My daughter, Katherine, was in a severe car accident in our home state of Arkansas. She was airlifted to OCHSNER LSU and then after she was stable she was moved to PAM. She had a severe brain injur, both wrists were broken, her left knee messed up. She had a feedingtube and a traciautomy even though she could breathe on her own her oxygen levels had to be monitored. The staff was very kind compassionate to us. Constantly telling us not to give up hope. We were there from October of 2022 to January of 2023. I was able to stay with my daughter overnight. I can't possibly name everyone on staff that helped us. Cheri, was wonderful in helping getting all of my daughters paperwork for her transfer to TIRR in Houston. I didn't have to worry about filling out anything, she took care of everything. The physical therapists were wonderful. Even though she really couldn't do anything they worked her muscles just about every day. Julie, Jessica, & Betty y'all are just awesome. And the nurses and nurses aids. You ladies & gentleman have all my thanks and respect. Y'all helped me as much as you took care of Katherine. Wound care y'all were awesome. The doctors that came were kind and understanding. The respiratory ladies & gentleman were wonderful. The janitorial staff were excellent, her room was cleaned everyday . I just can't thank you all enough. Y'all explained things to us and I received a mini nursing education that helped on our next journey. We were in Houston till April of 2023. Now we are home and she is walking and talking. We are truly blessed with the care & kindness we received at this facility. I thank and love them all.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Half the nurses & staff are horrible & just there for a PAYCHECK not because they care and have a passion for what they do!!!!! My mother was at this facility and let me just say she's worse today than she was when she went in. Observed one nurse on fb, another watching a movie, and the other one texting on her phone. When did the state board of nursing start allowing these things to go on in a facility?? Room was dirty and half way cleaned!!!! Can't tell you how many times the call light was pressed and it took them 30-45 mins to come see what was going on. My mother fell twice out of the bed. Run if you are even considering this horrible place for your loved ones. I didn't even want to give them a 1 star because they deserve a negative !!!!!!!

This specialty hospital provides no privacy for patients in that there are cameras in all rooms. Add to that: patients' visiting families are treated in a way that might be similar to visiting a prisoner. The nurses are amazing they seem to really care but management needs to take some courses in public relations.

We were at Vanderbilt before transferring to Mayo. This has been an amazing experience! It’s like it’s a requirement is to be super nice; Vanderbilt, not so much. I would recommend anyone to come here, and I’m so glad we chose to switch. The doctors, nurses, and even the staff (cafeteria, welcome center, etc) were by far nicer than Vanderbilt. They are so knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. Very impressed!!!

The Mayo Clinic is such a special place! It’s a medical facility that could also be a museum of art museum, history, and architecture. People travel from all over the world to be treated here, but what makes it truly special are the compassionate, skilled, and dedicated employees. I stood outside the Mayo Building and watched bus after bus pull up to the staff entrance - and watched countless everyday heroes get off those buses and go to work performing “miracles” at a place that provides hope to people who need it most.!!

A 6min doctor consultation for 100eur (35k HUF). No ultrasound which is usual. Just a short talk and that's it! Dr. Papp Gyorgy had not given me the appropriate time or attention for my medical condition. 6min in and out!

If it’s possible to give minus I would do that. I have the most horrible experience in my live. I have an issue with my foot for 4 months. During this period of time I visited THREE(!) different doctors here. The first one gave me incorrect diagnosis, didn’t pay attention to my words and refused to assign me to XRay or Ultrasound or something because (and I quote) ‘Among us only I have medical education’, so I should take her words and leave. Rude and absolutely disrespectful. I booked another appointment and it was pretty nice experience, the doctor assigned me XRay and Ultrasound examinations, proved incorrect diagnosis of the first doctor. I followed the treatment and did physio, but nothing has significantly changed. She said we were not leave it like this and assigned me to MRI examination and advised to see orthopaedic surgeon (huge thanks to her for that). I did an MRI examination which showed a lot of interesting things which I had to google myself as the third doctor didn’t check the scans! He pointed all my issues were because of my weight and I should loose it and it would be fine, but he couldn’t do anything and didn’t have any other plan for me apart from exercise to loose weight and use specific soles. He also made some assumptions about my health and was a bit surprised I didn’t have other issues. Again, he didn’t check scans, just read a brief summary, said I didn’t have any tears in my ligaments (ultrasound and MRI both said different) and actually it’s chronic (how come as I never have any issues before. Never) When I asked why it happened on a first place as nothing changed (no injuries no weight gain no anything I could notice) and why after almost four months of a treatment I had even worse symptoms now there were no reply apart from a lecture about different types of inflammation and that I used my leg every day. No treatment plan, just wait at least three months as other patients dealt with it for a year or two, it won’t be healed in a week (yeah, but it 4 months, sure). He also made a steroid injection and didn’t inform that I have to pay for it separately. When I was practically at home I got a call asking how come I didn’t pay and go away? Well, to pay for something you actually need to be informed about it, no? (The reception girl was nice, no complaints). Overall THE WORST experience ever. Waste of time money and nerves.

