I was expected to have injections in my back in a messy room with a patient eating and the smell was making me sick. They told me to take my money back. And leave

A great hospital made so by its staff. The nurses make this a five star place to be (even for those of us who loathe hospitals). The compassion, attention to detail, and FOLLOW THROUGH on things which are promised to take place. Meet anyone in the mingling area outside and there isn’t a bad word to be said for all it’s arenas of practice from mental health, alcohol counselling, pain control and so forth. Management must be doing something right because staff are actually happy doing what they’re doing, which has the obvious follow on effect of stellar patient treatment. Where other places are found wanting, your loved ones will be well taken care of here.

The first few days i wasn't sure how I felt but they discovered my blood was low so after transfusion I got along in leaps and bounds. My heartfelt thanks to the doctor and nursing staff in medical ward and also to the physio staff. You all do a wonderful job. The catering and cleaning staff nursing staff etc were all so friendly and professional. I was in Portsea Ward Thank for taking care of me whilst I was there and I won't hesitate to recommend Beleura hospital to one and all. I recently had a total Hip Replacement at Beleura Private Hospital and also did inpatient Rehabilitation on Mc Crae ward. I cannot thank every single person enough. From the moment I walked in the doors the professionalism and care I received was second to none. I would highly recommend Orthopaedic Surgeon Brad Crick he has done an excellent job for me personally ( thankyou so much ) All the Drs, Nurses, OTs, Physiotherapist, Porters were absolutely amazing they all worked so well as a team and made me feel welcomed and safe ( Thankyou ) Thanks also goes to the catering team the food was excellent ( my trays always went back empty 🙂 ) and the staff were lovely and friendly. All the cleaners were friendly and easy to talk to everyone and did a wonderful job. I'm currently doing outpatient Rehabilitation there and still finding everyone so nice friendly and helpful. We came for an endoscopy test scheduled at 11:30 am but had to wait for over 50 minutes. The delayed doctor appointment was a frustrating experience for us and other patients

A decent medical facility is taken into account a basic would like for all. there's AN imperative would like for moderate to glorious health care facilities within the town of Chattogram. In Chattogram, there are not any well-equipped hospital compared to the hospital in Dhaka. They wanted to modify these health care facilities and revolution to established a well-facilitated and fashionable hospital within the town of port.

Hernia operation. I had a hernia for years. It started to be worst so i decided to go for operation. Waiting time to get operated was 4 months. Not great. Not great ... I read somewhere it is result of cutting staff. Experience with the doctors was however great. I was operated by a young Female doctor M B (thanks again you are great and talented) I stayed altogether 3 days in hospital (one day before operation and 2 days after ) they removed 2 hernias, one lomparoscopy and one net stitching. The nurses were great and helpers too. I would have liked being helped to the door for exit process. I walked out with spinning head. Very very very bad experience was front desk administrative nurse. miss J. She either hate people or her job. Who knows maybe both. Her approach and the words used were conflictual and distasteful even if i was nice. Pain was very manageable 3/10

Crazy person on the line. Just not normal to talk to people like that. Why do you work in the hospital if you hate them so much?

I went to this hospital several months ago to run some tests. Upon trying to reschedule an appointment for a checkup, I was told that they do not accept foreigners, despite the fact I have Czech residency, and was referred elsewhere. The level of unprofessionalism is frankly appalling; it appears the staff at this hospital has forgotten the fall of communism was over 30 years ago.

