Very nice place, English-friendly, they are always open to making an emergency appointment. The doctors are also always polite and are ready to answer your questions. Whenever I needed a scan, they did it instantly right there. Everything is very fast and clear!

Their fantastic team makes you feel very comfortable and at ease even for very unpleasant procedures. I had a wisdom tooth removal and the whole procedure took less than 30 min and was done so well I barely noticed the discomfort. Dr. Blijdorp is very approachable and friendly, which helped a lot with the stress of the procedure. Their practice is very conveniently located and looks beautiful. Its not my first visit and Im always impressed with their professionalism. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for highly qualified specialists.

The dental hygienist was extremely gentle, she explained every step and was checking on me regularly. It was the most wonderful experience as my last cleaning at a different practice was pure torture. I am extremely thankful because now I can come back without any fear !

I initially went there for increased sensitivity in my teeth. This is the opposite of what anyone can expect at the dentist, considerably high prices, i am even wondering if they are real dentists, no eye protection(i could not even breathe or open my eyes during the procedure(he made an injection that was painful for 3 days(painful injection site and I got numb for 5 hours afterwards), dentists go to the bathroom between anesthesia and procedure to pee then touches your mouth, dentist doesnt speak english, he asked me if I am in pain, and then started drilling, my tooth was healthy and he started to perform a root canal, which was unnecessary. He did not even completed it, he drilled then used temporary filling and gave me an appointment after 2 weeks despite that there is no infection !!!! Also nobody informed me of anything, when he finished his work(5 minutes) he told me to go to the reception to figure out what happened so the receptionnist had to explain to me that he did a root canal and that I need to pay 12,000czk, 3 meetings and no infection. In fact the receptionnist was the only kind person and she even tried to get me another doctor just to explain to me what happened Now after 1 week, the temporary filling got loose I am in excruciating pain and I can't do anything, he left my root canals opened because of lack of time( i had the appointment at 4pm, arrived at 3h45 and got admitted at 4h15, intervention went from 4h25 and 4h30), it litterally took 5 minutes, and I was in shock afterwards. This year I spent more than 50k czk on my teeth, and I AM REALLY STUCK! I am frankly tired of these supposedly 'czech dentists' who think they know better than anyone, is this how the medical field looks like here? Expensive and unefficient, what a shame, do not get impressed by their hardware, lasers, they dont use them, I am loosing my second tooth in 3 months and they were perfectly healthy before going to the dentist. Cash machine. ALSO, IF YOU READ THIS COMMENT, Run!

The first time I came to the clinic the doctor treated my tooth well. That’s why when later I had issue with another tooth I came there again. But unfortunately the doctor who did the procedure (plomb) first time was not working there anymore and I was very unlucky to be treated by another doctor (Kazakov). First of all no X-ray was done to check my tooth, he just put the plomb. After some time the tooth started to hurt more and more so I came again and he said (after the X-ray) that the nerves should be removed (sealed). He did the procedure. Later on I started to have again issues with the tooth. I had fistula. So obviously I went there again. They tried to open the tooth and roots to treat and re-do the procedure (reseal). It was very long process. There were no necessary instruments to re-open the roots and I had to wait while they were ordering them. Then, finally, when the I nstruments were there they could not reopen the roots, it was painful, no microscope was used (not sure if they have one, at that moment I didn’t know that it should be used in such procedure). Everything was done manually there were no special instruments which are helping to open sealed roots. In the end the doctor has invited another doctor to do this. Somehow they managed to open roots and put medicament and again sealed the roots and tooth. Unfortunately, I started again to have an issue. The tooth wasn’t hurting but when I touched it I felt some discomfort. I didn’t want to go to this clinic anymore, as it was obvious that they don’t know what they are doing. I went to another clinic to check. And on X-ray it showed that in my root there was an instrument left by the doctor and it’s started inflammation. And they didn’t even said me that the instrument has broken and it had to be removed. Obviously, they couldn’t do it because they don’t have required equipment and I doubt if they even have experience to do this. But if they would not hide this I would rather go to another clinic straight away and treat it properly. But now after more than one year I have to treat the tooth again. I just hope that now another doctor can save me the tooth. And yes I spent in Artstom ~ 10k, and now I need to spend much more. I totally agree with all the comments about smoking, rush and that doctor is not sensitive, did not explain anything and even more hid that I have broken instruments (they were 4 pieces there!) in the tooth. Definitely, I can’t recommend this clinic after such a terrible experience. Maybe it depends on the doctor but I would not play roulette. I hope that my comment will help someone and save from such an experience which I was unlucky to have there.

