The surgery area and staff were great, the room was clean, and the doctor and nurses were very efficient. The rest of the ground floor public area was dirty, especially the toilets, where there was no toilet paper and no hand drying facilities. There was no hand sanitiser throughout.

Went after a hart attack and needed a triple bypass. Everthing was no problem and staff very frendly three days of tests opration on the fourth taken home by amblance a few days later. Would highly recomend if your are having a hart attack.

Great experience with the oncology department at Hospital Del Vinalopo. I was diagnosed with a breast cancer by Dr Lucia Hernandez Sanchez who was sensitive and knowledgeable. The surgery went well and appears to have been successful. All the support staff was very helpful and professional. They ensured I had a smooth preparation for a surgery. I appreciate that my oncologist, Dr Pablo Salches Ortiz, not only speaks English language but also listens to my concerns, taking time to go over the diagnosis and treatment options clearly. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout all my treatment. I would highly recommend this hospital.

I am feeling sorry that I am writing this review, but that's exactly how my care experience at Parkside - Wexham Park hospital was (September 2022). I must say that the single night I had to stay there after my surgery was the poorest care experience I ever had in my life, due to extremely rude nursing staff at the night. As I was shifted at Parkside, the nurse very rudely refused for my family to see me at all since the meeting time was just over. I understood the meeting time thing but shared with her that my husband had brought my three very worried, young kids to see me for 2 min, only because the Post Op nurse herself said they would be allowed to see me after I was shifted at Parkside 'as an exception' (reason because I was expected to go home after my day surgery but was admitted due to pain issue, so Post Op nurse said that this very short meeting would be allowed as an exception), however, the meeting never happened and my kids went back after waiting in the car parking for more than 1.5 hours. Well, at least I saw my husband who reassured the kids that I was fine. After my husband left, I asked the nurse how I could call someone if I needed anything, and she literally threw the bell on my bed. I was shocked!! and worried about spending remaining part of the night while facing such rude behaviour. Later on, when I requested the nurse if she could hold my hand for going to the toilet, she reluctantly did but asked me to hold the IV stand by myself with my other hand. I can't blv how being in the care profession a nurse couldn't understand how much pain a patient possibly can be in, literally within few hours after a surgery and still asking the patient to hold & drag the stand by themselves. All the night the two nurses kept making loud noise in the ward walkway, to the extent that it was hard to sleep at all. Every time, the nurse would come in my room and would take my BP and temp, waking me up but without speaking to me. None of the two nurses who I saw introduced themselves, I myself checked their names. None of the time, anyone asked me if I was in pain or if I needed any pain killer until I myself asked for a pain relief in the morning. The way I was treated made me feel that it was my fault that I was in pain and needed to stay there, so I had to tolerate the attitude. Never expected such an experience straight after a major surgery and while going through extreme pain. The next day staff were nice as well as caring, I got discharged in the evening next day and was so grateful that I didn't need to bear the same attitude again. Please improve the facility. A patient is already in so much pain and expects sympathy and care, not stares and rude attitude. Kind regards

Sadly our experience with Parkside so far has not been a positive one. My son's day surgery was cancelled 3 days before he was due to be admitted, with different staff giving different reasons. Not only are we disappointed at this, but we're also out of pocket due to the cancellation. A new surgery date is yet to be confirmed - again different staff have stated different things. Hopefully, if/when his surgery takes place I'll be able to change this to a more positive review.

Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Parkside from every department each staff member I came across was friendly, approachable and I was treated with 5* service. Miss Burton, Mr Elkington and my anaesthetist Dr Justin Woods were so very professional, approachable and all had fantastic bedside manner. I am so pleased with the outcome from my surgery and more so the care I received during my stay it was above and beyond what I could have expected and would highly recommend my consultants and Parkside to future patients considering surgery.

