It started already at the reception, the nurse was incredibly empathetic. It's a shame that I don't know her name, she would definitely be named. Also, big thanks to all the nurses, especially one, I think they called her Deniska. Doctor Kliment topka, golden person. Oh and I can't forget the anesthesia ladies, I wanted to thank them right away but I couldn't speak....thank you in addition, you were great! And what to write at the end? Hello, my son was operated on 3 years ago at the Martin University Hospital, Department of Surgery. We had a personal interview with Mudr. Adamik - surgeon. A doctor with a high level of professional education. Just a top. Now 3.11.2023 again after 3 years we contacted him again. He was extremely willing and accessible. He planned an operation that is difficult and is only performed in Martin and Prešov. The disease is called Hydradentis suppurativa. Since Martin is closer to us, i.e. 300 km from our place of residence, we chose this hospital again. If you suffer from such a disease, I highly recommend it.

Worse service ever. I had covid symptoms and couldnt breath, the receptionist was unpleasant and sent me to another hospital and from that hospital sent me back to Ružinov Hospital. Half day was wasted and i had to eventually wait for 7 hours while still waiting here and doctors are closing the door so strongly that it just shakes my mind. Toilets are broken no toilet paper even. While im waiting here my health condition has gone worse. I wouldnt even give one star so far.

As the year is long, I don't go to the doctors. Therefore, I do not know what the procedures and approach of doctors are today. Anyway. Today's experience with the "willingness" to give advice over the phone really shocked me. "Thank you" goes to the nurse and the doctor on accident. Incredible arrogance. In May 2022, we urgently arrived from Kazakhstan to the clinic. It was necessary to install a drainage to remove bile from the liver. The condition was quite serious, bilirubin was more than 500 units. In Kazakhstan it was not possible to install drainage, it did not work. Ivan Mikhailovich Davydov did an excellent job with this complex operation, many thanks to him and the clinic for this. Excellent care, modern equipment, competent, experienced doctors.

I didn’t really like the gynecologist, Khugaeva, the feeling that I consulted not with a doctor, but in the market) I don’t like gynecologists, it’s difficult for me to have examinations, my body twitches reflexively, that I can’t do anything about it and I have to endure through force. (And I already tried to endure as best I could and lie still) this is when you try to insert lenses into your eyes and the eyelids begin to close themselves. They did a screening of the cervix, I thought I would burn with shame, during the examination, constantly “well, why are you twitching, I don’t hurt, you are having sex, but what’s terrible” post-Soviet attitude entered the chat) inappropriate questions about earnings, etc. ) Most likely, as a specialist, she is really competent, she has gone through so many institutions in her practice, but her attitude towards patients should be improved. God forbid you get here! No one cares at all about your condition and illness. I came for a planned hospitalization on 04/20/23 and was told to come at 7:30, but as a result, no one was there until 8:00. Then they started driving from building to building, but I didn’t come for a walk - to remove 2 tumors in my chest! I don’t think it’s worth talking about how difficult it was for me to run here and there. The doctor said that the operation would be at 11 and finally I was escorted to the department, by that time it was already 10.00 in an hour the operation. I already thought that it was all over, but no, it turns out they were not satisfied with the ECG and the doctor’s report from another hospital, and an HOUR before the operation they took me to building 3 to the general clinic, supposedly they would admit me without a queue. Naturally, I didn’t fall for anyone there. After sitting for 45 minutes in a senseless wait, I decided that under no circumstances would I return here and it would be better to take out a loan for a paid operation in a normal place! How can you be so indifferent?!! People come for last minute help, but all the staff don’t care, even if you die right there in the corridor! If possible, I advise you to go to paid clinics, because here it becomes even more scary for your life!

Of all the buildings, the RKOD Medical Diagnostic Center, building 2, has the most “mean people”, arrogant nurses, security guards, and at the reception. Be kind, people don’t come here for entertainment, a circus or to sing songs. People are scared, after operations, in a depressed state. It is this building that stands out for its staff.

