I am very grateful to the staff for providing an immaculate service, and going above and beyond in making me feel as welcome as I could be. Its like a 5 star hotel but Unfortunately, especially pediatric department pediatricians and nurses require further training to comprehend patient psychology. After all, patients pay significant amounts of money for their services.

This hospital it’s nice, but the political rules are verry bath! If you are Iranian or from Azarbaijan than you pay the same price as for the Turkish people. If you are from anather country than you pay the triple. This is rasict hospital. I don’t advice for the people to come to this hospital. And give this hospital advice tho change him racisim rules for the people.

Prof. Samra, Dr. Gönül and Dr. Yucel in the IVF department are among the smartest and most knowledgeable doctors in Turkey after many experiences in Turkey. Gentle treatment, full explanation of the condition and good medical examination. The translator, Nourhan, is very cooperative and respectful. The hospital is clean and the nurses are good.

One of the worst hospitals i've ever been to. My deal is to pay 5129$. I made a liposuction and beared transpiration process.Bilal the translater he texted me telling that you will stay 1 or 2 days in hospital before moving to the hotel and the doctore will decide. He didnt mentioned that 2nd day is chargable. The doctor decided to stay 2 days. Then while im moving they told me that you should pay 650$. I was so tired and my small sister was with me. I paid and i decided to leave Istanbul on the spot. I changed my tickets and moved on. Is this a professional way that should treated your clients? And Bilal is not responses to my messages.

No one can say that thay had “great” experiences when you talk about a hospital, but Memorial Istanbul was absolutelybthe best. We had our yearly check up and the experience was fantastic. Sevice outstanding and doctors were the best. Thanks to Fatmira and Dije we felt loke in a hotel not in a hospital. Will go back there every year for my routine check up and i would recommend it to anybodybto do the same

It’s a bunch of frauds. I called them to know if my insurance covers my visit, they asked for the company of insurer, asked for my docs and replied “yes, we have agreement with them, come”. I came, and they said I have to talk to doctor first and then, after he prescribes the analysis I need (that is why I came), they will first ask the insurer to respond. It appeared that 10 min consultation would cost me 1.880 TL ($66)and no, they figured out my insurance doesn’t cover it so I just have to pay, after I agreed to talk to the doctor without knowing how much it will cost. WHAT THE SYSTEM IS THIS? It’s more than I paid in EU for analysis they really made, not just for talking. I regret my every minute and penny left there as I was just fooled, maybe, my bad I didn’t refuse to talk until I know the price.

Doctors and nurses were perfect. I could reach them anytime. Nurses were very friendly and helpful. They were cheerful. Doctors and nurses had the expertise of their jobs. I am really greatfull for the treatment I had and advice the hospital for any potential patients.

My experience was great , stayed for four days ,I have been looked after very well . Loved my doctor Dr Ercan Karacaoglu , he is an incredible person and great doctor , you can trust him your eyes shut.

I went there with my friends to congratulate my friend's mom who gave birth in that hospital and I can say that that hospital is a heaven. Everything is so clean and sanitary. Even the toilet was spotless that you could eat your dinner off that. The structure and design was well thought out as well. It was really luxurious. It was a beautiful place.

We had a great experience at Liv Hospital Ulus. Pick up and drop off every time we had an appoiment. On top the staff is very profesional and friendly. I highly recomnend them. They also offer a translator who was amazing and help us to have a better understanding of our situation. The building looks like a 5 star hotel, very clean and equiped with the latest medical technology 🙂

I just had gastric sleeve surgery at Liv Ulus hospital, my nurse was so sweet and lovely to me, her name was Gülperi, if you are so lucky that you get her Then you Will have a good time after your surgery! My doctors name was dr. Kaya he was so professional and made me feel safe! 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We would like to thank our teacher Fatih Meydanoğlu for his detailed examination, diagnosis and attitude that puts even a small child at ease. We are glad to have met you.

I treated my spine here. Made micro-discectomy of the herniated disc. Operation was done by dr. Nejat Akalan. Everything was super well. Doctor, clinic and personnel shifted all expectations. I connected with them from outside of Turkey by whatsapp. Sent them my MRI and explained the problem. They gave me a preliminary price for the operation and a series af analysis required. In fact when I came and visited the doctor he said I need no additional analysis and the problem is clear to him. That saved my money, I paid less than they estimated. The clinic itself, at least the neurology dept is just great - they are very fast, I didn't wait anywhere more than 5-10 min. All the appointments were in time. After the operation they visited me every hour, checked blood pressure, something else, recorded how I feel. Everyone was very kind with me. Payment included my transfers from the airport and back, all transfers from the hotel to a hospital and a translator.

