Professor Dr Muhammad Yazid Jalaludin was the specialist we were referred to. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care and attention he provided over the period of more than 2 years. His expertise and compassionate approach made all the difference in my journey.
I truly appreciate the time he took to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and provide me with the best possible treatment options. His patience and understanding made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
His dedication and commitment to his patients is truly admirable, and I am grateful to have him as my doctor. His expertise and professionalism are invaluable.
You make a difference in people's lives every day, and I am truly grateful for the impact you have had on mine and my family.
The journey at UMSC has been great thus far and they have very well qualified staff. The professionals are exposed to the global medical landscape and are abreast with the development in their specific fields.

4D3N checked in. Had the best hospitality. The food is super delicious. The view was superb. They served food for both kid and guidance. The safety is their top responsibility. Not everyone can just enter the kids ward. Dr Feizel is always the best Pediatrician. Thanks Dr for treating my son.
Just hoping PCMC can upgrade the toilet.
For the food i give 5 stars 🤩

Among the best medical center in Malaysia. Great specialists. Not too crowded. Ambient environment. Not that expensive as we thought compared to other private hospitals.
Update Mar 9, 2023: Vaccination for umrah travel and influenza jab.
Update Dec 27, 2022: Most comprehensive health screening facility. Need to make at least two months earlier for year end.

Good Hospital Experience
I recently had to admit my son to this hospital due to an infection, and I must say that our experience was exceptional. The medical and non-medical staff were very professional and provided us with excellent care throughout our stay. The doctor who was treating my son explained everything in detail and discussed the treatment plan with us, which put our minds at ease.
The food served in the hospital was excellent, and my son was able to enjoy a variety of healthy and delicious meals during his stay. The room was also very comfortable, and we were provided with everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care. The quality of care provided by the staff, along with the comfortable room and good food, make it a top-notch facility that I would not hesitate to use again if needed. Five stars!

My wife delivered our baby girl at Aurelius Hospital Nilai on 12/10/2022. It is the nearest hospital to our home. My wife had to undergo c-section due to clinical reasons as advised by the wonderful O&G specialist, Dr. Azizah bt. Rusly.
The overall experience was very good. The delivery process was smooth, ontime and seamless. The facilities are awesome. The newly renovated single room ward has great ambience, very comfortable, very clean and also quite spacious.
The nurses and midwives are very friendly, helpful and professional. Our baby was very well pampered at the nursery. Thanks to the team for the great service. Keep up the good work and most importantly, maintain the service quality.
Both mom and baby are in good health. Also, thanks for the goodies during check out 🤗

Very worst private hospital service ever! Came at 3.15am for emergency medical and i have to walk for help ( polis bantuan) because no one at emergency department after i ring bell 3 time almost 10 minutes waiting. I want a medical report from the Dr and hospital just say i have to wait until the Dr come after 8 days the report still not ready. Pelik hospital tak simpan medical record. Thomsoon hospital & ara damansara good and more efficient service.

I went for my women's lifestyle health screening today at UPSC. The promo price is very worth it as it covers so many tests. Also the staff is very friendly and polite and got me some warm drinks and water in between waiting for the different tests. There is also a quiet snacks area with tidbits you can purchase while waiting. A pleasant experience.

Brought my sister in law to the hospital for persistant bloody vomit.
We got a sloppy gynecologist! The gynecologist took her own sweet time to arrive.. the nurses waited for the gynecologist to respond for almost 3 hours.
Reluctant to explain anything to the husband... When the patient is admitted under O&G we expect an explanation from gynaecologist but the the gyne oncall had an audacity to say no "She is not my case first of all" . Do you all need a complaint in Sispaa to improve your quality of service?
The junior doctor who was assigned later to explain the details was all teary. I dont see the need for a incapable specialist to bully a junior doctor.
The website says husband friendly 'waiting area'. What is husband friendly? A tent outside of the building in a mosquito infested area on a rainy day?
I would give a zero star for a hospital with 3rd class service.

I hope patients understand that medical officers here and hospital staffs are not slacking around. Each patient requires different consultation time, hence some of the next and coming patients might get delayed.
Remain calm and I'm sure everyone here will be glad to serve you. Thank you for your patience.

