My time as an inpatient at Ross Hall went smoothly & I was made to feel comfortable & felt that everything was explained clearly & staff ensured that I was never in need. However, the discharge process could be a little more streamlined, but other than that I was impressed with the service I recieved.

I can honestly say I was delighted with the whole experience. I have never had an operation before and was totally at ease from the minute I walked through the door. The staff at Ross Hall are nothing short of excellent, my consultant was amazing, the porters, reception staff, and especially the nurses, who went over and above for me, were just great. I am so grateful and would highly recommend Ross Hall time and time again.

I received day surgery here for an issue after 2 years and wish it was only sooner if I had only known about them then. For it being a hospital of course there helping all these individuals through their personal medical journeys, but as soon as I walked through the doors it carried a warm light atmosphere and every single person was polite, smiley, happy and helpful with high warm energies. Truly was an exceptionally experience and most definitely could never see a mistake being made the amount of checks and repeats and signing off ensuring no room for error on that part. The surgeon Dr Paterson was every thing you could hope for instantly brings that energy were you feel safe and grateful he’s carrying out the procedure. Well done Ross Hall Hospital!

I used the hospital to have the services of Mr Afifi as I was due a hysterectomy due to endometriosis. Katie, his PA is excellent and always on hand to help and support. However, the booking staff were terrible with communication. I received wrong information numerous times prior to my pre op and operation and found myself making daily calls to resolve the matter. I made a complaint to the PA to the Surgeon and still nothing improved. Even on the day of my pre assessment I didn't have all the right information - wrong time and no address. When in hospital the majority of the staff were good however the communication between the nurses was not good and it was clear, as they messages regarding my requests were not been answered. Each nurse told different story for medication and recovery and it took one Healthcare assistant (Marty) to come in and get things under control and a proper plan in place. I only had one night approved by the insurance company and I ended up needing 2 nights due to not feeling well after the surgery. The staff were too focused on getting me out to make space for another patient that I was furious and stressed. I assured the staff that I was happy to pay the extra night and so was my insurance company. I was spoken to by at least 5 staff members to try and move me out when clearly I didn't have the confidence to leave the hospital because of my condition. We normally use another private hospital in London and I can assure that from now on we won't be using Circle Health Group again. The communication overall was not acceptable, the staff on the ward show they are overworked and tired and in turn pass this onto the patients. They are more focused on treating each patient as a business and not as a patient. Overall I was not happy with my experience and going forward will not use your business again.

I can’t fault the care and kindness of everyone who was involved in my surgery and on the ward afterwards. I had surgery two days ago and my surgeon was brilliant, he talked through everything with me and came to personally visit me on the ward twice to check in on me and answer any questions I had. I was admitted to Dudley ward and every single one of the nursing team that were on the ward were fantastic, they looked after me and are so kind and caring. I would love to thank each of them individually as I feel they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend my surgeon and the hospital to anyone who asked me where I had it done.

Everything was fantastic, in particular the nursing staff- Camilla, Marty and Mandy were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and kind and tried to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The food selection was great (even for fussy vegans like me!) I had a few issues after my surgery but the nursing team were brilliant and really went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect.

Mr Warner has helped me with 4 years of pain and numbness. Elaine in reception was so kind and thorough. Katie and Lisa who completed my admission were also thorough and explained all aspects of my care. Inga from Physiotherapy gave me lots of information to help with my recovery. Thank you to an excellent team!

It's been a week since my surgery, I'm recovering quickly, I'm feeling better day by day. I just wanted to say that I've been struggling with my health problem for several years. Hospitals and GP doctors gave me medicines and advised me to take painkillers. When I was desperate, I changed my GP. he sent me to The Beaumont Hospital to see doctor David Smith who, after examining me without hesitation, said ok, in a few weeks we will do the surgery, now I can finally function like a normal person, a big thank you to the entire hospital for their help and I would especially like to thank Mr. David Smith, I highly recommend it to everyone Beaumont Hospital. this hospital is top 10 special thank you for great help great atmosphere I felt like in a hotel with doctors special big thank you to Jacky, Olga and Kate

Amazing experience from initial consultation to final surgery and aftercare. Surgeon, Anesthetist Doctors , nurses, kitchen Staff are all amazing .Everything explained step by step.Nothing was too much trouble.lovely clean and modern hospital, lovely food. Due to the unfortunate pressure on the NHS it's necessary to have to fall back on private care on occasions. My Mum was in this situation and went here for a joint replacement operation. Impressed by respectful and professional manner in which she was cared for. Building interior itself is modern and completely spotless.

