Everything about my experience with this dental clinic, especially Dr Nasar and Dr Asanga Weerasooriya is par excellence. Their location is extremely clean and sanitized, while the rest of the staff, especially the lady at frontline Ms Nirmala Motha have been very courteous, accommodating and always with a smile. Dr Nasar being the chief always directed and guided his co- dentists in a very gentle and professional manner. It’s been about ten(10) months since I had the work done as it was a dire need for me to be able to smile/speak without hesitation. Dr Nasar and Dr Asanga helped me regain the confidence I lost in my facial appearance . Thank you honourable doctors - I hope my positive experience will help others like myself too!

The actual procedures are excellent, and that goes without saying, but in my opinion the place where this clinic really shines is the really excellent customer service. The dentist is competent, experienced and explains all the procedures. He is not only highly skilled but his attitude towards the patient is appreciated. The cost is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Dr Lahiru for any of your dental procedures.

It's an ultimate luxury resort, best experience ever. Though we are vegetarian they specially prepared us delicious food. All the activities arranged by them was wonderful, the guide is excellent 😊👍

Extremely disappointed with the receptionist attitude, I’ve booked my appointment on Tuesday for Friday at 1pm. Making all work arrangements, I came on time and they have already taken other patient. This is how they respect your appointments and have no time management. Do not trust such clinics! Shameful!

They are just frauds. They implanted low cost acrylic crowns instead of zerconia crowns in my daughters mouth which resulted in infection and abscess again and again. They charged above lakhs from me for the whole treatment for just 2 RCTs and crowning. We come to know about the wrong treatment after getting fed up from them as we went to other Pedodontist then we come to know they implanted low cost acrylic crowns and charged us of zerconia crowns. Please be careful while visiting here. I would say don’t visit there. They are making fool of the patients.I have to give one star just to post the review. Otherwise that should go in minus.

So I had my appointment set for today and honestly I got to say, easily one of the most customer friendly, hospitable Dental care I have received in a long time. I had my appointment booked with Dr. Neluni Abeysinghe. I have heard many positive reviews from others around my day to day life so I decided to get a check & cleaning done. Upon meeting Dr. Neluni Abeysinghem her politeness and gentle care when speaking and guiding with how and what is going to be done was reassuring. She did an impeccable Job and constantly reassured whether I was comfortable to continue with the process without rushing anything. Timely and Efficient maintaining the quality of her work. Her advice and guidance after the treatment definitely reflects on her work ethic as well. Definitely happy with the Dental care and would definitely come back.

Had the best service here getting my retainers changed and cleaning. They did their best to accommodate me even though i had no prior booking! They have competitive prices for foreigners and doesnt give you the “Sudu Price” I recommend this place for all expats and foreigners.

Met dr. Sanjeet for many caps and crowns. I was terrified of dental work especially so much treatment . But he was very gentle and compassionate. He gave me time in between to rest my mouth as it was a long procedure. I am very happy with the result.

Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

Big problem in car parking and patient can suffer or any thing can happen 🤔 if you enter hospital entry gate 5 and 6 . Max hospital giving more facility for giving extra money for vvip parking 😑 . See photo 📸 and plz stop ✋️ money heist in your country There are no parking person in field or parking lot . Half hospital parking lot is empty because of no entry 🚫 but hospital staff is good

Today line for collection of report at radiology department was too much. The person responsible was either too slow or not experienced. At peak hours it is recommended to have assistance

Have been there twice (once for my wife and once for my father ) Very fast response and helpful team of doctors. The emergency room was clean despite being almost full and the doctors were very fast in attending to our problems. The support staff was also very helpful in assisting for all the required tests and formalities.

I have got my father treated here a couple of times. The emergency here is very informative and helpful. The staff was responsive too. Except for some small instances. The emergency’s doctors are very trained and exceedingly empathetic. Cleanliness was well taken care of too. And in case of any complain there are contact details printed all around the hospital.

