About a year ago, I underwent heart valve replacement surgery.The doctor gave thorough explanations and the nurses, even though they were all young, treated me with great care. Even patients who complained due to stress were treated with sincerity. When I was in the ICU, the assistant doctor had to take me to the bathroom every hour in the middle of the night because of the diuretics I was in. When I apologized, she said with a smile, "Don't worry about it, it's fine!" I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. I am very glad that I had the surgery at this hospital. Even though the food is low in salt, there are about 3 side dishes, so I think it's satisfying.

Three years ago, I had a blood vessel transplant and catheter surgery for coronary artery stenosis and angina pectoris here, and since then I've been going to the hospital regularly.It's a clean hospital, I feel comfortable, and it's conveniently located near JR Kishibe Station, which is helpful.

"Nasty" hospital is what my experience says about this hell in our city. It's a nightmare filled with unpleasant and aggressive behaviour with both patients as well as their family members. The staff has no sense of politeness or social well being and unfortunately they shouldn't have been in this field of serving people. They charge more and care less. If you don't believe my words then please go pay a visit and you'll understand what I'm trying to say.

My father was a patient of Dr Santosh Kumar, who has gone through double knee replacement operation under him. Please note that he personally does not do any operation, does not come to floor or talk to patient. He is just there to recommend patients for knee surgery and then his team does all of the activities on behalf of him. We did not see him or talked to him during the whole admission time. He does not come to floor even. His team was only did the OT. After OT, only the sisters informed us that OT is done and handed over the empty packets of knee transplants.(no interaction with doctor). Even during surgery follow ups, only his junoir doctor saw him. The hospital itself could have been organized in better way. The beds are used are of old days, same lifts are used for patients and visitors which make you wait for long even if you want to go just 1 floor (no stairs). And remember only veg food is provided to the patients. But the staffs and sisters watching over my father were helpful and never showed any attitude. Wish it is same with all the members of the hospital.

It has been around 8 years we go to Grha Kedoya to get medical service. Convenient location. The type of service is complete. Doctors and nurses are nice.

I would not recommend Mediclinic Dubai Mall at all. Whilst it is very convenient to get to if you live in downtown, the service I have received has been extremely poor - for example doing a blood test and then being told two months later (despite chasing for progress updates) that they had followed the wrong procedure so have to repeat the test. The customer service is not good - it is difficult to get hold of their customer service team and often get passed between various different people and teams. I would recommend that you go elsewhere for treatment, the American Hospital in my experience is much better.

Dr. Chandan is an exceptional gynecologist who seamlessly blends expertise with a friendly demeanor. Her approach creates a comfortable environment, fostering trust and ensuring patients feel at ease throughout their visit. Highly recommended for their professionalism and compassionate care.

This one of those facilities that asks you how you're going to pay before they ask you what you need. As long as they are taking your money first their patient care, response and followup is absolute garbage. I have a thread of calls and emails that went to at least 5-6 people just to simply get them to respond to me after my consult on a matter they told me to email about. They gave me the wrong email address. They promised to call and never did. I followed up 5-6 times. They are incompetent, disorganized and simply don't care. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction nobody bothered to also follow up. Spend your money or insurance elsewhere.

Most caring nurse John and Dr Mona; took the time to explain and go through everything each step of the way. My son was looked after and felt at ease despite his fear of needles. He’s feeling much better. The whole ER experience was smooth and efficient.