Last summer, we traveled from Croatia to Prague on holiday and unfortunately, even before the trip, problems started: inflammation of a previously treated tooth, which was repaired with antibiotics. During the trip, two more teeth became inflamed. It was a huge relief when I found out that I could be admitted to the Artstom clinic. Luckily my dentist from Zagreb sent me an ortopan. It took three visits: the endodontic treatment of the necrotic root canal (tooth 5) and extraction (tooth 8); and then the holidays truly began! I can wholeheartedly recommend the dentists from the clinic, for their professionalism, kindness, excellent communication, cleanliness of the clinic, as well as reasonable prices. I am grateful from the bottom of my heart that they helped me!

I had a lip surgery there and the sample was supposed to be sent for hystology test, and it was agreed to be sent me by email, but after 3 months it was never done. By phone after multiple calls (where I was asked to wait for “5 minutes” and promised to be called back and was never called back though) I was told that I need to come to have a control examination which I didn’t have in the end. And I received a paper that looks like it is not original at all, so I don’t really believe that they did any testing, for which I paid extra 30k HUF. The whole situation was really weird.

I had a very great experience with Dentium Implant Center. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, I even had my nerves calmed down. The clinic is well equipped and has a feel-good vibe, and I'm completely satisfied with the dentist's work. Painless, professional and beautiful. Highly recommended.

I had 5 fillings done here. FOUR of the treated teeth hurt now (most of them did not hurt before the treatment). The doctor kept saying she does not see any problems. I do not recommend this place. UPD: @ImplantCenter: you had not answered the last three of my emails while I WAS your client, so why would I even try contacting you now?

I went in to get my second teeth cleaning at the Frankfurt location. I had Nesli clean my teeth and she was absolutely amazing! She explained everything to me, was very kind, thorough, and professional. My teeth look amazing! And she was happy to say things in English since my German is not great. I will go back to see her every time!!!!

I've been to AllDent 4 times. They are usually good, so I continue to go. The last time, the dentist and their assistant listened to rap music on the radio during my oral surgery. I needed a fragment of a tooth replaced (it was previously broken in an accident, and fixed at AllDent). The young dentist moved hastily and very quickly even with the syringe for initial anesthesia. They talked the entire time in German about superficial topics like how she is bored, how University is boring for the dentist, and made fun of their old coworker, and how they want to party in Amsterdam because a rapper is there - thinking I could not understand German. The assistant sprayed water on my face and acted like it was weird that I tried wiping it away. The repair on my tooth was crooked - and when I pointed this out to the young dentist, he protested that "That is how your teeth are." He was hasty and needs to slow down if this is going to be his career. They laughed so long, and hard, that the tools they were holding were beginning to move around visibly and I had to stop everything and tell them to please use more concentration and be careful. My family has a long history of working in the medical industry, as well as myself, and these behaviors were very unusual for AllDent. Other than these 2 individuals, this is a great place and I would recommend it.

I've been a client of Velvet Dental for more than 3 years so far, and comparing it to other clinics in Bucharest, I can confirm this is the best. The doctors are very well prepared; they also participate in international conferences so that they keep up not with the Kardashians but with the latest technologies and procedures. I appreciate the fact that they always explain what they are going to do regarding the intervention needed and why it is needed. I've had several issues with the molars, and the doctors, Georgiana Elefterie and Horia Neaga, have done everything to save them. The extraction of only one of them has been the last solution, and only after multiple interventions. Regarding the dental implants, I had one put in another clinic in the Primaverii area of Bucharest, and unfortunately, it had to be removed. I recommend Dr. Radu Colteanu for dental implants. Besides that, the place itself is very cozy, the colors are warm and they combine naturally, and everything has been designed so that the customer feels comfortable and in a friendly atmosphere, starting from the yellow bicycle in front of the clinic.

I went and saw doctor Adrian Negrila. I had a small esthetic filling that had fallen off. It took less than 5 minutes to put in a new one with no drilling necessary since there was no cavity. The cost was 400 lei which seems a bit expensive but that's not what upset me. He told me I needed a teeth cleaning which I agreed to. I've never had a teeth cleaning done that fast or painfully. I've also never had my gums bleed as much and hurt so bad after a teeth cleaning. There was too much force used and not enough care to protect and avoid my gums. Used a little mirror when I got home and there's cuts in my gums and not all dirty stains removed.