I had a Tilt Test. All went on very well and efficiently.
The reception process was very fast and efficient. My test started 10 minutes ahead of schedule.
The doctor who performed it was very experienced and professional.

Horrific hospital ! Avoid at all costs! The hallways are dirty, the staff and equipment are straight fro the 1960s and you will spend upwards of 12 hours for any
Simple checks. The level of medicine in Israel is simply dismal, how can such a rich country have appalling healthcare is beyond me . Very sad

Hospital? Can it be called hospital? Air fresheners everywhere , cannot breath, go outside to take fresh air, you get a wall of sigarrete smoke into the face. All together with parfumes, chemicals smells and other hell knows what smells. I think it is cannot be called hospital.

My partner Derek Baum underwent a small injection procedure at the Ramat Hayal hospital. I have no words for the level of care from the delightfully kind receptionist to the amazing nurse (Shira) and of course the doctor. Such a “pleasant” experience that I’m in awe of our wonderful Maccabi Health Service !! Thank you to all of the team who did Derek’s procedure this morning Wednesday 14th June

Supposed to be the best private hospital in Israel... I doubt it.
My recommendation - even if the doctors are great, don't go there for Mei Shafir. You will get an awful treatment of your case.
Let's start by the fact that they canceled the genetic consultant a week before the mei Shafir check.. and asked me to find a docteur (genetics specialist) that could see me in the next 3 days, so they could perform the check on time..
No help on their side to help me finding of course.
So now imagine yourself calling every hospital of Israel asking for a place in the next 3 days to see a specialist... and how stressed you are.
Found a place in Nahariya by chance. The specialist didn't even understand why I was being canceled from the beginning at asuta (what was found in my genetics tests was insignificant) .
Even the mei Shafir doctor didn't understand why the genetics consultant of asuta was ever canceled to me!!
Anyway check went well and today I am receiving the results... what a shame! 2 pages of results scanned, the second page cannot even be read. The first page is not clear.
That's such a shame and so embarrassing.
Anyway from my experience and people that went with asuta will confirm, your case with be handled by many people, no one has the same work process, no one will answer you clearly and on a same way.
Choosing asuta is choosing to add more stress to your life.

Once you get past the check in it's smooth sailing , but the women at the check in were too busy taking care of the people that came after I did . One even reprimanded me for being early while her associates were busy checking their social media. CT scan went quickly. But the pain I was in while lying on the machine made it seem like forever..
Hope I don't have to come back .

I do not recommend Dr. Monika Linhartová. You come to the doctor's office and you have the impression of her, what do you even dare to bother, unsympathetic. She completely ruined my whole view of the clinic, so I will have the operation somewhere else, where they have a different approach.
I work in the healthcare industry, and I haven't come across this, I don't understand how they can employ her like that.

I had an appointment at Mr. Kříž's orthopedic office, the fact that I waited another hour after the appointment time is really a minimal problem. After arriving, the doctor wrote not even one third of what I told him in the report and that he left out big details (among other things, the fact that I had already completed laser therapy and the problem returned after 14 days !!!). He examined my problematic ankle and Achilles tendon, saying that a sprained ankle can hurt for six months and that there is no swelling, no pain, and neither does the Achilles tendon. He didn't send me for an X-ray, x-ray, anywhere, and he said I can slowly start lifting weights. Of course, it didn't seem like it to me, I had the problem for over 4 months at the time, and minimal exercise in the form of a longer walk was not possible without pain. I made an appointment with a specialist elsewhere, and wonder of the world, the ligaments in the ankles were already fused but they were torn, the ankle was swollen because it was filling with water and there was a small inflammation in the achilles, which was still causing quite a bit of trouble. So it is really sad and outrageously rude at the same time that they allow themselves to treat patients like this at "Pírkáča"! You still really feel like you're a nuisance there! I don't understand what we pay health insurance for? To imagine, if I were stupid and followed the advice of Mr. Dr. Kříž and started with loads, I would definitely renew the whole problem and with great certainty make it worse. So really no for me, I actually don't even understand that for orthopedists it's probably an acute condition, until when you can't walk and only after that they may examine you a little longer, but to discharge the patient and not even send him for an X-ray when, among other things, he fell down the stairs is really a great approach. Thumbs down and never again! I am wiser and I have understood that I will not set foot in such a sloppy workplace again for anything and I will look for specialists who will not only accept you faster, but will really examine and offer comprehensive treatment!
And unfortunately I have to give one star to let the review go on, otherwise I wouldn't have given one!

