Shout out to Ward One. Spent two days there after surgery. From admitting to discharge everyone was knowledgeable, capable and kind. I found the rooms were amazing, far exceeded my expectations. Special acknowledgement to my nurses who went above and beyond.

Its an amazing 👏 hospital. I had day surgery and all the staff treated me with great care and respect. I was always updated on what was happening and how long each process would be. Food was yummy too 😋. Tip: they usually give out WIFI password at admission but if forgotten, just ask and they'll share.

Not the first time I've been in here but as previously even though it was for an operation all the staff right through from reception to orderlies, nurses, doctors and anaesthetists all made the experience stress free and even, although it might be a strange thing to say, enjoyable. I was here for my first operation. I was a bit nervous, but all the staff made me feel at ease. Couldn't fault a thing. Operation went well, aftercare all organised.

I have just got home from a 3 night stay at Southern Cross Hospital in Wellington after a scheduled operation. I was blown away by the skill, care, attentiveness, professionalism, kindness and generosity shown by ALL the staff. It was very conducive to facilitating a fantastic recovery. The food was wholesome & delicious and I wanted for nothing. They were welcoming and relaxed as other family members visited and I am so grateful to have had the pleasure of such fine care...and very pleased I didn't cancel my private health insurance when I was about to need it the most! It depends on the staff you get as to how you are treated. I got barked at by the cook who I seemed to annoy as I’m lactose intolerant. The wait of 5 hours for surgery is not appreciated

Absolute best service and care taken with me. I had my gallbladder removed here and the service from the moment I walked in the doors to the moment I left was the absolute best. I had a Gastroscopy for a week and received very poor treatment. both doctors and nurses. showed he seems mentally unbalanced. treats people degrading situation. without explaining what they should do.

Has from previous injuries very good experience with the Ringvollklinikken in Hobøl. The choice was therefore easy this time too.. But the department in Oslo is a disaster.. I come for a consultation once and go again with the feeling of not being heard.. I go to the physio, but it doesn't get better.. Physiotherapist has tried to get in touch with the doctor / orthopedist many times.. Promises that he will call back, but never lets up.. for several weeks.. It will be exciting to hear what they say tomorrow.. 6 weeks with very poor sleep..

Was supposed to get a referral for an X-ray, it never happened.

Suddenly got an invoice for a summons that I didn't receive, and therefore I didn't show up. They say they sent a letter, which I obviously didn't receive. I didn't get a phone call or text either. When I called to explain the situation, they were very rude and insisted that it was not their fault that I did not receive the summons and that they did not have time to discuss the matter with me. Then suddenly they hung up. Now I have received a debt collection notice for an invoice for a doctor's appointment that I did not know about. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in my life, especially in healthcare. They are not interested in helping people. They are only interested in money.

Very satisfied with how I was met all the way from the first meeting until the operation was completed. Of course I was nervous about surgery on my knee, but the professional staff were safe and relaxed and I felt seen.

I had an operation at Aleris yesterday, visited there another day to plan the operation as well and have returned home with a safe and good experience. The operation went well, I have been given lots of painkillers so I don't have as much pain as I might have imagined. No doubt that I will return here if I sustain such an injury again, and would also recommend it to others!

Very good hospital. I had a triple ankle fracture in September. Everybody is speaking English. Surgery was done perfect! Medication was very good, i felt nearly no pain! Recovery is really good, i can go cycling again.

Staff is super slow. You may book an appointment and then wait for hours. And every time they Will day that you is a next one. For payment l, minum half an hour waiting for then to make up an invoice. Very dissapointing service, but specialist doctors are generally good

I had an appointment at 19.00 but waited for two more hours to visit the doctors, already checked each 30 minutes to the nurse for the appointment, and the nurses were very unfriendly & unsupportive. Very bad and unpleasent customer experience.

