Please do not see Dr PKD Shah. He has bad bedside manners and is very unethical. He lacks empathy and was using abusive language and profanity with this patients. Honestly this greedy doctor should now retire rather than playing with lives of people. Medical council of India should take a note of this review. I’ve made an appointment with Dr. Mohammad Badr, a gastroenterologist. While scheduling, I confirmed multiple times with the person handling appointments that the doctor would be available on time, ensuring there wouldn’t be any last-minute issues since I’m traveling from Bahrain. She advised me to arrive 10 minutes earlier. However, upon my arrival at the hospital 20 minutes early, I discovered that the doctor had already left, demonstrating a lack of punctuality and leaving before his scheduled hours. The customer staff was very rude and unhelpful. When I questioned them about the doctor leaving before my appointment, they claimed ignorance and mentioned that his duties were finished. Despite having my appointment time visible in the system, they couldn’t assist me and attributed the mistake to the call center staff. Frustratingly, they refused to call the doctor or take any action to rectify the situation. Their unprofessionalism extended from the doctor to the call center and customer service staff. I strongly advise against visiting Dosary Hospital or consulting Dr. Mohammad Badr, as my experience was highly unsatisfactory.

Need to express my concerns about the lengthy and frustrating insurance approval process we encountered at Dossary Hospital. We only visited due to Dr Javed because the doctor is good. We observed that only one staff member is available at the tiny insurance counter, with the main counter closed. This lone staff member is handling a long queue in the middle of the walkway, contributing to the overall inconvenience and adding to the challenges faced during the insurance approval process. Unlike our experiences in other hospitals, the insurance approval process at Dossary Hospital has been exceedingly time-consuming. The rejections, coupled with the necessity to repeatedly seek additional information from the doctor and endure prolonged waiting times, have been incredibly inconvenient. This repetitive cycle occurred three times, leading us to the decision to pay cash for the test, which was priced at a reasonable 230 riyals. It is disheartening to note that our Class A insurance, which is promptly approved at other medical facilities, consistently faces challenges at Dossary Hospital. Despite our attempts to address these issues with the hospital staff, we feel our concerns have not been adequately addressed. The constant blame on our insurance company and the lack of resolution only added to the distress of navigating this process as sick patients. As patients, we find it unacceptable to endure such a cumbersome and disorganized procedure, having to navigate multiple floors to resolve the matter. We urge you to review and improve your insurance approval process to ensure a smoother experience for patients who rely on your services. We DO NOT RECOMMEND DOSSARY ANYMORE.

The facility is good. But, a lot to be improved. Very slow process starting from reception, insurance approval to pharmacy. Don't go if you are for a quick checkup for your kids.

Big buildings but nurses not experienced, did not use gloves for dressing, did not position me properly for the dressing and generally fumbled their way around a very simple wound dressing. Big No.

Hospital was clean and staff spoke English well, so it was easy for us to communicate. However, we went in for a simple wound dressing and they did not handle it well. One of the nurses handled my wife’s bandage with her bare hands. Also, they only had low quality gauze type bandages; we earlier got a higher quality elastic bandage, and composite wound dressing at another hospital.

Very high cost of blood tests. And there is only one reason - you are a foreigner. It is better to go to an appointment here and get tested elsewhere. But the welcome here is worth it, the staff speak English and are very polite. The hospital is beautiful and clean, nothing to complain about.

My baby was delivered here, the hospital has the best service across. They have Senior nurses some have been there from the inception period. It’s one of the best hospitals for kids and women. Queue management, allocation of appointments, information everything is easily available.

Every poor customer and patient experience. Nowadays there is no business centre to update patient on billing matters. I have to go and search high and low and basement level 1 admission only to informed me to scanned gr code. The same whereby the nurses at wards informed me to go apps to download the discharge summary. For invoice by it take up to 21 days for invoice to be posted over things are getting worst under singhealth. And motto patients at the heart we do should be removed as I don't think it is relevant any more due to the additional layer imposed again got to scan code and write email for invoices matter to their back end for verified true copy whereby I am physically at the hospital and no one can help left disappointed and helpless...

I stayed at ward 44 from 18 Sept to 21 Sept 2023 due to a miscarriage. I would say that my stay was very pleasant. The care team was very kind, nice and empathetic helping me throughout. Had a premature C-section at the centre and my baby was in the NICU for a month, the doctors and nurses were professional, attentive and caring. The private room was great too, spacious with a private toilet and bath, it's a bit pricey but definitely worth spending for a quiet and comfortable recovery after birth.

The facility is actually quite good and new. But the physicians are kinda mixed. Some people are responsible, hard working and still have a sense of humor, but some are really exhausting to talk to. If you've ever dealt with government officials you'd get what I mean, but they try their best to work as little as possible and avoid all responsibility so chances are you won't be able to get a straight answer from them.. Its location is also in the middle of residential area so if you're a traveler or are NOT affluent enough to afford an exorbitant house in this Setagaya neighborhood.. I guess you'll have no business here.

