Good service. Staff's are very friendly to the patients. Good doctors. There are more than 2 pharmacy. Clean and hygienic wards. There are wending machines which we can get our snacks quickly. Good cafeteria. Theres a children play area in the 8th floor. There are fish tanks in every floor to entertain the kids. There are bill paying machines where you can pay your phone bills or any other bills quickly. There's no free parking, slow elevators.

I had a fantastic experience at Asiri Hospital! The atmosphere is calming and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel well taken care of throughout my visit. Additionally, their easy-to-access services made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend Asiri Hospital for anyone seeking quality care in a pleasant setting.

The service of this pharmacy at the ground floor is terrible. I had to wait about 20 minutes in the front desk to handover my prescription. There is no clear procedure to purchase the medicines. The front pharmacist guy takes too much time to read the prescription. Once you pay, still have to wait like another 20,25 minutes in the queue to collect your meds. Certainly, not satisfied at all about the service from the ground floor pharmacy.

No one can do wrong. Worst experience I've ever had with an online appoinment. By mistake I had set up a physical appointment for an audio appointment. But there is nothing else to do but act like that. Shame on you Durdens. keep my money.

My wife and I go for a medical check up every year to Durdans Hospital due their quality service over the years. However, I was surprised about their service level this time. No one is caring for us and no one to guide us. There was a meal for our package. We waited more than half an hour in the cafeteria to receive our meal like beggars. But nothing received. Then we left the hospital without having breakfast even though we had paid for it. Highly disappointed.

ZERO STAR RATING TO THE WORST HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. I want to share my concerns about the National Hospital of Sri Lanka (NHSL), which, despite being the primary government hospital, has some serious issues with its healthcare system. My experiences at NHSL have been quite disappointing, and I feel it's important to bring these matters to everyone's attention. The problems I faced include unprofessional behavior, rudeness, and a lack of empathy from the hospital staff. A significant challenge I observed is the exhaustion of patients due to what seems like a lack of attention and care from the hospital staff. It's disheartening to see patients, already vulnerable, feeling more tired and discouraged by the system meant to provide them with medical support. I also want to express my concern about reported racial bias by some staff members. A healthcare environment should be inclusive, respectful, and free from discrimination. Such behavior goes against medical ethics and can severely impact the well-being of patients. One such example, the security woman in the Endocrine clinic (4th floor) lacks empathy and compassion towards the sick and needy. While I understand the challenges faced by healthcare professionals, it's crucial to maintain a high standard of professionalism to ensure patients receive the care they deserve. These reported issues reflect poorly not only on individual practitioners but on the healthcare system as a whole. It’s true I can’t expect professionalism from NHSL while the country itself is unprofessional and vile but still I felt the need to voice out my opinion.

This on one of the worst and pathetic health systems in the world. The health system we encountered was really sad. It had a lot of problems and things that didn't work well. My mom needed to get an MRI scan, which is an important medical test. But we were told that the scan had to be delayed for a whole month because they didn't have enough ink. We felt very frustrated and disappointed...After waiting for a long time, we finally got instructions to go to the hospital at 8 AM on a certain day. We followed the instructions and arrived even earlier at 7:30 AM. But little did we know that this was just the beginning of a difficult and emotionally draining experience...We were taken to a room where we spent the whole day, waiting anxiously for my mom's turn for the scan. As time went by, I gathered up the courage to ask about the delay many times. Each time, they promised it would only be another hour and told us not to eat anything...The staff didn't show any understanding or kindness towards us. They didn't take our concerns seriously, which made us even more upset. The hours passed by and it started getting late, but there was no progress or communication from them...My mom, who is 61 years old, sat there patiently without eating anything since morning. She looked tired and weak because of it. It hurt me deeply to see her suffer like that... To be honest, I can't recommend this hospital to anyone who needs medical help. But people like us who don't have much money don't have other options or resources to go somewhere else for better care. Private hospitals are too expensive for us...This experience has left a lasting impact on me - it reminds me how broken and inadequate our healthcare system can be for people who are less fortunate. I really hope that one day no one will have to go through such difficult times when they need important medical services.

