Temporary filling in 2 Dentistry clinics in Kuala Lumpur with additional parameter

Absolutely brilliant from my first enquiry to my dental work, highly recommended and great service from reception with booking and contact to the nurses and dentist, Very friendly and helpful staff, the dentist Herself helped me with past problems and advised me with all future enquiries if I wished.

My wife and I are traveling long-term and were looking for a dentist as we have not had a cleaning done since we started traveling last year. After looking at a few options around town we finally decided on Beverly Wilshire and could not have been happier with our decision. We were able to schedule appointments for scaling and polishing easily via WhatsApp. The appointments were quick, both of us were in and out in less than half an hour, and the cleanings were quite comfortable compared to some that we've had back home in the US. Highly recommend visiting for any dental needs while in KL!

I confessed to the sweet and kind doctor yesterday, I haven’t seen a dentist in over 10 years. (😱) So I went in a little nervous, and I felt more than a little insecure about the cavities I knew I had. Turned out I had 7! But the doctor could not have been any sweeter. I can not stress how bad this clinic is. I did 3 years of braces when I was young, 0 to little communication, vocalization & care about the patients wants and needs from the dentist. My teeth got ruined: got a gap between my teeth, the dentist pinched them back to place the 3 times it happened, and insisted I couldn’t get an internal retainer, this caused surrounding teeth to move; result is I have bunny teeth that are not aligned. My teeth are also slightly swayed to the left, they don’t go down straight from my gums. The dentist doesn’t care about the aesthetic. Cold responses to inquiries, concerns, and emails. And I payed 4.500$. I still struggle with my teeth to this day. And I have to undergo another round of treatments to fix my teeth. I probably will never be able to get nice teeth and fix everything, only what’s possible. Forget about this clinic and go to AUBMC.

This is by war the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. After being a loyal customer of Dr. basho back when I was 10, I expected a better treatment and a unique experience. Since Dr. Bacho doesn’t treat adults, I was told that Dr. Bassel doughan is the one who’s responsible for all adults. So, I took an appointment with him and I wish i never did. After arriving to my appointment on time, I had to wait for 35 mins and then I was surprised to see another doctor who did my checkup. She was his assistant. Im sorry, but I signed up for Dr bassel, not his assistant. He only showed up at the very end of the checkup for about 5 mins and introduced himself. What a showoff!! He didn’t even bother asking me about my problem! Even his assistant did an x-ray to see if I have any dental cavities, and then she told me that I had 5 dental cavities on my left side, I was devastated! Only when I thought that things that cant get any worse, on my way to the gate, they followed me to the door and charged me 50 dollars for the x-ray images. What the hell? I mean, the doctor didn’t even bother looking at these x-ray images to tell me what my problem is, he blindly relied on his so-called “assistant” who i believe misdiagnosed me. A few days after that, I visited another dental clinic, they did panoramic x-ray images and it turns out that I had only one dental cavity on the left side!!! Wow, Dr. bassel doughan and his assistant and this whole stupid clinic should be shut down!! All they aim for is stealing people’s money and misdiagnosing them!

I have known Dr. Riad Basho from more than 20 years when he had a private clinic in Bristol and I can sincerely vow that he is the best dentist for kids and this is not coming only from my feedback but also from the feedback of every mum I recommended Dr. Basho to her. Besides being professional he is also a friendly and courteous doctor who cares about his patients.

Place is clean. Doctors are professional. I've been there for 4 or 5 times, and the doctors have always been able to solve my dental problems in a fast and professional fashion. Doctors gave careful, accurate consultations before working on my teeth, and the results have been satisfying. Oh, and the view is a nice plus.

Doctor Abitha is not only highly skilled but also very caring and took the time to explain every procedure.Nurse Arwa is also very friendly and caring like a sister. I’m visiting from USA and don’t have dental insurance in the states. After having a not so pleasant experience at another place with a cleaning that told me I had 2 cavities! These were my first ones and I seat them online and found Kenz dental. The dentist at Kenz and the dental assistant were so kind during the experience. Even showed me on a mode where the cavities were and barely get any discomfort during the process. I would definitely recommend!
