All the nurse in 2B like everyone own them billion dollar, they are not come to help their patient nor patient family members. All your nurse will only know how to restrict you to do anythings.. without suggest alternative solution.
Hey... Patient and the patient family members paid money for treatment...not paid money come here and let you order or instruct them with nonsen reason of yours.. but when the family members ask your nurse to do things, they will just know how to say
" I not sure",
" You just wait Doctor",
" You wait 1st I come later"
" You need to wait"
Eventually nothings your nurse manage to help nor they really successfully help.. Cause after 1000 years also they didn't come to help the family members.
.... Such lousy service in nowdays, you think how long your hospital can sustain..

I am very grateful to Dr Mogan for he has done a great job in getting right in the whole diagnostic process. He is very detail, sincere and capable in addressing the rootcause of my illness with proper proposal to me. I am a difficult to treat patient with precondition of 3 years serious iron deficiency anemia due to heavy menstrual disorder. I came all the way from KL to Ipoh see Dr Mogan for
second opinion as recommended by
my mum and sis. This is the best O&G specialist I have seen so far compare to a few gynae I met. Kudos to Dr. Mogan and all Fatimah Hospital nurses and staff. Two surgery in less than a week, I wouldnt be able to make it through without your support. Thank you for helping me in regaining my health. My heartfelt gratitude to all. God bless all of you.

Last month on 17/6, I was admitted to Hospital Fatimah into emergency ward due to intestinal problems gets me into pain for a day. The request is from me to the one of hospital in Ipoh due to family also at home. The surgery has happened on 18/6, and it is OK but I’m not get used to this due to after abdominal surgery, so I was able to get help from the nurse in charge on day and night. The doctors in charge are helpful for the first time into surgery process and it’s been over 3 weeks, I’m moving on for abdominal recovery. But one thing it is discomfort is, the private hospital is becoming other’s patients private hotel. Usually there will be less noise but the patients nearby are quite noisy. But whatever, I hope that I am on smooth and get well soon.

Absolutely abysmal organisation and zero respect for patients time.
Book an appointment for 830, summoned at 830, I arrive at 815 to be a bit early.
They tell me to come back at 1030 because you only get to pick your position in queue for 1030. Special mention to the lady that arrived after me and tried to be put first in line.
You read that right. They summon you at 830 knowing full well that doctor will be here at 1030 so "that way there isn't a lot of people arriving together at 1030". Are you kidding me? Can't you just book 15 or 20 minute slots instead of making your patients waste AT LEAST two hours of their time?
Doctor arrived at 1100, not a word of apology or anything.
Overall, I arrived at 815 and saw the doctor at 1115.
Just go somewher else, they don't deserve to have patients.

Done some renovation works. The front desk and more welcoming. Hospital is a place I get lost all the time: in terms of where to go and what to do (the paper works).
The admin staff are very helpful as I am a noob in hospital paperwork.
Would like to request KPJ to improve it is the waiting time to see specialist. The average waiting time is always >2 hours even with appointments. Please relook into this. We understand doctors are busy, but there should be a system to improve this as well.

Went to see ER doctor for emergency situation. My husband had been exposed to a fungus which affected other’s.. we already had a good idea of what was going on. A fungal infection of the lungs. We told him everything which he wouldn’t listen to any of our thoughts. Cough, severe weight loss severe pain in chest, couldn’t hardly speak or even walk! I could go on with the symptoms but the end result was.
He said stop smoking… which he did instantly but only got much worse. Within two days I took my husband to another hospital where they looked at his throat/did ct scan and could clearly see a fungus covering his throat right off the bat! (the Adventist doctor could have also) takes 30 seconds to see. John is now in the ICU at another hospital extremely sick. I’m more than outraged! It would have only taken an open mind (LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS)
Be careful because going here could possibly cost you your life!
I felt the doctor was arrogant acting like he knew more about what his symptoms were than my husband! At one point even saying you have TB which has never been the case (20% of lung fungal infections are misdiagnosed as TB on lung x-rays), something I read later. I implored him to look into a fungal infection but he refused. Blaming John for being a smoker. We paid cash for this service which put my husband in a life n death situation.