I had a gastric sleeve procedure at that clinic almost a week ago, and the entire experience has been excellent. From the initial contact before the operation to its conclusion, everything was impeccable. The clinic itself is spotless, and the care provided by the nurses is unparalleled. They are extremely attentive and warm, ensuring I felt well-taken care of at all times. Their professionalism is evident, and it's clear they adhere to European protocols, underscoring the clinic's quality.
Every staff member's attention towards me was top-notch. I couldn't be more satisfied.
Now, almost a week post-operation, I feel wonderful. I haven't experienced any discomfort beyond what's expected, and everything is progressing smoothly.
If I ever need another surgery in the future, I wouldn't think twice about returning to KCM.
Thank you Sara for your care and my love to all the nurses who have cared for me, they have all been very sweet to me!

I recently had reconstructive surgery at KCM Clinic, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Sara’s incredible care and support. Her proficiency in English, a rarity in a primarily Polish-speaking environment, immediately put me at ease. But it wasn’t just her language skills that stood out; it was her warm smile and genuinely friendly demeanor that truly made a difference.
From the moment I arrived, Sara consistently checked in on me to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Even when her shift ended, she made sure I was left in capable hands, reflecting her commitment to patient care. Remarkably, Sara took the extra step to message me during my entire stay, including post-surgery, to check on my well-being.
Her compassion isn’t just reserved for individual cases; I witnessed her interacting with other patients, where she displayed the same level of care, warmth, and humor. It’s evident that her attitude isn’t just professional; it’s profoundly human.
I firmly believe that Sara’s hard work, attention to detail, and compassionate care significantly contributed to my successful recovery. I sincerely hope this review not only serves as a testament to Sara’s excellence but also leads to the recognition and promotion she so richly deserves.

Additionally, an administration fee of 200 EUR was mentioned in case our travel plans changed. Regrettably, circumstances prevented us from traveling to Poland for the medical care. Despite this, the hospital declined our refund request and intends to retain the full 9000 EUR, despite not providing any services. Our attempts to contact them by phone have been unfruitful. It's been 2 weeks since my spine surgery at St. Hospital. Wojciech in Poznań. I was operated on by Dr. Piotr Winkler, neurosurgeon. It is really very good, the back pain is gone. I am very grateful to the doctor and the entire hospital staff for the excellent care. I recommend👍

I had the pleasure of visiting the DRHC clinic during my recent visit to Dubai, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. As I walked in, the friendly staff greeted me warmly, setting a positive tone for my visit. Later on, I had the pleasure of interacting with Ramia Hamed, who provided excellent personalized customer experience.
Dr. Hatem Eliwi's thorough treatment left me confident that I was in capable hands. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. The light hands injection administered by Dr. Areej Elmahi was practically painless, and her skill was evident.
Dr. Talal Sharaf conducted a kind and professional eye check that reassured me of my overall eye health. The level of service I received at DRHC clinic exceeded my expectations and, dare I say, even surpassed the service I typically receive in the United States. Thanks again!

Short review (tldr):
Thank you to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid, and the rest of the medical team for their utmost care for my physical and medical well-being. God bless all of them and I am happy I chose them as my care-givers.
Detailed Review:
I usually don’t leave reviews under any entity or association but I feel like I owe this to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid and the team including anesthetic technician Saeed (I hope I am remembering it correctly). I have been suffering from breathing problems for a while now and spent some time looking for ENTs in Dubai. As soon as I found Dr. Hatem, I just intuitively knew that he was my doctor, and I was absolutely right. I am usually very hesitant to seek medical help because a lot of doctors tend to downgrade symptoms and do not do their due diligence to check for problems when the patient is truly suffering. However, from the beginning, Dr. Hatem was very understanding and empathetic to my breathing problems/ sufferings. Few appointments and tests later, I underwent surgery and am very happy with the results. Not only did he fix my problems, but he also preserved how my nose looks. Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid’s care, gentleness and attention pre and post operation were of highest quality as well. He, along with Dr. Hatem, were also very careful of not only my physical but my emotional/ mental well-being as well which is often neglected by caregivers. So far, 2 weeks post-op, I am happy with my decision of choosing and proceeding with Dr. Hatem. God bless everyone involved- I am truly grateful.

Dr. Simon's wisdom tooth extraction was exceptional! Despite its complexity, he effortlessly managed the procedure, resulting in minimal pain. His warm demeanor and clear explanations eased my nerves. Even during recovery, discomfort was remarkably low. The staff Smitha & Doaa was professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Simon to anyone in need of dental services. He is a true expert in his field, making complicated procedures seem easy and painless. Had a comprehensive health checkup done with which I was satisfied.
There seems to be little sanctity of time given for appointments in the OPD. I was given appointments at 3.45 and 4.30, whereas I could see the concerned doctors only at 4.45 and 6.30, respectively.
I’m not sure if anybody should get an MRI done here. The Hospital’s MRI report was rejected by their own doctor on account of being ‘incomplete’.

My mother was admitted to Jaslok for a small surgery. I'm really impressed with overall ease in all the processes, starting from admission to billing and TPA insurance. Staff is very polite and helpful. We had taken Class-A single occupancy room and it was pretty good. I must mention that the food served was tasty and filling. All the doctors and nurses we interacted with, were patient and guided us with all our concerns and queries. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and thankful to the entire team for their services.
