Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

Have been there twice (once for my wife and once for my father ) Very fast response and helpful team of doctors. The emergency room was clean despite being almost full and the doctors were very fast in attending to our problems. The support staff was also very helpful in assisting for all the required tests and formalities.

I have got my father treated here a couple of times. The emergency here is very informative and helpful. The staff was responsive too. Except for some small instances. The emergency’s doctors are very trained and exceedingly empathetic. Cleanliness was well taken care of too. And in case of any complain there are contact details printed all around the hospital.

This is The Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh. The Hospital staff was good. The service was amazing. Today my mother's ultrasound was at 3:15pm but it happened at 4:30pm. So everyone has to understand that it takes time. And you have to be free from every work when you come here.

Poorest management. Hospital thinks that patients whole duty is to wait for the doctor. We took the online appointment for Dr. Anil Kumar Varshney, Urologist, but doctor was not available. I had to wait for more than 3 hrs and still there was no exact answer when the doctor will reach to attend. They charge fees before telling waiting time and then says there is no procedure to refund the amount so u are trapped with them with no other option left.

This is all show no go hospital, they are there for milking the money, specially the doctors in OPD 9. The attitude doctors have is one of the worst. They will make you feel like you are nothing and they are the god. They will make you roam around doctor to doctor and cabins to cabins. Please don't go to this hospital if you wanna save you or your loved ones.

Everything is too good like doctor, housekeeping and official service and treatment and all everything is too good. And also like people said it's too costly hospital but it's not costly the money they are taking in behalf of your treatment is absolutely correct amount if look on the treatment and there facilities. My mom was admitted in Max Saket for a gastro issue. I am really satisfied with how swiftly the process works there. Specially the care and service provided in the ward post surgery was impressive. I have to thank floor manager Ashish Arya on how well he manages all the services on this floor. He was always looking for feedback and ensured all the patients are well taken care of. He made regular rounds of the wards and made sure that any patient needs are immediately taken care of. The billing process was also smooth. Nurse Aarif also needs a special mention for his sincerity and going above and beyond his duty. He did his best to take care of his patients.

They sound to have a good service but in reality they just tend to be friendly. They cancelled the appointment saying that the apparatus is defective. In the other Buildung Smart it may take up to 4 hours.

This care center is clean but aggressively expensive and they still don’t can’t promise if the surgery they performed on you will be successful or not. To much restrictions are there, you can’t even use the lift to meet your patient. Too many questions and formalities before they even let you go while discharging. They will create multiple files just for 5 to 10 days to show you that they did everything that they could but I don’t believe they are even that competent. When we got discharged the billing procedure was about 7 hours. You have to visit each and every section keeping that big file of bills in hand. If you are looking for an affordable care center and a place which at least tries there best to do the job then try some other places this is not the place for regular people’s healthcare. Choose wisely, spend wisely!

Max hospital is good with infrastructure but no great patient care is there. They focus only on cash patients and I hope they will enhance their patient beds as this current hospital doesnt have much beds. We even got stale smosas at the food canteen and I lower the rating due to it.

I must say Doctor is good , but very bad service by staff members with whom I am contacting since day one don't want to name the person but they have not given me my refund of Rs. 4,424.....I believe hospital have never listened about "Digital India". They are forcing me to visit the hospital where it is not possible because I live outside bhantida and it does not seem feasible to me to get my 4424 rs. by having cost of rs. 3000 through the visit . Let the money be with you if it gives you the satisfaction. Caution: visit at your own risk

I went there for my Immigration Medical Exam and I was amazed by the facilities and the way they work. Only thing I didn’t like was the Doctor who does the Vision Check. What a shameless harassment he is. He doesn’t have any sense of behaving with customers/patients, doesn’t have any respect for anyone. There were so many others complaining the same. This is the only reason I’m giving 4 star otherwise everything was top notch. Please do something about it and advise the doctor to have some sense while working.

Been here for a couple of cases. Good doctors all around. Have been here for neuro cases and a C-section delivery. Radiology department is horrible though. Hence only 4 stars. It just takes too long and the staff is quite nonchalant and unconcerned overall. Doctors are fine. If you need radiology get it done somewhere else if possible. For all other things it's not bad.

This place is a scam.The surgery department’s behaviour and inability to offer a resolution for our queries.The staff is playing with patient’s life by moving them on recliner sofa instead of patient’s bed. Look like these guys don’t have sufficient beds & they don’t know how to treat sick people😞😞🥵😰 Feedback box don’t have forms, pen etc During rain water on floor The day care room should have four beds but instead 8 recliner had been setup. The surgery Nurse staff(Priyanka) do t know how to treat OT patients. The doctors don’t take care of patients discharge and left shift without signing off. "Nasty" hospital is what my experience says about this hell in our city. It's a nightmare filled with unpleasant and aggressive behaviour with both patients as well as their family members. The staff has no sense of politeness or social well being and unfortunately they shouldn't have been in this field of serving people. They charge more and care less. If you don't believe my words then please go pay a visit and you'll understand what I'm trying to say.

My father was a patient of Dr Santosh Kumar, who has gone through double knee replacement operation under him. Please note that he personally does not do any operation, does not come to floor or talk to patient. He is just there to recommend patients for knee surgery and then his team does all of the activities on behalf of him. We did not see him or talked to him during the whole admission time. He does not come to floor even. His team was only did the OT. After OT, only the sisters informed us that OT is done and handed over the empty packets of knee transplants.(no interaction with doctor). Even during surgery follow ups, only his junoir doctor saw him. The hospital itself could have been organized in better way. The beds are used are of old days, same lifts are used for patients and visitors which make you wait for long even if you want to go just 1 floor (no stairs). And remember only veg food is provided to the patients. But the staffs and sisters watching over my father were helpful and never showed any attitude. Wish it is same with all the members of the hospital.

All doctors and staff are good. But during Echo test I feel this hospital is very big. But there is less machines for echo testing. Patients have waited minimum two hours waiting, this is not good. I am also noticed staff of Echo testing room specially female staff mostly busy in talking and busy in their mobile chatting. As this result patients have waited for more time for their turn. Although, if you have PMJAY your treatment gonna absolutely free. Due to heavy rush of patients coming from Guj, Mah, Raj. Often time every department associated with Gcri bound you with dates or days like ct scan. Ivtc. Opd, operation theater etc. In order to give hassle free treatment to needy and poor cancer patient. Despite going to another pvt ltd hospital GCRI is the best option as we can understand process is bit lengthy but you can expect world class treatment including with free of cost services. Visited for consultation with a very senior doctor. However felt the procedures here were like money extraction machine. I had got MRI and CT DVD which the doctors didn't view themselves and asked for review (as per their procedure) from their team of Radiologists. It was very costly TBH. I'm still forming my view of this place. Don't get confused by the name it's a private hospital and super expensive.

One of the leading Top Most Hospital in India. All the major facilities are available. None of the disease is not curable here. Only the issue is that Charges are not affordable by a average Indians. Central Govt should make a capping on charges. Else make these kind of hospital in every state capital. Indian population is growing like anything and we are still very slow in medicine industry