Overall great doctors and nurses, but extremely poor management. Especially when it comes to insurance payment, expect you'll spend at least an extra 1 hour to get your number to be called. If you need to be hospitalised, this is one of the hospital you need to stay away from, especially when it comes to food allergy. Perhaps they never put patients' food allergies in the system during their hospital stay. In my case, what allergies you have, that's what they going to feed you. Not sure what the purpose is, probably an extra bucks from allergy medications they'll prescribe, unless you starve yourself during your stay. On top of that, any treatments which requires insurance approval will be only submitted after 11:00AM, once a day. If it's emergency, you definitely will get worse while waiting or even loosing your life while staying in the hospital. The same story when you'll be discharged, expected to spend longer than 6 hours to finally be able to leave the premises due to their horrendous insurance handling procedure. Next time, think of other hospital options before admitting yourself to Eka hospital and its chain, unless there's no other private hospital in the area.

Located just on the street side and near to the toll gate. Relative small for its building and its parking area, but very crowded... therefore, be ready for long que and stuck each other. The service of the nurse and doctors can be categorised as good. It has several facilities like Lawson store, restaurant, and Puyo outlet. However, as there are so many people compared to its space, so you would see too many people pack in a limited space, you may not easily to move or can find a place to seat. The doctor is very nice in explaining and giving solution, he would give solution for non medical solution, so we can do it by ourselves without need to use the hospital services The specialist rate is around 400 to 500 K for consultation, beside there is administration fee of 60K too.. I went there to consult with specialist doctor for my kid. We had to register and fill online form before come, to get the slot appointment. When arrived, we need que to inform the front desk before go to the policlinic to have the number for the doctor.

Online appointment system practically useless since we are required to wait and register again before we can go to the poly. In addition, payment also takes long time even after being seated or called to the counter. The design or layout of the hospital is also very flawed resulting in low accessibility even for non-sick people. Don’t let fancy decoration fool you. This hospital need major improvement. EHCBB Should try to learn from Siloam hospital for this matter 🙂

This hospital is most comfortable hospital near my house. The staff very helpful and full of smile. Nurses are very kind to patients. And it has a clean environment.

I don't usually leave a bad review, but I gotta write this one — the ICU guy that was assigned in the 3rd floor was really such a jerk and very rude, in contrast with the other staff! In no million years way I would recommend my family, colleagues, and friends this hospital anymore — that is how offended I really am!

In conclusion, I appreciate the efforts of Eka hospital and their Nurse Manager in acknowledging and actively working to fix any shortcomings. This commitment to improvement is a crucial aspect of any healthcare institution, and it reflects positively on the overall quality of care provided.

Really like the ambiences and all the high-tech tools. All doctors looks very professional as well. However, the waiting time is really pain! Appointment by 11am, but the doctor is not available. Hence, no one from the hospital informed, let alone check the reschedule possibility. I have to wait for the other doctor until 3pm-ish (which I totally understand for the on-the-spot patient SOP). However this wasting of time could be avoidable if they informed properly

I enjoyed my medical checkup at Pondok Indah Hospital. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The facilites provided in the hospital were highly maintained and comfortable. The service also very fast and reliable. Here I provided the picture of the waiting room of the executive medical check up area.

The service at RSPI Pondok Indah is the best, all the nurse are kind and attentive, the food service and cleaning was also very impressive. One best part is the hospital food was the best one I tried so far (hopefully the last, no more hospital stays🥹)! I did not expect to enjoy the food while staying at a hospital but apparently it was amazing! The food quality and options are excellent. The staff was super helpful to accomodate my additional request for my son’s first meal, he also enjoyed his first meal!

Need an expert in pancreatic problems, we decided to use this hospital. Treated at the emergency ward and them moved to the VIP room at night. Room is clean and modern with a proper daybed and microwave, toilet is clean and using top notch equipment.