The doctors and especially the nurses in the hospital are useless. These nurses are often engaged in social media outside the ward and often only one or two nurses stay in the ward and surf social media on smart phones. Even if a patient cries out that it is difficult, they are not looked after. They don't even check if the patients are breathing, and while giving the medicine, they pour water into the mouth of a patient and put a pill and leave without even looking to see if the medicine has been swallowed or swallowed. Patients or caregivers of patients are not told and concealed about the patient's condition. No advice is given. At least they did not say whether the patient was discharged and nurses says that they were discharged only if the patient's guardians forced them to ask. Hygiene of patients is not looked after. Nurses and doctors go about their lives happily letting patients die. The x-rays taken from the patients are not given to the caretakers and are kept with them even after discharge. They are not working for taking salaries from people's tax money. endangering the lives of poor people. I can call them Satan's children.

I don't quite understand. Keio University Hospital is a well known hospital BUT no one seems to speak even a very basic english. They all have japanese and english signs all over the hospital but no one knows how to speak it. I mean they don't have japanese only patients, but for me it feels like they only admit japanese because once you try to communicate with them, they mostly just say "no english" and then they leave you alone even if you have a serious health problem. I know expats should learn japanese but what about tourist or guests that only spends a week or two in japan? I come from Germany and we also have expats and foreigners there that hardly speaks any german BUT they don't get turned away by the hospital, because that is ILLEGAL and against the doctor's and healthcare workers OATH (do no harm!). WHAT IS WRONG JAPAN? you make A LOT of advertisement about OMOTENASHI and then you treat non japanese speakers as if they're not worth treating. And this is not the only hospital in Tokyo that do this. DO BETTER!!!

Excellent doctors and staff. I've had two surgeries at this hospital and both have gone very well. I recommend this hospital but if I understand their processes correctly, one needs a referral to go there. They are centrally located, and are right in front of the Shinanomachi station. There's another station close by on the Oedo Line. They have new facilities and parking. They also have motorcycle parking. This is one of the best hospitals in Tokyo in my opinion, but English is not spoken here. If you have a need for a special surgery involving a doctor from another hospital, then you may experience difficulty in having that arranged. I had to forego surgery on my heart there because they did not have a doctor on staff to do what I needed done immediately after the heart surgery. It was breast bone surgery. I had to have the heart surgery and the breast bone work done elsewhere, but the surgeries needed to be done back-to-back. Keio could not do it, which I believe is rare for them. I wish they could have facilitated it. It's a great hospital otherwise.

I went there because my period haven’t stopped in six months. I went there for a biopsy which made the bleeding increase for more than days, accompanied with terrible cramps. I returned urgently there and was treated really poorly by the interns who told me “they couldn’t do anything”that my cramps had probably nothing to do with my uterus ( but i had told them it was the same pain as period pain), and that i should just get painkillers. I really wonder in what world someone can say that is normal to have periods for six months, and bleed for more than ten days after a biopsy. I am deeply disappointed in this lack of professionalism and compassion.

Worst hospital. Only because of good doctor we came here except that each and every thing here is worst. We were in the general ward and there was no nurse call option provided. My father was the attendant and he had surgery just 3 days back and he used to go near the nurse desk for help,l. Except a few nurses all others were very rude. The admission process took a long time because of insurance pre approval even if we had shared all documents 3 days before. Such a big hospital but for billing only one person was there which took a long time during discharge, Bought medicines from hospital of nearly 9k and not a single penny discount on medecine. All tests were 10 times more costly then outside. This hospital is just looting patients. If you have enough money then you can choose this hospital. There is no limit on looting patients here.