I did not want to share my experience before finishing the whole journey since i wanted to leave an honest review. After seeing so many negative comments i really got scared at first since i had never been there before, but the first time i went i completely changed my impression. Starting from the secretaries, who were very nice to us on the phone and in person. They were very kind to speak to us even in English. Then to the nurses, and all the staff. My 4 year old daughter had surgery and has been very stressful for us but thanks to the amazing doctor Dr.Oren Cavel who did such a wonderful amazing job. He was so patient and kind towards our girl, even when she was scared, he never pushed something she did not want and always was patient. He informed us and reassured us regarding the surgery. God bless him, also Dr. Frank (hopefully i am correct) which co-operated with the doctor and i only seen the day of the operation. She was such a sweetheart. Thank you to all the nurses, anesthesiologists, and doctors who took care of our daughter before and after the surgery. Everything was clean, neat, scheduled in time and we felt very well. The hospital is extremely slow There is only few employees in the morning and we had an rendezvous at 7:30 but we entred at 08:15 even though we came early at 6:45 Also the hospital is dirty the cleaners were just chatting instead of cleaning

Zero Stars. This hospital should be shut down immediately. Came in via Ambulance who by the way, pulled over in the middle of the drive so tell me go to an ATM to get cash… Hello my fiancé is dying here… Get to the hospital and immediately get separated and told she can’t have her phone because she’s not in good enough condition… excuse me? Wanted to know when i could see her and translate because she’s japanese and knows very little english… Wasn’t allowed to do that. No status updates, and waited hours with drunk, sick, agitated homeless people for her to walk out feeling no better at all… Nothing positive at all

I have read the other negative reviews and they mirror my esperience. I too was a visitor to Paris from the U.S. I was transported to this hospital after tripping and falling on the sidewalk. I was subjected to blood tests , an ECG and a cranial x-rays and the staff never answered my questions about why the tests were necessary. Just like the others on this site they paid little or no attention to the contusions on my face or my clearly apparent swollen wrist- no ice packs or wraps. After waiting in the ER for approximately 6 hours after arriving I informed the doctor I was leaving. She became angry , said they were busy and she asked that I remain in the ER for another hour to await the test results. When I refused she told me to leave. When asked would someone assist me with finding a taxi to return to my hotel, she just walked away from me. I will have my doctor look at my wrist when I return to the U.S. If I could have given them a zero or no stars I would have done so.

A visitor to Paris, I had a fall and hit my head on some steps. I was taken by ambulance to this hospital. Ambulance I could fault, spoke English and was very caring. Different matter when they dropped me off at this disgusting hospital. I have spent time in a hospital in Ghana West Africa, third world, it was streets ahead of this filthy disgusting hospital. There were no redeeming features, staff awful and rude. They would not let my husband accompany me so I was on my own with people who spoke on English. Took blood without gloves or washing hands. No access to water and was told I was very dehydrated, hello where do I get a drink, when I asked for water was told this is not a hotel. Many X-rays,scans, reports ( 7 hours) I walked out. They initially would not let me out but I made such a fuss they let me go. I did not pay a cent. I have now arrived back home in Australia and I find a bill waiting for me. I m not going to pay it they should be paying me for the trauma I endured. I had a fracture in my hand and they totally ignored that, went to a pharmacy and they bandaged it up for me. I would be prosecuted if I took my dog there. Thankfully this did not spoil my visit to Paris.

I worked there about 3 years ago and can say that I am glad to have found another job. Personally, I always found the personnel key to be too narrow. On the intensive one there were 1 to 3 people caring for each other at night and on the ZNA 2 people were responsible for almost 50 - 60 people. That was just too much for me. Of course I was happy that the station management pointed out to me that I was too weak for this area, even though one of the employees there went into burnout. You also can't take a coffee break when she was around. Ok, the social room was more of a storage room. It's also great that the new employees were fully deployed right from the start without any training. Of course, they know immediately what to do in an emergency. Of course, I found it best to call the doctors to see who was responsible. It was also wonderful that we got a third service, after a doctor left, he was replaced by a nurse... for 1 month. Things also get interesting when you ask the students whether they want to start at the station, pretty much everyone said no. I'm curious whether things will be different in the new hospital or whether it will be a ghost hospital. I think either their hands are tied and they can't change such rigid structures, or they really believe that they are so great at KOFÜ. Anyway, feedback should be formulated positively, I hope I managed it that way.

