I just want to say that Dr. Parkes is extremely attentive and professional. He knows English is not my native language, so he made a conscious effort to slow down his speech to ensure I understood what he was saying. Throughout the process, all the nurses and staff at the front desk were also very attentive and friendly. This has been an amazing experience for me, probably the best I've ever had in a hospital.

Awful service, took over 45 mins for a blood test as the staff were just chatting behind the counter. The place wasn't even busy. Staff were incredibly rude too. Better off using the NHS. Avoid at all costs.

I would like to thank all the staff at The London Independent Hospital who were involved in my treatment. I was informed regularly of any updates to my surgery. Dr Jones was amazing and I am so great full to have finally been listened to after years and years of pain. Dr Jones understood this was not normal investigated and treated me. Thank you all for making me feel welcome, at ease and felt like i was in the best care.

The attention I received from reception to the consultant was first class. Timing was excellent and the whole experience was efficient and comfortable. This was reassuring as I was a little concerned about my investigations. I cannot praise the hospital highly enough on this occasion.

Despite his busy schedule, I never felt that Mr. Ember was rushing in our appointments. So very patient in explaining every thing which made me feel 100% confident in him. The nurses were brilliant! RGN Bambhi (Abhi) Q. went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my admission. She has already finished her night shift when I arrived but she still went to my room, answered all my questions and made feel comfortable. She also made sure to check on me after discharge. RGN CJ looked after me, her bright personality is truly refreshing but stayed professional the whole time. She made sure I was well looked after before during and after my procedure. Additionally, RGNs Dana and Gladys, were also exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. The food was impressive! Catering staff were always so polite. Was kinda bummed that coffee was instant coffee(not a big deal tho). Overall, I am extremely grateful to the whole London Bridge team!

I was a day patient for a knee surgery. The hospital staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly, they are always there to help you and to answer questions. The food was good beside I was not able to eat it all (i had anesthetic side effects) and the facilities were immaculate! Thanks for making it such as smooth process.

Fantastic hospital with exceptional staff throughout. Was nervous for my first surgery experience and I couldn't have been in a better place. The private room and provisions were comfortable. The food was of a very good standard. Staff were very attentive and strive to provide the highest level of service.

I had a SPECT/CT scan and it was (virtually) painless and I was looked after briliantly. my only negative comment would bethat as there is a 3hour wait between the prep and the scan and the waiting room was not super comfortable for such a long wait,

Could not be in better hands. Had surgery under professor Andi Kavin and it could not go any better. Legend, absolutely professional and full of knowledge. The hospital team were exceptional. Margaret from the theatre (ICU) was exceptional too, her confidence and professionalism was second to none. Aldrin Reyes from the ward was also a true example of a real medical professional. I mentioned all these by names because sometimes it is easy to take for granted the little things that make a difference. A huge thanks guys.

Mr Petrou and the whole staff at the HSC were exceptional. The communication was awesome, the procedure faultless and the post-op care in the ICU and Cardiac ward were second to none. I felt my life was very safe in their professional and compassionate hands.

My Mom has just spent the last week at Parkside Hospital and I have nothing but praise for the hospital and staff. Special mention must be made of Sylvia and Eric, they are amazing. I am feeling sorry that I am writing this review, but that's exactly how my care experience at Parkside suite was (September 2022). I must say that the single night I had to stay there after my surgery was the poorest care experience I ever had in my life, due to extremely rude nursing staff at the night. As I was shifted at Parkside, the nurse very rudely refused for my family to see me at all since the meeting time was just over. I understood the meeting time thing but shared with her that my husband had brought my three very worried, young kids to see me for 2 min, only because the Post Op nurse herself said they would be allowed to see me after I was shifted at Parkside 'as an exception' (reason because I was expected to go home after my day surgery but was admitted due to pain issue, so Post Op nurse said that this very short meeting would be allowed as an exception), however, the meeting never happened and my kids went back after waiting in the car parking for more than 1.5 hours. Well, at least I saw my husband who reassured the kids that I was fine. After my husband left, I asked the nurse how I could call someone if I needed anything, and she literally threw the bell on my bed. I was shocked!! and worried about spending remaining part of the night while facing such rude behaviour. Later on, when I requested the nurse if she could hold my hand for going to the toilet, she reluctantly did but asked me to hold the IV stand by myself with my other hand. I can't blv how being in the care profession a nurse couldn't understand how much pain a patient possibly can be in, literally within few hours after a surgery and still asking the patient to hold & drag the stand by themselves. All the night the two nurses kept making loud noise in the ward walkway, to the extent that it was hard to sleep at all. Every time, the nurse would come in my room and would take my BP and temp, waking me up but without speaking to me. None of the two nurses who I saw introduced themselves, I myself checked their names. None of the time, anyone asked me if I was in pain or if I needed any pain killer until I myself asked for a pain relief in the morning. The way I was treated made me feel that it was my fault that I was in pain and needed to stay there, so I had to tolerate the attitude. Never expected such an experience straight after a major surgery and while going through extreme pain. The next day staff were nice as well as caring, I got discharged in the evening next day and was so grateful that I didn't need to bear the same attitude again. Please improve the facility. A patient is already in so much pain and expects sympathy and care, not stares and rude attitude. Kind regards