Mediclinic (all hospitals) offer exceptional healthcare services. We opted for ParkView and I have to say that Doctors and nurses are truly amazing, demonstrating professionalism in every interaction. The rest of the staff also maintain a high standard of professionalism, ensuring that patients feel good throughout the process of being admitted. What stands out is the patient centered approach. The staff is patient and attentive, making sure that what you need they deliver with kindness and efficiency. This level of care extends to the discharge process as well, where they thoroughly inform patients about necessary paperwork and follow-up steps. The hospital itself is impressive. It's well organized and meticulously maintained, creating a comforting and reassuring environment for patients and visitors alike. I recently had a surgery there. The staff really made it as easy as possible. I had a delay with my insurance and the surgical coordinator Claire was incredibly compassionate and tried her best to sort it out so that I was able to have the operation as scheduled. The surgery went really smoothly, thanks to Dr. Zakir and the rest of the surgical team. The nurses (Rose, Reshma, April and many others!) who took care of me were really helpful and made my stay as comfortable as it possible can be. Overall it's been a highly positive experience. Always a good service with Mediclinic Welcare. Especially my experience with my Dermatologist Doctor Betsy Narayan.She was very informative, she takes good care of her patients and answers all questions.More importantly she was able to address my skin problem and now i feel amazing. We were privileged to attend an antenatal workshop arranged by the hospital for to be parents. It was a day long workshop and carefully addressed all the concerns and worries a new parent may have. It was an interactive and a very insightful workshop. Many thanks to the team working at Mediclinic Welcare for their compassion towards new parents. Would totally recommend this hospital for a joyful pregnancy experience.

Avoid this hospital. So many negative aspects at so many levels. One top administrators is rude and disrespectful to the patients, disregarding the elderly's mental health and feelings. Prices are astronomical that DO NOT reflect any of the services of the hospital. Room sizes are small, all windows with no curtains in Kuwait's constant sunny days! The surgeons are supposed to be highly rated, yet were surprisingly dishonest with their patients treatment plans. The hospital just keeps asking for extra charges over and over. Thats their priority. Keep away as you, the patient, are not part of their primary care at all. Do not put your health at risk here. You are better off going to any other respectful private hospital in Kuwait where the patient's care, comfort, and well being is their primary concern and not their pockets.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL Although they have good doctors, the building itself can not be called a hospital. Avoid this hospital unless you are able to sleep in bright daylight because apparently their designers have not heard about curtains. The management have no expertise in dealing with elder patients. They are very rude and impolite. The worse experience in our life.

The Signature hospital is well connected and easy to access, making it a great option for those seeking quality healthcare. Overall treatment is good. The services were good and the staff and doctors were excellent in all ways. Everything was good. Very good treatment and the doctors are very friendly. Waiting time for the insurance is very long, response from doctor to insurance is too slow, very poor management, you have to wait very long time to get response from the team, I experienced this at Diabetic centre. Similarly experience I faced in the past while my daughter was admitted in August as she is type 1 diabetic, hospital Insurance team is not responsive, they need to update their system fast, as I my insurance send me screen shot on approvals time, still nurses make us wait as they are waiting for response from in-house insurance team. I would like to address CEO of the Hospital, please do something to bring the same quality as it was before as this was one of the best hospital & now in my eyes it is worst with poor service, poor management

I recently delivered my baby boy at Kings College Dubai Hills. I had a memorable and an amazing experience and felt so at home. My husband and I were so humbled and couldn’t have asked for more private care. All the staff and nurses were excellent and I was in good hands. However, Leanne my midwife was exceptionally helpful and was like a second Mum to me. She went above and beyond all the time to make sure I was ok. She assisted me with everything I had to learn and know as a new Mum and always made me feel at ease. She is always so hardworking, professional and passionate about what she does. I’ve never met someone who loves what they do so much! Leanne has provided so much care post my delivery as well and she has become a very close friend of mine. I can confidently recommend Leanne as she deserves it. I am convinced that having her as a member of staff will be a valuable asset.

I delivered my baby with King's in July 2022. I highly recommend the hospital and stuff working there, everyone was very supportive and kind. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Esra for my delivery. On a separate note, I sincerely want to thank Mary Grace for her kind support. As a first time mother, even whilst I was attending Antenatal classes, I lacked practical experience of how to take care of baby. Mary Grace was very attentive and showed us how to bath and change the baby, explaining many interesting life hacks. Her support and explanation how to breastfeed the baby was indispensable, without her I would not be that lucky to establish breastfeeding which I continue to date.