A good hospital the doctor is very knowledgeable

I'm sharing my review based on my stay at the maternity/labour and delivery wards. Firstly, the service from the front desk staff, nurses, f&b staff, and even the housekeeping staff was impeccable. Everyone was so welcoming, warm and reassuring, being all so kind and patient even when I was in the midst of horrible labour contractions. My labour journey was not easy and I opted for an emergency c-section. I couldn't have asked for a better team there - my appointed gynae and her team of well established anaesthetist, paediatrician and surgery staff. Every administration detail was well looked into swiftly and our son was delivered healthily. The food offered there was amazing too, for hospital standards, but now that I'm at the confinement centre, I dare say that Mount E's food quality and taste way surpasses what confinement centres can offer. With the quality of care, service, food and lodging, the bill was within reasonable means and I would highly recommend mothers-to-be to consider this hospital for their deliveries. And oh, they have a generous discharge goodie bag too!

The hype around this place is undeserved. The only reason I gave more than one star is there are some great doctors that admit here. Facilities are tired, food is ok. Have never seen a smile from anyone in the business office or cashiers and they seem to be intent on making things as difficult as possible. From an outside perspective it seems clear there are some real problems with how this hospital is managed.

Updated: had another stay recently. Service is just as good as before. Did my endoscopy, CT scan and diagnostic tests while staying at this hospital. Excellent nurses who are professional and skilled. Had to wait for a while for admission. It is a private hospital so the bill is definitely expensive. Compared to my experiences suffered in public hospitals the price is worth it especially when you're sick and feeling unwell, anything that can alleviate the discomfort is welcomed.

The facilities and staff are helpful and friendly. A nice and quiet hallway with corresponding good lighting. Very neat and clean with no clutter. The management team is accomodative to queries and exceptions if needed. The food is good and complete with optional choices for each meal from breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and night snack. The ward room is big, bright and furbished well. An alert and attentive staff from nurses to utility persons.

I didn't imagine we would have such a positive experience, from reception to the surgical center staff, nursing staff, concierge. We were treated with incredible affection, the nurses took care of the patient and companion as if they were family. The kitchen maids, cleaners, what a team, there are no words to explain the amount of gratitude for all the care and affection we received.

I had orthognathic surgery last week, the entire team that attended to me during the 4 days were extremely dedicated. Mainly the nursing technicians: Juliana, Rebeca, Nice and Denise. When I was discharged I was afraid I wouldn't have the same care at home, but I needed to free up the room lol. I also thank the physiotherapist Karem (I don't know if it's K), for accompanying me during her shifts. I just have to thank you. 🙏🏻

I was very welcomed by the entire medical and nursing team. In the emergency, I particularly thank Dr. Elieber, his clinical evaluation led to a correct diagnosis even before the laboratory tests. Great experience and hospitality. Great food too. Updated: Patient should've been told for the service not compulsory and not even covered by the insurance. I've been charged for hemoglobin blood test which I thought covered by the insurance and necessary. So please ask first for every service given.