I was looked after extremely well at The Park Hospital, and treated with respect at all times. My room was very comfortable and the staff were always on hand for any needs I had, not to mention a joke or two! The food was lovely, a good choice of menu and always beautifully cooked and presented. So my thanks to all of the staff who looked after me, with special appreciation to Mr Henley and his team who were outstanding.

Excellent team. Everyone were professional, did their jobs with so much care, empathy, and expertise, all with cheerful faces. The hospital is super clean, the best I've seen in the UK. Overall, I I've them 10 🌟 Sending a special thanks to Dr Mamidanna, Nurse Ola, Ana, Kumba and Tia. My meal of prawn and mayonnaise sandwich, vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate was like something from a 5* hotel. Yes,certainly. My surgery took place on 17/10/23. I was treated inhumanly on the day of admission. I am a diabetic patient. From the time of admission till the time of operation I was not offered any food. It was almost 3-4 hours without food. I was shivering. once I come back from the OT my husband went outside to buy food for me. Only then I had some food before my release from the hospital. I had an follow up appointment on 28/11/23 with Miss Madi which I have attended. She didn't look into my eye with care. She was in a hurry to finish my appointment. It was less than 2 minute. She was busy with her mobile phone. If I knew this earlier I wouldn't come long way for this appointment as I have waited long after the surgery for this follow up appointment. I will definitely not recommend anyone to be seen by this Consultant.

was a really great process from start to finish. good discussions and advice with the consultant / surgeon. discussion from anaesthetist was very brief but reassuring nonetheless. everyone at the hospital for consultations to overnight stay was excellent. and post op care with physio is great too.

My treatment during my procedure and after was amazing. The Nurses especially Heidi & Sky were fantastic. I suffer with terrible anxiety and after the procedure my nerves were horrendous. I was having panic attacks continuously throughout the afternoon, together with low blood pressure and the effects of that. The nursing team and doctor were so supportive, kind and caring towards me. They made me feel very safe and cared for even when I was very frightened. After I got up unfortunately I had a bleed from my wound. There were nurses and a doctor with me within seconds of the alarm call. They stopped the bleed and help me to calm down. At this point Heidi made the call the keep me in overnight due to the bleed and my nerves. They were so kind as to let my partner stay with me in the room all night and provided her with blankets, pillows and refreshments throughout the night and into the morning. The overnight team were also incredible with me and I was discharged in the morning feeling relaxed and content that I was okay. I cannot thank everyone enough for the care.

Every member of staff was so lovely, helpful and wanted to help. I have never felt more looked after in a hospital setting so thank you. Massive thank you to every Nurse, support worker, physio that looked after me, not forgetting Mr Shah who did an amazing job of my surgery. I am so grateful.

The staff and care that they provided has been outstanding. I have been in the hospital for 3 days for a total knee replacement, I really could not fault the level of care and attention to detail from any of the staff, from the surgeon to the anaesthetist, nurses, physios and wider support staff. The staff were incredible. They all looked after me so well and made me feel at ease. I was so looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better team. Amy was the primary nurse that looked after me. She was amazing, she explained everything made me feel at ease, talked me and my partner through everything. Miss Hazari is an incredible surgeon and can’t recommend her enough. She looked after me and made me feel heard and listened too. Matt the anaesthetist put my worries at bay. Annie was in the surgery with me, help my hand as I went under and was there as I woke. Paula the nurse at night was amazing and lovely while I was nervous.

This hospital is amazing. From the second you walk through the door until you hobble out of it again. Every single member of staff is friendly, polite and thorough. The rooms are clean and warm. Information is given in a timely manner. No question is a bad question. I would recommend the Thornbury to anybody - I really struggle to see how anybody can pick fault with any aspect of their care or services. Even the post-operation sandwich was delicious :) Thank you so much.

What an incredible experience! As someone that was very anxious about having surgery, the staff went above and beyond to provide the additional support that I required. From the nurses, the consultant to the catering staff, nothing was too much trouble. Particular mention to Clinical Services Manager Phil who is an absolute credit to the organisation and the surgeon Mr. Olarinde who did everything he could to put my mind at rest. If I could leave a 6 star review I would!

Lister hospital is really good. The service was top notch. Staff are great, welcoming with a smile on their face at reception. The nurses and doctors were also super kind. The nurses made sure every small details were checked twice. I feel like i have been very well looked after. I had 2 procedures under GA and honestly everyone was so nice. Very good hospital - I was there for a Day Procedure, but it went very smoothly. You do feel assisted and reassured all the way, from when you enter the hospital to when you leave the hospital. Nurses are very caring and attentive. It has been helped me getting through the day and would certainly put the Lister Hospital onto my top hospital list should I ever need to go back to hospital (I hope never again though !! Hospital is nobody's cup of tea :)

I have recently had a total hip replacement, carried out at the Wellington Hospital. I found the standard of care excellent at each stage, from the scan, to the pre admission meeting to my inpatient stay. The nursing staff were kind, supportive and friendly. My room was comfortable and the food was amazing,. Before I went I read the reviews on here and was surprised by the range of comments. I think some people have very unrealistic expectations of a hospital stay. This place is great!!!

