The people in this hospital were extremely kind and helpful. The hospital is clean, nice and professional. They took good care of my daughter who was in a life threatening condition during our vacation.

Highly corrupted. A patient who can't be taken care at home, because of really bad conditions which needs healthcare specialists and a proper environment with all the tools available to keep them alive, was refused to be admitted here because he was sick with cancer and they said "we can't take care of him here, just a serum and he can get out". The patient of course needed to stay there until everything was resolved. It was weekend, and Oncology Emergency does not work on weekends so they told us to keep him alive at home. We are not professionals doctors/nurseries, we have no specialised environment in home to take care of a person in such conditions and of course the idea was absurd. After asking around, snitching in, they asked us to pay and corrupt some people so we can get him admitted in this Mother Teresa Hospital emergency. After few days our family member died, but the way we had to say goodbye to him was very degraded. We had to pay to keep the nurseries around for him, to keep the cleaners around, to enter and say something to him every now and then, to get the doctor to check him every now and then. And we slept few nights outside in the cold, in turns, because there is no normal way to support such patients in such a structure. Overall I thought to share our story, maybe I have made some mistakes in my writing due to emotions, but this is the reality in this place. And it has not changed! HIghly corrupted, no one cares unless you pay them and still you get worst quality treatments ever!

This place is corrupted, as most of the public health structures in Albania. The doctors refuse to see the patient unles you give them some pocket money. People need to go up and down for days to get a medics appointment and at the said day they ask you to go and run some tests at the private hospitals/clinics with which the doctors are connected to. (no prior indications on what tests the patient needs to present to the doctor). They even say it to your face, unles you run the tests where they say, they won't accept you as a patient. This country is going down and those who work in the medicine are becoming even more SHAMELESS! Looks like they took the HYPOCRITE oath instead of Hippocratic one.

Emergency on sunday morning, professional servis, all in one place, x-rays, ultrasonic, labs, all pretty fast, nice nurses. Do not use nearest first toilet at ground floor, use the other one, check out the paper, otherwise... In general, best solution, if you need a help urgently.

I want to thank all the staff of the ENT Clinic, the inpatient department, from the doctors to the support staff. Their professionalism, care, empathy and human approach made my stay at the clinic after surgery very, very easy. Special thanks to Doc. To Čalkovská and all the nurses, for whom I was not just "another piece" that they had to take care of. Here they change the term "must" to "want", because they care about each and every one of them. Good day, on 11/14/2023, I underwent a prostate biopsy at department 8/3 in Martin. I can't help but write this review for such a super professional approach of all involved. It started already at the reception, the nurse was incredibly empathetic. It's a shame that I don't know her name, she would definitely be named. Also, big thanks to all the nurses, especially one, I think they called her Deniska. Doctor Kliment topka, golden person. Oh and I can't forget the anesthesia ladies, I wanted to thank them right away but I couldn't speak....thank you in addition, you were great! And what to write at the end? Mr. Director, you have such a great staff.

Hello, my son was operated on 3 years ago at the Martin University Hospital, Department of Surgery. We had a personal interview with Mudr. Adamik - surgeon. A doctor with a high level of professional education. Just a top. Now 3.11.2023 again after 3 years we contacted him again. He was extremely willing and accessible. He planned an operation that is difficult and is only performed in Martin and Prešov. The disease is called Hydradentis suppurativa. Since Martin is closer to us, i.e. 300 km from our place of residence, we chose this hospital again. If you suffer from such a disease, I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately I've had to visit this hospital 5 times in the last few years for different type of emergencies for my self of for my loved ones. In every single one of them my experience was terrible: the doctors and staff seem annoyed that you go to them asking for help on an emergency. They are rude, angry, slow, and in many cases clueless on how to help and definitelly indifferent to your pain and need of urgent assistance. No human touch at all. That is, when there were doctors available, some times there were not even there when they were supposed to be. Additionally, if you are a foreigner and don't speak the language they'll definitelly won't make an effort to understand you.

I visited the hospital twice! Dr. Aikaterini Sikoudi treated me very well! She is always very professional and she understands every customer’s needs.

I came here after my GP sent me here with a very nasty swelling of the ear, I was admitted urgently and was provided with excellent care. I thank Dr. Aikaterina Sykoudi for her very professional and above all human approach, which showed that even such an unpleasant situation can be handled very sensitively.

We turned to cardiologist Tselikova - she helped as if she were a relative - sympathetically, attentively, professionally at all stages. It is a rare feeling that every patient is extremely important. She involved other specialists, and Yu Govorova won her over with her rigor and responsible attention. Thanks to them and Hadassah! 🙏

I thank Kmet Viktor Igorevich for the delicately performed FEGDS procedure. I was afraid of endoscopy, did not want to swallow the endoscope, but the doctor paid extra attention to the preparation, taught me how to breathe correctly during the study, so I calmly agreed and followed all the doctor's instructions. During FEGDS, Viktor Igorevich distracted me, told me about what he saw. It really got me distracted. Thank you for the delicacy, tact, care and attention!

I operated on my mother at Hadassah in Skolkovo. All at the highest level! They diagnosed me in one day, scheduled surgery the next day, and discharged the next day. Everything is clear, you know the treatment plan and all upcoming expenses in advance. Very comfortably! The rooms are comfortable, like in a hotel. Beauty is all around. A person does not feel like he is in a hospital, which means he recovers faster. Many thanks to the team of doctors! True professionals and wonderful people. God forbid you get here! No one cares at all about your condition and illness. I came for a planned hospitalization on 04/20/23 and was told to come at 7:30, but as a result, no one was there until 8:00. Then they started driving from building to building, but I didn’t come for a walk - to remove 2 tumors in my chest! I don’t think it’s worth talking about how difficult it was for me to run here and there. The doctor said that the operation would be at 11 and finally I was escorted to the department, by that time it was already 10.00 in an hour the operation. I already thought that it was all over, but no, it turns out they were not satisfied with the ECG and the doctor’s report from another hospital, and an HOUR before the operation they took me to building 3 to the general clinic, supposedly they would admit me without a queue. Naturally, I didn’t fall for anyone there. After sitting for 45 minutes in a senseless wait, I decided that under no circumstances would I return here and it would be better to take out a loan for a paid operation in a normal place! How can you be so indifferent?!! People come for last minute help, but all the staff don’t care, even if you die right there in the corridor! If possible, I advise you to go to paid clinics, because here it becomes even more scary for your life!

Of all the buildings, the RKOD Medical Diagnostic Center, building 2, has the most “mean people”, arrogant nurses, security guards, and at the reception. Be kind, people don’t come here for entertainment, a circus or to sing songs. People are scared, after operations, in a depressed state. It is this building that stands out for its staff.

Many thanks to Georgiy Tarielovich Basiashvili and the entire urology department for their professionalism, kindness, and sensitive attitude. We were simply amazed by the warm atmosphere that reigned around. We thank the head of the department, Marat Magomedovich, and the senior nurse, Svetlana Petrovna, for organizing the work of their department in such a way that every patient feels comfortable. A real life saver!

I went there twice to get some treatment. Both of my problems were solved as quickly as possible and never bothered me again. Very professional staff. Not sure if they all speak good English, since I spoke Czech but they were trying hard to understand me, a foreigner.