My relative was confined in this hospital for four days. In those four days, her doctor only visited her twice but charged us P8,000 as PF. Nurses only came in when called--via phone because the nurse call button was cut. We were monitoring our patient's fever ourselves.
I've reviewed the bill and there were questionable charges as well like gloves, tape etc. It's not as if the nurses finished all of those supplies but we were charged for the whole amount nonetheless. This would have been okay if the excess supplies were given to the patient upon discharge.
ER charges were unreasonable as well. There were only three patients when we came in yet the whole process of admitting the patient took 2 hours, meanwhile incurring more and more charges in the ER.
But the worst part of the experience was requiring the patient to have a companion for the purpose of having someone actually take care of the patient.
Doesn't that negate the purpose of going to the hospital? You go to a hospital to get medical treatment and care. But it seemed like we were only there for the convenience of having labs done and having IV fluids--which to be honest can be done at home--because the actual care of the patient came from the companion.
In effect, companions need to miss work to take care of the patient. For as long as the patient is confined, they miss the opportunity to earn money--which they need in the first place to be able to pay for the high hospital bill. It's an oppressive system.
This set-up would have been forgivable if companions had a comfortable bed if they are required to be with the patient 24/7. But no, they are only given a plastic chair. And even if we get the private room, a companion is still required.
People go to private hospitals for better service, but it seems like the only difference between DLSMC and a public hospital is that this hospital has aircon. What a waste of hard-earned money.

My first visit to Manila Doctors Hospital was a positive experience, surpassing any hospitals I've encountered in Cavite. The facility even boasts its own food court, which aligns well with contemporary expectations and technology standards.
However, in contrast to this modern amenity, the appearance and condition of the doctor's rooms left something to be desired. It felt as though they had been frozen in time, reminiscent of the 1990s. Small room, ventilated, yes, but crowded outside.

I don't know if all hospitals have become like this after covid, but at this hospital you will feel that everyone... from doctors, nurses down to their janitors have become unsympathetic towards patients and is only working for their own gain and the hospital is just making money.
This hospital is not in the top 5 but it is still expensive. The price paid was not worth it, a life was lost and relatives had trouble from emergency room until claiming of the death certificate.
Service wise, it was terrible. Emergency service where patient felt neglected. Companions also can't enter until 12 hours later you will know that patient couldn't breathe anymore (because patient practically had no immune system) and needed to enter the covid ward. Emergency nurses and doctors are digusted at the patient.
A patient having more than 10 doctors and those are consultants. Diagnosis and Prognosis were unclear. Doctors who tend to pass the blame to the relatives ("Weren't you informed?"). Medical staff basically aren't pro-active and you have to ask every single thing. Interns who do not know how to talk to patient and relatives ( who would tell you to get the item needed and hang up on you) and are practically robots or who are doing things by the book.
And then, you would just hear from other people, "Oh, we have that service." or " We have that item, we use it for..." but we never had these service.
A patient who could still walk into the emergency room became bedridden and degraded into a vegetable in a month's span.
Death certificate was problematic as the doctor didn't train the doctor in charge on what to do and numerous revisions done added insult to the grieving family.
The medical abstract was a pain to obtain and didn't contain the detailed explaination as to what happened to the patient at the course of the confinement. Also, reading said document felt like it was written by a failing medical student.
I personally do not recommend this hospital. Their on duty nurses ( probably the same as anywhere) are by orders and do not have compassion or sympathy for the patient. Their on duty residents are disappointing and felt if there is no physical problem seen then there is no problem... likewise executing traits of no sympathy to patients.

Giving 3 stars because we had a mix of good and bad experience at this hospital. This is our hospital of choice, atleast if you compare them with Chinese Gen or Manila Med, I can confidently say that they are better. Our outpatient experience here was very good. From HMO office, Lab, Nurses, Doctors and their secretaries, all gave us a pleasant and warm service. We always go back here for our outpatient medical needs. Their facilities is good and the vibe is almost similar to Medical City.
It's a different story when my partner had to rush his mother to their emergency at the wee hours. Their staff posted outside the Emergency Room were bad discriminating profilers. They gave warm assistance when you look rich or arrived with a private car. But if you look poor, they will just stare at you.
We arrived on their emergency room using a barangay ambulance. My partner is wearing his everyday home clothes, shirt with holes, shorts with holes. It is a an emergency so ofcourse we didn't have the time to dress up. When we arrived there, no one came near to us, to assist us to unload the patient. The guard just stayed at his pedestal, unbothered by the ambulance siren. I was the one who even grabbed a wheelchair from their door to the ambulance. Maybe they thought we are just a barangay health worker or "tambays" because of our clothes and it is okay.
Until, I witnessed how they assisted someone who arrived on a Toyota Fortuner. All of the staff including the guard went to the Fortuner to assist that patient. The guard urgently grabbed a wheelchair and they are all energetic. Very different when we arrived on a barangay ambulance.
Inside the ER, my partner told me that their behavior changed when they found out her mom (the patient) and him are platinum members. They were all of sudden fast, caring and attentive. They probably got surprised how a beggar looking guy with holes in his shorts is a platinum plus member.
This will still be our hospital of choice despite that incident because of proximity. Although, I hope that they give the same treatment to anyone regardless if they look poor or rich.