I was an outpatient yesterday at parkside wexham. I just wanted to say how friendly I found everyone and the food was fantastic. The lasagne was the best I have ever tasted anywhere! My only minor complaint would be that I could hear another patient’s TV the whole time, but that would not stop me from highly recommending parkside.

Prof. Samra, Dr. Gönül and Dr. Yucel in the IVF department are among the smartest and most knowledgeable doctors in Turkey after many experiences in Turkey. Gentle treatment, full explanation of the condition and good medical examination. The translator, Nourhan, is very cooperative and respectful. The hospital is clean and the nurses are good.

One of the worst hospitals i've ever been to. My deal is to pay 5129$. I made a liposuction and beared transpiration process.Bilal the translater he texted me telling that you will stay 1 or 2 days in hospital before moving to the hotel and the doctore will decide. He didnt mentioned that 2nd day is chargable. The doctor decided to stay 2 days. Then while im moving they told me that you should pay 650$. I was so tired and my small sister was with me. I paid and i decided to leave Istanbul on the spot. I changed my tickets and moved on. Is this a professional way that should treated your clients? And Bilal is not responses to my messages.

No one can say that thay had “great” experiences when you talk about a hospital, but Memorial Istanbul was absolutelybthe best. We had our yearly check up and the experience was fantastic. Sevice outstanding and doctors were the best. Thanks to Fatmira and Dije we felt loke in a hotel not in a hospital. Will go back there every year for my routine check up and i would recommend it to anybodybto do the same

It’s a bunch of frauds. I called them to know if my insurance covers my visit, they asked for the company of insurer, asked for my docs and replied “yes, we have agreement with them, come”. I came, and they said I have to talk to doctor first and then, after he prescribes the analysis I need (that is why I came), they will first ask the insurer to respond. It appeared that 10 min consultation would cost me 1.880 TL ($66)and no, they figured out my insurance doesn’t cover it so I just have to pay, after I agreed to talk to the doctor without knowing how much it will cost. WHAT THE SYSTEM IS THIS? It’s more than I paid in EU for analysis they really made, not just for talking. I regret my every minute and penny left there as I was just fooled, maybe, my bad I didn’t refuse to talk until I know the price.

Doctors and nurses were perfect. I could reach them anytime. Nurses were very friendly and helpful. They were cheerful. Doctors and nurses had the expertise of their jobs. I am really greatfull for the treatment I had and advice the hospital for any potential patients.

My experience was great , stayed for four days ,I have been looked after very well . Loved my doctor Dr Ercan Karacaoglu , he is an incredible person and great doctor , you can trust him your eyes shut.

I went there with my friends to congratulate my friend's mom who gave birth in that hospital and I can say that that hospital is a heaven. Everything is so clean and sanitary. Even the toilet was spotless that you could eat your dinner off that. The structure and design was well thought out as well. It was really luxurious. It was a beautiful place.

Terrible service. After paying a lot of money for consultations and analyses, complete ignoring of clients and complete disorder begins. You can't find the person responsible, they send you from one person to another until the working day is over and they just turn off the lights and send you home.

This hospital is horrible. I came as customer because my knee was broken. Nurses do the jobs like the amateurs. No medicine no operation the first week. Doctors in the orthopedic unfriendly and not very helpful. Hospital look like the have no employees. No communication at all and no expertise. Never again

Absolutely horrible hospital. They did a wrong surgery despite telling them over two months what my problem is, but nobody cared and made an unnecessary surgery in removing parts which were actually healthy and I have now a disabled feet. Nobody cares, can't even reach the doctor in the orthopedy, because according them the controll time of 10 days is over. Since when you measure your check time for a surgery thats your own responsibility and own mistake only 10 days. Be aware, the hospital and their management is dangerous for your health. Stay away.

