You guys don't think much about the staff letting work 12hrs continuously for 5days and give them duty on next day. This is an hospital and you guys need to keep your staff mentally and physically fit and not exploiting them. You such type of work ethic could lead to many legal cases so I request the HR department to regularly monitor the incharge and many of your staff are quitting there job so you better find the reason why they are quitting and stop recruiting the bunch of people every week.

This is my first visit with Escort Fortis hospital Jullena. One of the worst services in return of hefty charges by hospital against the services provided to patients and attendent. On the cash counter only one resource is there who is managing discharge of IPD patients, emergency patient registration,issuing of ward pass,answering of query call,handling patient attendents. It is really called save 100% money without hiring man power. It took 30 min for me just for the patient registration. Nurse in emergency rudely behave with patients. She was on mobile and doctor asked her to attend the patient then after 5-10 min she start work as per Dr instructions. She didn't use curtain to cover the female patient and start procedure. In emergency there is a bed but bed sheet of patient bed looks very dirty not washed properly. There is no glucose bottle stand on each bed of emergency. Really Fortis hospital only charging royalty amount from us. I recommend hospital management have a look of holy family hospital and learn hospitality cleanliness and administration from them. At least holy family hospital has sufficient staff and caring nurses with clean floor and washrooms. I will give bed sheet photo also but patient was there and you can see there is no side stand there. Emergency bed charges 1000 Doctor 2100 Registration 200 Plus. Lab charges. Don't know how they are managing labs do they really take care of hygiene or not. Hospital charges are high and services in negative -100.

They deserved 5 stars for treatmet but i gave 3 for their billing irregularities. Please check your bill twice before making final payment. I've found inconsistency in their billing. Being an international patient they charged me in USD but refund my excess payment in rupeis for which i had to struggled a lot. Moreover they gave me counterfeit notes which they declined to replace from me.

Posted on Thursday 30/11/23 First ever nitemare to be admitted in Regency Specialist at Ward 5B, Nursers worst ever customer skills and patients care from them. No smiling face no greet no initiative no communication no team work. Hot water flask not even refill everyday by the staff that serving food. Have to self-refill by myself every day even I went to nurses’ counter! No proper hand rub hygiene/glove/mask or wipe down before attending to me. I’m on IV Drip and antibiotic yet they can miss out till my cannula by a long thin tube blood clog and I have to poke again on my other side of hand middle of the nite and was done my MO not the nursers which chargeable to me on their carelessness mistake not checking on me? Stay for 5nite only change my bedsheet for 3times. Room and toilet full of small black ants which will randomly walk around. Do they even have pet and insect control? Really disappointed to be amidated here, thought is under the HMI Mgmt should be up to standard by them. As they are considering big group in healthcare in Singapore as they also do Education and Training Centre for the healthcare support sector.

I brought my grandmother to the hospital for a follow-up consultation, but the hospital stopped me at the front counter and told me that I could not go to see doctor because we had a fee that we had not yet paid off. But this fee was due to the improper arrangement of the operating room by hospital, which caused us to have to pay back the fee, pay the extra fee. What makes me feel very angry is that the hospital prevented us from seeing the doctor and did not allow us to go for follow-up consultation and to check my grandmother's wound. If my grandmother unfortunately has a problem with the wound and an accident occurs, I will hold you responsible for this? Please ask the hospital to pay attention to this issue. Are we responsible for this cost? Why can the hospital prevent the patient from seeing the doctor and prevent the patient goes for a follow-up consultation to check the wound? Does the hospital really have this right?

RSH provide good services from registration until i discharge from here. Im very satisfied & very thankful to dr thokha & team & all staff in LR. Tk

It’s a clean and a well managed facility with friendly officers and doctors. I highly recommend this facility if anyone wants a medical examination done for visa purpose.

High-end & premium hospital with very poor services. Everything is slow and unsystematic. Average waiting time is around 1hr ++ at each location (from at the clinic reception, meds collection at the pharmacy) The clinic receptionist were very unprofessional, loudly gossiping about their other colleague at the front desk area, I can clearly hear what they were talking while I was sitting at the other end of the room. There are more than 4 counters at the pharmacy but only 1 pharmacist was on duty at a time to hand over meds to the customers. I think the service at some gov hospitals are far way better than here.

Exellent service, all the staff, nurse and the doctor are amazing, you know that the are working wholeheartedly. The hospital is clean, treatment is done with procedure which make patient not waiting to long.