My dad had called the nurses on the buzzer 20 times they did not attend so he called me. I had to leave my apartment to come and see him so he could go to the toilet very unprofessional.

I made an appointment for surgery with general anesthesia in 16.30. I didn’t eat and drink for almost a day before the anesthesia. I called the clinic twice before the surgery to make sure everything was ok. When I arrived at the appointed time, my time had been moved to 11.30! Of course, the operation was canceled. Very unprofessional attitude towards patients.

Well, in general .... having such prices for paid services and the state budget, the FNCC of the 90s and 2023 remained the same (with the exception of the new CDC). The same doors in the departments, the same shabby floors, the same stream in which to find a competent doctor is a lottery for a million. All good and health!

Today we were at the children's ENT emergency, all the staff we met were very nice. From the receptionist, through the nurse to the doctor. We didn't meet the cleaning lady, because we hardly waited and immediately took our turn, but I believe she would be smiling too :-) I was surprised by the modern environment - we are not local. Despite the fact that I hope that we will no longer need the local hospital, when the need arises, I will not hesitate to drive here even if it is 80 km away. Thank you

I recently had the opportunity to spend a few days at the hospital, and I would like to share my experience and write a review of this hospital. Here is my opinion: Regarding my stay at the hospital, I would like to highlight the excellent care I received here. The staff was friendly, professional and willing to help. The doctors and nurses showed interest in my health and did their best to make me feel as good as possible. I appreciate their expertise and ability to explain my diagnoses and treatments. Regarding the facilities of the hospital, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean environment. The hospital has advanced technologies and equipment that contribute to the high quality of care provided. I was informed about all media and tools that were used during my stay, which gave me confidence and a sense of security. The menu was varied and healthy. The staff was interested in my dietary preferences and the diet was adapted to my needs. All the food was fresh and tasty. In terms of communication, the staff tried to maintain open and clear communication with me and my loved ones. They explained all aspects of my treatment and gave me detailed information about my condition and possible treatments. I always had the opportunity to ask questions and get the necessary explanations. Access to visits was well organized. The hospital had rules and restrictions related to visits, which was understandable for patient protection. Despite these measures, I was able to see my loved ones and get the support I needed. All in all, the hospital provides excellent care and I'm glad I had the opportunity to be their patient. Their professional and friendly staff, modern equipment and careful communication create an environment in which the patient feels safe and well cared for. I would recommend the hospital to anyone looking for quality healthcare.

Cheb never again! We came to surgery with heel pain. At first the doctor said that we should wait and after 4 hours he sent us to the emergency room for adults, saying that we had to go there. So we waited for 4 hours completely unnecessarily and the doctor was even more arrogant. He acted like we weren't even there. So here I am already in life.

The staff is very cooperative. I visited the hospital two times with my different friends. One of my visit is in an emergency case, and they treat very well.

Yesterday's emergency reception at the ophthalmology department was quite nourishing... At the reception, the lady told us on the "spokesman" that the doctor was operating and we would have to wait at least an hour. they left it outside where 2 more patients arrived, so we wouldn't all be able to fit in if the weather was bad. The treatment itself then proceeded quickly, the doctor was pleasant, professional and everything went perfectly well.

Most of the nurses working in the infectious disease department on the first floor are disrespectful and impatient with vulnerable patients. No empathy or helpfulness whatsoever. Expertise is also questionable in many cases. It is very difficult to get information about the patient's condition from doctors. It's sad that people like this work in healthcare.

They are mean nurses and I saw my grandmother...people who don't want to work...who don't care about patients.

Bit of slow process, but overall it was good. The military folks were extremely polite and helpful. Salut to them!

The surgery area and staff were great, the room was clean, and the doctor and nurses were very efficient. The rest of the ground floor public area was dirty, especially the toilets, where there was no toilet paper and no hand drying facilities. There was no hand sanitiser throughout.

Went after a hart attack and needed a triple bypass. Everthing was no problem and staff very frendly three days of tests opration on the fourth taken home by amblance a few days later. Would highly recomend if your are having a hart attack.

