The Harley Street Clinic is comprised of a several facilities in the centre of London’s renowned medical district, offering a wide range of cutting-edge treatments and services in buildings steeped in history. All of our facilities are within a short walking distance of one another and from nearby transport links. The Main Clinic Our Main Clinic sits on 35-37 Weymouth Street in the heart of Marylebone and is home to all our inpatient care, including our dedicated cardiac and oncology wards.The Main Clinic includes a Level 3 adult Intensive Care Unit where patients receive 1-to-1 nursing care 24/7 as well housing our state-of-the-art theatres and cardiac catheter lab. We also have diagnostic facilities in this building, including CT and MRI Scanners.At 95-97 Harley Street patients can find the flagship outpatients centre for Leaders in Oncology Care.The multidisciplinary team here offer a wide range of services including chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormonal therapy. Nursing staff, excellent, caring, attentive and kind. Consultant also excellent. Catering staff and housekeeping (cleaning) unfortunately the opposite to above although manager did visit me to discuss at end of my stay. Biggest complaint was changing my room without any prior explanation or apology. Cleaner came in at inappropriate times and expected me to move even though I was not well. Catering staff did not communicate well and quite a few items on the menu were not available. They did not offer to help serve the food, just "dumped and ran". I was not told at the outside that tea and coffee was included but the nurses often asked if I wanted but each time I was worried I would be charged. Poor communication at the outset as the printed material explains that charges will be made. For the cost involved of the non clinical side (accommodation and "hotel" services aspect), sadly this was a poor experience for me. Surgery successful, nurses and clinical staff excellent. Let down by the non clinical side.

I saw cardiologist Prof Neil Ruperelia at his private clinic in Harley Street yesterday. On arrival I was met by his very efficient assistant Laura Woodhouse who had made the whole process go very smoothly by keeping me informed all the way through about the appointment. When I met Prof Ruperelia, I was quite stressed about my condition but the first thing he did was very patiently and calmy put me at my ease. We went through my tests and the condtion I had come to see him about. He was reassuring and explained everything in a way I could understand. He was very patient and kind and answered my concerns clearly. I truly felt confident and safe in his hands and at the same time comfortable and at ease. My experience in his clinic was a very positive one and should I need to see a cardiologist in the future, he will be the one I go to. I can recommend him and his practice without reservation.

Mr Petrou and the whole staff at the HSC were exceptional. The communication was awesome, the procedure faultless and the post-op care in the ICU and Cardiac ward were second to none. I felt my life was very safe in their professional and compassionate hands.