I visited the Wellington for a scan and consultation. From the first meeting with the reception staff, everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. The staff answered all my questions clearly and in the right amount of depth. I felt able to trust them immediately and my confidence grew as the process moved forward. I have no hesitation in recommending the Wellington as a first class centre for excellent healthcare

I came to the hospital with a sharp pain in the ear, everything was alright at the start but after 1 hour my ear started hurting more and I started losing my hearing, after 3 hours I started crying because of the pain and they didn’t even care, they just walked past me and ignored, i honestly don't recommend this hospital to anyone, it is disrespectful to wait for a doctor for like 4-5 hours.

This wonderful place gets better every year. Some buildings get renovated, and some get built from scratch. Medical stuff gets multiple training to keep a professional and modern degree. Special thanks to @LizetePuga on tasty and beautiful food (children love those (and parents too)).

I was under Mr Jay Smith and my total hip replacement went very well under his guidance and he has a very caring nature and always took time to explain how important the post care is. I found from the moment I entered the hospital, everyone was caring and service with a smile. Post surgery physios in the ward were excellent as well as after my discharge I was under the excellent care of Tighish, Senior Physio. She is absolutely brilliant and was very caring about my progress and making sure I was doing my exercises correctly. On discharge she made sure I knew how important the exercises were for my future progress.

Bishops Wood Hospital continues to provide an excellent service. A professional and friendly service was provided to me by Josephine in the Radiology Department. She was very efficient, made the mammogram as comfortable as possible for me and she checked regularly about how I was feeling.

I had surgery at bishops wood hospital everyone there was so friendly and polite. I had a nurse called Mihaela she was really friendly to me and we had a good laugh. before the surgery she made me feel less anxious. Mihaela looked after me well and so did the surgeons to.

You have provided me a very impressive and professional medical care, hospitality with premium (VVIP) services experience. The room is new, clean, with warm decorated design, very secure (with key card access to each unit), a small digital safe in the closet. The toilet's kits are good quality. Excellent quality hospital. I had stayed here for taking medical treatments for 4 nights. It is not like hospital but 5 stars hotel. Here is very clean, all staffs have nice hospitality. My Doctor gives very clear information about process and step of treatment so I can plan my days, take strictly on her medical suggestion to recover soonest. Nurses on ward 5R I stay very helpful and have very good service mind. Maids is very hard working to make the room tiny and you feel like stay in 5 stars hotel. I don’t feel I stay in hospital except during my fever time keeps telling me that “ Hey guy, you are in hospital “ Excellent !!

English Speakers: Don’t go to this hospital. Our pregnancy doctor, Kannika Chokram, is extremely rude. Dr. Kannika’s English proficiency seems quite low and/or is rude because she will not answer questions when asked directly in English. Our doctor hung up on me when I repeatedly asked her to explain in English what she just said in Thai; she decided to hang up the phone. During our appointment, the nurse in the room tapped her watch to notify Dr. Kannika of the time and how long we were taking with our questions. It’s disappointing because I feel like if it were Dr. Kannika’s own children, she would be behaving differently. Basically Dr. Kannika comes off as not caring about her patients and wants to just check out and “chow chum yen chum” (i.e., do the bare minimum).

If you a foreigner, please avoid this scammer hospital. They will charge for you 3-4 times more than local. I did dressing for the wound and got bandages and charged for 1500 bhat. I paid around 3000 bhat but for bandage and dressing only was 1500 bhat. I can’t believe how this big hospital do this kind of scammers. Who made this charge for patients? Doctor? Remember! From your hospital scam, many foreigners will evaluated about whole Thailand. Memory will be forever about thailand. See the further instead if only in front of yours.

Was given the option to do another test so I took it just to be sure. When I went to pay for my medication, I was told that test cost 3,000 baht. I probably should've asked if it cost more, but I also would've expected one of the doctors or nurses to tell me about the price beforehand. I never would've done the extra test if I was told about the price.

