I can not stress how bad this clinic is. I did 3 years of braces when I was young, 0 to little communication, vocalization & care about the patients wants and needs from the dentist. My teeth got ruined: got a gap between my teeth, the dentist pinched them back to place the 3 times it happened, and insisted I couldn’t get an internal retainer, this caused surrounding teeth to move; result is I have bunny teeth that are not aligned. My teeth are also slightly swayed to the left, they don’t go down straight from my gums. The dentist doesn’t care about the aesthetic. Cold responses to inquiries, concerns, and emails. And I payed 4.500$. I still struggle with my teeth to this day. And I have to undergo another round of treatments to fix my teeth. I probably will never be able to get nice teeth and fix everything, only what’s possible. Forget about this clinic and go to AUBMC.

This is by war the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. After being a loyal customer of Dr. basho back when I was 10, I expected a better treatment and a unique experience. Since Dr. Bacho doesn’t treat adults, I was told that Dr. Bassel doughan is the one who’s responsible for all adults. So, I took an appointment with him and I wish i never did. After arriving to my appointment on time, I had to wait for 35 mins and then I was surprised to see another doctor who did my checkup. She was his assistant. Im sorry, but I signed up for Dr bassel, not his assistant. He only showed up at the very end of the checkup for about 5 mins and introduced himself. What a showoff!! He didn’t even bother asking me about my problem! Even his assistant did an x-ray to see if I have any dental cavities, and then she told me that I had 5 dental cavities on my left side, I was devastated! Only when I thought that things that cant get any worse, on my way to the gate, they followed me to the door and charged me 50 dollars for the x-ray images. What the hell? I mean, the doctor didn’t even bother looking at these x-ray images to tell me what my problem is, he blindly relied on his so-called “assistant” who i believe misdiagnosed me. A few days after that, I visited another dental clinic, they did panoramic x-ray images and it turns out that I had only one dental cavity on the left side!!! Wow, Dr. bassel doughan and his assistant and this whole stupid clinic should be shut down!! All they aim for is stealing people’s money and misdiagnosing them!

I have known Dr. Riad Basho from more than 20 years when he had a private clinic in Bristol and I can sincerely vow that he is the best dentist for kids and this is not coming only from my feedback but also from the feedback of every mum I recommended Dr. Basho to her. Besides being professional he is also a friendly and courteous doctor who cares about his patients.

I’m visiting from USA and don’t have dental insurance in the states. After having a not so pleasant experience at another place with a cleaning that told me I had 2 cavities! These were my first ones and I seat them online and found Kenz dental. The dentist at Kenz and the dental assistant were so kind during the experience. I booked an appointment for a routine hygiene visit. When I showed up for the appointment I was checked in by the receptionist and told to wait in the waiting area. After 10 minutes I was told that the doctor didn’t show up for the appointment and that they have to reschedule. This was completely unprofessional and didn’t show any respect or regard for the patient’s time. If the doctor called in sick or wasn’t available, then I should have been notified before arriving to the clinic. What’s even worst is that they had me wait for 10 minutes before they realised that the doctor is not in for the appointment.

Everything about my experience with this dental clinic, especially Dr Nasar and Dr Asanga Weerasooriya is par excellence. Their location is extremely clean and sanitized, while the rest of the staff, especially the lady at frontline Ms Nirmala Motha have been very courteous, accommodating and always with a smile. It was my second time in Lina's clinic, and as good as the first one. Had my teeth cleaned and a veneer fitted on a broken tooth. Overall a superb service, Lina is very considerate, we discussed possible options (alongside the veneer) in advance, before the treatment began, and proceeded after my go-ahead. As it normally takes a few days for a veneer (essentially, a crown on a front tooth) to be made, a temporary filling was done to keep the hitherto shaped tooth ready for the final fitting. I received useful recommendations with regard to the temporary filling and after the veneer was placed on the tooth. The colour match was amazing, the tooth looks exactly like one of your own and it gives you a peace of mind every time you consider a smile :-)

The most rude, impatient condescending, dentist I've ever experienced and I've been to alot of dentists! I tried being patient with her mt first few visits bt ive had enough. I am writing this review outside of her office. If anything is inconvenient for her then she doesn't care about her patients. She laughed when I was concerned and in pain. If something isn't going correctly she will find a way to take it out out on you and start pouting. She has such a big ego and the level of unprofessionalism is insane!

