I visited Wooridul Spine Hospital in January 2017 and treated for Posterior Foraminotomy C6/7 and also PELAN at L4/5. Prior to coming in to Wooridul, I had been suffering terrible neck pain for 5-6 months prior to visiting Wooridul and have visited 3-4 Doctors in Singapore and Indonesia, went to 2 Chiropractors, etc with no result. I was lucky, I was referred to Dr. Sang-ho LEE and decided to go to Wooridul Hospital. I am very impressed with the whole procedures from the time I entered the hospital until I was discharged 4 days later. The surgery, done by Dr. Sang-ho LEE and Dr. Keum, went very well and I was out of the hospital like a new person. The equipment is first class, all nurses are very nice and professional, and while I was there, Ms. Sujung Lee was always ready to help. She is a very nice person. Dr. Gun Choi and Dr. Chanshik Shim were my initial trainers. I am so glad to have had the chance to apply all I had learned there at my own country. I would not recommend Mediclinic Dubai Mall at all. Whilst it is very convenient to get to if you live in downtown, the service I have received has been extremely poor - for example doing a blood test and then being told two months later (despite chasing for progress updates) that they had followed the wrong procedure so have to repeat the test. The customer service is not good - it is difficult to get hold of their customer service team and often get passed between various different people and teams. I would recommend that you go elsewhere for treatment, the American Hospital in my experience is much better.

Dr. Chandan is an exceptional gynecologist who seamlessly blends expertise with a friendly demeanor. Her approach creates a comfortable environment, fostering trust and ensuring patients feel at ease throughout their visit. Highly recommended for their professionalism and compassionate care.

This one of those facilities that asks you how you're going to pay before they ask you what you need. As long as they are taking your money first their patient care, response and followup is absolute garbage. I have a thread of calls and emails that went to at least 5-6 people just to simply get them to respond to me after my consult on a matter they told me to email about. They gave me the wrong email address. They promised to call and never did. I followed up 5-6 times. They are incompetent, disorganized and simply don't care. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction nobody bothered to also follow up. Spend your money or insurance elsewhere.

Most caring nurse John and Dr Mona; took the time to explain and go through everything each step of the way. My son was looked after and felt at ease despite his fear of needles. He’s feeling much better. The whole ER experience was smooth and efficient.

Mediclinic (all hospitals) offer exceptional healthcare services. We opted for ParkView and I have to say that Doctors and nurses are truly amazing, demonstrating professionalism in every interaction. The rest of the staff also maintain a high standard of professionalism, ensuring that patients feel good throughout the process of being admitted. What stands out is the patient centered approach. The staff is patient and attentive, making sure that what you need they deliver with kindness and efficiency. This level of care extends to the discharge process as well, where they thoroughly inform patients about necessary paperwork and follow-up steps. The hospital itself is impressive. I recently had a surgery there. The staff really made it as easy as possible. I had a delay with my insurance and the surgical coordinator Claire was incredibly compassionate and tried her best to sort it out so that I was able to have the operation as scheduled. The surgery went really smoothly, thanks to Dr. Zakir and the rest of the surgical team. The nurses (Rose, Reshma, April and many others!) who took care of me were really helpful and made my stay as comfortable as it possible can be. Overall it's been a highly positive experience. Always a good service with Mediclinic Welcare. Especially my experience with my Dermatologist Doctor Betsy Narayan.She was very informative, she takes good care of her patients and answers all questions.More importantly she was able to address my skin problem and now i feel amazing. We were privileged to attend an antenatal workshop arranged by the hospital for to be parents. It was a day long workshop and carefully addressed all the concerns and worries a new parent may have. It was an interactive and a very insightful workshop. Many thanks to the team working at Mediclinic Welcare for their compassion towards new parents. Would totally recommend this hospital for a joyful pregnancy experience.

In the beginning, they treated the patient with interest and care. I thank the receptionist, whose name I could not find out, and the reason for this was that she wasn’t present after I left the clinic, as well as the nurse in the surgery clinic. Mohammed

The worst hospital ever, if you’re planning on visiting them you will need to wait hours to see the doctor and while you’re waiting a lot of patients will just get in before you even when you came first! There’s no communication or coordination between the doctors and the nurses and the receptionists, if you’d like to spend all your day in here waiting to get it then it’s the right place for you, otherwise might as well go to another hospital

Wiated for more than half an hour for the otolaryngology in the morning which they have only one person to handle. One of the worst services in the lab and xray where there are no reception or order. You could wait for hours without even being busy.

Negative experience at lab as well parking, it takes average time to blood draw more than hour!! and struggle to find parking, no response or action, although we highlighted serval times to management safe your time and avoided it.

Long delays even with appointments. Not quite sure on why they use appointments.

