Jaw tumor treatment in 2 Dentistry and Oncology clinics in Muscat

No enough parking space, bad reception experience, waiting 40 minutes while having a scheduled appointment, not clean, nurse interrupting the patient while talking to the doctor without knocking the door or asking and no stock of medication.

Horrible experience. They have advertised for early breast cancer detection offer,really nice promotion but when you get to the hospital nobody seems to be aware. The reception team at the emergency is friendly and professional. The reception at the radiology department is extremely un professional,completely clueless about the offer, I suppose simple phone call amongst the hospital team could have resolved the issue. Eventually they sent me to gynaecology department, here the nurses though seemed not to be aware of the promotion handled the issue professionally, but were not able to assist. Decided to visit a different hospital which was very professional and had screening comfortably without hassle. department Te

The service was ok. Doctors were friendly. But for a private hospital they should be ashamed of the facilities they have. The toilets are absolutely disgusting. Very old furniture. Not well maintained at all. There is a smell of mold. The rooms look like the 60s rooms. Everything was old and in very bad shape.

I have had great treatment at Kenz Dental. I was informed of every step of the process for an implant and everyone who worked with me were so kind and gentle. I feel very satisfied with the service.

I had the pleasure of receiving Dental Implant Treatment by Kanz Dental clinic Muscat. 9the September 2023 was the last session. My implants were successful and I am extremely happy and grateful to Dr.RAHUL RAJ and his team who were professional and experienced. I’m visiting from USA and don’t have dental insurance in the states. After having a not so pleasant experience at another place with a cleaning that told me I had 2 cavities! These were my first ones and I seat them online and found Kenz dental. The dentist at Kenz and the dental assistant were so kind during the experience. Even showed me on a mode where the cavities were and barely get any discomfort during the process. I would definitely recommend!

It supposed to be the best Hospital in the Sultanate. Despite all the expertise and the best facilities as well as state of the art equipments. Still the outcome is not as good as it supposed to be. In order to ensure that the best services are provided the management should spend more time in the field rather than sitting in the offices.

We booked a private room for 20 rial a day and 100 rial deposit. The room is around 18m2 (6*3). Contains a bathroom a fridge and a small extra bed. Its located just beside the normal admission beds. The price is a bit high for the room but there was no other options.

Place is clean. Doctors are professional. I've been there for 4 or 5 times, and the doctors have always been able to solve my dental problems in a fast and professional fashion. Doctors gave careful, accurate consultations before working on my teeth, and the results have been satisfying. Oh, and the view is a nice plus.

I had a fantastic experience from this clinic...especially from doctor Abitha and the nurse Arwa. Doctor Abitha is not only highly skilled but also very caring and took the time to explain every procedure.Nurse Arwa is also very friendly and caring like a sister. The clinic was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking excellent dental care.

I know my review won’t do much. Obviously government establishments don’t care one bit about google map reviews hahaha. But this place needs major changes to their staff care & communication with patients. Some nurses are so aggressive when handling patients, to the point of hurting them while taking blood samples. There’s so much I can vent about, but that’s it for today. 🤦‍♀️

One of the best hospitals in the middle-east, and definitely the best in oman. They saved my 5 years old son life (Saud). big thanks to PICU team. Very rude behavior from receptionist. Two times i face like these.. That is the only reason iam sending now.Atleast keep some peoples they are talking politely. On 23/10/23 Mrng 8.30 am one lady call back for appmt booking that time.i ask just token number.. She is shouting wait... Wait.. Wait... Atleast she can tell i wl tell u sir.. Like that.. Is there any option for 0 rating i wll give that.. For the receptionist not for the hospital..

Had met the gynecologist. Very good experience. Overall facility is good. They have started the valet services. Which is very convenient.

Had come to meet the general practitioner with fever. Came to reception , they gave me suggestion whom to meet. Went to the vitals area. They greeted me with a smile. Then went to doctor. He is a gem. Told what to be done. Very good overall experience. Thank you nmc

It's a very rubbish hospital. A group of children are waiting to see a doctor. Only one doctor sees a child for 20-30 minutes, and he is said to be an expert. If you don’t have good medical skills, you have to make up your time. It takes at least 3 hours from registration to seeing the doctor. I think it's funny. The attitude of the two Indian nurses was particularly bad. They were very impatient when asking her questions. I think this hospital needs to be managed well.