The worst hospital ever. Staff is great but the organization is all about profit. We could’ve been discharged by 11AM. We followed up multiple times. We had to wait til 5PM for someone to show up and check on the patient. Billing said we had to wait til 7PM to pay so they can account for the “necessary” charges. They want to keep you here, I’m telling you. Obviously, the longer you stay, the more you need to pay.

I had a positive experience at this hospital. The guards, nurses, and staff were all very accommodating, and I felt well taken care of. The ER Doctor was particularly impressive, as they took the time to explain everything in detail.
However, there were some drawbacks. The ER bed areas were a bit small, with only one chair, no table, and limited space to walk around. This made the waiting area less comfortable than I would have liked.
Nevertheless, it was still a good experience.

Why does a hospital labeled "World Class" provide an ultrasound schedule a month later? This issue isn't recent; they could have addressed it by adding more machines to handle the patient load.
St. Luke's moved Maxicare to their HMO Concierge, despite the limited space in the small building. Only a few individuals can enter the office, leaving others waiting outside in the sweltering heat.

The service when checking in is quite nice and welcoming, unfortunately, for me it's downhill after that. Very very noisy nurses, it takes minimum of 10 minutes before a nurse comes to my room after pressing the red button because my dextrose kept beeping since it was almost empty. this happened several times. What if it was an emergency?!

I’d say majority of the staff are very well mannered and trained. Everytime I ask anyone that works there some information, they guided me immediately.
I’d say the art building though is a bit old and dirty but the main building is pretty clean and sometimes confusing to navigate.
Better to bring in cash or card because unfortunately their gcash doesn’t work. One of the downsides in some of the services here are usually packed with people so best to call in advance. I do love the service and the professionalism but this is definitely a very expensive hospital.
Besides all this, there are food places inside where they serve really good food.

The worst service I've ever experienced with a government hospital. The staff lack empathy to ailing patients, talking to them in a condescending manner. Instructions are given in sparse, showing lack of organizational skills. Patients who have been waiting to undergo procedure tend to wait more, asking them to go back after completing yet another instruction.
The patient I'm with- a 71 year old, who was instructed to fast for 10 hours (last meal was dinner the day before) has not eaten anything yet considering it's already 3:19pm - no breakfast and lunch at all. Now, we were instructed to drink something and wait another hour for the chemical to take effect and be seen in the CT scan considering that we've been waiting for more than 2 hours. Then, they ask us to purchase something for the patient to take before the actual procedure. I mean, why didn't they tell us beforehand?
I would've given a 0 score but the review doesn't allow that. Really terrible.
If someone from this department is reading this, I'd like for you to take note of the photos of the staff inside the MRI & CT scan that need some sort of counseling or a refresher on customer service and empathy.

For simple drainage of abscess they asked 35,000 dirham (10,000$). We was shocked.
All staff extremely slow, we spend 5 hours in this hospital and get 0 help. One doctor look and call another doctor, another look and call another doctor. No one don’t want do the job unless you pay 35,000 dirham.

Mediclinic (all hospitals) offer exceptional healthcare services. We opted for ParkView and I have to say that Doctors and nurses are truly amazing, demonstrating professionalism in every interaction. The rest of the staff also maintain a high standard of professionalism, ensuring that patients feel good throughout the process of being admitted.
What stands out is the patient centered approach. The staff is patient and attentive, making sure that what you need they deliver with kindness and efficiency. This level of care extends to the discharge process as well, where they thoroughly inform patients about necessary paperwork and follow-up steps.
The hospital itself is impressive. It's well organized and meticulously maintained, creating a comforting and reassuring environment for patients and visitors alike.
In my experience, Mediclinic, as a private healthcare provider, it’s very good and I will continue using their services.

The surgery went really smoothly, thanks to Dr. Zakir and the rest of the surgical team. The nurses (Rose, Reshma, April and many others!) who took care of me were really helpful and made my stay as comfortable as it possible can be.

The surgery went really smoothly, thanks to Dr. Zakir and the rest of the surgical team. The nurses (Rose, Reshma, April and many others!) who took care of me were really helpful and made my stay as comfortable as it possible can be.
Overall it's been a highly positive experience. Thank you for the exceptional care and support!

I recently had the privilege of working with Linda as my physiotherapist, in Burjeel Hospital - Dubai Branch, and I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for her dedicated efforts in helping me fix my shoulder problem. From start to finish, Linda displayed an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care that made my journey to recovery a smooth and positive one.
Linda's extensive knowledge and skills in physiotherapy were evident from day one. She was able to accurately diagnose the root cause of my shoulder issue and develop a comprehensive treatment plan tailored specifically to my needs. Throughout the process, Linda took the time to explain each step of the treatment, ensuring that I was always well-informed and comfortable with the exercises and techniques she recommended.
Furthermore, Linda's warm and friendly personality created a comfortable environment that made me look forward to each appointment. Her positive energy and genuine interest in my well-being truly made a difference in my overall experience. It felt like visiting a close friend who genuinely cares about your recovery journey.

