They are amazing! I used to be afraid of going to the dentist, but they have made me feel so comfortable and everyone is so kind! I've had fillings, and two wisdom tooth extractions from different dentists, but they've all been great and fairly painless. I really appreciate them!

Excellent service from the reception to the dentist and nurse. English speaking team. Coming from a health sector myself, I'm very impressed with the professionalism (with clear explanation of the cost and treatment) and friendliness of the entire team. I had a severe tooth ache for a few days during my first trip to Japan. I managed to get part of a root canal treatment from Dr Ryuichi Shiroshita and his team. My family and I are really grateful. The clinic is easily accessible, well equipped and clean. I highly recommend this clinic to the locals and visitors!

Reviewing this place as a regular patient, I've been receiving care for almost a year now. They are very rigorous with dental care and perhaps it has been even better than in my home country in Germany. With health insurance, the cost of medical care here has been very affordable. Staff can speak English and some of the dentists too. For my regular sessions basic Japanese has been sufficient.

Best dental clinic in Tokyo, bar none. The staff took careful yet quick and decisive action on a painful tooth problem which was seriously affecting my quality of life. Conscientious and trustworthy advice given always. This explains why they are fully booked oftentimes, and yet they will flexibly adjust in case of an emergency. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The dentist and staff all speak English, the doctor's was native. Easy access from Chiyoda line exit number 5, and is in the basement of the popular Laforet building, but the entrance is from the outside on the side of the building. I had a cleaning done and my teeth checked. I had one sensitive tooth, but it had been getting better, and no unneeded treatment was suggested, so this is an honest dental office. When I was there, almost all of the patients were westerners, so this is the place to go! The reviews speak the truth!

My wife and I are traveling long-term and were looking for a dentist as we have not had a cleaning done since we started traveling last year. We were able to schedule appointments for scaling and polishing easily via WhatsApp. The appointments were quick, both of us were in and out in less than half an hour, and the cleanings were quite comfortable compared to some that we've had back home in the US. Great experience today, had a teeth general cleaning done and the dentist was very professional. Spoke great English, really good prices for a fraction of what I’d pay in Portugal, and the clinic was clean and well decorated. I was able to make a last minute appointment for the next day by sending them a WhatsApp message.

I came away with such a great impression of City Dental! I was recommended to the clinic by a fellow traveler and just wanted to schedule a last-minute cleaning. It was easy to find a day and time that fit with my schedule. They were also nice enough to call me when I was running late and didn't mind that I came an hour late. The dentist I had was a female in the very first room and she was the best dentist I've had in a while. She listened to my concerns, cleaned my teeth, then gave me great suggestions and product recommendations. I felt so heard and was smiling so hard by the end of the visit. The only confusion I had was that after using the number on Google maps to contact the clinic, I was then called back by another person at a different phone number and had practically the same conversation. Everything ended well though. Thank you!

Fantastic service here with very reasonable prices for Norway. I've had root canals , fillings & braces here. everything is under one roof it's very helpful! All the staff here are wonderful! I know it's public but Linda the hygienist/dental nurse especially is so kind and understanding if you have health problems that affect daily cleaning and it was a really encouraging experience 😃 From my understanding they speak a variety of languages including English. Have never been so glad to visit the dental office, and I avoided appointments for over 10 years! Highly highly recommend!

First off, read all the other 1 star reviews here. You'll see the truth. Also, read their responses. Their attitude shines through. I made a big mistake not reading them and only read the 5 star ones (I now highly suspect if they are real, who would create an account to just review a dentist highly?!). My experience was right there with those 1 stared reviews and possibly worse. My treatment was so bad that I feel traumatized. For some reason, I can't post the full story because it violates certain policy here but my bad expereince was so real. Hope this post helps someone at least not to be tricked.

I went to a few practices in the city and I ended up being disappointed by the services. Astondental is different - dr. Shahla Hassanzadeh is extremely straight forward, sharp as a blade and professional. You get a thorough first examination and after that you’ll know exactly what treatment they’ll perform, and how much it costs. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I had to reschedule my appointment with short notice and was charged 500 SEK because they claimed I was a no-show. I called the dentist to inquire why I was charged and the dentist said it’s expensive to have have a clinic in downtown Stockholm so we need to get the money in somehow and basically hung up on me. They are apparently eager to make money to cover their expenses but not interested in patient care or customer service. I would avoid this clinic at all cost.

My experience at Guatemala Dental was very pleasant. The staff was professional and accommodating. Dr. Guerra Sr did a wonderful job and I am very satisfied with the results. I can smile again! It was very emotional when I saw the results… they were incredible.

I had a crown done and it was just like going to the dentist in the USA. English is spoken and I was taken care of very well. The office will help you find accommodation, and help you with transportation. The office has the latest technology and is located in an upmarket area of the city.

The bridge came unstuck, the hope of simply putting it back did not come true - making a new one. Well, OK. But then a problem arose: during the consultation, the surgeon ordered one of the teeth to be removed. And then - bone tissue augmentation, implantation, etc.; as a result - completely different money and time. Both are important to me. And then the first miracle happened: my doctor agreed to try to save the tooth! And then the second miracle: he saved him :)) Of course, very quickly I realized that this was not a miracle. He’s just a talented doctor, he knows his capabilities and believes in success. And at the same time a caring, responsive person. How I liked his style of work: precision of movements, high speed, such a feeling of concentrated energy, and at the same time excellent quality! So in the end, I have a great new bridge :)) And Abylai also has a great assistant, they have a great team! I would like to wish them health, prosperity, success and good luck in their careers. Great clinic! I removed tooth number 8 from Yuri Konstantinovich Lazaridi. An amazing doctor, he did everything very carefully, there was no pain, the tooth was complex and was located under the gum. I am very glad to be treated by talented doctors.