You can be in pain in comfort. The service is always efficient, with friendly and comforting nurses and doctors. There is a porter man that will accompany and bring you to xray places. The menu is always yummy and you can choose your food from the menu one day ahead. Everything is healthy but flavourful. The room is a single room with a sofa bed for someone to accompany you. Since I am covered by insurance, the cost is not under me, but I have to be referred with a referral letter and admitted. Otherwise, it would be quite costly to be treated here.

as the translator Mona dialect was different (as arabic speaker), but her dealing with me was very good and so cooperative and helpful.. the doctors are good (yasemin kiraç/ahmet duran/aynur aliyeva)but the nurses are bad except the senior nurse on floor 0/ next to the kids room💐💐

I was very satisfied with the help that the translator Ms. Mahnaz gave me during the treatment process in this hospital. She was very polite and very responsible, even when the hospital system was having trouble giving receipts, she helped me to get the payment receipt, also for other information like insurance.

Great experience every time I do my routine follow-up with Dr. Taori and his team. Nurse Minci always ensures I am well attended and the process is smooth until I am completed, and Nurse Pinku Ann has a tender care hand when collecting blood samples especially in my case, she performs skillfully in a way I will always feel secured. My dad had died yesterday due to pure negligence. My dad was awake and alive but very exhausted. His blood was 6.5. What killed him was the 8 hours of waiting for the doctor to arrive and make a decision. When that happened, it was too late, and I lost my dad, for ever. I was told that the hospital is broke, and don’t pay salaries. I highly recommend everyone to NOT consider any hospital in Irbid.

The hospital is a large and major medical edifice in northern Jordan, serving a large segment of citizens, providing comprehensive medical services of high quality. There is no doubt that the large number of auditors affects the quality of service administratively. Large parking is available. There is more than one prayer room, but more attention is needed in the cleanliness inside the prayer room. The WC public health facilities are unfortunately not clean, and most of the reason is the misuse of patients and companions, and some of them smoke in them!! And the facilities do not have toilet paper! However, there must be a comprehensive program for the cleanliness of these facilities by the cleaning authority.

Everyone spoke English, I felt very safe in their hands. Doctor Nguyen Vinh Toan explained everything and answered all my questions , super nice and also the pharmacy . The cost for consolidation is 1300k and after 5pm it's 1800k.

Big and beautiful clinic, but the tests are too expensive (compared to Russia or even South Korea). The doctor I visited seemed professional. She sent me my test results the email along with drug prescription. For the price of services, I don’t know why they are so expensive. Teeth cleaning is more expensive than in Spain. Why do they think it’s OK to rip off foreigners? Not every tourists comes from US, and not everybody is rich.

It’s horrible experience when my friend examined in Department of traumatic and orthopaedics surgery. This comes from the attitude of the main doctor who was responsible for examining my friend, just a cursory diagnose without any appointment for in-depth examination. Terribly, he not only did not find the result but also OUTRAGED my friend because she uses insurance. More detail about this case, my friend has had a backache for a week so she decided to examine in Vinmec Time City with an advance appointment. When she came, a doctor named Hùng treat my friend uúnatisfactorily. He just touched her back and gave a conclusion with a doubt. And then, he told my friend should move on another medical department for examining. She did followed by the guide. But, no result was found in this department, doctor in here brought my friend back to the first department. In the second meeting, Dr. Hùng still stated that my friend was fine, just need doing more exercises, and he gave my friend an impolite attitude with a blame on using insurance in examining. Thus, the result my friend gave through the examine was AN OUTRAGE instead of a medical conclusion.

I had a terrible experience at Seha Emirates pharmacy and call center. The staff was unhelpful, poor communication, I went to buy a specific product from the pharmacy, the pharmacist confirmed it is available, but unfortunately I drove all the way from Dubai to find out that the pharmacist had no idea of what is on stock. Moreover, I called the the manger to arise a complaint , but again poor management skill, poor communication, couldn't help with the complain or address the issue. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Short review (tldr): Thank you to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid, and the rest of the medical team for their utmost care for my physical and medical well-being. Detailed Review: I usually don’t leave reviews under any entity or association but I feel like I owe this to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid and the team including anesthetic technician Saeed (I hope I am remembering it correctly). I have been suffering from breathing problems for a while now and spent some time looking for ENTs in Dubai. As soon as I found Dr. Hatem, I just intuitively knew that he was my doctor, and I was absolutely right. I am usually very hesitant to seek medical help because a lot of doctors tend to downgrade symptoms and do not do their due diligence to check for problems when the patient is truly suffering. However, from the beginning, Dr. Hatem was very understanding and empathetic to my breathing problems/ sufferings. Few appointments and tests later, I underwent surgery and am very happy with the results. Not only did he fix my problems, but he also preserved how my nose looks. Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid’s care, gentleness and attention pre and post operation were of highest quality as well. He, along with Dr. Hatem, were also very careful of not only my physical but my emotional/ mental well-being as well which is often neglected by caregivers. So far, 2 weeks post-op, I am happy with my decision of choosing and proceeding with Dr. Hatem. God bless everyone involved- I am truly grateful.