I am grateful for the robot surgery for hepato-biliary-pancreas transplant surgery. It was the first time in 30 years since I was in elementary school that I was handicapped by another hospital and gripped the referral letter. I started out as an outpatient with an uneasy feeling, My primary care doctor was calm and gave me peace of mind. I can't believe I can talk like this and be listened to I don't know if you can explain this much. I was just amazed. Both the outpatient nurses and the staff are very professional and behave It was lovely. From there, I had regular outpatient visits until the surgery date was decided. It was my first general anesthesia, and I don't remember the 34 days after the surgery, but everyone on the team, the CCU, the nurses in the ward, the assistants, and the staff were sincere, and I was relieved. This time, on August 4th, I had my first visit to the department of diabetes endocrinology and metabolism. I received a letter of introduction and an appointment slip from the referral hospital and had a medical examination. (This does not apply to emergency outpatient services.) It was Kyoto University Hospital for the first time in ten years. From childhood to high school, I was treated for cleft lip and palate at our hospital's plastic surgery. It will be a medical examination from then on. The outpatient ward, the Sekitei ward, the middle ward, and the south ward group have changed considerably. I was prepared that it would take some time to see a diabetic outpatient for the first time. is given a call receiver. Diagnosis is fine but takes too much time. Waiting time is over 60 minutes. Showing to the doctor and getting the prescription and payment took more than 3 hrs. If some test are included then it will double the time.

Overall great facility (especially after the renovation) and very good doctors. I would have placed reviews on many of their doctors across several departments but many of them have left. Right now, I can highly speak about Dr Nathalie El Moukari, consultant radiologist. She’s confident and very thorough in her examination and takes the time to explain to the patient their situation and what they need to do. She communicates very well in, at least, three languages. Her team, I can cite Ms Mandy, is equally pleasant to deal with. The clinic is clean. Parking lots are available.

Very undesirable environment for some of group of the employees with no SOP from HR. Without proper protocol for meal time duration. Limited food variety in-house for the group of employees. Shift/annual leave schedule planning with non standard protocol and left it to department in-charge with unequal treatment subjected to their whim and fancy. Management may need to review to provide a better positive work environment to all.

Came to one of their clinics located here. Given wrong station exit info by Goggle maps (had to wait and cross the traffic junction twice), and exit 1 is the correct exit that leads up to the hospital. Staff at the front desk should be more attentive in the morning when patrons approached the desk. Had to "interrupt" to get to the right building.

I had an ongoing ear infection. I was seen by one the Ear, nose and throat doctor. I had a follow-up appointment at 10am, I had a confirmation text the day before. I took the day off work as I also had another doctor appointment at 11.30 not in the same hospital. Anyway, at 9.55am I got a call from Acibadem, someone speaking Turkish, I said in English please and then they hung up. Then at 9.57am I had another call from the hospital, this time someone speaking English saying that my appointment had changed to 11am, because my doctor arrived at that time. 3 minutes before the appointment and then I had to wait one hour, no explanations given, nothing. The oncologist wasn’t there that week, but we discussed with the hospital that we would do the interpretation of the results remotely with the doctor because we live in Tirana, Albania. I called today for an appointment and was told I would have to pay in Euro because I was not Turkish, but if I was from another Middle East country I would pay the same as the Turks. Acibadam one of the best hospital in Istanbul . A hospital that uses the latest medical equipment, with a professional staff of doctors and a very high-quality nursing service. The hospital and patient rooms are excellent and equipped with the best equipment, but hospital prices are very expensive. There are higher prices for every non-Turkish foreigner and this is annoying. I advise the patient not to go to the hospital directly. Unless through a Turkish doctor who deals with the hospital directly, this is better for you in terms of prices. The nursing service is very good, and the cleanliness , Hygiene & decorations are excellent.

Had a good experience getting IVF and PGD/PGT-a + PGT-m treatment from Acıbadem Fulya hospital (IVF department). Many thanks to Dr Hale Çelik, the nurses, embryology lab and Mr Kenan (patient coordinator) who were all very professional, competent, helpful and made the experience seamless. I could always ask questions and got a response straight away. The IVF and PGD treatment worked and we now have healthy babies. I would recommend.

Because this is a bigger hospital, I had a endometrial polyp removal surgery here. The male doctor (Ji Byeong Cheol) however, botched up my surgery and I continued to be in pain and bleed for months. His attitude was extremely rude and vague when asked questions and claimed I was the only patient to have issues. He then suggested we arrange an endoscopy. I decided not to go with the endoscopy with him as I already had trust issues. In the end I had to get a second surgery from another hospital four months later. It turned out my polyps were not removed and bacteria had spread inside my womb causing an infection. Hence the pain and why I had to wait a longer time to recover before I could get the second surgery. I didn't even see Ji Byeong Cheol’s face before or after my surgery nor receive any explanation and was dismissed right away, so to be honest, I don't even know whether he performed it. The worst and most traumatic experience of my life.