Best dental experience of my life. I was in so much pain for the last 6 days despite having jabbed and taken strong painkillers. Today I finally realised that the cause of my severe migraine might have been from my tooth so I searched the nearest dentist to me and called. Initially no slots were available but I explained my situation and the sweet receptionist was so kind she let me come in at 4.30pm ( 30 mins before their closing time ) The whole process when I came in was so smooth and fuss free. Doctor Evelyn was so reassuring and patient in helping me find out the cause of my pain, and she was super thorough in her work. My 1st dental surgery (wisdom teeth removal) has been extremely pleasant with Dr Wong WY. She is patient & detailed throughout my visits. Impressed with her surgical skills as I am told by another surgeon & her that my teeth are very close to the nerves & even had a CT done. However, she managed to remove it without looking at the scan & did not affect the nerve at all. On top of that, very minimal pain post op. Will definitely go back to her if I ever need my upper wisdom teeth to be removed.

I highly recommend this dentist! My journey for better teeth started last year. Implants for the top row and veneers on the bottom row. I felt very looked after throughout the whole process and went back for my 1st check up (scans) a few weeks ago Oct 23. The Clinic received me very well, and the whole Team including the drivers were extremely Professional. My Procedure was done in only 4 Days, and the Team had to Work extra Late just so I can get my veneers in time. My Premium Dentel review: I had my treatment back in July, I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing my review to give a full roundup of my experience. Contact prior to travelling: Excellent. By email and WhatsApp, the contact was superb, all questions were answered and explained, I felt total confidence in what the process would be when we arrived. I decided to book a 10 day TUI holiday so that I was having a trip as well as my treatment. Mum and I arrived at the airport and the surgery has arranged for transfers to take us to the hotel, this is a nice touch that they offer. The following day we were picked up at the agreed time and taken to the surgery: Monday: This is the long day, we were greeted by Maddi, she was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Then the dentists (all 3 of them) examined me, they consulted each other and then Maddi explained the results, the treatments and cost, I was very impressed that they quoted me what treatment would be best for me and not the most expensive. Mum was shown to the very nice waiting room and my treatment started, the filling of the teeth, this was quite harrowing, it wasn’t painful due to the injections, it is loud and long, what helps is the hygienist and dentist were very attentive, after hours of filing you wait for you temporary teeth. When they come they feel a little odd however you’re just grateful to leave and go back to the hotel at this point. I was quite nervous about eating so I stuck to soft foods, but I believe I would have been ok with most things, these teeth were ok but feel a little awkward. Thursday, Friday, Saturday: I went back for my fittings, everyday we were met by Maddi who continued to be helpful and supportive. The dentist was excellent, he explained everything he was doing as he did it. He was a complete perfectionist, which made me fell secure. Inserting the implants was the most painful day, this is due to the injections and procedure, following this I found it really difficult to get used to my face, I looked completely different, seeing myself in photos freaked me out, however I am now used to my new smile and I LOVE IT, I’ve had great feedback from friends and colleagues. I had discomfort and sensitivity for about 1 month following, I also had bleeding for a couple of weeks, this stopped when started using Corsodyl toothpaste and mouthwash. Overall, it was a wonderful service, extremely professional, very clean and worth every penny.

My favorite dentist. I’ve had multiple cleanings and fillings here over the years and I’ve always found the quality of service and care to be top notch. Dr Ella is the best! She works so quickly and precisely. The whole team is excellent. The facilities are as good as you’ll find anywhere in the world for a fraction of the price compared to Australia or the USA. My kids have all been here as well and the team is great with kids too.

They will answer all your question,s set up an appointment with the doctor and will assist with everything you need. Then there is the dentist. My doctor was Dr Bawa. I wish to thank Mr. Bawa and his assistant publicly since I HAVE ABSUTELY NEVER RECEIVED SUCH FANTASTIC QUALITY OF DENTAL CARE ANYWHERE ELSE! Sorry for caps lock but on that I really wanted to get your attention ;) Dr. Bawa did a deep interview on my issue, we did an x-ray, discussed options, we decided on the treatment plan and I was able to make a fully aware choice about my next actions. We have scheduled an appointment for the next day at the reception and this is where the true magic begins: - anaesthetic applied so gently a baby would sleep through it - drilling - never pleasent right? Let me put is this way, it was not unpleasent. Dr took his time and the entire process went smoothly and without any issues. - filling, adjusting & polishing - all up to the highest standard provided so far. I am extremely pleased with the service and I believe that if my previous dentist encounters were always like this I would probably visit one every more often. Highly do recommend

Such a great experience with the whole staff. Many specialists for all things dental. I needed a new denture and my wife needed a few fillings replaced and 2 implants. Such a great staff. Definitely coming back next year to get implants for myself. Great prices and completely upfront with costs and reasonable prices. Communication was first via email, then Whatsapp after, so super easy to communicate and directions are on Google maps, as they have a few locations.
