The hospital has costa coffee shop and other food shops, the food is very hygienic and it's freshly prepared. Remember it's not cheap tho it's best. Everything was nice I am really impressed with the looks and other things about the hospital Every room has airconditioner and tv. The service is magnificent, the doctors are amazing. Brilliant hospitality If you have money and need good hospitality this is the spot . The hospital has huge parking everything is organised. Wheelchair entrance and parking is also available. But very costly food and other item No discount on medicines 😕 Doctor fee and charges of rooms are very high.

Very neat place. We went there to donate blood and the management was good that we don't have to wait for too long. Quite expensive though but is a good hospital.

One of the leading Top Most Hospital in India. All the major facilities are available. None of the disease is not curable here. Only the issue is that Charges are not affordable by a average Indians. Central Govt should make a capping on charges. Else make these kind of hospital in every state capital. Indian population is growing like anything and we are still very slow in medicine industry

One of the best hospital in town, with a wide array of speciality doctors and well equipped ICU. Rooms are clean n hygienic, nursing staff and security personnel are very courteous and helpful. Although its lacking few things in hospitality and facilities to attendants n visitors. Such as - 1. More sitting space in waiting/reception area is required. 2. Central AC or proper ventilation in lobby areas of all floors 3. ICU waiting area or lounge has just 12 beds for attendants of 40+ ICU patients, which is not at all sufficient. 4. Attendants have no place to sleep except floor area 5. 2 ACs and no ventilation in Super high ceiling of ICU lounge makes it suffocating with so many people. 6. House-keeping staff is not upto the mark. Rest all is fine. Ignoring these things, it’s one of the top medical facility provider of the town. N highly recommended.

Staff is good, but very expensive medicine prescribed by the doctor and medicine are unique and available only shop exist in hospital only & on print rate without any discount, after discharge every visit is chargable basis, they have looted. Mediclaim staff is worst and non supportable, they charged hudge amount if you have any mediclaim plan, rest all ok.

Omg! After living in CZ as English speaker for almost 3 years, I finally found the best hospital here. I was here mostly at the cardiology department. Most of the nurses can speak English. Even if they are not, they still try to communicate with you. And ofc, all doctor can speak English. All of them are so patient, nice, and friendly. I was super surprise that I had some chitchat with some nurses during the waiting times. The waiting time is logically make sense. I can simply say, they love their jobs. I can’t recommend anywhere else rather than here :) Best one 😊

I went to the hospital’s emergency during the night just before Good Friday, after having a terrible food poison. The team helped me a lot! After my horrendous experiences in Brno's hospitals, this came as a goldmine. I was hospitalized due to gas leak in my apartment, so they gave me oxygen and there were some other procedures. The doctor spoke English well, the nurses did not speak very well but tried their best. They were very nice, smiling, helpful. I am forever thankful

I’d compromised my wrist month ago and it got worse when I fell down few days ago playing football and went to the hospital “Pod Marjankou” got served there made an X-Ray and there I’ve been told to go to the “Nemocnice Motol”, I thought the doctor said I need to go to any emergency to make a surgery. And decided to go the this “hospital” – surgery department building A8 and there I met the nurse that told that even I’ve been sent to another hospital they can paste my paste wrist back. Eventually, after 5 minutes analysing my X-Ray snapshot results they invite me in and told that finally I ned to go to another hospital. I’m okay if the explain me they policy or bureaucracy but instead, they were rudely yelling at me, that I didn’t need to go the hospital a whole month so I can tolerate another 3 days, because today they cannot fix my worrit wrist. These doctors are amoral, incompetent. They given an gippocratic oath that they didn’t fulfilled. They are just shame of Czech medicine.

Dr.Nataraj K S is Fantastic during my entire AML treatment. He is so much loving ,caring and supportive doctor one can ever come across in life.Had amazing experience in BMT ward.. I got stem cell transplanted on 15.11.2023 and discharged on Day 17. All the BMT ward nurses and staff are quite knowledgeable and very caring towards patients. You guys truly deserve my respect.

Treatment serviceat HCG is very special, excellent. Courtesy, hospitality of each staff, specifically nurses are remarkable. I came for treatment under Dr Nataraj, MD and he is a wonderful Dr. By his physical presence and a smile, enquiring about welfare half the disease is cured. It's beyond words , rather finding suitable words to express my feelings..simply a great hospital with a big future. Once you take treatment you will never go to any other hospital. Had a very pleasant experience at CVSKL. I was unsure about certain things regarding my appointment but Sharon Heng of Dr John Chan’s clinic was able to assist. And although she was on leave, she took the trouble to call me to explain further and followed up the next day. Sharon is a gem. Dr John Chan is very lucky to have someone like her working for him.

In July, my husband experienced chest pain, prompting us to rush to CVSKL Malaysia's emergency department. Right from the start, we were impressed by the care and attention we received. The ED doctor was not just professional but also incredibly attentive. They quickly conducted an ECG and echocardiogram, leading to my husband's admission. The next morning, Dr. Al-Fazir performed an angiogram for further diagnosis. In the following month, my husband underwent complex stenting, once again expertly handled by Dr. Al-Fazir. His expertise and transparency instilled great confidence in us. In my opinion, Dr. Al-Fazir is an extraordinary expert who goes above and beyond. He's straightforward and speaks the truth about complex stenting, never sugarcoating anything. We truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. Despite his busy schedule, Dr. Al-Fazir made it a point to meet with us every day, and his positivity and genuine concern for our well-being were incredibly reassuring. Nurse Nor and Nurse Sylvester were our heroes. Their dedication and compassion were incredible. They went the extra mile to ensure my husband's comfort and well-being, making a significant difference during his recovery. Despite a few minor hiccups, the entire CVSKL team, from medical professionals to administrative staff, ensured we were well taken care of. Our heartfelt thanks go to Puan Zehan and Puan Syima for their assistance in addressing our needs. Their bed was comfortable compared to other 2 big named hospitals. Had abit of difficulties in communication due to some nurse can't speak English. But I will definitely chose here again. Plus they offer menu to chose for every meal.