Very disappointing experience. My mom fell very sick while on a bus traveling from Austria to Poland through Czech Republic. She fainted, vomited, had seizures and was unconscious for 40 minutes while waiting for the ambulance. Ambulance took her to this hospital, wasted time on checking her insurance instead of helping first and foremost, and made her wait for a check up for an hour in an emergency department. Later, after receiving medical help my mom felt very thirsty and asked for a glass of water. She had to ask several times different staff, and all of them didn’t bother to help and just said there is no drinking water available (however, my mom could see two bottles of water on a table and an electric kettle, probably the staff’s, but obviously they didn’t want to share). My mom felt dizzy and weak, and yet had to get up and go to toilet to drink tap water. Just after 2 hours of staying in the hospital the staff asked my mom to vacate the bed even though she still felt very dizzy and nauseous. Just a reminder: she was in a unknown city in a foreign country took off the bus because of an emergency medical accident. The hospital staff couldn’t care less, they just asked her to leave because according to them she already “got all needed medical assistance” and “ready to leave”. She had to quickly book a hotel room and leave. When she asked to help at least with getting a taxi, the staff again acted reluctantly and didn’t help in the end. Unempathetic, unhospitable and unprofessional. Me and my family members have experienced medical assistance a few times in several countries but never had such a bad treatment.

Definitely among one of the best teaching university hospitals in the Country, spacious, with a lot of subspecialities including cardiology, gastroenterology, ENT, etc..

Very efficient. Arrive and take a ticket then wait to be called. They take your details and then you are seen according to your needs. English is spoken.

Today I went to ORL department at ST Michaels because of the pain in my left ear. While sailing on Danube we were just passing by and I had to run and jump in without appointment. Not only did the MUDr. Matúš Čentéš find the time for me, help me with spot on diagnose and best treatment, but he also went his way to show me where the pharmacy is, he took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to explain prescribed medicine. Hospitality perfect, the servis too. In different hospital they wanted to operate my hernia discs, i relocated here and in 3 days they fixed me up prkperly wothout operation. Thumbs up! Also food is much better then other hospitals and doctors are very friendly and will always properly explain whats going on and discuss various options for you. I will reccomend this hospital anytime!

Good day, on 11/14/2023, I underwent a prostate biopsy at department 8/3 in Martin. I can't help but write this review for such a super professional approach of all involved. It started already at the reception, the nurse was incredibly empathetic. It's a shame that I don't know her name, she would definitely be named. Also, big thanks to all the nurses, especially one, I think they called her Deniska. Doctor Kliment topka, golden person. Oh and I can't forget the anesthesia ladies, I wanted to thank them right away but I couldn't speak....thank you in addition, you were great! And what to write at the end? Mr. Director, you have such a great staff.

Hello, my son was operated on 3 years ago at the Martin University Hospital, Department of Surgery. We had a personal interview with Mudr. Adamik - surgeon. A doctor with a high level of professional education. Just a top. Now 3.11.2023 again after 3 years we contacted him again. He was extremely willing and accessible. He planned an operation that is difficult and is only performed in Martin and Prešov. The disease is called Hydradentis suppurativa. Since Martin is closer to us, i.e. 300 km from our place of residence, we chose this hospital again. If you suffer from such a disease, I highly recommend it.

This hospital stinks like smelly feet and doctors does even not have medicine certificate, better to give birth at home!

Waited about 30 mins for a kids X-ray. Overall very satisfied with the service. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Some spoke limited English but we were able to navigate it without major issue.

We waited way too long on Kid’s emergency department. We used to live in Bulgaria for a few years and even there is service better and faster. Disappointed

In May 2022, we urgently arrived from Kazakhstan to the clinic. It was necessary to install a drainage to remove bile from the liver. I took tests at the WMT clinic on Postovaya and registered at the reception without any problems. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. Well, in general .... having such prices for paid services and the state budget, the FNCC of the 90s and 2023 remained the same (with the exception of the new CDC). The same doors in the departments, the same shabby floors, the same stream in which to find a competent doctor is a lottery for a million. All good and health!

State of the art hospital and wonderfully caring staff. Amazing attentiveness from all the doctors, technicians and engineers; the staff are very professional and genuinely kind. They answer any questions and are incredibly comforting and patient. I had an MRI of 2 sections done here, was really well taken care of. Can't say was impressed by attitude of Kondratishko service. We not living in Latvia any more and have adopted to western culture and would like to have better service and customer skill service from person who charges such a big money for 5 min consultation. Very dissatisfied. Would not let my other half to have operation done by person like that. Hope clinic's bosses are reading this and some measures will be taken to put her on the right way how to provide her service.
