I was deeply grateful to have Mr. Shon Pak assist me. Since I am not Korean, Mr. Shon Pak helped me in explaining my medical issue and really comforted me. The entire medical staff was eager to assist.

I've been to this hospital several times and they've always been very helpful and caring. I especially like how there's an English translator to help during your appointments. He or she stays with you and alleviates the stress I'd have if I didn't have one. I've also been to the hospital regarding my ankle and the orthopedic specialist was very thorough and spoke English well. I'm thankful for this hospital and its staff. :)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! That's first and foremost. From the moment we stepped through the hospital doors, we were in for the best hospital treatment one could have! Mr. Park took us to our room and had us settle in. Right afterwards, Mr. Park went right to work and had me do whatever tests we could get done that evening. The following morning we finished up all the tests and exams before Ms. Sabina took over. She was there to guide and translate for us alongside Mr. Park. The entire hospital staff and nurses had the best hospitality I've ever encountered, and i thank them for everything they have done to make our accommodations more than comfortable. I would also like to thank all the technicians from MRI, X-ray, and Lab for making it pain free as possible. The cleaning staff here are way better than most hotels I've stayed at, they are kind, polite and greet you with a big smile everday. Before my surgery, i couldn't stand or walk for more than 10 minutes as i had a nerve and spine injury and I would love to thank most especially my doctor... Dr. Seok Kwon Kang for taking care of that problem and giving me another chance to walk that extra mile! Last but not least, I want to thank Kang Dong Orthopedic Hospital for a wonderful experience and opportunity for taking on this risky surgery. From me and my wife we applaud you all for a job well done! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND this institution to everyone.

It’s a clean and a well managed facility with friendly officers and doctors. I highly recommend this facility if anyone wants a medical examination done for visa purpose.

I visited Wooridul Spine Hospital in January 2017 and treated for Posterior Foraminotomy C6/7 and also PELAN at L4/5. Prior to coming in to Wooridul, I had been suffering terrible neck pain for 5-6 months prior to visiting Wooridul and have visited 3-4 Doctors in Singapore and Indonesia, went to 2 Chiropractors, etc with no result. I was lucky, I was referred to Dr. Sang-ho LEE and decided to go to Wooridul Hospital. I am very impressed with the whole procedures from the time I entered the hospital until I was discharged 4 days later. The surgery, done by Dr. Sang-ho LEE and Dr. Keum, went very well and I was out of the hospital like a new person. The equipment is first class, all nurses are very nice and professional, and while I was there, Ms. Sujung Lee was always ready to help. She is a very nice person. I have had the opportunity to visit Wooridul Spine Hospital for three times. I will never forget the hospitality and the effort of Dr. Sang Ho Lee and the Wooridul team at my first visit to the center for endoscopic surgery training. Dr. Gun Choi and Dr. Chanshik Shim were my initial trainers. I am so glad to have had the chance to apply all I had learned there at my own country. One of the most memorable moments of my first visit was my assistance at the operating theatre upon the kind invitation of Professor Dr. Sang Ho Lee. Later on, Wooridul Center welcomed the junior members of our team and trained them as well, as expected from a distinguished and well established institution with a high training quality. This is one of best hospitals in Beijing. Many doctors and facilities. Always available however one would need to pay a hefty sum. I lived next door in Chateau Regency so it was very convenient and go to place.

My husband has been twice to the internal medicine clinic at Oasis with a hernia. Both times they gave him an antibiotic and told him to rest. They are completely unhelpful and won't try and fix the problem. They even said the antibiotic was for the pain. We will never go back here.

Got excellent health care at Beijing United Family Hospital when a blister on my left foot got severely infected (cellulitis) during a three week trip to Beijing. I went to the emergency room and was helped immediately, didn't have to wait a single minute (which made me impressed since I am used to hours of waiting when seeking care at home; politicans and other responsible people in my home country Sweden should watch and learn!). They provided me with antibiotics and tools to disinfect the sore, and it was healed within just a small couple of days. English speaking nurses, physicians, and other staff makes the hospital very accessible to foreigners, which made me very pleased as my mandarin is very limited. Would recommend to everyone with medical problems in the city.

the inpatient experience was wonderful, the doctor is very professional, and nice to us, the service was great, the food was amazing, and we feel that everyone took good care of us. we had such a experience in this Foshan hospital, and highly recommend it.

A true nightmare. We almost lost our daughter because of this place, which resulted in a few months NICU in a different hospital.

The canteen closed to soon, we were so thirsty and we wanted to buy drinks buy the staff didnt want to sell us any drinks since she just closed at 16:30 pm.. why are u so lazy?

The outdoor COVID 19 testing facility is fantastic. Pre-register and pay in advance, and you can walk up, check-in and proceed directly to testing with a QR code. The testing is super fast with efficient, merciless nasal swabbers. The easy to access results/reports are generated within a few hours and retrievable via the hospital's app. There is usually at least one staff member outside ensuring everyone in line is (i) observing social distancing, and (ii) properly scheduled and checked in with a QR code ready before getting to the testing window.

The attendant and receptionist at the cardiology department in the heart Institute is totally disappointing. They are not coopertive and their attitude is so poor (attendant for room 1 and 2), particularly if you are a foreigner.

The staff particularly attendant and receptionist are non professional with prejudiced opinions. As a patient you pay so hefty amount for treatment but because of staffs behavior you end up with stress and anxiety. However the doctors attitude and attention to patient health problems are commendable. But its the staff behavior that make us reluctant to visit again.

Very old hospital

After the founding of New China, with the help of the former Soviet Union, it was established in 1952. At that time, it was called the China-Soviet Red Cross Hospital. In 1970, Premier Zhou Enlai nominated the hospital to be renamed Friendship Hospital. It is currently a large general hospital in Beijing.
