If I were to evaluate the surrounding area and the outside of the hospital at the moment, it looks like a battlefield in terms of repairs and modifications, but the hospital itself is more important 🏥, and I already evaluated it once and my evaluation has not changed, i.e. I will never allow it to go to the FN, great doctors and, of course, nurses, with whom my patients communicate first. Above-standard care, just great respect and admiration for me. Thanks to all the medical staff 👍💐👏👌

On July 4th, emergency admission.. we come with our son (16 months), he was bleeding from the head after a fall at home. First comes the queue lady, very unpleasant, she didn't even know how to buzz... then we sit in the waiting room, wait for 2 hours - I'm reminded of a one-year-old child with a head injury! Even the staff (probably the medical brother) found it strange that they still didn't take us!! And finally a Ukrainian woman came, she knocked, and let them take her right away, that she has a stomach ache, and they? They took her because, after all, the glory of Ukraine.. a mockery of Czech citizens and especially children.. UK is always preferred🙏🏽 I only give 1 star because of the attentiveness of the gentleman. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! We called Mulac's hospital, and despite the fact that they only treat children from 3 years old, they told us to come if they would leave us waiting like that with such a small child!!

I went there twice to get some treatment. Both of my problems were solved as quickly as possible and never bothered me again. Very professional staff. Not sure if they all speak good English, since I spoke Czech but they were trying hard to understand me, a foreigner.

I had to see a dermatologist with urgency, Dr. Boroczván Csilla was extremely thorough, attentious and kind. After living in the USA with great health insurances for a decade, I can confidently say I was surprised by the cleanliness and treatment here.

Most of the nurses working in the infectious disease department on the first floor are disrespectful and impatient with vulnerable patients. No empathy or helpfulness whatsoever. Expertise is also questionable in many cases. It is very difficult to get information about the patient's condition from doctors. It's sad that people like this work in healthcare.

They are mean nurses and I saw my grandmother...people who don't want to work...who don't care about patients.

Bit of slow process, but overall it was good. The military folks were extremely polite and helpful. Salut to them!

Very Good Hospital Equals With The Englands National Health Service.

If you're a foreigner without the local medical card/number you end up sent to emergency here. I had a sore throat for a week and no other doctor would see me, all pointed me here. I found it very difficult to navigate, having to ask people on footpaths for directions even to find the emergency building. Before entry a metal box building near the entrance had someone ask me questions then perform a covid test. When inside, with much language difficulty they sent me to the nose/ear/throat building. Again not easy to find. Here I was told off for using the ground level entrance, being directed down stairs to a door. When opening the door I was yelled at to wait. After waiting a while with others queued up, another person opens the door and gets let in. Several locals who arrived after me instantly jumped the queue. I asked how long the wait time was, they laughed and said "long". Asking if that meant over an hour they said yes more. I was fed up and left. Came back in the afternoon going other staff are there, the same people were there, they remembered me and my Hungarian friend said they were all saying that I must've not waited through the queue in the morning. They were not helpful in any way, instead all trying to prove to each other that they did their job correctly. I left again. Eventually with local help I found a nose/ear/throat specialist who does private consultations for cash. If you can, avoid this place.

Awful service, disrespectful staff who speak to patients in an extremely unprofessional and belittling manner (most of them anyway). At other healthcare clinics this kind of behaviour would result in termination of employment. Looks like in this clinic, unfortunately, this is the norm. We've visited at least 4 buildings at the clinic and we had the same awful experience at all of them. They send you from one building to the other and no one knows what's going on, wasting SO much of their patients time. On top of that it's very sad that their employees feel the need to power trip at patients. I understand they might not get paid too much, but still they should be respectful to others.

Seems like a reliable place but at 5.5 months pregnant I went to receive a regular check up and it ran me $400. Also, there were tests done in that checkup from blood work. Still have yet to receive any results from the blood work. Also I specifically told the doctor not to tell me the Sex of baby as it’s a surprise & we were doing a gender reveal and she laughs in my face and says “It’s a boy…It’s not a surprise anymore” Ruined my gender reveal for me & my son with 0 sympathy. I never want to go back to this hospital again.

I had a Tilt Test. All went on very well and efficiently. The reception process was very fast and efficient. My test started 10 minutes ahead of schedule. The doctor who performed it was very experienced and professional.