Sharing my experience when I brought my mum here for her annual mammogram and follow-up. The relevant department had moved to a new building called "Institut Endokrin". Therefore, there is no need to queue at pendaftaran and Klinik Surgikal of the main building anymore.
Institut Endokrin is still accessible via the main building. Just head to the security guard station near the Radiology Department at Lobi Utama and they will guide you to use a small walkway from there. There is no need to use the lift or stairs as it is located on the same floor. There is a lot of walking to do to get to Klinik Pakar. Those with mobility issues should be aware. If you're lost halfway, all you need to do is ask. The guards are very helpful and informative. The registration process at Klinik Pakar is the same. However, you can only get a number after 7:30AM.
At first, we were told to do the mammogram at the usual Radiology Department located back in the main building. So, we walked all the way back there and waited. Not long after that, they told us to head back to Institut Endokrin again 🙃 Turns out, they are moving into a brand new Radiology Department located at Level 1 (underground) of Institut Endokrin and it was their FIRST DAY.
Since it was their first day and our first experience in the new Radiology Department, it was very unorganized. There were some problems in the process. Out of all problems, an IT problem which rendered them unable to get the scanned images into the system to allow the doctors to view, was the worst. At one point, we were told that if the problem persists, all patients and staff would need to head back to the old Radiology Department and my mum would have to go through another mammogram and ultrasound procedure AGAIN 🤦🏻♀️
Thankfully, we didn't need to go that far and it was resolved. Despite the messy situation, the staff was calm and they kept us updated. I do hope things would improve when they have settled down further. Last but not least, I do hope that the mobile coverage in the new building could get better. I'm a Maxis user, but my mobile data was running at "E" the entire time I was underground.

I hardly give out reviews but if I do, its either its really good or the opposite. I was hospitalised recently, for a week. The tender loving care shown by Dr Ragu Shanmuganathan, the Lavender ward staff, OT staff and pastoral care volunteers has definitely contributed to my fast recovery. Decent facilities, room and bathroom are clean daily. Good selection of meals to choose from, on daily basis. The nurses are attentive and with their warm smile and caring attitude, I have no doubt I will be well taken care off. Thank you Dr Ragu, for your understanding and light jokes so that i’ve not much worries and thumbs up to heroes of Ms Low’s team such Hidayah, Noranisah, Sumathy, Ritcell, Fauziah, Norrehan, Sister Carolyn and Magdeline and the nurses who took good care of me and my needs during my stay. As for area of improvements, i noticed the meals delivered are not warm and cold some time. Would be good to invest for some food warmer for F&B staff to use when they distribute meals around. Otherwise, good job Assunta and keep up the amazing works!

A private hospital that truly cares for the patients and is not just focused on profits. Reasonably priced. You'll be glad to know that part of the profits go to their palliative care charity.
Doctors and nurses are friendly and caring. Service is quick and efficient.
There's a 7-eleven inside.
Valet parking is conveniently located just outside the A&E (RM10 for 3 hours). Multi-level parking is available too (RM3 for first hour and RM2 subsequent hour).

Thomson Hospital, earlier in mind and input message transfer from my friends few years ago is really bad. The staffs is bad services, environment is not so good, doctors is worse. But today, when I do my biopsy in this hospital, personally feel the whole process here. One word, GOOD. There are 3 blocks connecting to each others, easy and convenient. A lot of beverages shop and few restaurants can find here. My day care experience from registration, waiting process, start consulting from doctor until discharge. Smooth and great. After the biosy, I choose to do my surgery here. Rooms is nice, bed is comfortable, but the discharged process was so long, this is worse part, took me 6 hours to wait. Summary, I highly recommended Doctor Tan Gie Hooi for breast consultation. She is best. Thanks for Doctor Oon Giun Hua, take care of my painless surgery- good anesthetist.

Admission took forever. Service was slow even though 2 counters were open. Nice maternity ward, was lucky to get upgraded to a Suite as they ran out of Standard Rooms. There's a living room and kitchenette though we didn't use it. Usual amenities towel, cup, toothbrush, comb etc. There are some sponsored sample diapers, washing liquid and etc in the mama goodies bag. Nurses were kind, helpful and friendly. Really nice and caring anesthetist, Dr Hui, who offered to play songs and made sure I'm ok in the OT. Ask for hot air if you feel cold (chargeable). *Belated post - this was before renovation*

Great service, fast admissions for my fiancee. Just have to wait for quite sometime for insurance matters The doctors and medical staff here are very friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended, would come here again if my family or I had any medical needs.