Great experience with the oncology department at Hospital Del Vinalopo. I was diagnosed with a breast cancer by Dr Lucia Hernandez Sanchez who was sensitive and knowledgeable. The surgery went well and appears to have been successful. All the support staff was very helpful and professional. They ensured I had a smooth preparation for a surgery. I appreciate that my oncologist, Dr Pablo Salches Ortiz, not only speaks English language but also listens to my concerns, taking time to go over the diagnosis and treatment options clearly. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout all my treatment. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Very good experience giving birth at this hospital. Respectful and empathetic professionals and a comfortable room. Also had to go to the emergency room twice for events unrelated to the birth and both times I received very good care and they ran all the necessary tests. Good pediatric care as well. Everyone from administrative staff, to nurses to doctors are polite, nice and helpful which I really value. Makes all the difference.

Had a caudal epidural at this hospital yesterday. The care and attention that I was given from start to finish was exceptional. All staff, from reception, catering to nurses and theatre were wonderful. So kind and genuinely caring. Have been to this hospital 3 times now and would absolutely recommend it.

My time as an inpatient at Ross Hall went smoothly & I was made to feel comfortable & felt that everything was explained clearly & staff ensured that I was never in need. However, the discharge process could be a little more streamlined, but other than that I was impressed with the service I recieved.

I can honestly say I was delighted with the whole experience. I have never had an operation before and was totally at ease from the minute I walked through the door. The staff at Ross Hall are nothing short of excellent, my consultant was amazing, the porters, reception staff, and especially the nurses, who went over and above for me, were just great. I am so grateful and would highly recommend Ross Hall time and time again.

I received day surgery here for an issue after 2 years and wish it was only sooner if I had only known about them then. For it being a hospital of course there helping all these individuals through their personal medical journeys, but as soon as I walked through the doors it carried a warm light atmosphere and every single person was polite, smiley, happy and helpful with high warm energies. Truly was an exceptionally experience and most definitely could never see a mistake being made the amount of checks and repeats and signing off ensuring no room for error on that part. I used the hospital to have the services of Mr Afifi as I was due a hysterectomy due to endometriosis. Katie, his PA is excellent and always on hand to help and support. However, the booking staff were terrible with communication. I received wrong information numerous times prior to my pre op and operation and found myself making daily calls to resolve the matter. I made a complaint to the PA to the Surgeon and still nothing improved. Even on the day of my pre assessment I didn't have all the right information - wrong time and no address. When in hospital the majority of the staff were good however the communication between the nurses was not good and it was clear, as they messages regarding my requests were not been answered. Each nurse told different story for medication and recovery and it took one Healthcare assistant (Marty) to come in and get things under control and a proper plan in place. I only had one night approved by the insurance company and I ended up needing 2 nights due to not feeling well after the surgery. The staff were too focused on getting me out to make space for another patient that I was furious and stressed. I assured the staff that I was happy to pay the extra night and so was my insurance company. I was spoken to by at least 5 staff members to try and move me out when clearly I didn't have the confidence to leave the hospital because of my condition. We normally use another private hospital in London and I can assure that from now on we won't be using Circle Health Group again. The communication overall was not acceptable, the staff on the ward show they are overworked and tired and in turn pass this onto the patients. They are more focused on treating each patient as a business and not as a patient. Overall I was not happy with my experience and going forward will not use your business again.

I can’t fault the care and kindness of everyone who was involved in my surgery and on the ward afterwards. I had surgery two days ago and my surgeon was brilliant, he talked through everything with me and came to personally visit me on the ward twice to check in on me and answer any questions I had. I was admitted to Dudley ward and every single one of the nursing team that were on the ward were fantastic, they looked after me and are so kind and caring. I would love to thank each of them individually as I feel they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend my surgeon and the hospital to anyone who asked me where I had it done.

Everything was fantastic, in particular the nursing staff- Camilla, Marty and Mandy were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and kind and tried to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The food selection was great (even for fussy vegans like me!) I had a few issues after my surgery but the nursing team were brilliant and really went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect.
