I am very grateful to the staff for providing an immaculate service, and going above and beyond in making me feel as welcome as I could be. A very special thank you to Enesa Altun who guided me throughout my whole stay, as well as to Dr. Didem Altay Gazi for her devotion and professionalism, and a final thank you to Aynur Albayrak for reaching out and making this visit possible. As a docotr myself I cherish their professionalism and the care they provide to their patients.

Its like a 5 star hotel but Unfortunately, especially pediatric department pediatricians and nurses require further training to comprehend patient psychology. After all, patients pay significant amounts of money for their services.

This hospital it’s nice, but the political rules are verry bath! If you are Iranian or from Azarbaijan than you pay the same price as for the Turkish people. If you are from anather country than you pay the triple. This is rasict hospital. I don’t advice for the people to come to this hospital. And give this hospital advice tho change him racisim rules for the people.

Terrible phone service. It took me more than 45 minutes for the first person to speak on the phone, adding up to more than 5 calls (as several dropped) and a lot of time listening to "little music". Whatsapp service is also non-existent. It is very difficult to have information about recovering patients, regrettable.

Lack of empathy with patients on the part of reception. We arrived at 4pm, as my husband had a procedure scheduled for 6pm, and according to the instructions received in advance via WhatsApp, we would have to be at the hospital 2 hours before the time given by the doctor to carry out the administrative procedures, the time being documented by the surgeon at 6pm. An attendant asked to wait, as they would call by name. At 6:05 pm we went to question the delay in being seen, and were informed that the surgery was scheduled for 9 pm and that it was not a priority. Therefore, my first experience at the hospital was unpleasant until they showed no interest or concern for the time we were waiting. I cannot direct the complaint to the attendant in question as they do not have identification on their uniform.

Night nurse Robson, totally unprepared, passed, my wife underwent a procedure in this hospital and was very poorly treated by this professional, even he and nurse Renata were just making fun and laughing at my wife. Total disregard. I would never recommend this rubbish.

My son was treated here for a fractured arm. Dr Burstev did an incredible job both with the surgery and immaculately neat stitches, as with the care and attention given during follow-up appointments. Nurses and other staff also showed great attention and we really couldn't ask for more. Grateful.

the inpatient experience was wonderful, the doctor is very professional, and nice to us, the service was great, the food was amazing, and we feel that everyone took good care of us. we had such a experience in this Foshan hospital, and highly recommend it.

A true nightmare. We almost lost our daughter because of this place, which resulted in a few months NICU in a different hospital.

The canteen closed to soon, we were so thirsty and we wanted to buy drinks buy the staff didnt want to sell us any drinks since she just closed at 16:30 pm.. why are u so lazy?

The outdoor COVID 19 testing facility is fantastic. Pre-register and pay in advance, and you can walk up, check-in and proceed directly to testing with a QR code. The testing is super fast with efficient, merciless nasal swabbers. The easy to access results/reports are generated within a few hours and retrievable via the hospital's app. There is usually at least one staff member outside ensuring everyone in line is (i) observing social distancing, and (ii) properly scheduled and checked in with a QR code ready before getting to the testing window.

I had an excellent experience at St Vincent's. During admission and discharge the Admin staff were friendly and efficient. The nursing staff were very professional and made me feel comfortable both prior to and post-surgery. Physios didn't make me feel like I had to overdo exercises post-surgery and the room service means of ordering meals is a great idea. And the food was good. Overall, great experience.

Hospital was so clean, smells so good everywhere you go! Room service was the bestest! Food was fantastic! Staying there was like staying at a hotel! Friendly and very accomodating staff members!

I had my very first planned Surgery at St vincent private hospital Werribee, very clean, calm environment. Starting from admission to post surgery care and till you go home, everything is excellent, the staff - I was with Dr Adam Boyt and team, Anaesthetists - Peter and support staff, Ema make you feel relaxed. Post surgery when I was in recovery room, remember somehow person waking me up and taking at-most care - I believe he is John or Ron my apologies for the name. After moving to my own specious private room Francies and Liam took very good care of me. At any moment they were ready to help you for anything. Super-delayed patient care, I don't want to imagine where a calamity happens and more than 30 people arrive, they will die here, I have a pain in my stomach since 4 in the morning, diarrhea, vomiting, fever and chills, I arrived at 3:00 pm and it's 6:00 pm and they don't attend to me, I have to writhe in pain to be attended to.