This review reflects the orthodontic department represented, in my interactions, by Dr. Georgiana Stanescu, the rest of Velvet Dent staff is on point and should not be linked to this. My experience with Velvet Dent was at its core targeting orthodontic treatment for impacted canines - braces, exposure, bracketing and descent. After quite several interactions and planned actions Dr. Stanescu gave me a disturbing sense of unprofessionalism, forgetting the course of action one session over the next, being late at appointments (20-30 mins) even though i booked at opening hours, mentioning conflicting and disjointed solutions and last but not least, failing to solve my problem. All of this was mentioned to the staff, confronted and properly explained, yet, however unfortunate, it did not improve the course of action, forcing me to switch to another Dental Clinic. In short, i was not bothered by the impossibility of fixing my problem, the truly disappointing part came from how this was treated, the wasted time, failure of execution and the saddening reality of a not caring doctor. Hopefully, this will be addressed, Thank you

I left this famous dental office disappointed deep within me. I was in front of a DR dentist. Clément Barral who lacks professionalism, he is racist and does not know how to understand patients or clients or speak with them. I strongly advise against this office to anyone who is tempted to meet this gentleman who must learn to listen and be hum. Every body should avoid this place! Unacceptable low level of the dentists! Ugly job and not clean at all, i stayed 3 days in hospital with a strong antibiotic treatment after last meeting because my mouse was infected. They even didn't want to apologize. Run away from them, this is the best advise i can give you.

I was there a while ago... I see they managed to get my review removed. But it was the worst experience, I had. They began a treatment without asking if i would agree, they put me to sign a paper that accepts a treatment in advance, that assured that I can't complain if something didn't work as desired.

The whole care team is really friendly. At the same visit, Kati, Teo and Petteri took care of me. Everyone was reliable, professional and kind. I really felt that I could trust them, even if I was nervous. You could have almost fallen asleep during the tartar removal, the feeling was so peaceful in Kat's capable hands. Teo gave a clear assessment and suggested a professional solution, and he understood my situation very well in the tensions related to the removal of wisdom teeth. The removal of two wisdom teeth, one of which required surgery, did not hurt or stress me at all, as Petteri told me where to go the whole time, and together with Kati took care of my well-being. I will definitely come again! I felt really good. Special thanks for the aftercare of the removal operation. The nurses called the next day and asked how the healing started, and if there were any questions or if there were any pains or problems. It didn't hurt to remove the stitches either. The pits healed quite well, despite the severe hook roots. Edit 02/2023: Make-up boy at reception again at Hampaasi clinic. At the weekend, to my horror, I discovered that my back lower molar was chipped, a good piece came off. One of my worst fears is that a tooth will crack! I got an appointment for Monday morning from the website, this time for Johanna's treatment. Although there was no pain in the chipped tooth, the procedure was performed under anesthesia, so that pain would not come as a horrible surprise during the operation. I got a really good place to replace the chipped one, it doesn't feel strange in the mouth at all, and now 21 hours later I hardly remember the whole thing. What a great team at these clinics!

Teo and Petteri and their nurses are very professional and friendly. I had two implants put in there and numerous other procedures. I had a couple of damages, but Teo repaired them with his first-class expertise. I highly recommend.

Both the doctor himself, Luis Hernández, and his assistant were very professional and pleasant. I was able to take a breather between procedures and was told the whole time what would be done next. Wow! That’s the best way to describe how satisfied I was after having my 6 front teeth restored . I would like to thank the most wonderful doctor Natalia Samarina ( the Russian lady) for her professionalism. I always had bad teeth, but after having my son 2,5 years ago they have deteriorated rapidly and I started loosing my enamel , it was literally flaking away :( I went to my dentist in the UK and she said the only option was to go for veneers.... but boy they are expensive:( I found Natalia online since I already booked my holidays in Montenegro, so combining dental work with holidays was very attractive idea. She gave me initial quote based on the pictures and said she can do a cosmetic restoration instead of veneers and I went for it . They create a huge mess for me, asking me to go an extra trip to pay through credit card and then charge me again by their HQ to my credit card again. after many weeks, I still have not gotten a refund.

Best dental experience of my life. I was in so much pain for the last 6 days despite having jabbed and taken strong painkillers. Today I finally realised that the cause of my severe migraine might have been from my tooth so I searched the nearest dentist to me and called. Initially no slots were available but I explained my situation and the sweet receptionist was so kind she let me come in at 4.30pm ( 30 mins before their closing time ) The whole process when I came in was so smooth and fuss free. Doctor Evelyn was so reassuring and patient in helping me find out the cause of my pain, and she was super thorough in her work. By then the clinic had closed already and they were all working OT to help me 😭😭😭 Her dental assistant was also the sweetest with my tooth extraction by holding my hand and sayanging my head. I was afraid about squeezing her hand too tight but she was so reassuring. I’m so grateful to the team at Advanced Dental for helping me so kindly, genuinely and efficiently ❤️

They rescheduled the visit twice, and then, when I came, I waited for 45 minutes. They did not offer any discount for my time, so I took my deposit and canceled the visit. When people cannot organize their time and do not have any obligations to the client, I cannot trust their professionalism. Do not recommend.