Today, I went to visit this hospital because I had - bad sore throat. I went to another hospital first, but the wait is too long.
Nurses: Here some nurses are nice, but some nurses have bad attitude, especially the way they talk at Eye/eye/nose/throat station. I told them that I checked covid earlier, and they tried to scared me away with 200 baht extra cost for covid test first. I was so sick that I would not want to deal with them.
Doctor: The doctor I met today doesn’t seem to be well-educated or not attention to detail. Normally, I would get tested to find my symptoms is from virus or bacteria before prescribing antibiotics. I don’t want to take too many antibiotics because it is bad for my health in the long run. Also, my body has some red dots on my skin. I told the doctor that. I thought I would get skin medicine, but he seems to forget it or just prescribes me an allergy medicine to take which I’m not sure it is for my running nose or skin allergy.
Price: The bill is not clear of how much each medicine costs. There are only 3 medicines. The cost was over 3,000 baht. 2,000 baht for the medicine which seems to be over-priced.
I would not recommend this hospital if you are coming here.

2 day stay for cancer surgery. After being assisted to my room prior to surgery their procedures just don't make since.
When they tried to insert the IV before a shower and before changing into hospital clothes I directed the nurse to come back just prior to me going to the OR.
5 hours before surgery take a shower and change. 1 hour before surgery nurse shaves and directs another shower. Put on a different set of clothes. Ask for IV Team to come back. IV inserted the told to change clothes again.
Poor planning and communication.
New staff comes on shift and everything went smoothly and logically.
OR Staff were Excellent.
Sr Anesthesia was Extremely Professional really like him.
Recovery Room Staff Excellent.
Back in the room and the again were Super.
The 1 draw back was initially they couldn't understand that a Farang's pain wasn't alleviated by a single Tylenol. I did get the pain meds I needed though.
Concerning the food, it is actually very good.
All in All I'm happy I came here.

I did have a motorbike accident with several injuries. They admitted me to the hospital, wehere they carried out the necessary checks, including blood test, including x-ray, including CT scan. To have full picture of my various injuries. Afterwards the surgeons did an excellent job stitching me together, and after operation care was excellent. The nurses are very caring, the stuff is highly professional, the doctor speaks English, and if there is a communication problem, Google translate is always of a great help. They ensured a perfect hospital experience, despite my accident in a hospital, which has to be highly recommended due to its professional staff, including administration, nurses and doctors. Great job done!

Thank you very much to the excellent Dr Tran Quoc Khanh, nurses and staff. I really appreciate the ‘honest’ and efficient care that I received today. I came in for a last-minute general health check report (to support a work permit application to another country). All simple tests including urine and blood tests were comfortably completed in one afternoon. Cost was around 2.5million which is a very reasonable fee given the quality standard of service. Hospital is nice and clean and overall in good condition. International section is on 4th floor of Block C. Very easy to get to from the road entrance.

Hospital was clean and staff spoke English well, so it was easy for us to communicate. However, we went in for a simple wound dressing and they did not handle it well. One of the nurses handled my wife’s bandage with her bare hands. Also, they only had low quality gauze type bandages; we earlier got a higher quality elastic bandage, and composite wound dressing at another hospital.

It's not an international hospital, as they are trying to make it look like. They don't provide translation service. And their administration are laggy and corrupted, just trying to make people move round and round without giving an actual response, especially any case regarding English. The quality of room is acceptable in comparison to price, but the services are not that good.

I am a person who is quite sensitive to hospitals because of spiritual factors. But when I come here I feel comfortable (good energy field).
Surprisingly, the leaders of this side focus on finding treatment solutions for customers to prevent diseases with advanced technology instead of focusing on business to make a profit or cure. Focusing on helping customers prevent illness is a place I think few places do. So satisfied
Not to mention the visibility is also very far, so there are diverse examination areas or treatment functions suitable to the needs of customers.
My family also experienced medical examination and treatment at the hospital here. Service is okay. Delicious food. The space is clean and airy. Regarding price, I have a life guarantee so it doesn't cost money.
Basically, when you come here, there are enough services for both patients and caregivers. No need to worry about going out.
If you come here, go in the direction the rocket is pointing, don't take the road according to Google, it will be a bit flooded.
In the near future, there will also be apartments and a medical school here.
There's also aeomall next door for convenient shopping for what you need.