Dr. May Ali has been an incredible support throughout my twin pregnancy journey. Her professionalism and unwavering support guided me every step of the way. Her expertise and care during the C-section brought my beautiful baby girls into the world safely. I'm immensely grateful for her dedication and expertise. Additionally, her assistant Princy was always attentive and supportive, making the entire experience even more reassuring. I'm definitely continuing as Dr. May's patient for any future needs🙂

Can't complain anything. Service: Outstanding with all details and support for senior generation and physical issues. We were there for many time foe myself and family. Today, I went to visit this hospital because I had - bad sore throat. I went to another hospital first, but the wait is too long. Nurses: Here some nurses are nice, but some nurses have bad attitude, especially the way they talk at Eye/eye/nose/throat station. I told them that I checked covid earlier, and they tried to scared me away with 200 baht extra cost for covid test first. I was so sick that I would not want to deal with them. Doctor: The doctor I met today doesn’t seem to be well-educated or not attention to detail. Normally, I would get tested to find my symptoms is from virus or bacteria before prescribing antibiotics. I don’t want to take too many antibiotics because it is bad for my health in the long run. Also, my body has some red dots on my skin. I told the doctor that. I thought I would get skin medicine, but he seems to forget it or just prescribes me an allergy medicine to take which I’m not sure it is for my running nose or skin allergy. Price: The bill is not clear of how much each medicine costs. There are only 3 medicines. The cost was over 3,000 baht. 2,000 baht for the medicine which seems to be over-priced. I would not recommend this hospital if you are coming here.

2 day stay for cancer surgery. After being assisted to my room prior to surgery their procedures just don't make since. When they tried to insert the IV before a shower and before changing into hospital clothes I directed the nurse to come back just prior to me going to the OR. 5 hours before surgery take a shower and change. 1 hour before surgery nurse shaves and directs another shower. Put on a different set of clothes. Ask for IV Team to come back. IV inserted the told to change clothes again. Poor planning and communication. New staff comes on shift and everything went smoothly and logically. OR Staff were Excellent. Sr Anesthesia was Extremely Professional really like him. Recovery Room Staff Excellent. Back in the room and the again were Super. The 1 draw back was initially they couldn't understand that a Farang's pain wasn't alleviated by a single Tylenol. I did get the pain meds I needed though. Concerning the food, it is actually very good. All in All I'm happy I came here.

Its like a 5 star hotel but Unfortunately, especially pediatric department pediatricians and nurses require further training to comprehend patient psychology. After all, patients pay significant amounts of money for their services.

This hospital it’s nice, but the political rules are verry bath! If you are Iranian or from Azarbaijan than you pay the same price as for the Turkish people. If you are from anather country than you pay the triple. This is rasict hospital. I don’t advice for the people to come to this hospital. And give this hospital advice tho change him racisim rules for the people.

High professional and very careful stuff. We were for gastroenterology surgery which was very successful. And what a surprise when you can enjoy classic music on piano at level B1. Great location and very important thing that they are assisting you to get gorgeous rooms right other side of road in 4* hotel. Highly recommended for treatment, surgery and diagnosis.

Traveling from the US had to go to the ER for a severe ear infection. We were in and out in less than an hour. Super organized, clean, friendly staff (most spoke English or had a translator for us) and handled the issue. Pharmacy was at facility too. They even scheduled a follow up appointment in a few days. Completely satisfied and thankful that this was a stress free visit.

I visited today for a bad flu i had which turned out to be bronchitis. I saw the ENT doctor because there were no female doctors in the emergency clinic/rooms at the front. The doctor and her staff were very kind and professional.

Hadi Clinic has a modern new facility and a wide range of specialist services ( i visited a therapist). The staff is incredibly helpful, which is great. However, the clinic is very busy, with a high number of patients daily. The downside is the long waiting time for insurance approval, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the parking situation is quite challenging due to tight and limited space. Despite these challenges, the Hadi Clinic provides good service and has a dedicated team.

My recent visit to hadi dental was deeply disappointing due to excessively long wait times. Despite arriving on time, I was left waiting far past my scheduled appointment. The lack of communication and consideration for my time was frustrating and unacceptable. This experience has left me hesitant to return in the future.

From the first minute of your stay, there is no trust that they are helping you! All they need is to get into your wallet! The chiropractor on the next street is more helpful than this staff! A broken finger, they just bandaged it and let it go barefoot!! Without providing shoe covers! They don't have shoe covers!!! For the entrance-70man Doctor's examination-50man X-ray (although I gave them a snapshot of the fracture) -50 man 170 man for what ??? For bandaging ??? For such medical service?? 😡😡😡💔