Nurse station in the department of dermatologist they have no manners when u talk to them they just watching their phone no any reply and their behavior is so rude. i experienced on 20221219 around 12 noon. i will give 0 point. And also doctor's has no experience they just remember some medicines name and prescrib those everytime no matter what problems patient have everytime they are just sale their some cosmetic products. Very dirty hospital I've been seen in Israel. I told to the nurse that one of the patient sat down on the chair and left it with human dirt. But nurses ignored me. One come but instead to clean they put a sheet to cover it. So i decided to clean it because it's hard for me to breathe. Telashomer and ichilov was more recommended.

On our to a much awaited holiday on the dead sea, my mum fell and broke her hip at arrivals in Tel Aviv. She required emergency surgery. The level of care at this hospital was superb. The staff were kind, attentive and empathetic and made our week stuck in a hospital room as pleasant as it could possibly be. They took very good care of my Special Needs daughter. Thank you How ever when my son broke his leg we were treated bad, told to check out my son daily to return for a surgery that NEVER happened, just causing more heart ship on my special needs family. One Shabbat we had to sleep in the lobby because they checked out my son after Shabbat started and there aren't wheelchair cabs running on Shabbat. Very bad treatment for my special needs family!!!

Wonderful hospital - had to visit whilst on holiday in Israel. The staff were so kind and helpful. We were seen and treatment in the emergency department within 2 hours of arrival. Highly recommend

I ended up with an unnecessary c section because of negligent and uncaring staff. Bring a midwife or doula with you to advocate for you because the staff will do what's convenient for them not what's best for you.

Even when not busy, waiting 8+ hours, no one answers questions, absolutely terrible care and service! The vital signs monitors have leads that become disconnected and alarms go off for hours and yet no one checks the monitors. Disgrace! Each time we ask the staff for help they walk by and ignore us. The nurses literally sit around laughing and joking as patients call for help. At the check in desk employees can't be bothered to look way from their phones. No interest in helping people. I am literally horrified. As someone else said, better to stay home and die than come here.

Terrible place. In emergency we was more than 4 hours, and we was alone. My wife was in condition when she can be only in horizontal position. But personal says that we can't use bed. This clinic and clalit - never again!

Because the nurses were nice enough to let me * steal* milk from the orthopedic ward? Cauae after trauma n ..stuffstuff? They knew how to get me back home. So now i go as DNR.

Your average hospital. But worse!!! Sometimes, if u get extremely lucky u won't need to wait 4+ hours for your turn, the staff are not the friendliest, it's an extremely old beat up place, nothing like I've ever seen before. The place looks and feels like it has not been renovated in maybe 3 or 4 decades As u can see in the picture below Nasty, very dirty, and not clean at all. I don't know how they are legally open🤔 I guess it's the only place available in the area. There is a mini mall practically connected to the place, so its easy access for food and other stuff like clothing and other shopping needs

Amazing hospital and stuff! I’m very satisfied with my experience in Wolfson Medical Center. First of all I wanna say that Main nurse Boris from ICU, social workers Valery and Ola are extraordinary and outstanding professionals. They are truly angels who surrounded me and my family with so much support, kindness, patience, understanding and compassion. I never experienced something like this in my life. I live in USA and work in medical field and had different experiences too, so I can tell that looking from the inside point of view, I can definitely say that these people work really hard and go above and beyond their human powers to do everything to help patients and their family. I’m writing this because I wanna share my good experience and send kind message since I feel that, a lot of people who get good experience always forgot to share positive energy and reviews. My mom was in critical condition in Intensive Care Unit and I was coming from USA to see her to say my last goodbye and was pleasantly surprised how good she was taken care of! Medical stuff let me and my family stay inside with her as long as I needed, didn’t rush me at all, always patiently answered all my questions, supported me and always was there for me. With that being said I also wanna say that everyone there knows how to do their job, and I’ve seen so much kindness and compassion from total strangers there, and I can confidently say that Wolfson Medical Center did everything possible to save my mom. I truly appreciate their help! They threat patients and their family with a lot of respect and professionalism no matter how hard people from family can be, and they always do their best to help and save patient life.