Efficient and helpful staff. Their app is also excellent in updating results for lab tests or radiology tests. Me and my family have had a good experience in this hospital.

the pregnancy doctors there are very bad unless one man doctor. specially the doctor sukainah is a not good doctor just want take quick action for making surgery by fast time. and for following up will give only few minutes to talk and some subjects of pregnancy are very lack,need go out to another hospitals. ,no responsibility. no care patient. experience there is very hard and complexed.

The one star here ⭐️ is for the new building and equipment. Time management at the ER is a mystery. The staff are nice but will X- ray you for anything even a fever !. This one experience makes me concerned about the stock price and the company performance!

Bad management. I spent time from 12:00 pm to 18:30 pm for a simple health check-up which took longer than some public hospitals. I waited for hour just to pay the bill because the staff forgot and skip my queue. The rest of the service was okay.

Overall, the doctors, nurses, and staffs here treats me really nice. The place looks new and clean. I'm staying the premium ward, the doctor came to make sure hows the symptoms going everyday, he's super friendly🥹. The food are clean and fresh(I usually have shrimp for choice of proteins).

Avoid this hospital. So many negative aspects at so many levels. One top administrators is rude and disrespectful to the patients, disregarding the elderly's mental health and feelings. Prices are astronomical that DO NOT reflect any of the services of the hospital. Room sizes are small, all windows with no curtains in Kuwait's constant sunny days! The surgeons are supposed to be highly rated, yet were surprisingly dishonest with their patients treatment plans. The hospital just keeps asking for extra charges over and over. Thats their priority. Keep away as you, the patient, are not part of their primary care at all. Do not put your health at risk here. You are better off going to any other respectful private hospital in Kuwait where the patient's care, comfort, and well being is their primary concern and not their pockets.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL Although they have good doctors, the building itself can not be called a hospital. Avoid this hospital unless you are able to sleep in bright daylight because apparently their designers have not heard about curtains. The management have no expertise in dealing with elder patients. They are very rude and impolite. The worse experience in our life.

Very poor customer service, I called asking about lab tests, before I could finish I was put on hold and transferred where nobody answered. I have then called 6 times but no one answered. You should better.

Horrible experience. They dont treat Emergency patients as emergency at all. No matter how bad your health is, you will have to wait for the "ticket" system and the fact that there is only 1 nursing station for emergency patients, before you go to the actual doctor does not help at all. We faced 2 doctors after about 1 hour of waiting in the emergency. The doctor was vague and rude, did not help at all and even after doctor checkup, even getting a saline drip you have to keep reminding the nurses about it. Not to mention every step you have to go back to the reception to pay some amount. Can they not just total the amount and let us pay at the end? So very inconvenient. Definitely never going back. Also to mention the Pakistani doctor Majed, or Wajed, was horrible. Did not give any opinion to the patient and kept going "yes i see" the whole time. Horrible doctor. should be ashamed

Did my regular eye checkup here. Waited for long time. The doctor said all fine but I wasn’t sure as I felt some Difficulties in reading. So went to Al Ahalia hospital for another checkup. The checkups done at Mediclinic are lesser and they didn’t go in depth for complete understanding of issues. Will avoid in future. Not worth the money paid and time Spent..

The care I received at this hospital was excellent. The doctors, nurses, and other staff were all very professional and knowledgeable. They were also very kind and compassionate, and they made me feel comfortable and well-cared for during my stay.

The worst inpatient experience! The rooms are not that clean, the nursing staff is so unorganized. They did not keep a proper log of the medications that were given to my son. I had to tell them which medicines which given and which were still to be taken. The nurse station is so loud! The nurses and doctors are extremely loud in the middle of the night and have no consideration for the patients. The quality of the food/meals is horrible too. The doctors here are good but everything else needs major improvements!

Very good hospital. I had a triple ankle fracture in September. Everybody is speaking English. Surgery was done perfect! Medication was very good, i felt nearly no pain! Recovery is really good, i can go cycling again.

Staff is super slow. You may book an appointment and then wait for hours. And every time they Will day that you is a next one. For payment l, minum half an hour waiting for then to make up an invoice. Very dissapointing service, but specialist doctors are generally good

I heard a lot about this hospital, but I think the service is average. But it is true that many good and experienced doctors do chambers here. But there is also a flip side to the coin of this hospital. A few days ago, after the death of a patient and her neonates under the care of Dr. Songjukta Saha, various irregularities and sufferings of the hospital have come to the fore. And many are opening up their suffering experience about this. Therefore, we all have to be more conscious about the treatment of the family and decide the hospital and doctor. Finally, it is very costly, beyond the capacity of average income people.

Service, Doctors are very qualified and experienced. Stuffs are also very well mannered. Floors are neat and clean, have big space. But from outlook to inside its really beautiful, design is also so excellent. We have come here for second time with same problem, Gallbladder stone and Harnia. We came for an endoscopy test scheduled at 11:30 am but had to wait for over 50 minutes. The delayed doctor appointment was a frustrating experience for us and other patients

A decent medical facility is taken into account a basic would like for all. there's AN imperative would like for moderate to glorious health care facilities within the town of Chattogram. In Chattogram, there are not any well-equipped hospital compared to the hospital in Dhaka. They wanted to modify these health care facilities and revolution to established a well-facilitated and fashionable hospital within the town of port.

