It supposed to be the best Hospital in the Sultanate. Despite all the expertise and the best facilities as well as state of the art equipments. Still the outcome is not as good as it supposed to be. In order to ensure that the best services are provided the management should spend more time in the field rather than sitting in the offices.

I heard a lot about this hospital, but I think the service is average. But it is true that many good and experienced doctors do chambers here. But there is also a flip side to the coin of this hospital. A few days ago, after the death of a patient and her neonates under the care of Dr. Songjukta Saha, various irregularities and sufferings of the hospital have come to the fore. And many are opening up their suffering experience about this. Therefore, we all have to be more conscious about the treatment of the family and decide the hospital and doctor.
Finally, it is very costly, beyond the capacity of average income people.

A galaxy of optimist with committed vision put their thinking-caps on to enter into the mystery as to why patients, even with minor complaints, even with minor complaints, prefer assessment and treatment abroad. A through and searched discussion over the matter led them to conceive the idea of establishing an ideal Health Service Complex – that shall be – By HIS GRACE – singled out as a center of excellence in the service of the needy and suffering humanity. Thus CENTRAL HOSPITAL LIMITED came into existence.
To their belief, Health is a basic right of all members in the society and recognition of this right is the obligation of the Authority and the health service providers.
OUR VISION AND MISSION
Ensure modern consultation and dependable investigation.
Ensure proper assessment and administer accountable treatment coupled with laudable and exemplary care and services.
Ensure sustainability of the Health services.
Provide required environment support.
Provide services at a reasonable price.
At the cross-roads of an embryonic transition of the country’s Health Care Services, Government has meanwhile introduced Health Policy’98 with a view to addressing the need for health Care services for all segments of the population regardless of cast and creed.
Central Hospital Limited is also aiming at comprehensive Medicare Services through its humble efforts complimenting the policy priority of the Government.
The Central Hospital made rooms for highly skilled professionals with their variable experiences and specialization in respective areas. The company was incorporated in 1991. Bangladesh Shilpa bank, amongst other, has made an investment of sizeable amount as long term loan in this venture.
The complex is located at a point where Dhanmondi Road # 5 meets the Green Road. This has got all the prospects of an ideal Health Centre. Having foundation structure for 12 storied building on their own land, the complex has been built up to 6-Storey at the moment. Each floor covering approximately 10,500 square feet offers a hygienic and spacious area. Whole complex has been well furnished with imported medical Equipment, Instruments & Medical grade beds.
The striking feature of the complex is its Corporate set-up with a unique conglomeration of professional skills supported by sound financial standings.

Service, Doctors are very qualified and experienced. Stuffs are also very well mannered. Floors are neat and clean, have big space. But from outlook to inside its really beautiful, design is also so excellent.
We have come here for second time with same problem, Gallbladder stone and Harnia.
Its a very good hospital for new born babies. Facilities for babies, support and services are best to treat from here. Worth to every penny. I highly recommend this hospital and doctors

Welcome to PMCH - Parkview Medical College & Hospital
Bangladesh is rapidly becoming a role model for different aspect of health care development among developing countries. It is not possible for a government alone to develop health manpower to cater the increasingly complex, diverse and expensive public health care needs of a developing country like Bangladesh. In addition to Government Medical Colleges, Private Medical Colleges in Bangladesh are performing very significant role in producing skilled medical health professionals and providing specialized health care facilities at reasonable cost to ailing people of the country. To develop a new Medical College, location is a significant factor.

HANNAH KIRÁLY i hope you will read my message because the surgeon who disfigured me is the same as yours. And even though i spoke very little it to those around me, i met three people who were completly disapointed in having breast transplants done by this surgeon.
Like you, I suffered enormously psychologically from the result of this operation. My face wasn’t the same at all and that wasn’t the goal!!
I also woke up during the operation because i was choking from the blood running down my throat. I heard voice of the nurse only at that moment.
The result was a disaster and i had to have three operations in another hospital to repair the damage.

I gave birth at Yanhee Hospital with Dr. Apichat.
He’s excellent and very good and experienced in natural as well. At the beginning I want to go with natural and he always pro with it.
But in the end I choose to do C-section,
And I had fabulous experience and I recovered after 7 days and being able to do everything normally and the incisions healed very well.
Dr. Apichat understand English but he will reply in thai. However every international client of yanhee hospital will get assistant/translator for every checkup and during the stay for delivery. Highly recommend Sai Htun Win (Sonic) he’s excellent and very helpful and professional! Couldn’t be more happy with all free things he has done for me and my family!
I had amazing birth experience with this doctor and this hospital, they willing to help me with everything they can do since the first time i come here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I waited one full hour to get a facial done.
And that’s after complaining along the way.
Very unprofessional and waste patients time.
Each step took 15/20 mins.
There’s no communication about how long I should wait.
I always come here but today was the worse experience.
Never ever again.

I recently delivered my baby boy at Kings College Dubai Hills. I had a memorable and an amazing experience and felt so at home. My husband and I were so humbled and couldn’t have asked for more private care. All the staff and nurses were excellent and I was in good hands. However, Leanne my midwife was exceptionally helpful and was like a second Mum to me. She went above and beyond all the time to make sure I was ok. She assisted me with everything I had to learn and know as a new Mum and always made me feel at ease. She is always so hardworking, professional and passionate about what she does. I’ve never met someone who loves what they do so much! Leanne has provided so much care post my delivery as well and she has become a very close friend of mine. I can confidently recommend Leanne as she deserves it. I am convinced that having her as a member of staff will be a valuable asset.