Horrific hospital ! Avoid at all costs! The hallways are dirty, the staff and equipment are straight fro the 1960s and you will spend upwards of 12 hours for any Simple checks. The level of medicine in Israel is simply dismal, how can such a rich country have appalling healthcare is beyond me . Very sad

Supposed to be the best private hospital in Israel... I doubt it. My recommendation - even if the doctors are great, don't go there for Mei Shafir. You will get an awful treatment of your case. Let's start by the fact that they canceled the genetic consultant a week before the mei Shafir check.. and asked me to find a docteur (genetics specialist) that could see me in the next 3 days, so they could perform the check on time.. No help on their side to help me finding of course. So now imagine yourself calling every hospital of Israel asking for a place in the next 3 days to see a specialist... and how stressed you are. Found a place in Nahariya by chance. The specialist didn't even understand why I was being canceled from the beginning at asuta (what was found in my genetics tests was insignificant) . Even the mei Shafir doctor didn't understand why the genetics consultant of asuta was ever canceled to me!! Anyway check went well and today I am receiving the results... what a shame! 2 pages of results scanned, the second page cannot even be read. The first page is not clear. That's such a shame and so embarrassing. Anyway from my experience and people that went with asuta will confirm, your case with be handled by many people, no one has the same work process, no one will answer you clearly and on a same way. Choosing asuta is choosing to add more stress to your life.

such a shame . i paid for private clinic and this is what we got . i did my surgery there i stayed 3 days after the surgery . nurse in my last night didnt check at me at all for more than 10 hours (the whole night shift) . didnt check at all ... the other patient who slept in the same room had edema in her arm she again didnt care after the patient insist she removed the iv . one hour later the woman felt pain the nurse told her i cant do anything because you asked me to remove your iv access and we give painkiller through the iv ( she is blaming her and in indirect way tell her its her fault) .. and she has to wait till the morning to get new iv access ( while i know she can do so and if not she can call someone to do so there is no way there is no one in the hospital to do so .woman stayed all night in pain she couldnt sleep and i couldnt sleep either ). in my first day there were two new patient who got admitted to the inpatient ward the people who carried the patients ask a nurse where should we put each one of them . she said"" this person look classy lets put him in the better room the other one look the neglected and inelegant lets put him in this room. "" i will never recommend this place to a my beloved person or to a family although the surgeon was great we still know that 90% of the time patient spend in any hospital it will be spent with the nurse .

Once you get past the check in it's smooth sailing , but the women at the check in were too busy taking care of the people that came after I did . One even reprimanded me for being early while her associates were busy checking their social media. CT scan went quickly. But the pain I was in while lying on the machine made it seem like forever.. Hope I don't have to come back .

One of the best international hospital in Bangkok. Very nice facility and management system with a very good atmosphere, unlike in the hospital. Doctors are the top notch from each type of specialist. Not a good place to visit but if you have to come to hospital, this is one of your choice.

We are tourists which wanted private hospital for urgent business. 20 minutes after we got inside the place we saw a doctor. Everything looked very professional. Everyone knew English very well, especially the doctor. We got excellent treatment at excellent speed and everything was well explained for us. Also they have live music when you wait which is nice.

Placed inside the hospital campus, the parking has disadvantages and advantages such as congestion at certain hours but accessibility for the disabled / baby trolleys /handicap. The place is crowded must time of the day with guests, patients and personnel. I visited in the evening when the pressure was moderate and there were free tables. The service was reasonable but not courteous, they do not offer to heat the pastries, there is no strict hand hygiene when passing between the cash register and the food, the tables, were dirty, the trash cans were full, the floor was dirty from leftover food, high prices. Due to being a private business that rents out the place, there is no supervision by the hospital despite being supervised by the Ministry of Health. Too bad and that's the case for the visitors to judge.

Its the second time when i stay here in this hospital. I hope to not come anymore🙂 not becuse happened something bad here with me..but its better if we take care of our selves to be healthy. Not as professional and friendly as they promote, all about earning money from you or your insurance but with very little care or treatment. All year with appointments and specialist for cancer an tumours ,scan after scan but not any diagnosis or treatment and suffering with swollen eye, colour change, nose and cheek burning pain and insane pressure on head and face but still no help , even though colour change on scan for my rights side of brain , cyst inside my face and gigantic problem at the back of my head and they say no problem and haven’t operated or treated. I hope I’m not dying but still don’t have any diagnosis or confirmation of anything.Now thinking I need to go to another country for help ? Wouldn’t recommend to nobody?? They won’t do anything about these reviews and even give the same answer to each person.