This is going to be a pretty negative review due to miserable administration and communication, but the staff's technical skills are beyond other hospitals. Thanks to them, they were able to deliver my two beautiful twin daughters in a situation that could have potentially had many complications. Now the negative. - The documentation about visitation is from pre-Covid, so despite signing documents allowing a single visitor, don't expect to see your newborns until they're released from the hospital a week after they're born. And don't expect to be informed about this until days before the birth. - Don't expect to be informed in a timely manner if your wife suddenly has to go into emergency surgery, after being told by the doctor that she should be contacting you in an hour. Plan for a very stressful 6 hours of no information if your wife and newborns are ok or not. - Don't expect the appropriate doctors to be available on the day the hospital planned to decide whether your new family can come home or not. Expect your doctors to be on holiday that day, pushing the decision of if and when you can finally meet your new family back by at least a day. - Don't expect the administration to answer your questions completely about payment and insurance. Despite being told that there is no payment needed once proof of insurance is revived, expect that not to include 50,000円 worth of food that you will have to pay on your visit. And don't expect to be able to handle any paperwork via mail; only in person. We didn't have a lot of options for hospitals in Tokyo that could give birth to identical twins. If you're in a similar situation, I can't say if choosing Keio would have been better. If you are not expecting a complicated birth, I would highly suggest you avoid this hospital.

I was brought to the hospital by ambulance in the middle of the night due to severe pain and vomiting due to a ureteral stone. There is a large free parking lot. Reservations are given priority for consultations. The food I eat while in the hospital is not very tasty.

It was an amazing experienced! When I go for check up for severe cough flu, due to the weather change. When I reach to Mediclinic Al ain, I was entertain directly by the reception guy who's named Javudullah Balkiaz Khan this guy promote the quality and equality of the hospital. And to mention the nurses that checking my vitals, they are very attentive to the patient, and mostly the doctor, she come several times into my room to check and explained about my status of what I fell. Does not accept CignaGlobal outpatient insurance. Tried on numerous occasions to get me to pay direct. I had them flagged by my insurance company and they will be reviewed as to whether they will stay in-network or not. If you have outpatient global insurance, I would advise going to a hospital which accepts it immediately with no question asked.

I visited emergency section. Really attentive, caring and professional people working there. Everything was tracked and done on time. I could see that nurses were really tired because of high number of patients, but they stayed calm and tried not to let patient recognise it. Good hospital, recommended. Service deserves the price.

But this place needs major changes to their staff care & communication with patients. Some nurses are so aggressive when handling patients, to the point of hurting them while taking blood samples. There’s so much I can vent about, but that’s it for today. 🤦‍♀️

Husband on last day in China had a seziure he was taken by ambulance 3 ks away to Puhua hospital. Only waited 15 min as roads were quiet at 6am . The treatment was first class from room staff.. office staff to tests . MRI CT EEG from talking to 2 doctors given medication we were able to get flight home that night . Saying to hotel receptionist ... travel insurance... tourist hospital... English speaking are the main words to relay in any country.

Hygiene is extremely poor. In my experience the floor was wiped with mop out of toilet. Literally, excrements are on the floors all iver the rooms. The personnel is rude, shouting to patients. They don hide their hate towards the patients, it feels like the just want to get rid of you. Nurses are very rude.

This is one of the best hospital in Bangladesh, but the price is too much high or expensive. So if you want to come to this hospital you have calculate extra money the as usual. Only problem I found so far with the billing counter staff on level 3. They are rude and arrogant with very less manners. such a shame . i paid for private clinic and this is what we got . i did my surgery there i stayed 3 days after the surgery . nurse in my last night didnt check at me at all for more than 10 hours (the whole night shift) . didnt check at all ... the other patient who slept in the same room had edema in her arm she again didnt care after the patient insist she removed the iv . one hour later the woman felt pain the nurse told her i cant do anything because you asked me to remove your iv access and we give painkiller through the iv ( she is blaming her and in indirect way tell her its her fault) .. and she has to wait till the morning to get new iv access ( while i know she can do so and if not she can call someone to do so there is no way there is no one in the hospital to do so .woman stayed all night in pain she couldnt sleep and i couldnt sleep either ). in my first day there were two new patient who got admitted to the inpatient ward the people who carried the patients ask a nurse where should we put each one of them . she said"" this person look classy lets put him in the better room the other one look the neglected and inelegant lets put him in this room. "" i will never recommend this place to a my beloved person or to a family although the surgeon was great we still know that 90% of the time patient spend in any hospital it will be spent with the nurse .

Once you get past the check in it's smooth sailing , but the women at the check in were too busy taking care of the people that came after I did . One even reprimanded me for being early while her associates were busy checking their social media. CT scan went quickly. But the pain I was in while lying on the machine made it seem like forever.. Hope I don't have to come back .

I spent 32 hours without food or drink because I was told I would have a surgery to drain an abscess (procedure itself generally takes 30-40 mins). After all those hours I am requesting to get transferred and the head nurse is rejecting the notion. I thought NHS was bad, this is a disgrace… I’m being treated like a 3rd class citizen.

Medically and clinically very good, staff very pleasant and helpful. Site is poorly signposted and difficult to find the department you need on first visit if you're not familiar with it. Parking very difficult and quite expensive. Good selection of on-site retail outlets in the mall. Views over surrounding area are breathtaking.

I was here just to see the stained glass windows (Chagall windows) in the synagogue. They are so beautiful! The entrance fee is 25 which comes with an audio guide and a brochure.