It's my first time to have health screening at their branch! I can say that their service is superb! The nurses are nice, the doctor is helpful, the staffs are polite! My mother in law was admitted in fortis hospital on18 nov 23. In ICU. On 23 nov Dr told to shift to room. Icu dept informed us that they will shift within three hours. So we waited out side ICU. But they shifted him on 24 evening. In these 36 hours we were only listening they will shift with two hours like this. In the room they were serving lunch at 3 pm. The patient was diabitic and old but they were serving not before 3 pm. Thinking fortis should improve the services.

Have been coming here for one year plus for various reasons but I absolutely dread it every time since I would end up waiting for over an hour just to meet my doctor for 5 minutes and then the payment would take over an hour after that. Recently it has gotten so much worse. Doctor asked me to do an MRI for my ankle and they told me to be there an hour early. In the end, I had to wait for over an hour just to be transported to the MRI center. The person at the registration counter at the MRI center was really rude and gave me judgemental looks too. I was then asked to make a follow up appointment to review the MRI scan with my doctor. I tried to make an appointment online through their system but didn't get a response from them then they suddenly called me on the day itself and asked "are you coming for your appointment right now?" when I wasn't notified that my appointment is confirmed so I couldn't make it. I tried making an appointment online again, but didn't get a response through email or call. I tried calling them but was put on hold for over 15 minutes and when I finally got to talk to someone, the call got disconnected.

Was given appointment at 4pm but waited till 8pm. When ask, nurse give a very stupid excuse 'first come first basis'. If first come first basic then WHY GIVE TIME AND ASK NOT TO BE LATE???? This is ridiculous! So call private hospital but system sucks!!!! Is worse than government hospital. So many bad reviews with regards to waiting time, nurse rude and yet no improvement. Respond to review was 'cut and paste'. The management, please look into it seriously!

I m very disappointed with the system of client appointment at this hospital. Totally waste of time! 3 times was here, and all times I spent 2 -3 hrs!!! Where doctor see me only for 3-5 min. So much time takes to register, then to wait the appointment (initially the appointment was fixed, but always have to wait). And then to wait to pay for appointment. Second time the doctor was very rude when I asked him about my problem. Then he says “why I have to repeat so many times to you to understand..”. I was really trying to understand that I need that surgery he was suggesting me.

I have been asking for my medical report that supposed to share via email last week. It's been 3 weeks since I have visited the gynae there and already called thrice to check the report status but no proper response from the clinic. Every time the answer is doctor is reviewing the report and we will call you by TODAy!!! But it never happened until today. Very disappointed with the service.

I am a stroke patient here since August 2023 and I have been doing my physio treatment at Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre, Klang. I am under the care of Ms Sharynn. Waiting time for the insurance is very long, response from doctor to insurance is too slow, very poor management, you have to wait very long time to get response from the team, I experienced this at Diabetic centre. Similarly experience I faced in the past while my daughter was admitted in August as she is type 1 diabetic, hospital Insurance team is not responsive, they need to update their system fast, as I my insurance send me screen shot on approvals time, still nurses make us wait as they are waiting for response from in-house insurance team. I would like to address CEO of the Hospital, please do something to bring the same quality as it was before as this was one of the best hospital & now in my eyes it is worst with poor service, poor management

Takes too much time for medicine. I have been noticing employees actions and body language are too slow. I had to wait for 20 plus mins to collect my medicines which is not the case in other hospitals. This is 2nd time I had faced this problem. I had used their ophthalmology department on 1st floor.

They lost their valuable client. I delivered my baby here and everything was great. But today it was really a terrible experience. We came for circumcission. All it took doctor 5 mins to tell us you have to come next week and they wanted to charge us for that. The funny thing is this is not the first time they tried to over charge. I really request the management that there should be transparency in your system. We have paid over 10k aed paying another 250 bucks is not a big deal, but it’s about being fair and putting the client at first place. Lastly every-time whenever we came with appointments even, management takes extra one hour at-least. This is another issue to be solved. As time is money and you may lose both. Rak hospital is very good overall but some things will really annoyed you and that is why this could be my last visit to this 🏥

Was coming here since 7 years but the service now keeps coming down. Doctors keeps changing . Just coming here for Dr Rekha as she is the best otherwise long waiting for everything. Taking insurance approval takes at least two hours. From opening the file to taking the insurance and getting the medicine takes ages. They should work on this and give relief to people and work on customer service as counter staffs are rude. Worse insurance department you can waste whole day here.

My sister’s appointment is at 4.15 pm with the pediatric doctor and I reached the hospital and specifically the registration desk at about 3.45 pm. The area was crowded as there were 2 angry employees assigned to register patients from 5 different sections and the queue system was not working so just imagine that the same staff who are registering the patients are making manual tokens and giving them to the patients. However, I finished with the registration at 4.30 !! So I spent about 45 minutes only to register. I went to the pediatric section but the doctor was busy talking on the phone 😂 the situation is completely messy in this hospital. if you are a person who respects the time please don't come here. put honestly Dr. Ahmed Tawfiq is a very professional and respectful doctor. So two stars for the Dr only the hospital does not deserve stars

Doctors are awesome, one of the best in Mumbai. Service is pathetic !!! You go on pressing the call button for hours and no nurse comes in, highly miss managed, you will be going around without any help from here to there (as if it’s a govt hospital) and many such negative things … But again - doctors are really really great here!!!
