TERRIBLY SLOW!! 1 hour in a queue for payment and medicine collection. I’ve been using this hospital for several years and the service is significantly getting worse. There’s no SMS or any notifications to let you know when your queue is coming up, so you have no choice but to wait patiently in the waiting area. Staffs were nice and friendly but there must be something totally wrong with the system or process. Please take this as a feedback to improve your service.

I prebooked my consultation and surgey from New Zealand at Sikarin Hospital, Their International team made everything so easy for me, beautiful hospital, very clean and all the staff i encounted were fantastic, My Doctor in urology dept was excellent as was his team. Need an expert in pancreatic problems, we decided to use this hospital. Treated at the emergency ward and them moved to the VIP room at night. Room is clean and modern with a proper daybed and microwave, toilet is clean and using top notch equipment.

8th floor and recommended CT Scan services : Clean and well equipped treatment room and facility, prompt and friendly and well trainee nurses, in time doctor visits, excellent housekeeping ; food services can be more quick on providing utensils for guest use. Well functioning equipment and prompt response to call by nurse on duty. CT scan facility equipped with modern technology; clean, bright roo With competent staff , efficient administration, clear instruction before and after CT scan treatment, no hurt during IV placement and hospitable demeanor. First timer in the house! Overall enjoyed my stay here. The hospital is clean, staffs are very pleasant, the doctors made excellent diagnosis and special shoutout to the nurses on 6th and 9th floor for making my sick stay here as amazing as it can get! Your attentiveness and soothing voices really helps me thru some rough times here. Thank you! ❤️ Oh! And the food selections in the room are really good too, always go for the Japanese food. Excellent quality hospital. I had stayed here for taking medical treatments for 4 nights. It is not like hospital but 5 stars hotel. Here is very clean, all staffs have nice hospitality. My Doctor gives very clear information about process and step of treatment so I can plan my days, take strictly on her medical suggestion to recover soonest. Nurses on ward 5R I stay very helpful and have very good service mind. Maids is very hard working to make the room tiny and you feel like stay in 5 stars hotel. I don’t feel I stay in hospital except during my fever time keeps telling me that “ Hey guy, you are in hospital “ Excellent !!

This hospital is sub division of main Bangkok Hospital. They are specialize in treating cancer. They have very professional physicians and staff. They are well equipped with top class medical equipments which are required for cancer treatment. They are located in separate building but adjacent to Bangkok hospital which they share other facilities with. This provides the patient privacy and comfortable environment but still receive full services facilities. This hospital is one of the top in its field in Thailand or even Asia. However, its price also on the top as well.

Great experience and hospitality. Great food too. Updated: Patient should've been told for the service not compulsory and not even covered by the insurance. I've been charged for hemoglobin blood test which I thought covered by the insurance and necessary. So please ask first for every service given.

Sent my daughter to see Dr Yap for her prolong cough. Very good diagnosis given and with treatment, she is now recovering well. Several follow up gives safe feeling to ensure her condition improves. Overall recommended to go to this hospital. For improvement maybe the billing part can make it faster…

Our third admission here at Aurelius. Every time was great and pleasant. All the nurses and staff were friendly and very helpful.My daughter love to interact with them.My daughter and i feel safe here. The room was clean and comfortable while the food is great with big portion. We were assisted by Dr Fadzlina but this time with Dr Yap. Both are great dr with very detail explanation and assist.Thank you so much for your services.

I have been asking for my medical report that supposed to share via email last week. It's been 3 weeks since I have visited the gynae there and already called thrice to check the report status but no proper response from the clinic. Every time the answer is doctor is reviewing the report and we will call you by TODAy!!! But it never happened until today. Very disappointed with the service.

I am a stroke patient here since August 2023 and I have been doing my physio treatment at Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre, Klang. I am under the care of Ms Sharynn. She offered her assistance and expertise in her duty of work. Under her care, I got a very speedy recovery and I am very happy that I am able to walk very fast and stable. I like to thank her and her whole department assistance offered to me. All of them are very friendly and helpful.

This experience is even more disappointing than my previous encounters at government hospitals. I was admitted here through emergency last night, and after numerous tests, it was confirmed that I am positive for influenza B. I've been dealing with severe coughing and a sore throat, making it impossible to sleep. At 5 am, I urgently requested cough medicine and a spray for relief, but the nurses informed me that I had to wait for the doctor's morning check-up to prescribe the medication. Despite waiting until 12 pm for the doctor's arrival, the medicine still hasn't been provided, and it has been five hours. They explained that they are in the process of preparing the medicine. Honestly, considering the delay, I'm contemplating whether it would be quicker to go to an external clinic or pharmacy to purchase the medication. It's disheartening to face such delays in a hospital setting, and I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone.