Regular patient here. I’ve been to this hospital for several reasons; general med check and other diseases. First of all, the nurses & hospital staff service was always top notch. I would say if you’re lucky, you’ll get the good doctors. My endocrinologist was the best, detailed explanation, helpful, and did not prescribe unnecessary meds (even suggested me to purchase meds from outside hospital for cheaper price). During COVID 2021 I was also hospitalized here, I was very well taken care of by the nurses. I think the doctors also prescribed good meds as I got better fast (severe symptoms). However one time I was hospitalized due to breathing issues, the ENT/lung doctor seem to prolong my stay with excuses that the blood test result has not come out even after 3 days, while eventually they let me out after some xray test only? Because of that I had to pay more than my insurance coverage. Also I did general med check here twice. First doctor was super nice, she talked kindly and checked detail. However the second doctor was not really nice, explained briefly and seems like he wanted to just end the consultation soon lol. Anyway, will continue the treatment here with my fave endocrinologist!

I had excellent care at this hospital and can’t recommend it enough! I went in for just a 6 month follow up appt and had sudden severe abdominal pain while there— ended up admitted and a CT scan showed a small bowel obstruction. By the evening I was in the ICU and had emergency surgery with 30cm of necrotic bowel removed. I spent 9 days in the hospital with excellent care in a private room. I am a former surgery scheduler and medical assistant in the USA, and the quality of care is the same if not better— no staff shortages here! All doctors and RNs speak English and even the nursing support staff attempt to speak some English—much better than my very limited Thai language skills. I am now over a month from discharge and healing well with no issues at all. Really happy with my care at Sukhumvit Hospital, they saved my life! Prices were always given for tests and procedures beforehand, a little surprising coming from America, but always good to know. Compliments also to my Thai AIA health insurance policy that paid for all but $520usd of my inpatient hospitalization bill!

I m foreigner, they always have someone taking car me very well and speak English, very good service and dentist (so fast) no appointments and good doctors.

Visit several times for the dentist and outpatient, the price is reasonable and service is quite efficient. Facilities with food court and 7-11. Pretty good hospital, just need to call and check your doctor appointment before you go.

Terrible phone service. It took me more than 45 minutes for the first person to speak on the phone, adding up to more than 5 calls (as several dropped) and a lot of time listening to "little music". Whatsapp service is also non-existent. It is very difficult to have information about recovering patients, regrettable.

Lack of empathy with patients on the part of reception. We arrived at 4pm, as my husband had a procedure scheduled for 6pm, and according to the instructions received in advance via WhatsApp, we would have to be at the hospital 2 hours before the time given by the doctor to carry out the administrative procedures, the time being documented by the surgeon at 6pm. An attendant asked to wait, as they would call by name. At 6:05 pm we went to question the delay in being seen, and were informed that the surgery was scheduled for 9 pm and that it was not a priority. Therefore, my first experience at the hospital was unpleasant until they showed no interest or concern for the time we were waiting. I cannot direct the complaint to the attendant in question as they do not have identification on their uniform.

Night nurse Robson, totally unprepared, passed, my wife underwent a procedure in this hospital and was very poorly treated by this professional, even he and nurse Renata were just making fun and laughing at my wife. Total disregard. I would never recommend this rubbish.

We're here now and we've had a wonderful experience. Remember with all these negative reviews that you're more likely to leave a review if you're upset, and less likely to leave a nice review if you're satisfied, like this one. We're foreigners on vacation here. We were treated fairly and promptly. We were able to speak English to two staff members during our time here. I guess I won't go into our personal medical records, but expect to pay around $50 USD (September 2022) for your initial consultation. The prices have been fair and reasonable. The staff was kind and helpful. Everyone did their best to make us comfortable and helped us understand what was going on.

Like any overcrowded and messy public hospital, just a bit cleaner and better equipped. Fair enough if you go private or thru a third party insurance. Sign in the Hospital's insurance system at your own peril, a shameful scam they call Health Plan (Plan de Salud). Mind the difference, it could cost your life

The pharmacy is the most annoying place in Aga Khan hospital, you have so many counters which actually are doing nothing or no work. I hope you can improve on the rate of service in the pharmacy especially for out patients. Thank you

Parking.. Hectic Reception takes over an hour to just register and pay. Then waiting for triage is another headache. The only smooth part is being at the Doctor's office. Which takes WAAAY less time than everywhere else btw. Then the pharmacy is the absolute ghetto to say the least. That system is definitely NOT WORKING. Only reason I come back is because the Doctors are amazing. The 3 star is solely for the Doctors. If you're planning to go there, just clear your calendar for the day.

This used to be a very great patient-centered hospital. Today the hospital has joined the bandwagon of substandard business healthcare providers. Why? 1. Why is the hospital charging fresh consultation on lab results review and medication? 2. How can you wait in line for over one hour for billing when you are barely 3 people online?
