I am a healthcare worker who lives in California. I had to come to Ohio unexpectedly to care for my dear mother who is a serious complex case. Very proactive in finding the best place possible for her. We all know good healthcare is hard to find. Everywhere is understaffed. All the nurses, Cna's, dialysis nurse, Respiratory, front desk.. were fantastic, superb. They did their absolute best. I had 3 facilities to choose from. I chose PAM and I dont regret it. My mother was well taken care of, bath care, medical needs. All met. Thank you all!

Horrible experience for my father in law. It was dirty and people were zero help with his rehab. I would give this place zero stars if possible. I would never send anyone there. It was suppose to be a step down from hospital care but there was hardly any care at all. He was there for 2 weeks and he made zero improvements. This place should not even be an option to send people too.

My husbands best friend has been in the Pam Unit for 2 months. Not once was the room cleaned. Floors were so dirty. They would leave their trash laying in the room and on his bed. There was one RN nurse who was meanest uncaring person I have ever seen! They have now moved him to a nursing facility over 4 1/2 hours away that has awful reviews. It is so sad how people treat sick patients 👎🏻 they don’t even deserve a 1 star