I did my operation in May 2023 the result was bad. operation done by non unprofessional doctor,nurses they don't speak English, don't respect their patients, hotel accommodation also was very bad 1 star review. Unprofessional, unfriendly, unpunctual staff and doctor endocrinologist. Only interested in money and profit. Ordered a lot of tests and never look at and explain. Better spent money on shopping than waste them there

All the tests and results were ready very quickly, in 2 days already had a conclusive consultation with diagnosis established and the plan for the next steps. Interpreter was also really good helping to translate and navigate. As an international patient I am very satisfied.

We tried to get treatment for a twisted ankle. Diagnostics were very tiring, we went to hospital multiple times and chased for the results. In the end they decided to apply casting to my wife's foot. The operators were terrible, they didn't check and see the scar on the foot before doing casting. After a day, we took the initiative and informed them about the scar. Their reaction and the fix was also terrible. After one week, my wife's foot started to get numb, she was in pain. We went to the same hospital emergency. The emergency doctor didn't explain anything, he didn't answer any questions although we insisted on multiple times. The cast was removed that day. After months my wife's foot is still numb! I will never go to this hospital again and don't recommend it to anyone.

I treated my spine here. Made micro-discectomy of the herniated disc. Operation was done by dr. Nejat Akalan. Everything was super well. Doctor, clinic and personnel shifted all expectations. I connected with them from outside of Turkey by whatsapp. Sent them my MRI and explained the problem. They gave me a preliminary price for the operation and a series af analysis required. In fact when I came and visited the doctor he said I need no additional analysis and the problem is clear to him. That saved my money, I paid less than they estimated. The clinic itself, at least the neurology dept is just great - they are very fast, I didn't wait anywhere more than 5-10 min. All the appointments were in time. After the operation they visited me every hour, checked blood pressure, something else, recorded how I feel. Everyone was very kind with me. Payment included my transfers from the airport and back, all transfers from the hotel to a hospital and a translator.

My patient ID number is 2607859. I have recently visited your hospital in Istanbul. I must say that you have worst and terrible customer service, my treatment experience was so disappointing. I and my wife made general check up i.e. I had problem similar to prostatitis and my wife had health issues with her waist. First of all, doctors' attitude to patients was very unprofessional and rude, secondly doctors could not tell us any specific detailed diagnosis about our health issues. My doctor Onur Alp Karaaslan informed me that I did not have prostatitis but when I returned to Uzbekistan and made detailed check-up, I had clearly this illness. The doctors in Medipol are unprofessional, rude and their noses are in the air, especially therapists and USG specialists. I am so disappointed to be recommended to come to Medipol Mega hospital. I never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Came with a TMJ problem, the doctor gave me injections in the face without sterilization. Then I got an infection that moved to the tooth. I'm not talking about the price, which is overpriced 5-10 times. Of course, the problem of TMJ has not been solved

Выше всяких похвал. We had a family emergency. My grandfather had a health complication that required urgent ICU unit hospitalization. We had travelers insurance (Альфа-Страхование) Aplha-Insuranse from Russia. Their representatives in Istanbul arranged Ambulance that delivered my grandfather to HISAR. In HISAR there was a person(assistant) assigned to our situation. His name Sadik. He helped us during entire process while being patient with our stressed behavior. He was our liaison between our family and hospital’s personnel. He did his job very good! Dr.Hasan was also very helpful, because we gave him hard time with all questions and requests. Also, I can not say enough about nurses there. They are extremely knowledgeable, sensitive and proactive with our grandfather. He can not speak at all due to his healt condition. But nurses understood his self-made sign language better than we (his family) did.

It was a bad experience i took my wife at 8 o'clock of the evening as an emergency case, but her health was stable but need specialist doctor to examine her they didn't even take her temperature they only make ct scan, first thing ask about 6800tl for ct scan, and no one told us to wait in a room we wait in the waiting hall. And even there is no translator, the nurses are good, no hate but i think they only care for money and forget to look after us.

The service in this hospital is at the highest level. if you are from another country and do not know Turkish, you will be provided with a translator. Your medical examination will take place in the most comfortable conditions. Believe me, you will want to be examined here again. I would especially like to mention the girl who helped me, Ilvira. A kind, sweet, smiling girl who was more worried about my problems than her own. At some point it even seemed to me that this was my loved one. She is very caring.

We had a great experience at Liv Hospital Ulus. Pick up and drop off every time we had an appoiment. On top the staff is very profesional and friendly. I highly recomnend them. They also offer a translator who was amazing and help us to have a better understanding of our situation. The building looks like a 5 star hotel, very clean and equiped with the latest medical technology 🙂