Sent my daughter to see Dr Yap for her prolong cough. Very good diagnosis given and with treatment, she is now recovering well. Several follow up gives safe feeling to ensure her condition improves. Overall recommended to go to this hospital. For improvement maybe the billing part can make it faster…

Our third admission here at Aurelius. Every time was great and pleasant. All the nurses and staff were friendly and very helpful.My daughter love to interact with them.My daughter and i feel safe here. The room was clean and comfortable while the food is great with big portion. We were assisted by Dr Fadzlina but this time with Dr Yap. Bad experience. On Tuesday 5/12 morning, got confirmation to review my result for health screening on Wednesday 6/12, but suddenly on tuesday afternoon 6.00 pm received another message from upsc said cancel that appt change to Thursday 7/12, reason doctor on medical leave. Oo please la, where the replacement doctor. I take my AL to attend that appointment but noting. Today i re ask the hospital for confirmation, no feedback. Confirm or not i not sure, the doctor still on leave or not still no feedback. UPSC please appreciate people time, waste my AL for something not confirm.

Had a not so good experience appt. I buat health screening tapi, the Dr x explain or advise on the body composition, bmi, fat and management of diet. Dr not fully use all the diagnostic test for weight management issue. First 2 follow up ok, then being cancel last minute, meet another Dr, the Dr advice just follow up with previous Dr for any medicince adjustment. Then, esok nak jumpa Dr, appointment cancel. Cancel macam tu je, x de respect people time. 😑Please do improve and respect other people time. Whatsapp pun kadang x de respond.

A memorable experience for me, my wife and our lovely baby. Nature of medical concern: Baby Delivery, pre and post experience. For context, my wife delivered our baby here but we came endorsed by other clinic once my wife was nearing her due date since her insurance converage is limited only. Having stated this, once we started coming to aster after being endorsed by our previous clinic, I could say it was a pleasant experience. The checkups were hassle free as you can make appointment through their well established system and the receptionist will guide you through. Doctor Jisha Pradeep was our assigned gynecologist who helped us throughout the process. She was well known and always recommended and I can attest as to why. However, I would like to mention also Doctor Sabitha, she was the first doctor before Doc. Jisha who also attended to my and honestly she was very nice and sincere to us. Both Doctor Jisha and Doctor Sabitha answered all our questions with sincerity and care. Additionally, our gratitude also to Doctor Thanuja who was the doctor in the ER/maternal delivery section (i hope i am right) - she was the one who attended my wife during the actual delivery. She speaks calmly, assuring and with sincerity which helps both me and my wife be at ease during a very unerving situation. Special thanks also to all the attending nurses who assisted us all the way, I made sure to get all their names to express my gratitude: Nurse Deepa, Tijii, Rincy, Anjaly, Sonia, Ajini and Tina. I would like to mention also the janitorial staff that night, Ms. Prema, she always assisted me whenever I need help opening the access doors - with a smile. Post delivery, all the staff from the Baby Unit was very courteous and caring. They will check up on my wife every now and then and give us a lot of valuable points/tips for the baby. Our thanks to Nurse Anabelle and Veena. Additionally, the birth certificate section for our baby was very helpful and concise. It was a hassle free process thanks to the assistance of Ms. Shahla. Lastly our overall gratitude to Aster Hospital Mankhool, I would like to point out the cleanliness of every corner of the hospital which is very essential. Also their overall process was seemless especially considering a lot of document works, they will help and assist you all throughout the process. Worth the mention also was the presence of water station and coffee vending machines to every areas which helped me survive throughout the night :) Did I mention that Aster Nurture department through Ms. Shiela gave us a gift package in celebration for our baby. It was an unexpected warm gesture which we really appreciate, our baby says thank you :) Overall, me and my wife recommends Aster Mankhool Hospital.

