Non-vital tooth treatment in 81 Dentistry clinics in Asia

I can not stress how bad this clinic is. I did 3 years of braces when I was young, 0 to little communication, vocalization & care about the patients wants and needs from the dentist. My teeth got ruined: got a gap between my teeth, the dentist pinched them back to place the 3 times it happened, and insisted I couldn’t get an internal retainer, this caused surrounding teeth to move; result is I have bunny teeth that are not aligned. My teeth are also slightly swayed to the left, they don’t go down straight from my gums. The dentist doesn’t care about the aesthetic. Cold responses to inquiries, concerns, and emails. And I payed 4.500$. I still struggle with my teeth to this day. And I have to undergo another round of treatments to fix my teeth. I probably will never be able to get nice teeth and fix everything, only what’s possible. Forget about this clinic and go to AUBMC.

This is by war the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. After being a loyal customer of Dr. basho back when I was 10, I expected a better treatment and a unique experience. Since Dr. Bacho doesn’t treat adults, I was told that Dr. Bassel doughan is the one who’s responsible for all adults. So, I took an appointment with him and I wish i never did. After arriving to my appointment on time, I had to wait for 35 mins and then I was surprised to see another doctor who did my checkup. She was his assistant. Im sorry, but I signed up for Dr bassel, not his assistant. He only showed up at the very end of the checkup for about 5 mins and introduced himself. What a showoff!! He didn’t even bother asking me about my problem! Even his assistant did an x-ray to see if I have any dental cavities, and then she told me that I had 5 dental cavities on my left side, I was devastated! Only when I thought that things that cant get any worse, on my way to the gate, they followed me to the door and charged me 50 dollars for the x-ray images. What the hell? I mean, the doctor didn’t even bother looking at these x-ray images to tell me what my problem is, he blindly relied on his so-called “assistant” who i believe misdiagnosed me. A few days after that, I visited another dental clinic, they did panoramic x-ray images and it turns out that I had only one dental cavity on the left side!!! Wow, Dr. bassel doughan and his assistant and this whole stupid clinic should be shut down!! All they aim for is stealing people’s money and misdiagnosing them!

I have known Dr. Riad Basho from more than 20 years when he had a private clinic in Bristol and I can sincerely vow that he is the best dentist for kids and this is not coming only from my feedback but also from the feedback of every mum I recommended Dr. Basho to her. Besides being professional he is also a friendly and courteous doctor who cares about his patients.

Place is clean. Doctors are professional. I've been there for 4 or 5 times, and the doctors have always been able to solve my dental problems in a fast and professional fashion. Doctors gave careful, accurate consultations before working on my teeth, and the results have been satisfying. Oh, and the view is a nice plus.

I’m visiting from USA and don’t have dental insurance in the states. After having a not so pleasant experience at another place with a cleaning that told me I had 2 cavities! These were my first ones and I seat them online and found Kenz dental. The dentist at Kenz and the dental assistant were so kind during the experience. Even showed me on a mode where the cavities were and barely get any discomfort during the process. I would definitely recommend!

Actually, i availed their services since dec. 2020 with dr. Yamin, he was very professional and very accomodating. Until he exit in saudi arabia december 2022. His replacement is Dr. Eram. She was very accomodating and professional of her services. She's handle carefully like me as a patient. Same also in dr. Yamin. Thanks for your services. I booked an appointment for a routine hygiene visit. When I showed up for the appointment I was checked in by the receptionist and told to wait in the waiting area. After 10 minutes I was told that the doctor didn’t show up for the appointment and that they have to reschedule. This was completely unprofessional and didn’t show any respect or regard for the patient’s time. If the doctor called in sick or wasn’t available, then I should have been notified before arriving to the clinic. What’s even worst is that they had me wait for 10 minutes before they realised that the doctor is not in for the appointment.

I gave it 2 stars because It’s my second time visiting the clinic and I don’t understand what’s the use of taking an appointment if every time you have to wait for 30min to 1 hr .