Clean and nice place. But they are too freaking slow. it took more than 1h 30mins from the moment they told us about the ward number until my wife got into her ward. Ridiculous.

The doctors and nurses here are very helpful， understand my special identity and give me enough private space during my admission. Their service is also very attentive, I won’t say I wish to come back again , but I would say that if anything on hospitalisation, you are still my first choice☺️ Thanks !

Why does a hospital labeled "World Class" provide an ultrasound schedule a month later? This issue isn't recent; they could have addressed it by adding more machines to handle the patient load. St. Luke's moved Maxicare to their HMO Concierge, despite the limited space in the small building. Only a few individuals can enter the office, leaving others waiting outside in the sweltering heat.

The service when checking in is quite nice and welcoming, unfortunately, for me it's downhill after that. Very very noisy nurses, it takes minimum of 10 minutes before a nurse comes to my room after pressing the red button because my dextrose kept beeping since it was almost empty. this happened several times. What if it was an emergency?!

I’d say majority of the staff are very well mannered and trained. Everytime I ask anyone that works there some information, they guided me immediately. I’d say the art building though is a bit old and dirty but the main building is pretty clean and sometimes confusing to navigate. Better to bring in cash or card because unfortunately their gcash doesn’t work. One of the downsides in some of the services here are usually packed with people so best to call in advance. I do love the service and the professionalism but this is definitely a very expensive hospital. Besides all this, there are food places inside where they serve really good food.

Online appointment system practically useless since we are required to wait and register again before we can go to the poly. In addition, payment also takes long time even after being seated or called to the counter. The design or layout of the hospital is also very flawed resulting in low accessibility even for non-sick people. Don’t let fancy decoration fool you. This hospital need major improvement. EHCBB Should try to learn from Siloam hospital for this matter 🙂

This hospital is most comfortable hospital near my house. The staff very helpful and full of smile. Nurses are very kind to patients. And it has a clean environment.

I don't usually leave a bad review, but I gotta write this one — the ICU guy that was assigned in the 3rd floor was really such a jerk and very rude, in contrast with the other staff! In no million years way I would recommend my family, colleagues, and friends this hospital anymore — that is how offended I really am!

A very 'for profit' hospital driven by income with astronomical price charges and services. There is nothing special about the organization except the exorbitant billing. Customer service agents flood the floor 5>1 patient.

Doctors either are unskilled or have no interest in fixing patients' issues, only simply prescribing various tests and treatments costing lots of money :-((

5 49 Thammalak Place Rd, Ram Inthra, Khan Na Yao, Bangkok 10230 This is the exact location of Synphaet hospital. Previous one was 7 mins away, my driver could not find it. Hospital just next to "Ram Inthra Kor Mor 9" station.

Everyone spoke English, I felt very safe in their hands. Doctor Nguyen Vinh Toan explained everything and answered all my questions , super nice and also the pharmacy . The cost for consolidation is 1300k and after 5pm it's 1800k.

Big and beautiful clinic, but the tests are too expensive (compared to Russia or even South Korea). The doctor I visited seemed professional. She sent me my test results the email along with drug prescription. For the price of services, I don’t know why they are so expensive. Teeth cleaning is more expensive than in Spain. Why do they think it’s OK to rip off foreigners? Not every tourists comes from US, and not everybody is rich.

It’s horrible experience when my friend examined in Department of traumatic and orthopaedics surgery. This comes from the attitude of the main doctor who was responsible for examining my friend, just a cursory diagnose without any appointment for in-depth examination. Terribly, he not only did not find the result but also OUTRAGED my friend because she uses insurance. More detail about this case, my friend has had a backache for a week so she decided to examine in Vinmec Time City with an advance appointment. When she came, a doctor named Hùng treat my friend uúnatisfactorily. He just touched her back and gave a conclusion with a doubt. And then, he told my friend should move on another medical department for examining. She did followed by the guide. But, no result was found in this department, doctor in here brought my friend back to the first department. In the second meeting, Dr. Hùng still stated that my friend was fine, just need doing more exercises, and he gave my friend an impolite attitude with a blame on using insurance in examining. Thus, the result my friend gave through the examine was AN OUTRAGE instead of a medical conclusion.