God bless every health worker in this hospital, those in surveillance, those in cleaning, those in the nutrition department, and especially the ophthalmological doctors, the retinologist, and resident doctors, and Yenny at the reception. And social work. Excellent service, in care and procedures, hospital, and control. Thank you very much for the great service you provided us on the two occasions we came. Thanks to the timely intervention they gave my mom, she is doing very well. We didn't do well in the children's cardio, nor in the clinic at the national university. Good hospital services

Ski Accident, got here directly by helicópter. I leave few days after very happy and satisfied. I never felt alone, even my family was 300 km away. High profesionals , motivated and open to support on anything that may help. Infrastructure is new and clean. Many thanks!!

I would like to write a letter of gratitude to the all staff of the clinic, especially Dr. Peter-Michael Krieger. During the restriction of COVID, I wasn’t able to say big thank you to everybody at the hospital. My mother had an operation in this hospital in August 2022. She has problem with her arteries of the legs. Everything was done at an excellent level before the operation during and after. My mother is shocked by such a caring service. Highest level and professionals. Once again many thanks to all your team who were involved in helping my mother.

I broke my leg snowboarding and was hospitalized here. The team knew exactly what they needed to do, very experienced, efficient and professional. I cannot imagine there being a better service than this. Very grateful to the people who work here.

Bad bad. The treatment is derogatory towards low-income people. If you want to receive good treatment, dress well and show that you are of good economic standing. And if the patients are "eps" things get worse.

Good attention

Very poor attention from the staff in addition to giving the wrong diagnosis, worrying patients about illnesses that are not the case. I have had a very bad experience at this hospital.

The emergency service is relatively good, although they lack a lot of cleanliness in the waiting room, in the hallways and especially in the bathrooms of all emergency facilities, billing is too slow but I rate the medical laboratory and nursing service as efficient and professional.

Bad service, I've been trying to get in touch for two days to request an appointment but no one responds, they just listen to a recording. Please gentlemen, more human quality and user service. Do not enter phone numbers if they are never going to answer. I am at the hospital waiting to make an appointment, but the person attending has preference with friends. It's been an hour and it has only served 3 people with assigned shifts. It's a shame that the tension is under democracy

Great people ,great profesionalism, all my respect !

This hospital was a huge letdown. My aunty had a major brain surgery here on September 13th, but things went downhill from there. She was moved to a normal ward after 24hrs. They completely failed on monitoring her reoccurring symptoms like vomiting and headache on September 16th. Sadly, my aunty passed away due to their poor care. The doctors and nurses were absolutely useless and couldn't even figure out what went wrong. Plus, the staff wasn't polite at all. It's just really disappointing!

A wonderful hospital and a wonderful medical staff, nice and smiling, and they have the best doctors. Their services are great and I felt like I was in a hotel.

From the first minute of your stay, there is no trust that they are helping you! All they need is to get into your wallet! The chiropractor on the next street is more helpful than this staff! A broken finger, they just bandaged it and let it go barefoot!! Without providing shoe covers! They don't have shoe covers!!! For the entrance-70man Doctor's examination-50man X-ray (although I gave them a snapshot of the fracture) -50 man 170 man for what ??? For bandaging ??? For such medical service?? 😡😡😡💔

Highly skilled and professional doctors and staff . They are very approachable. Hospital premises are well maintained. Seamless internal procedures help to avoid delays. The insurance department and billing section is very helpful in expediting the process . Would like to make a special mention of Samad Shaikh from insurance department for excellent service making the billing process hassle free for us.