I am following with Dr Rania in Nutrition Clinic. I was suffering frm HYPERTHYROIDISM & was facing so many issues becoz of it... But alhumdulillah after losing weight my so many issues solved automatically... My face swelling is gone. My hands, fingers, Feet pain is completely gone... I feel vry active in work as I hve more energy. I spend alot time on my feet. My periods r regular now. Weight loss helped like magic for me in hyperthyroidism. Everything about my experience with this dental clinic, especially Dr Nasar and Dr Asanga Weerasooriya is par excellence. Their location is extremely clean and sanitized, while the rest of the staff, especially the lady at frontline Ms Nirmala Motha have been very courteous, accommodating and always with a smile. Dr Nasar being the chief always directed and guided his co- dentists in a very gentle and professional manner. It’s been about ten(10) months since I had the work done as it was a dire need for me to be able to smile/speak without hesitation. It was my second time in Lina's clinic, and as good as the first one. Had my teeth cleaned and a veneer fitted on a broken tooth. Overall a superb service, Lina is very considerate, we discussed possible options (alongside the veneer) in advance, before the treatment began, and proceeded after my go-ahead. As it normally takes a few days for a veneer (essentially, a crown on a front tooth) to be made, a temporary filling was done to keep the hitherto shaped tooth ready for the final fitting. I received useful recommendations with regard to the temporary filling and after the veneer was placed on the tooth. The colour match was amazing, the tooth looks exactly like one of your own and it gives you a peace of mind every time you consider a smile :-)

The most rude, impatient condescending, dentist I've ever experienced and I've been to alot of dentists! I tried being patient with her mt first few visits bt ive had enough. I am writing this review outside of her office. If anything is inconvenient for her then she doesn't care about her patients. She laughed when I was concerned and in pain. If something isn't going correctly she will find a way to take it out out on you and start pouting. She has such a big ego and the level of unprofessionalism is insane!

They create a huge mess for me, asking me to go an extra trip to pay through credit card and then charge me again by their HQ to my credit card again. after many weeks, I still have not gotten a refund.

Best dental experience of my life. I was in so much pain for the last 6 days despite having jabbed and taken strong painkillers. Today I finally realised that the cause of my severe migraine might have been from my tooth so I searched the nearest dentist to me and called. Initially no slots were available but I explained my situation and the sweet receptionist was so kind she let me come in at 4.30pm ( 30 mins before their closing time ) The whole process when I came in was so smooth and fuss free. Doctor Evelyn was so reassuring and patient in helping me find out the cause of my pain, and she was super thorough in her work. By then the clinic had closed already and they were all working OT to help me 😭😭😭 Her dental assistant was also the sweetest with my tooth extraction by holding my hand and sayanging my head. I was afraid about squeezing her hand too tight but she was so reassuring. I’m so grateful to the team at Advanced Dental for helping me so kindly, genuinely and efficiently ❤️

Had my scaling and polishing with Dr Joyce and i’ve learnt so much from her. She is swift with her work and also took time to explain to me so I could also do my part to ensure my gums and teeth would be healthy. Her many years of experience definitely showed! Highly recommend Dr Joyce!

My 1st dental surgery (wisdom teeth removal) has been extremely pleasant with Dr Wong WY. She is patient & detailed throughout my visits. Impressed with her surgical skills as I am told by another surgeon & her that my teeth are very close to the nerves & even had a CT done. However, she managed to remove it without looking at the scan & did not affect the nerve at all. On top of that, very minimal pain post op. Will definitely go back to her if I ever need my upper wisdom teeth to be removed.

From arranging for an appointment with Joey our friendliest and kindest receptionist, who goes the extra mile to get me the best slot amidst my hectic schedule to enjoying the experience, professionalism and brillance of Dr Jamie and other doctors. Doctor Jamie is truly my favourite dentist EVER. I love meeting Doctor Jamie's twice every year. I highly recommend this dentist! My journey for better teeth started last year. Implants for the top row and veneers on the bottom row. I felt very looked after throughout the whole process and went back for my 1st check up (scans) a few weeks ago Oct 23. Again even for the short visit I felt like a valued customer (I paid nothing to them for this visit) and was listened to any problems I had (broke my teeth guard, so they worked on "the bite" more and printed more guards).