This is the fourth time in this institution, two hip replacements, two repeat hip joints, each time it gets worse and worse, initially cups of the wrong size were placed, when asked why they were asked, there was no other answer at that time, the result dislocations of the left joint began, they underwent re-endoprosthetics in 2019, the right leg turned out to be 2 cm shorter, which caused the ankle to fly, in 2022 dislocations of the right joint began, I was admitted to the clinic on August 30, I just lay in bed for four days, they took a blood test, did an x-ray, That’s it. The attending physician came once and asked what and where it hurt, where the dislocations were going, that’s all. No one really reads the stories, right before the operation they asked which joint should be operated on, right or left, if he hadn’t said that it was right, they would have operated on the left one, since the dislocation of the left joint is indicated everywhere, even in the discharge the left joint appears everywhere, in the department no one bothers to read the medical history, the prescription list contains contraindications for injecting NSAIDs, which I cannot take until the allergy begins and I asked the question what they are pricking, the lack of professionalism of the treatment nurses is off the charts, they punctured all the veins and were unable to place a catheter; a nurse from the intensive care unit placed a subclavian catheter without anesthesia, because... I’m allergic to lidocaine, the second nurse on duty didn’t come on time to the call, the IV ran out, the result was that the catheter was clogged, they couldn’t flush it out, they removed it, they tried to put the catheter in the arm, they punctured all the veins again, they couldn’t put it in, the nurse from the intensive care unit put it in again, for that I thanked her very much, I told her to warn the nurse on duty when she was administering the medicine so that she would press on the vein because the whole boat didn’t go in because of adhesions in the vein, when I tried to show what needed to be done, she threw my hand away and started yelling that she knew better what to do, she started tugging at the catheter, naturally she pulled it out of the vein, and refused to put another one in for me, she screamed rudely that she knew better what to do, he sent her away and told her not to come close to me anymore, my brother came, tried to put an intravenous drip, again nothing worked, the nurse from the intensive care unit did it again, my hands were punctured into rubbish, blue, more than 30 punctures, they react disgustingly to calls, as if you can’t go out into the corridor, the sisters and nannies sit in their little room, either drinking tea or gossiping in the corridor, in general, I was left with a disgusting impression of the work of the LLP2 staff, management conduct a staff certification, many of the staff do not correspond to the position, what they do. There are no complaints about the surgeons, anesthesiologists, operating room nurses, everything was done clearly, conscientiously, for which many thanks, special thanks to the intensive care unit for their care. The staff is helping better than before. My appointment is at 1 o’clock but when I arrived the pediatrician clinic is empty so I went down to ask. One female staff is helpful and ask me to go to outpatient clinic. Then everything is working smooth and quick. One of the staff Sahar is also very helpful and friendly.

Dread coming here every time. It’s close to home so that I always think it will be an easy trip. Nope. Always waiting on reception to actually show up. Spend 5-7minutes with the doctor once we actually get registered. Takes more than hour to deal with insurance and get approval for very basic services. This is the most frustrating part. Horrid service and the people handling insurance aren’t even remotely hospitable. What should be a short visit will take hours by the time you are done waiting for reception and insurance. Have yet to have even a remotely decent experience coming here.

❌ This place must be the worst hospital in Thailand. Many comments want to give minus star , so do I. Hospital is the place for service all patients. But this place bullie and boss around customers like a whole bunch of numbskull. The owner must be very stupid and have the 3rd world attitude. .. Don't know why Thai Government won't shut this crazy place down. So many unhappy customers like this should close it down ASAP. ...

Staff talks like they rule the world there. The reception/registration staff are fine but X-Ray scan and CT-Scan staff are just pure garbage of an attitude. If you don't know what you're doing, get trained, or get out.

This has been an amazing place to get recovered from my unexpected infection. Being from Canada is difficult but their understanding and attention to my healthcare has been very excellent. They helped with keeping my family informed and always had a smile behind the mask to make me feel better. Thanks them very much for the wonderful care 😊 ♥️

Top notch emergency facility.

We been in hospital for over 4 years and we are verry happy and satisfied with everything the doctors the nurses the ladys who are cleanining we are like a family but ,is a big But ,in San ildelfonso the chair for familly to sleep over the night need urgent change.is impossible to sleep.we have back pain, legs pain, over so many days in hospital is hard for us to rest .please help us ,on behave of familys

Before the reform this hospital was so unnerving that it looked like it came out of a horror film. After the reform it is much more colourful and has much more life. From what I have seen kids are way less scared of going to the hospital thanks to the reform. My only complaint is that with all the paintings navigating it has gotten a bit annoying. Overall if I had to take any children to do anything at a hospital near me this would be my first pick.