When I visited first time the doctor said I need gel for my gums and she put 3 packs to the bag and gave it to me, I paid for it and when I checked the bag there were 3 small tooth paste instead. Second visit was better but glue on my retainers on one tooth fell off after just few months.

As seen in other reviews they cancel appointments without telling the client. You only find out when you arrive at the clinic that your appointment no longer exists. Highly unprofessional practice.

I had used the clinic previously with good results when i needed a crown for one tooth. Everything went really smoothly and the price was very fair. I decided to go again for another crown and had a really poor experience. When i showed up the receptionist was rude to me and said i should have shown up an hour earlier even though a colleague of hers had called me to delay for an hour. After that i was put in a chair in a hurry and the dentist seeing me only wanted me to have a complete evaluation and did not want to put a crown on my tooth which was what i came for. She said the tooth was not fit for a crown but i am having a crown set up here in my home country. Instead of a crown they wanted to do a root canal on one tooth with one canal and for that i paid 1850 zloty which equals to 413 eur and is much more expensive than what i would have paid at home. i will absolutely not go again as the prices are sky high for normal dentistry and the service was abysmal.

Treatment: All on 4 / 6 full implants and bridges Having considered dental work abroad for some time, I finally took the plunge in late 2021. From the moment I contacted Patryk, exchanged some emails and then had a couple of calls, I was convinced that I was making the right choice. We discussed ballpark costs for the treatment I was envisaging, and whilst it was not cheap it was possible - in the UK I could not have afforded it. Within a few weeks I was in Gdansk and Patryk organised a hotel and taxi (thanks to Peter the driver). The treatment was very invasive but thats what I needed. My surgeon, Maciej, was extremely reassuring and the week was full of tests and surgery. Throughout the whole process of extractions, bone augmentation and implants, Maciej was amazing, making sure that my personal comfort was uppermost in his mind. Then the healing stage takes over and this goes on for 4-5 months. Upon returning and making sure that the surgery had been a success, I was then under the care of Anna who is something of a perfectionist when it comes to crafting the bridges and correcting your bite. Within 9 months I was fully 'toothed up' and what a difference it makes. All of those embarrassing situations of avoiding foods and not smiling evaporated. To say that this has impacted my life immeasurably for the better would not be an overstatement. If you are considering any dental work outside of your own country then I cannot rate this team highly enough. Communication is fantastic and their concern for personal wellbeing is laudable. If you have a low pain threshold then the team will never push the boundaries, they will always ask you if you are feeling any pain. If I could sum up this experience in one word it would simply be 'painless' - from both a treatment and organisational perspective. Finally, you'll also have a lovely stay in a beautifully historic city which is also very modern. Well done everyone at Project Smile and thank you.

100% the real deal. I could not be happier with the results. After 3 separate visits, over 14 months and completing my final appointment, I feel like a brand new person . From day 1, I knew what to expect for the next year+. Dr. Maciej does the surgeries and Dr. Anna does the aesthetic work. I can't speak highly enough about their professionalism, thoughtfulness and top notch work. All of the assistants were amazing, the equipment is state of the art and everything is so clean. The price was 1/3 of several quotes in the US, but beyond that, in the US dentists suggested a worst solution, that did not take into account my bone loss or the existing healthy teeth. Beyond the results is also a hidden European gem of Gdansk! The city is clean, steeped in history and Uber is always on time. If you are considering this clinic, do it! Also a special thanks to Patryk who was able to put me at ease by answering all of my questions throughout the entire process.

I really found a good and compassionate dentist in Dr. Julian Röhr! You returned my faith in humane patient treatment! After a wisdom tooth extraction at another dentist in a different place, I had excruciating pain and the other dentist did nothing to relieve it. (It was getting infected and I was simply told to wait it out). The doctor here took good care of me and prescribed the right medicine.

I heard good recommendations about Dr Bencun and decided to finally give it a go as l waiting too long to treat my teeth. He treated my cavity and did two wisdom teeth extractions and I had zero pain during the treatment. If you are too afraid they can give you laughing gas during the procedure which l did and it went absolutely well for me! If you have any anxiety/phobia or none of the above, this is the place to go !