Avoid this hospital! I had to visit the hospital because of a sinus infection, but was rushed into several entirely useless procedures just to hike up the bill. The whole experience was horrible with unfriendly and rude staff. However, the worst part was that a nurse stole 340 euros from my purse in my handbag that I left in the examination room with the nurse when I was pushed into a toilet for another useless test. The hospital operations reeks of scamming people in every possible way. Despicable behaviour preying on people in a vulnerable situation.

Avoid this hospital My husband was admitted to this hospital in 2021, 2022 and 2 days ago. In 2021 I visited him on a Sunday, and he was on the floor (with a broken leg) trying to get onto the sofa, to get out of the window as he was hallucinating. He was on the second floor! The window was then closed and locked but no-one had noticed my husband on the floor, which is a worry. I then had to push for a brain scan, which, according to Xanit showed nothing abnormal. He has now been diagnosed with dementia at Guadalhorce hospital, so I chose to go private again to make things happen faster. We saw a neurologist at Xanit who said he should be hospitalised. When we arrived at the hospital it took over 20 minutes to park as the car park was full, then when we got to reception there were almost 35 people in front of us. We were over an hour late to get to our appointment and then the computers went down!!! We had to go down to Urgencias to be admitted. They told me he had to go to a hospital in Malaga. I then had to go back to the neurologist, as Urgencias refused to call him, and he told them to admit my husband. There was an amazing lack of communication, and the girl who was in triage was basically rude. We were then subjected to a 2/3 hour wait, then taken to a surgical ward where the nurses all moaned about the fact he was being taken into this hospital. I speak and understand Spanish so was very aware of the things being said and I am absolutely horrified at how we were treated. He was hospitalised on Wednesday, and we were told he would get an MRI and CT scan. My husband was aggressive, and I was told I had to stay with him 24/7. This is not why I’m paying private health insurance. I was told there are insufficient nurses to deal with all the patients they have, so I had to stay. The MRI and CT scan didn’t happen as the machine had broken down!!! My husband was very agitated, and the neurologist and I agreed he would be better at home. Therefore, we had to make an appointment for the MRI and CT scan (29th November) I waited over an hour to make this appointment, while my husband was in his hospital room. There were 6 people in front of me, and one person in reception, who decided to deal with people who jumped the queue and one friend (I think Fran was his name). Reception staff are awful and provide terrible customer service. They wander away on their phones when they feel like it and don’t appreciate that people visiting the hospital may be dealing with life and death situations. They are abysmal and need training. I see from these reviews this has been going on for over a year, so I’m not sure if my comments will make any difference at all. Absolutely shocking service. On a brighter note, when you actually get to see a specialist, they are amazing.

Went in for a full left hip replacement with Dr Jacob Drew. My interactions with him and his staff were always positive. He took the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions that I had. He even called to check in the night before my surgery. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing a hip or knee replacement.

FOR FOREIGNERS I had the worst experience at this hospital emergency yesterday. Over 5 hours i waited with 38 degrees fever and pain. The people working at the hospital especially the doctor with her assistant were super racist to me! Whenever i ask for help or try to understand why is the numbers always going with wrong order they didnt give me a proper answer instead they were being super racist and rude to me also they push me to the corridor. I paid around 80 euros because they didnt accept my insurance and it is said to me all doctors can speak in English because it has a foreign department but the doctor forced me to use google translate with a loud voice. They were reprimanding me as if im a kid. This hospital is a huge disaster the woman doctor who is taking care with me was a horrible doctor i had to go back to my country for getting a better health service and she misdiagnosed, not surprised because she didnt even ask for any analysis…Thank god im so much better after the correct medications. If you are tourist please for your own health do NOT visit this hospital…

Shocked at the rude behavior of the staff! They kept calling out the wrong ticket number, and then came out and shouted at me for not responding. Talked down at me and made me feel guilty and ashamed for coming in for an urgent prescription that I needed which, apparently, is a "non-emergency," after I willingly waited for over 4 hours. But I'm not registered with a gp yet because of a complicated situation, which they wouldn't care to understand. Moreover they charge you 90 kc in spite of having Czech health insurance. One of the doctors even loudly demanded that I show her the receipt (proof of payment) first and foremost! Had really expected much better than this!

Yesterday I had been there for eye check up.they did the check up but kept the file with them what rights do they have to keep my file with them?? They said aapko chahiye medical records se Xerox le lo rubbish services from 9.30 am to 1 at noon I was there there was. One test they did without even asking me that test should have been done if I opt for cataract surgery there.