Immigrant visa medical check- I had a very good experience. It was quick and efficient. I made an advance appointment, which I recommend as there were many walk ins turned away as they were fully booked.

Pharmacy staffs are not friendly. Just simply make you to run here and there. They have good business so they don't listen you.

For the Immigration medical the lab withdrew blood 2 different times not giving a clear reason why a second sample was needed but was using the word positive in their sentence when asking why do you need a second sample. They were talking fast to the point you can’t understand what they are saying, purposely done in my opinion, but you can make out the word positive in the conversations. Very nerve racking. End results were non reactive for the labs. But the torture of waiting for the results was horrendous. Exactly what they were wanting. Sad.

Mouwasat is one of a great hospital available in Riyadh, Very professional doctors, I should mention name of pediatric Dr.Mohammed Aldeeb, I love the way he treat patients and give his advice and recommendations, I stayed in pediatric room since last 4 days and got a very professional service from nursing staff, all the nursing staff available in pediatric ward is much professional and care for patient.

Good local hospital. Great selection of medical facilities with great doctors. The customer service has improved over the years as has the insurance approval process. Nothing is perfect though, so sometimes there may be issues. Overall a great place when you need medical assistance.

Husband on last day in China had a seziure he was taken by ambulance 3 ks away to Puhua hospital. Only waited 15 min as roads were quiet at 6am . The treatment was first class from room staff.. office staff to tests . MRI CT EEG from talking to 2 doctors given medication we were able to get flight home that night . Saying to hotel receptionist ... travel insurance... tourist hospital... English speaking are the main words to relay in any country.

This is one of best hospitals in Beijing. Many doctors and facilities. Always available however one would need to pay a hefty sum. I lived next door in Chateau Regency so it was very convenient and go to place.

My husband has been twice to the internal medicine clinic at Oasis with a hernia. Both times they gave him an antibiotic and told him to rest. They are completely unhelpful and won't try and fix the problem. They even said the antibiotic was for the pain. We will never go back here.

Got excellent health care at Beijing United Family Hospital when a blister on my left foot got severely infected (cellulitis) during a three week trip to Beijing. I went to the emergency room and was helped immediately, didn't have to wait a single minute (which made me impressed since I am used to hours of waiting when seeking care at home; politicans and other responsible people in my home country Sweden should watch and learn!). They provided me with antibiotics and tools to disinfect the sore, and it was healed within just a small couple of days. English speaking nurses, physicians, and other staff makes the hospital very accessible to foreigners, which made me very pleased as my mandarin is very limited. Would recommend to everyone with medical problems in the city.

I want to give them a 5 star because as soon as my son was checked by the emergency, nurses and doctors came and admitted him into CCU. They saved my son! Now I know where my donations can go. We can't thank doctors and nurses and all the volunteers and staff enough. Beside their professional knowledge and equipment, everyone wats to make sure parents and siblings are well taken care of. However, the emergency is as busy and not very favorable a unit as all other ones in Canada. At 2:00 am, there was only one nurse doing the reception job and checking patients. She could attend to our son sooner but she was busy with the reception.

I appreciate the hospital's efforts in managing a high volume of patients, and I understand the initial wait time for a bed. However, after securing a bed, there was an additional four-hour wait to see the doctor. While I recognize the challenges, it was disheartening to wait for a medical consultation only to be informed that we were cleared to go home after the doctor's brief checkup. In order to enhance the overall patient experience, I would like to suggest that the hospital consider increasing the number of doctors available, and if possible, encourage doctors to start their checkups a bit earlier. This adjustment could potentially help free up beds more promptly for patients in need of urgent care.