Shame and shame on this place, where you are greeted by disgruntled receptionists who probably didn't understand what it means to be helpful and nice when you greet patients and their attendants who come to undergo one or another medical procedure, simple or complex, it doesn't matter - you can't contact or talk to them, make eye contact , and even when you turn and ask, God forbid, more than one question, you are met with disdain, lack of interest, eye rolls, and today, from my experience, it came to her raising her voice, of course. Those who can avoid or ask for another private hospital are welcome. Not getting there, a terrible experience that left me traumatized. It will not pass in silence or on the agenda, I will reach those who need to reach.

Amazing medical center! I had an operation there and was hospitalized for 24 hours after the operation. During my hospitalization I received treatment, information, personal treatment at the highest level! Good food, television, toilets and super comfortable beds in every room! The lobby is designed and pleasant to be there, art depends on the editor of all the rooms and the common area. There is a cafe at the entrance. What's more, they don't have parking. With me I will definitely come back here!

I recently found myself admitted to Mahkota Hospital due to a severe migraine, and I must express my gratitude for the exceptional care and support I received during my stay, particularly in Ward 9.Nurse Linda and the entire team in Ward 9 went above and beyond to ensure my well-being. Nurse Litta, in particular, demonstrated unwavering dedication and compassion in her care. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine concern for patients like me were truly remarkable. I would like to thank Dr Chan and his team for the successful TKR surgery. He is very proficient, professional and yet humble! I don't encounter much pain after the surgery and I am recovering well. Thank you very much Dr Chan! Highly recommended him !! Would like also to thank the staff of ward 7B who are friendly and helpful. However noted that there is insufficient walking frame during my stay. I've limited mobility and this creates inconvenience for me as I have to share with other patients. This should not be happening! Overall the rooms are newly refurbished and very comfortable. Thank you!

I lived most of my life suffering from pain and discomfort that kept getting worse. I was diagnosed with endometriosis 2 month ago and underwent a surgery with Dr Gul Rana. From the initial consultation to the surgery and follow-up care, the entire process was smooth. She made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The surgical procedure was success, I walked out with a set date for laparoscopic surgery. I was referred by a friend to see one of your specialists, but I'm experiencing difficulties with the booking system. The staff handling the process lacks in customer service and marketing skills. Instead of retaining customers, they seem to be pushing them away. I suggest implementing more engaging scheduling options to keep patients interested.

They just prescribed medicines and I couldn’t control my sugar level at all. I wanted to give a try at the Canadian Hospital and I went there in August. When I visited Dr Sarah Alam Endocrinologist my Hba1c level was at 9.9 and yesterday after the test it was down at 6. Such a vast improvement. Dr Sarah’s aim was to control my sugar level. She is so skilled at what she does. I had a lot of health complications when I went to her and now I feel a lot better in every aspect. I never thought I could get better, but she put me on the right medications and gave me the proper treatment. She is keen to know about everything that affects the patient, and treats even the slightest problem they have. Also, she respects your phone calls and messages and replies timely. She calls personally to check up on you. I had the best experience with her, I recommend her to all diabetics who are with uncontrolled sugar levels and others who need to visit an endocrinologist. She’s the best in Dubai. She’s a remarkable doctor and a professional I can trust.

And even though i spoke very little it to those around me, i met three people who were completly disapointed in having breast transplants done by this surgeon. Like you, I suffered enormously psychologically from the result of this operation. My face wasn’t the same at all and that wasn’t the goal!! I also woke up during the operation because i was choking from the blood running down my throat. I heard voice of the nurse only at that moment. The result was a disaster and i had to have three operations in another hospital to repair the damage.

I gave birth at Yanhee Hospital with Dr. Apichat. He’s excellent and very good and experienced in natural as well. At the beginning I want to go with natural and he always pro with it. But in the end I choose to do C-section, And I had fabulous experience and I recovered after 7 days and being able to do everything normally and the incisions healed very well. Dr. Apichat understand English but he will reply in thai. However every international client of yanhee hospital will get assistant/translator for every checkup and during the stay for delivery. Highly recommend Sai Htun Win (Sonic) he’s excellent and very helpful and professional! Couldn’t be more happy with all free things he has done for me and my family! I had amazing birth experience with this doctor and this hospital, they willing to help me with everything they can do since the first time i come here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I waited one full hour to get a facial done. And that’s after complaining along the way. Very unprofessional and waste patients time. Each step took 15/20 mins. There’s no communication about how long I should wait. I always come here but today was the worse experience. Never ever again.