I delivered my baby with King's in July 2022. I highly recommend the hospital and stuff working there, everyone was very supportive and kind.
I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Esra for my delivery.
On a separate note, I sincerely want to thank Mary Grace for her kind support. As a first time mother, even whilst I was attending Antenatal classes, I lacked practical experience of how to take care of baby. Mary Grace was very attentive and showed us how to bath and change the baby, explaining many interesting life hacks. Her support and explanation how to breastfeed the baby was indispensable, without her I would not be that lucky to establish breastfeeding which I continue to date.

There’s no SMS or any notifications to let you know when your queue is coming up, so you have no choice but to wait patiently in the waiting area. Hey... Patient and the patient family members paid money for treatment...not paid money come here and let you order or instruct them with nonsen reason of yours.. but when the family members ask your nurse to do things, they will just know how to say
" I not sure",
" You just wait Doctor",

Eventually nothings your nurse manage to help nor they really successfully help.. Cause after 1000 years also they didn't come to help the family members.

Last month on 17/6, I was admitted to Hospital Fatimah into emergency ward due to intestinal problems gets me into pain for a day. The request is from me to the one of hospital in Ipoh due to family also at home. The surgery has happened on 18/6, and it is OK but I’m not get used to this due to after abdominal surgery, so I was able to get help from the nurse in charge on day and night. The doctors in charge are helpful for the first time into surgery process and it’s been over 3 weeks, I’m moving on for abdominal recovery. But one thing it is discomfort is, the private hospital is becoming other’s patients private hotel. Usually there will be less noise but the patients nearby are quite noisy. But whatever, I hope that I am on smooth and get well soon.

I’ve made an appointment with Dr. Mohammad Badr, a gastroenterologist. While scheduling, I confirmed multiple times with the person handling appointments that the doctor would be available on time, ensuring there wouldn’t be any last-minute issues since I’m traveling from Bahrain. She advised me to arrive 10 minutes earlier.
However, upon my arrival at the hospital 20 minutes early, I discovered that the doctor had already left, demonstrating a lack of punctuality and leaving before his scheduled hours.
The customer staff was very rude and unhelpful. When I questioned them about the doctor leaving before my appointment, they claimed ignorance and mentioned that his duties were finished. Despite having my appointment time visible in the system, they couldn’t assist me and attributed the mistake to the call center staff.
Frustratingly, they refused to call the doctor or take any action to rectify the situation. Their unprofessionalism extended from the doctor to the call center and customer service staff. I strongly advise against visiting Dosary Hospital or consulting Dr. Mohammad Badr, as my experience was highly unsatisfactory.

Need to express my concerns about the lengthy and frustrating insurance approval process we encountered at Dossary Hospital.
We only visited due to Dr Javed because the doctor is good.
We observed that only one staff member is available at the tiny insurance counter, with the main counter closed. This lone staff member is handling a long queue in the middle of the walkway, contributing to the overall inconvenience and adding to the challenges faced during the insurance approval process.
Unlike our experiences in other hospitals, the insurance approval process at Dossary Hospital has been exceedingly time-consuming. The rejections, coupled with the necessity to repeatedly seek additional information from the doctor and endure prolonged waiting times, have been incredibly inconvenient. This repetitive cycle occurred three times, leading us to the decision to pay cash for the test, which was priced at a reasonable 230 riyals.
It is disheartening to note that our Class A insurance, which is promptly approved at other medical facilities, consistently faces challenges at Dossary Hospital. Despite our attempts to address these issues with the hospital staff, we feel our concerns have not been adequately addressed. The constant blame on our insurance company and the lack of resolution only added to the distress of navigating this process as sick patients.
As patients, we find it unacceptable to endure such a cumbersome and disorganized procedure, having to navigate multiple floors to resolve the matter. We urge you to review and improve your insurance approval process to ensure a smoother experience for patients who rely on your services.
We DO NOT RECOMMEND DOSSARY ANYMORE.

WARD 4A Thank you for providing the best care of me during my stay (recovery period) at your hospital. You have provided me a very impressive and professional medical care, hospitality with premium (VVIP) services experience. The room is new, clean, with warm decorated design, very secure (with key card access to each unit), a small digital safe in the closet. The toilet's kits are good quality. The food is also delicious. I will definitely recommend Samitivej Hospital especially WARD 4A to my family and friends.
Special appreciation to Doctor Santi, Doctor Panont, Doctor May, their nursing teams and all staff for their professional medical care and friendliness which made me feel worry free.
Warmest Regards,
Dr. Joyce

Excellent quality hospital. I had stayed here for taking medical treatments for 4 nights. It is not like hospital but 5 stars hotel. Here is very clean, all staffs have nice hospitality. My Doctor gives very clear information about process and step of treatment so I can plan my days, take strictly on her medical suggestion to recover soonest. Nurses on ward 5R I stay very helpful and have very good service mind. Maids is very hard working to make the room tiny and you feel like stay in 5 stars hotel. I don’t feel I stay in hospital except during my fever time keeps telling me that “ Hey guy, you are in hospital “ Excellent !!

The only day I visited Bangkok, I decided to go see a doctor incase of an infection. The nurses were very professional and kind. But the doctor I consulted was extremely rude, took a picture of my wound and explain his doctor's lectures. He didn't even offer to clean my wound. Didn't even let me explain what caused it. Prescribed antibiotics which was 1900 baht, back in the country where I live, augmentin is half the price cheaper than this. I like the hospital. My family's been going here alot. But this particular doctor threw me off with big disappointment and experience.