The experience was truly excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, and the facilities were top-notch. I must give special recognition to Samad and insurance team, who made the claim process and document submission incredibly smooth for me.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

As a person with general insurance, I was in the clinic for a catheter ablation. Was treated very friendly and competently from the moment I was received until I was discharged yesterday. All the employees were always very friendly and well-positioned. Many thanks to everyone. And if I don't like to say it, I really liked it, but hopefully it was the first and last time :) But if it is necessary, this is the clinic where I would like to be treated.

The emergency center at the Hirslanden Clinic Aarau impressed us. When we arrived at 5am we were immediately taken to a room and the emergency team was extremely friendly and accommodating. Compared to the KSA Aarau emergency, there was a world of difference. We were very satisfied with the immediate help and targeted treatment. We would like to thank the emergency team and will certainly give them a gift basket. Thank you for your excellent work, keep it up!

If you have an emergency situation, you really get looked after very well here. Excellent team at all levels, from ambulance crew onwards.

Amazing hospital - had my first big operation and prolonged hospital stay there and every single member of the staff was wonderful, especially the nurses. I very much appreciate their kindness and care during this stressful time! From the ER, to the MRI and orthopedic team to the operating table - every single person involved was highly competent, professional and empathetic. A big thank-you to all. I have to complain about the food, which was truly awful. Everything tasted of salt and wasn’t good at all. The kitchen was not flexible and I could not order from the menu unless I did so the day or many hours before. Good and healthy food is an important part of recovery and for a private Swiss hospital, what I was served was unacceptable. I am still giving the hospital 5 stars, because the medical care is exceptional and that is the most important thing when facing a health obstacle.

Helpful,polite, professional. Nurses and doctors are reassuring, humane. Believe it or not they even stand up for patients if one of their colleagues is being dysfunctional. You don't need to fight for your basic rights in this hospital. Thank you to the team!

I write this review in order to soften someone's experience of giving birth. Try to avoid Delphine as an assisting nurse while the birth. I understand the whole physical process itself is far from pleasant. There are manipulations which should be done by the nurse regardless the pain I get all that. But she was very brutal, unpolite communication wise as well. She also tried to laugh at me while I had to push. Happily my doctor cut her on it. Delphine, remember the name and try to avoid.

Clearly, one of the best private cliniques in Geneva with state of the art technologies, highly trained doctors and above all, tailored services to your needs especially when it comes to all extra amenities such as catering, accommodation, concierge and etceteras.

In 2021 I have give birth in this hospital. I had a horrible and traumatic experience, the staff member were not professional at all, lack of communication, 0 empathy, after 2 years I am still recovering because the experience was so traumatic. I ended with emergency C-section and total anestesy, the midwife was not comunicating with me, telling me what she is doing, nurses were always having bad attitude when I was saying I am in pain, they were like: other patients are also in pain! Also no lactation consultat was available, even though when we discussed on the phone they lied that the consultant was there. No help with lactation, because of them my baby starved for 2 day, I didn't knew how to latch and received 0 help. Basic help was not provided, my husband was helping me changing the sheets when it was too much blood, also my husband was changind the baby and everything else. When the nurse was coming they were bothered that we are disturbing them. If you have another option for giving birth, please Don,t choose this hospital. Not sure if I had this experience because I am an expat and I don't speak English, but anyhow I still have nightmares and treating the ptsd, not that they even cared to check-up on me or provide any help postpartum, so I was on my own.

Make an appointment, it's simple... the specialist never arrived, they send you a message to ensure punctuality out of respect for the doctor's time but they do not respect yours, they left me waiting for about 30 minutes, they charge the consultation at $1500, not cheap for the service. a private clinic, anyway, thank you!

I am an American on an extended vacation here in Mexico City and I saw Dr Luis Villalobos Perez. Hands down he was the best doctor I have ever seen in my fifty years of life. He truly took time to discuss my health problem and my history and he gave me a thorough physical exam, I feel like I have not had an actual physical exam since I was in high school. It is such a blessing to have found Mediland! Great staff, clean and modern facility in a beautiful neighborhood Don’t hesitate to go here if you are sick!