Dr. Simon's wisdom tooth extraction was exceptional! Despite its complexity, he effortlessly managed the procedure, resulting in minimal pain. His warm demeanor and clear explanations eased my nerves. Even during recovery, discomfort was remarkably low. The staff Smitha & Doaa was professional and accommodating. Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

Today line for collection of report at radiology department was too much. The person responsible was either too slow or not experienced. At peak hours it is recommended to have assistance

Have been there twice (once for my wife and once for my father ) Very fast response and helpful team of doctors. The emergency room was clean despite being almost full and the doctors were very fast in attending to our problems. The support staff was also very helpful in assisting for all the required tests and formalities.

I have got my father treated here a couple of times. The emergency here is very informative and helpful. The staff was responsive too. Except for some small instances. The emergency’s doctors are very trained and exceedingly empathetic. Cleanliness was well taken care of too. And in case of any complain there are contact details printed all around the hospital.

Dr. Seema Jain is a wonderful gynecologist. Empathetic, knowledgeable, patient, reasonable. Really listen to the patient. My husband and I would like to thank you for taking part in the birth of our little girl... We all know that the tension was high that day. We felt very comfortable and confident knowing that you would be able to handle any situation if one was to arise. You are amazing..... You knew when to be serious and when to make us laugh. We will never forget that day or you....

This is The Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh. The Hospital staff was good. The service was amazing. Today my mother's ultrasound was at 3:15pm but it happened at 4:30pm. So everyone has to understand that it takes time. And you have to be free from every work when you come here.

Poorest management. Hospital thinks that patients whole duty is to wait for the doctor. We took the online appointment for Dr. Anil Kumar Varshney, Urologist, but doctor was not available. I had to wait for more than 3 hrs and still there was no exact answer when the doctor will reach to attend. They charge fees before telling waiting time and then says there is no procedure to refund the amount so u are trapped with them with no other option left.

I had a very pleasant experience when I visited PHP lounge in the hospital. Mr. Jitender did a splendid job and he was very respectful and diligent.

From last 5 years I am coming here for PHP which is some time tough due to rush but PHP lounge is amazing where hospitality of Mr Jitendera is one of the reason I always comes here along with the brekfast quality is superb! PHP Coordinator Mr Anil Kumar is also another reason who gives his 100% to resolve and manage all issues.

This is all show no go hospital, they are there for milking the money, specially the doctors in OPD 9. The attitude doctors have is one of the worst. They will make you feel like you are nothing and they are the god. They will make you roam around doctor to doctor and cabins to cabins. Please don't go to this hospital if you wanna save you or your loved ones.

Great experience with Dr. Bhushan Nariani and his complete Ortho and physio team. My mother who had knee joint problem since 4 years is feeling really relaxed and happy after the knee replacement surgery. All love and blessings to you Dr. Bhushan sir.

Everything is too good like doctor, housekeeping and official service and treatment and all everything is too good. And also like people said it's too costly hospital but it's not costly the money they are taking in behalf of your treatment is absolutely correct amount if look on the treatment and there facilities. So I would recommend to visit over there for any treatment. And the staffs and all doctors to to polite and very much helpful.

My mom was admitted in Max Saket for a gastro issue. I am really satisfied with how swiftly the process works there. Specially the care and service provided in the ward post surgery was impressive. I have to thank floor manager Ashish Arya on how well he manages all the services on this floor. He was always looking for feedback and ensured all the patients are well taken care of. He made regular rounds of the wards and made sure that any patient needs are immediately taken care of. The billing process was also smooth. Nurse Aarif also needs a special mention for his sincerity and going above and beyond his duty. He did his best to take care of his patients.

They sound to have a good service but in reality they just tend to be friendly. They cancelled the appointment saying that the apparatus is defective. In the other Buildung Smart it may take up to 4 hours.