Dr. Seema Jain is a wonderful gynecologist. Empathetic, knowledgeable, patient, reasonable. Really listen to the patient. My husband and I would like to thank you for taking part in the birth of our little girl... We all know that the tension was high that day. We felt very comfortable and confident knowing that you would be able to handle any situation if one was to arise. You are amazing..... You knew when to be serious and when to make us laugh. We will never forget that day or you....

This is The Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh. The Hospital staff was good. The service was amazing. Today my mother's ultrasound was at 3:15pm but it happened at 4:30pm. So everyone has to understand that it takes time. And you have to be free from every work when you come here.

Poorest management. Hospital thinks that patients whole duty is to wait for the doctor. We took the online appointment for Dr. Anil Kumar Varshney, Urologist, but doctor was not available. I had to wait for more than 3 hrs and still there was no exact answer when the doctor will reach to attend. They charge fees before telling waiting time and then says there is no procedure to refund the amount so u are trapped with them with no other option left.

The doctors are highly skilled and listened to my concerns pataincely and explain the treatment options thoroughly. I had a very pleasant experience when I visited PHP lounge in the hospital. Mr. Jitender did a splendid job and he was very respectful and diligent.

From last 5 years I am coming here for PHP which is some time tough due to rush but PHP lounge is amazing where hospitality of Mr Jitendera is one of the reason I always comes here along with the brekfast quality is superb! PHP Coordinator Mr Anil Kumar is also another reason who gives his 100% to resolve and manage all issues.

This is all show no go hospital, they are there for milking the money, specially the doctors in OPD 9. The attitude doctors have is one of the worst. They will make you feel like you are nothing and they are the god. They will make you roam around doctor to doctor and cabins to cabins. Please don't go to this hospital if you wanna save you or your loved ones.

Great experience with Dr. Bhushan Nariani and his complete Ortho and physio team. My mother who had knee joint problem since 4 years is feeling really relaxed and happy after the knee replacement surgery. All love and blessings to you Dr. Bhushan sir.

Everything is too good like doctor, housekeeping and official service and treatment and all everything is too good. And also like people said it's too costly hospital but it's not costly the money they are taking in behalf of your treatment is absolutely correct amount if look on the treatment and there facilities. So I would recommend to visit over there for any treatment. And the staffs and all doctors to to polite and very much helpful.

My mom was admitted in Max Saket for a gastro issue. I am really satisfied with how swiftly the process works there. Specially the care and service provided in the ward post surgery was impressive. I have to thank floor manager Ashish Arya on how well he manages all the services on this floor. He was always looking for feedback and ensured all the patients are well taken care of. He made regular rounds of the wards and made sure that any patient needs are immediately taken care of. The billing process was also smooth. Nurse Aarif also needs a special mention for his sincerity and going above and beyond his duty. He did his best to take care of his patients.

They sound to have a good service but in reality they just tend to be friendly. They cancelled the appointment saying that the apparatus is defective. In the other Buildung Smart it may take up to 4 hours.

This care center is clean but aggressively expensive and they still don’t can’t promise if the surgery they performed on you will be successful or not. To much restrictions are there, you can’t even use the lift to meet your patient. Too many questions and formalities before they even let you go while discharging. They will create multiple files just for 5 to 10 days to show you that they did everything that they could but I don’t believe they are even that competent. When we got discharged the billing procedure was about 7 hours. You have to visit each and every section keeping that big file of bills in hand. If you are looking for an affordable care center and a place which at least tries there best to do the job then try some other places this is not the place for regular people’s healthcare. Choose wisely, spend wisely!

Good Hospital... Very clean... Food in the canteen is costly for outsiders. Samosas look stale and taste BAKWAS

Max hospital is good with infrastructure but no great patient care is there. They focus only on cash patients and I hope they will enhance their patient beds as this current hospital doesnt have much beds. We even got stale smosas at the food canteen and I lower the rating due to it.