8th floor and recommended CT Scan services : Clean and well equipped treatment room and facility, prompt and friendly and well trainee nurses, in time doctor visits, excellent housekeeping ; food services can be more quick on providing utensils for guest use. Well functioning equipment and prompt response to call by nurse on duty. CT scan facility equipped with modern technology; clean, bright roo With competent staff , efficient administration, clear instruction before and after CT scan treatment, no hurt during IV placement and hospitable demeanor. First timer in the house! Overall enjoyed my stay here. The hospital is clean, staffs are very pleasant, the doctors made excellent diagnosis and special shoutout to the nurses on 6th and 9th floor for making my sick stay here as amazing as it can get! Your attentiveness and soothing voices really helps me thru some rough times here. Thank you! ❤️ Oh! And the food selections in the room are really good too, always go for the Japanese food. A bad nurses behavior even not a smile, not organized at all and in several departments which i deal with, as for the out patients clinics, internal admissions process- their policies are not clear- tr wrong directions as a patient you do not know your responsibilities , or your right they do not gave any medical expectations or procedural- by the way i did a surgery and this is another story to told- for nursing which is a disaster- as a one day surgery- the nurse came holding in her hand all of medications and stuff for doing blood analysis without a tray or gloves - for the operation procedure normally in any respecting hospitals- they always gave scrub - the nurse came at my room which had the number 124 - through the scrub ( in a package which a least something good) on the trash can and told to wear this ?! My way to the operation room is another comic story of none nursing medical procedure behavior- very bad experience- not recommend

Saudi German hospital is like a Chinese car which looks good on the outside and hollow on the inside. Orthopedic doctors are seemingly one of the worse departments in Cairo hospitals, very low standards, although the mighty tone, over confidence, ignorance is spread like soft butter on a toast. Not recommended unless you wanna stay in a hotel like hospital but with butchers as your medics.

I lost my grandpa who was the closest person to me in the ER, doctors are oblivious and ignorant, online it says to admit people with aneurysms to an OR asap yet my grandpa was in the ER for three hours and died there, i saw the doctors walking around fast having phone calls,what looked like they were freaking out because there is no surgeon or an available OR. Its so bad to lose someone like this. I am not mad at the hospital only but at this country. We paid 12k after with insurance covering 40%, so it’s about 20k. They spent one hour doing blood tests and another trying to measure his blood pressure because they didn’t trust their equipment, basically i can say if you have any serious emergency don’t go there, unless you don’t care about coming out. A side note google maps shouldn’t be where we post hospital reviews. But what can we do anyway in this country. It’s a lost cause.

As an Amerivan medical professional, I was in need of Emergency services. I had visited this hospital in the past so I chose to come here. Ultimately, I was admitted for surgery, which was scary being in foreign facility. But let me tell you something, the staff are AMAZING here. They ensured all my needs were met at all times, and even took the time to answer all my questions. Most do speak English.. The building is clean and the rooms are nice. A complete surprise was the food, it was high quality traditional Egyptian meals. I will recommend this facility to any family or friends who come to visit. I want to thank all the staff who cared for me, you truly are amazing people. May God bless your lives abundantly.

Worst experience of my life. Nurses not only asked but forced baksheesh from us. Doctor was over 1 hour late, but they had 12 clients booked for thr same procedure at the same time. I didn't have a consultation pre procedure, I never met the doctor doing the procedure. The nurses asking about my medical history couldn't speak English so I prayed that the procedure, which as u der anesthesia would be OK. After the procedure they informed me I owed double the amount because calculations were wrong, the doctor didn't come in to see if I was OK, he sent his minion. For an International Hospital and supposedly a good one, I have had better patient care and doctor service at a local hospital. For the price of this experience I was highly disappointed

Worst service in a hospital ever. The hospital has a great brand name for what it one day used to resemble. Now, they just operate through that brand name not the actual service, care or help. You pay for an obligatory profile creation!!! EVEN IF you have had a profile created for you in the other "Nasr City" branch!!! "Because we share the same name but different management" -as the customer service agent said. You will always have to wait prolonged periods of times, whether you're in for an inpatient clinic, or even to enter the EMERGENCY room!! Heck! You even have to take a number to get through to the FRONT DESK!!! Unorganized staff, no customer care whatsoever, Worst nursing staff ever. And I'm pretty sure they teach all their staff how to frown in front of clients and patients. I also have been looking into their replies on the poor reviews here, they ask people to send their contact info. BUT NOT INCLUDING A CONTACT METHOD! How can any one "Send you" their info, without knowing where to send it or to whom?! I hate it there.