My patient ID number is 2607859. I have recently visited your hospital in Istanbul. I must say that you have worst and terrible customer service, my treatment experience was so disappointing. I and my wife made general check up i.e. I had problem similar to prostatitis and my wife had health issues with her waist. First of all, doctors' attitude to patients was very unprofessional and rude, secondly doctors could not tell us any specific detailed diagnosis about our health issues. My doctor Onur Alp Karaaslan informed me that I did not have prostatitis but when I returned to Uzbekistan and made detailed check-up, I had clearly this illness. The doctors in Medipol are unprofessional, rude and their noses are in the air, especially therapists and USG specialists. I am so disappointed to be recommended to come to Medipol Mega hospital. I never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Came with a TMJ problem, the doctor gave me injections in the face without sterilization. Then I got an infection that moved to the tooth. I'm not talking about the price, which is overpriced 5-10 times. Of course, the problem of TMJ has not been solved

Not recommended... first of all they insisted on charging me tourist prices even though I am a resident and wanted 5800 for a consultation when real price is 3000. Secondly they want you to only do the scans at their over priced hospital.. all in all just skip this

I had an ongoing ear infection. I was seen by one the Ear, nose and throat doctor. I had a follow-up appointment at 10am, I had a confirmation text the day before. I took the day off work as I also had another doctor appointment at 11.30 not in the same hospital. Anyway, at 9.55am I got a call from Acibadem, someone speaking Turkish, I said in English please and then they hung up. Then at 9.57am I had another call from the hospital, this time someone speaking English saying that my appointment had changed to 11am, because my doctor arrived at that time. 3 minutes before the appointment and then I had to wait one hour, no explanations given, nothing. This is not a free hospital, I'm paying as an international patient more that I would pay back in my home country. Why do they feel like they can play with my time, no apologies. Nothing

Last week, I was at the hospital with my relative . We did a PET-CT and MRI scan. The oncologist wasn’t there that week, but we discussed with the hospital that we would do the interpretation of the results remotely with the doctor because we live in Tirana, Albania. However, it’s been 3 days, and they haven’t responded. I turned to your hospital with the idea that I might find a solution there. It is crucial to start treatment as soon as possible and you need to understand that the days that go by are not in his favor. I urgently need a meeting with the oncologist

You would have to be an absolute idiot to use this hospital, especially if you are not a Turk! I called today for an appointment and was told I would have to pay in Euro because I was not Turkish, but if I was from another Middle East country I would pay the same as the Turks. I have lived in Turkey for years, and married to a Turkish man. We make the Turkish LIRA! This is not the first bad experience we have had with this Hospital. This hospital will do everything they can to cheat you out of a dollar. If you are looking for terrible Doctors that don’t listen to your concerns, and to be treated like a walking bank, then it’s the hospital for you!!

Acibadam one of the best hospital in Istanbul . A hospital that uses the latest medical equipment, with a professional staff of doctors and a very high-quality nursing service. The hospital and patient rooms are excellent and equipped with the best equipment, but hospital prices are very expensive. There are higher prices for every non-Turkish foreigner and this is annoying. I advise the patient not to go to the hospital directly. Unless through a Turkish doctor who deals with the hospital directly, this is better for you in terms of prices. The nursing service is very good, and the cleanliness , Hygiene & decorations are excellent.

Had a good experience getting IVF and PGD/PGT-a + PGT-m treatment from Acıbadem Fulya hospital (IVF department). Many thanks to Dr Hale Çelik, the nurses, embryology lab and Mr Kenan (patient coordinator) who were all very professional, competent, helpful and made the experience seamless. I could always ask questions and got a response straight away. The IVF and PGD treatment worked and we now have healthy babies. I would recommend.

One of the translators of this hospital named Linda Yunita is only there to deceive people and get their money. I suggest that you be careful because this woman is very lying and deceitful

Unfortunately, i have encountered biased towards forwigners attitude here. I had an appointment at Hasan Ünlütürk on october 6th 14.40. We were late, but registration was completed, payment made and we were waiting in front of doctor's room at 14.55. Doctor was not there, the woman that works with doctor (i will call her hostes) said since we were late he went to another side of the building to treat another patient. I said ok, then doctor came at 15.07. Hostes said that since we were late, she cannot accept us to doctor's room and took TWO other patients in front of us. This was unfair and rude attitude which resulted in us waiting for almost 40 minutes.

I don’t recommend this place for foreigners at all. Their staff are very rude and kind of racist. After reception didn’t help, we asked their information desk and they sent an English translator (a very good person) with us. In reception the staff again start fighting with the translator and especially one of them, a woman with hijab, start yelling at us. I asked the translator the reason and she said they are saying”Turkish people are priority!!!” A very regular doctor appointment and a blood test took us 4 hours to wait and we were very exhausted. I’ve been leaving in turkey around 5 years and that’s first and the only time I’ve seen such a bad behavior from Turkish people.

Should be avoided by foreigners. Irresponsible reception service. My sick son and I visited this hospital at night (3am) in emergency because of high temperature (40 degrees). No one person at reception knew English, no one knew how to apply insurance, no one was interested to help my son quickly - they offered me to wait at reception 2 hours, when pediatrician arrives. Only after pressures by insurance support service they took us to the doctor (very good one, to be honest). If you need to emergency help and professional organisation, chose another hospital.