Had a comprehensive health checkup done with which I was satisfied. There seems to be little sanctity of time given for appointments in the OPD. I was given appointments at 3.45 and 4.30, whereas I could see the concerned doctors only at 4.45 and 6.30, respectively. I’m not sure if anybody should get an MRI done here. The Hospital’s MRI report was rejected by their own doctor on account of being ‘incomplete’.

Undoubtedly one of the best hospitals in Mumbai. Well qualified and experienced Doctors. Prompt & Efficient service by Nurses and Mousis. Centrally located. I recently had an unfortunate experience at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital that compelled me to share my thoughts. My father-in-law was admitted for an emergency procedure, and what transpired during our visit left me deeply disheartened. Initially, we were given an estimate of ₹2,09,000 plus consumables for the procedure, but upon discharge, the cost had escalated to ₹3,57,000 - a staggering 75% increase. Seeking clarification at the billing desk, I received vague answers and was directed to the assistant doctor of the surgeon, who then asked us to wait for Dr. Mandar Deshpande. After a prolonged wait, Dr. Mandar Deshpande eventually met with us but became defensive when questioned about the unexpected cost surge. Despite my attempts to engage in a civil conversation, things turned unpleasant as Dr. Deshpande raised his voice and directed us back to the billing department. We would not believe a doctor could behave in such a manner. The situation escalated further when security was called, and my wife and I were confined to a room with the promise that someone from billing would explain the invoices. To our dismay, we were still waiting for someone to come for over 45 minutes, prompting us to consider leaving. Later, Rajashesh Savant, the senior security personnel, decided to come but immediately resorted to using foul language and even attempted to file a false FIR against us. He threatened us with a silly claim that I had kidnapped my father-in-law so that we would not pay the bill. We asked him to check the cameras that a nurse had released him, and second to think if our intention was not to pay the bill (and run away), then why would we go to the billing counter to ask for the bill to pay? Why would we just not run away without paying? I explained to him the reason my father-in-law had left a little early was because he was in pain after the surgery and he had to travel six hours to get back home, so we stayed back so that he could leave to get back home before it was too dark. When logic did not prevail, he asked his security guards to physically restriction us and attempt to seize our belongings. When tried to take pictures and videos the guard literally tried to snatch my phone by inserting his hands into my pocket. How can a medical institution employ goons like these? Ultimately, exhausted and under duress, we decided to settle the bill after intervention from a senior police officer. The entire incident unfolded in the hospital lobby, possibly captured on video. This experience has raised several concerns about the conduct of the hospital staff and the apparent lack of accountability. Seeing such behavior from a healthcare institution where open communication and understanding should be paramount is disheartening. Questions arise about the hospital's choice of personnel, particularly those who cannot engage in polite conversations and provide explanations when required. The ordeal also raises questions about the conduct of security personnel. Last but not least, observe the cleanliness when you are in the hospital. It is one the worst; besides the lobby, the wards and especially the bathrooms are not to the cleanliness standard of a medical institution. I hope to shed light on the challenges faced during my visit to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, emphasizing the need for better communication and a more patient-friendly approach from the medical and administrative staff. There are better hospitals in Mumbai, and you should consider those before considering Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.

Hospital clean and good staff but bathrooms cleaning not done. No one taking care.. it's always stinking ,no tissue papers or toilet rolls..no housekeeping supervisor around to whom we can show the dirty washroom on ground floor...the bathroom cleaner was forced to clean but she was using one cloth to wipe seat covers which can be a serious breeding ground for infection and a dirty mop which could never dry floor..no Dettol or sanitizer in or around washroom .. dirty smell all over ..wash basins equally stained and dirty and wet on the counter...we request management to immediately take action to improve condition of such a gifted hospital ...there was no suggestion box found so posting. It's a request for all the washrooms conditions to be improved for patients relatives.

Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital 🏥 is one of the best hospitals 🏥 in Mumbai and in India 🇮🇳 . Excellent infrastructure. Hospital is very clean. I've had my executive health check up over there. And I've got good experience at the hospital 🏥. Every department is marked with systematic colorful lines which you have to follow on the floor so as to commute inside hospital. No need to ask anyone unless you have colorblindness 😉. Reception staff at EHC are very helpful and cooperative. I've gone for routine medical check up. Doctors are knowledgeable. The most important thing I like about kokilaben hospital that they sends all the reports thru mail. No hassle or waiting for the hard copy of the reports. And food 🍲 is really good. You won't feel like you are eating hospital 🏥 food 🍲.
