I was deeply grateful to have Mr. Shon Pak assist me. Since I am not Korean, Mr. Shon Pak helped me in explaining my medical issue and really comforted me. The entire medical staff was eager to assist.

I've been to this hospital several times and they've always been very helpful and caring. I especially like how there's an English translator to help during your appointments. He or she stays with you and alleviates the stress I'd have if I didn't have one. I've also been to the hospital regarding my ankle and the orthopedic specialist was very thorough and spoke English well. I'm thankful for this hospital and its staff. :)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! That's first and foremost. From the moment we stepped through the hospital doors, we were in for the best hospital treatment one could have! Mr. Park took us to our room and had us settle in. Right afterwards, Mr. Park went right to work and had me do whatever tests we could get done that evening. The following morning we finished up all the tests and exams before Ms. Sabina took over. She was there to guide and translate for us alongside Mr. Park. The entire hospital staff and nurses had the best hospitality I've ever encountered, and i thank them for everything they have done to make our accommodations more than comfortable. I would also like to thank all the technicians from MRI, X-ray, and Lab for making it pain free as possible. The cleaning staff here are way better than most hotels I've stayed at, they are kind, polite and greet you with a big smile everday. Before my surgery, i couldn't stand or walk for more than 10 minutes as i had a nerve and spine injury and I would love to thank most especially my doctor... Dr. Seok Kwon Kang for taking care of that problem and giving me another chance to walk that extra mile! Last but not least, I want to thank Kang Dong Orthopedic Hospital for a wonderful experience and opportunity for taking on this risky surgery. It’s a clean and a well managed facility with friendly officers and doctors. I highly recommend this facility if anyone wants a medical examination done for visa purpose.

I visited Wooridul Spine Hospital in January 2017 and treated for Posterior Foraminotomy C6/7 and also PELAN at L4/5. Prior to coming in to Wooridul, I had been suffering terrible neck pain for 5-6 months prior to visiting Wooridul and have visited 3-4 Doctors in Singapore and Indonesia, went to 2 Chiropractors, etc with no result. I was lucky, I was referred to Dr. Sang-ho LEE and decided to go to Wooridul Hospital. I am very impressed with the whole procedures from the time I entered the hospital until I was discharged 4 days later. The surgery, done by Dr. Sang-ho LEE and Dr. Keum, went very well and I was out of the hospital like a new person. The equipment is first class, all nurses are very nice and professional, and while I was there, Ms. Sujung Lee was always ready to help. She is a very nice person. the inpatient experience was wonderful, the doctor is very professional, and nice to us, the service was great, the food was amazing, and we feel that everyone took good care of us. we had such a experience in this Foshan hospital, and highly recommend it.

A true nightmare. We almost lost our daughter because of this place, which resulted in a few months NICU in a different hospital.

The canteen closed to soon, we were so thirsty and we wanted to buy drinks buy the staff didnt want to sell us any drinks since she just closed at 16:30 pm.. why are u so lazy?

The outdoor COVID 19 testing facility is fantastic. Pre-register and pay in advance, and you can walk up, check-in and proceed directly to testing with a QR code. The testing is super fast with efficient, merciless nasal swabbers. The easy to access results/reports are generated within a few hours and retrievable via the hospital's app. There is usually at least one staff member outside ensuring everyone in line is (i) observing social distancing, and (ii) properly scheduled and checked in with a QR code ready before getting to the testing window.

The attendant and receptionist at the cardiology department in the heart Institute is totally disappointing. They are not coopertive and their attitude is so poor (attendant for room 1 and 2), particularly if you are a foreigner.

The staff particularly attendant and receptionist are non professional with prejudiced opinions. As a patient you pay so hefty amount for treatment but because of staffs behavior you end up with stress and anxiety. However the doctors attitude and attention to patient health problems are commendable. But its the staff behavior that make us reluctant to visit again.

My family got injured during the visit in Seoul unfortunately. As a foreign visitor, this hospital provide nice service , the people are very nice, we can communicate in English basically , the safety officer helped us to call the taxi back to hotel , thanks for their help. Basically , the basic charge is about 700k won (US$ 520) . There would be additional charges if you need to have further inspections. I hope all of you are healthy and not need to visit hospital during travel. God bless you 🙂

I would rate minus 8f I could. Worst ER experience ever. We had no choice but to come here as per the ambulance staff. The patient was in ER for 5 hours without any communication with the next of kin. No one let's the patient know where urinal was and no blanket available for 30kg patient who was shivering like a puppy. Very rude and blunt staff who were avoiding talking to the patient's family member. If you want to be treated with some dignity do not go to this hospital.

The international clinic was great. They are very organized, they will show you a map where to go and what order. They were helpful and very fast. I had the blood results in one day. The doctor was very kind and easy to talk with, and in perfect english.

My particular experience was with the staff of ward 21. They were like a family. Treated me the best possible way. I have been receiving medical treatment ever since 2010 and this is by far the ɓest hospital experience I had. Awesome. The staff was exceptional. They went far and beyond their duties.

I worked in this hospital form 2012 to 2021 as electrical foreman and I got good experience from this hospital and i bleev as per my knowledge this is the number one hospital in Gulf.

The staff is helping better than before. My appointment is at 1 o’clock but when I arrived the pediatrician clinic is empty so I went down to ask. One female staff is helpful and ask me to go to outpatient clinic. Then everything is working smooth and quick. One of the staff Sahar is also very helpful and friendly.

I had the chance to be Dr. Asim Dhaheri’s patient and performed meniscus surgery at first clinic . I’d like to express my gratitude for his great treatment. He is truly exceptional in his field and listening to his patients. thanks for what have you done for me🌷🌷

Dread coming here every time. It’s close to home so that I always think it will be an easy trip. Nope. Always waiting on reception to actually show up. Spend 5-7minutes with the doctor once we actually get registered. Takes more than hour to deal with insurance and get approval for very basic services. This is the most frustrating part. Horrid service and the people handling insurance aren’t even remotely hospitable. What should be a short visit will take hours by the time you are done waiting for reception and insurance. Have yet to have even a remotely decent experience coming here.

Worst ever services but expensive as much as 5 stared. Mouwasat is a typical example of ruthless, heartless, indisciplined, inexperienced hospital business. Untrained staff, no knowledge of disciplines and departments. And where abouts.. They are denying to take my specimen and now I am waiting for their mercy.. Mouwasat management and administration must learn and educate themselves. I will definitely take this to ministry of health.. Can never suggest a friend to face this paid torture..

I visited the emergency department recently and while the medical care was satisfactory, I was disappointed with the reception staff's lack of professionalism. Additionally, their card ATM scanner was malfunctioning, resulting in multiple declined card attempts. I had to pay in cash eventually. It was frustrating that the receptionist questioned if I had enough funds in my account, when in reality, the issue was with their machine. This interaction left me feeling uneasy, and I believe improvements in staff behaviour and equipment reliability are needed.

The doctors aren't interested even to diogonise the patients, that just seen to get rid of the patients as soon as they can. Don't visit this unhelpful hospital. A small clinic like Badr Al Rabie is much better than these money making machines