Sani Dental was recommended to us by a neighbor whom had extensive dental work and seemed happy with the results. We were quoted a price in CA for some implant work extractions and a couple of crowns. We decided to give Sani a look at and see what their diagnosis would be and what work they felt needed to be done. The office was large and had small doors off this long hallway. There was many employees front and back offices and many patients waiting to be seen, seemed positive Right ? Well we felt Wrong, Yes they charged for the X-rays and Scan 150.00 which is fine because you can get the chip of them and it's yours to keep should you go else where. OK thats good. Once your done with that you sit in the long hallway again and wait to be called in to one of the many little exam rooms where the examiner doctor sits on one side and the assistant sit on another side and then documents what he was about to report from the exam. The doctor if that is what he even WAS never said hello never introduced himself never explained what he was going to do. He took a quick look exam told the assistant what he thinks showed a few pictures on the screen from our scans and then proceeded to print out the quote and price all done in less than 15 minutes. We spent longer in the hallway waiting 1 hour then with this so called doctor which we kinda think again was not even a doctor. We looked over the quote and said thank you and we will think about it. The feeling we both got from this dental office is it's a Cattle Call office, done by volume and not patient quality care and service. It was really quite disappointing and disturbing at the lack of customer service as there is so much competition there in LOS to choose from, but looking at the reviews here and seeing the good and the bad you can tell that their follow up care is not all that, and thats a valuable asset to have for patients willing to come back again and again. This office gave us the impression that they like being One and Done, take your money in and out you Go, Goodbye.Adios We realized standing there as we left its just not at all what we are looking for in excellent dental care which you CAN find in LOS ALGODONES. On top of all that the quote from Sani Dental was 800.00 more than the quote from our dentist in CA, and that came as a surprise to us, we had to LAUGH. Also there seemed a LOT of misc added charges included, really? We decided to have lunch in the plaza next door where the hotel was that they also own as well and the restaurant. We sat down and waited for 20 mins with no hello no menu no nothing, we finally left and went some where else to eat. As we left and walked out we see the Doctor ???? whom did our exam out side across the street we made eye contact smiled at him and he never even acknowledged we had been there 20 minutes ago, very strange. Conclusion for us is Sani Dental is Very disappointing. When you're going to invest 10K in dental work the feeling of being comfortable with any office should be very important. In fact while walking to the appointment, someone asked us where are you going we said Sani Dental, and I quote the man said there good but they use a lot of training doctors and you never see the same one. We found that interesting but still went with an open mind. OUR ADVISE Go with your gut do your homework and find the best dental group for you, and trust me there out there we found an excellent implant specialist just blocks away that showed a completely different patient experience and HA guess what ?? ALOT less money too.

I did my research before coming down from Arizona and felt really confident with choosing this place to do the work I needed. (My dentist in AZ told me I needed two fillings and a deep cleaning before I could get braces put on.) When I arrived in Mexico at the location the building and front desk people were all great, they did the consultation and told me I actually had 5 cavities. Okay let's fix them all. However once I sat in the chair it ended up being a nightmare. I don't believe I was numbed properly because I kept feeling pain in all spots she did my fillings but I sucked it up. I also now have a tooth she worked on that has been hurting me since that's never hurt prior. I was also supposed to receive a deep cleaning on all 4 quadrents, it's what I paid for but she never even touched the left bottom side of my mouth. Today I went to my regular, trusted dentist here in AZ and turns out the two cavities he wanted me to have filled were never even touch. He also told me that the 5 cavities I supposedly had were actually teeth stains &didnt need to be touched. ALSO turns out they didn't do the deep cleaning, all that was done when comparing my photos from before Mexico to after was they removed tarter. Very disappointing all around. I'm sure some dentist within this establishment are amazing however not the one I got put in a room with. I paid $640 to have fake cavities filled, a tooth ache & some tarter removed from my bottom front teeth.

I was recommended to see Andrea at Amoy Street dental through friends when I arrived in Singapore. She’s one of the best dentists I’ve had. Going to the dentist can be daunting at times, but Andrea makes you feel comfortable with any procedure and is very thorough. I highly recommend seeing Andrea if you’re in search for a new dentist

I cannot imagine going to another Dental clinic than Amoy Street Dental. I think I have been there for a couple of years now, and it's always such a lovely experience. From arranging for an appointment with Joey our friendliest and kindest receptionist, who goes the extra mile to get me the best slot amidst my hectic schedule to enjoying the experience, professionalism and brillance of Dr Jamie and other doctors. Doctor Jamie is truly my favourite dentist EVER. I love meeting Doctor Jamie's twice every year. He is so dedicated to make the experience less painful and anxious than a trip to the dentist already is. Making it very educational, pleasant and sometimes fun. I recall a time I needed him to give me a second opinion of my post-braces (from a former clinic) and he really went helped me through that process. The place is so beautifully designed and homely. I can't say enough good things about Amoy Street Dental. ❤️
