals. Jennifer is hands down the best case manager you will ever get she will fight for you. Mrs. Lisa is the absolute best nurse practitioner, better then some doctors I have seen on my journey, she has the best bedside manner and actually cares, she will dig and research and give you her best. Dr. Ward is just the coolest doc around and never judged me for wanting to go slow on introducing new medications and hugged me and treated me like a family member every time he saw me. I 110% recommend PAM of covington. Not only was the medical staff amazing but when they found out I was basically allergic to everything they let me smell different cleaning supplies to see what would work for me, never making me feel like a burden, they made me a special bottle of just isopropyl alcohol AND placed a professional air scrubber In my room so I had the cleanest air possible. They went above and beyond for me and I will choose PAM OF COVINGTON every single time.

My husband came to PAM 3 weeks ago after multiple recommendations by people within the hospital industry. We are leaving soon, and wanted to leave a review of all the wonderful staff at the facility.
The therapy teams have been an absolute dream! John with physical therapy is patient, kind and funny. He pushes us to constantly strive for better, and is a huge asset to PAM. Kristen with occupational therapy is also the sweetest woman I've ever met. She is helpful, encouraging and a great listener. Irene with Speech therapy is so incredibly kind and also brilliant. She describes every step of the therapy and why it benefits you. It made us feel so much more at ease in an area of medical care that we had not ever participated in. Kelsey, Noe, Travis and Anika with Respiratory Therapy were wonderful to work with. They moved my husband quickly through all the stages of respiratory therapy, while making sure he was safe, but also pushing him to the next step.
The nursing staff was exceptional during the day, we adored Bonnie, Jordan, Lydia and Matt, and Monica and Natalie were great night nurses. As far as CNA's, Madison, Abby and David were all fantastic! These staff treated us like family, loved on my husband, and gave exceptional service. They constantly asked if we needed anything, were thoughtful with the meds being given, and carefully curated his healthcare to fit the need at the moment. We could not have asked for a better experience!
The administration dealt with any issues that arose quickly and efficiently. We did struggle slightly with some night staff that struggled to find the patience to understand his communication methods, but we brought this to the attention of administration, and they dealt with it immediately. He was given control of his healthcare, and this eased anxiety in so many ways. We are so incredibly blessed that we came to PAM and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an LTAC in the future.

My husbands best friend has been in the Pam Unit for 2 months. Not once was the room cleaned. Floors were so dirty. They would leave their trash laying in the room and on his bed. There was one RN nurse who was meanest uncaring person I have ever seen! They have now moved him to a nursing facility over 4 1/2 hours away that has awful reviews. It is so sad how people treat sick patients 👎🏻 they don’t even deserve a 1 star

This place is a complete joke. I should of knew the first 10 minutes we were there that it was going to be a nightmare. We got my dad there at 10 pm and when we got to the room it didn’t even have a bed in it. The speech therapy/nutrition employees were one of the rudest people ever. They are unprofessional and not very caring. One day one speech therapist said he could use a straw and have ice and water and the next day another person said he couldn't. The lack of care and compassion by most of the staff is unacceptable and unnecessary. Dr. Motaz B Hossein is very unprofessional and not friendly at all. He is not very compassionate. He doesn’t listen to the patient or the family. He is very stuck up. I hope that Kettering network never recommends this place to anyone in the future. I was actually worried for my father’s well being. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Horrible experience for my father in law. It was dirty and people were zero help with his rehab. I would give this place zero stars if possible. I would never send anyone there. It was suppose to be a step down from hospital care but there was hardly any care at all. He was there for 2 weeks and he made zero improvements. This place should not even be an option to send people too.
