My dad was admitted to this hospital for a heart problem. He was treated as professionally and quickly as possible to resolve his situation. Just thank the medical staff, all very kind.

This week my 7 years old daughter had a surgery (pacemaker) and all went well, despite we are not Hungarians but from Ukraine, we had the best treatment here. Everybody here is very professional, very kind and nice people. Wish you all the best, keep doing amazing work

People, don't go to her. There are many good doctors at the institute. Guard your hearts. Doctors like her should not work anywhere!

Judging by the comments, the doctors are good, the support staff is bad. I am interested in the financial component: we were told the price of the transaction was UAH 145,000 (three stands). Two years ago, judging by the comments, two stands cost 15,000 UAH. Who in general calculates the cost of services in the clinic? I want everything to be transparent and honest and we receive checks, statements for the procedures provided, which I have to officially pay, and not "put in the doctor's bedside table". Where can I find out the prices for the services of the Heart Institute?

Dear people…..this is a death factory. They just buried my father. Half a million was left for treatment. 200 thousand valve replacement and 40 days of intensive care. The man came for the examination himself, but as they say, no one wants to lose their money. But that's not even the point. The fact that no one returned the money is understandable. But on the 7th floor there is an intra-hospital infection that kills all patients. People undergo complex operations, and then everyone develops sepsis, all organs become infected, and the patients die. They were burying my father, the wife of my roommate called and he had also died. Therefore, look for another place for treatment, but not on the 7th floor. But since the intensive care unit is on another floor, the entire hospital needs to be closed and treated for infection, but who wants to lose their money.....

They saved my live and I will owe them for the rest of my life.!!

Paid children's department of the polyclinic (regular examination). Everything is as in the best traditions of the USSR. You must make an appointment no later than a month in advance. In this case, the queues are 3-4 hours long. Children are asked to eat and drink. Water can be found by going downstairs to the cooler. The dining room is only for patients and staff, in 20 minutes around the building there is no food at all (standing in the middle of the forest). And the specialists seem to be good, only new every year.!!

I am grateful to God for the existence of this hospital and the OLG department. Very talented doctors work here, doctors from God! Yes, it is not possible to do everything right the first time, it is difficult to collect all the documents, but it is worth it. There are certainly queues, but not huge ones. Here you can conduct various studies. It is possible for OMS, or for a fee. They are trying to help people here. Thanks for this!!!

I came to the cardio center in August 23 for a blocked iliac artery problem, now I feel like I've been to Lourdes. The kindness of all the medical staff is exemplary. Thank you all for your professionalism.👌👍

I brought my six year old daughter yesterday who was complaining of having heart throbs, it was the first time that I came to the cardiothoracic center of Monaco, and it is really the best hospital center that I have made of all my life, whether in terms of speed, to take care of my daughter, the staff of incredible patience and kindness, the center and impeccable cleanliness, I thank you again. I spent four days at the institution due to a minor operation. The care, attention, empathy, and understanding provided by the doctors and nurses are indescribable. They treat me with patience and the utmost expertise. I owe nothing but gratitude! The cleanliness of the rooms is also first class. Thank you.

I was "lucky" to spend a few days in the Head and Neck Department due to a minor operation. It was like I was at the Black Forest Clinic. Unbelievable cleanliness, they walked around every day with almost white gloves to see if everything was in order even in the most hidden places (of course there was cleaning every day) bed linen was removed every 3 days. Everyone is very kind and helpful. As soon as they come into contact with a person, they immediately introduce themselves, pay attention to everything, do it gently, and help. Air conditioning in the room, I've never heard of that before. Delicious and plentiful food (Balaton slices or cookies for an after-lunch snack:) Hot sweet and bitter tea in the corridor 24 hours a day, microwave, book, so you can do it that way, please. I can only congratulate and thank you for everything.

Hats off to the institute workers (my colleagues), who work tirelessly every day for the patients and to improve their quality of life. I have been to a few state institutions as a worker and as a patient, and nowhere have I experienced such humanity from either side. Today, I would like to give special thanks to the Department of Head and Neck Surgery of the Institute, especially Dr. to Márta Szalai, dr. To Edit Szívós and Krisztina Kovács, who did everything to help me get back on my feet and professionally treated an infection that did not belong here, which unfortunately could not be treated professionally in the other institution designated for this purpose. My dad had called the nurses on the buzzer 20 times they did not attend so he called me. I had to leave my apartment to come and see him so he could go to the toilet very unprofessional.

I made an appointment for surgery with general anesthesia in 16.30. I didn’t eat and drink for almost a day before the anesthesia. I called the clinic twice before the surgery to make sure everything was ok. When I arrived at the appointed time, my time had been moved to 11.30! Of course, the operation was canceled. Very unprofessional attitude towards patients.

Knee replacement was performed. The operation was painful and complicated.. I was very pleased. High specialists, masters of their craft. Just wizards. And what else I liked was the attitude of the staff. The team is united and attentive. thank you for everything

On July 20, 2023, an operation to replace the left knee joint was performed. The attention I received from reception to the consultant was first class. Timing was excellent and the whole experience was efficient and comfortable. This was reassuring as I was a little concerned about my investigations. I cannot praise the hospital highly enough on this occasion.

A big thank you to everyone involved in my care at the London Bridge Hospital. Cannot recommend the hospital enough! Mr. Ember and Tessa are always easy to talk to. Despite his busy schedule, I never felt that Mr. Ember was rushing in our appointments. So very patient in explaining every thing which made me feel 100% confident in him. The nurses were brilliant! RGN Bambhi (Abhi) Q. went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my admission. She has already finished her night shift when I arrived but she still went to my room, answered all my questions and made feel comfortable. She also made sure to check on me after discharge. RGN CJ looked after me, her bright personality is truly refreshing but stayed professional the whole time. She made sure I was well looked after before during and after my procedure. Additionally, RGNs Dana and Gladys, were also exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. The food was impressive! Catering staff were always so polite. Was kinda bummed that coffee was instant coffee(not a big deal tho). Overall, I am extremely grateful to the whole London Bridge team!

I was a day patient for a knee surgery. The hospital staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly, they are always there to help you and to answer questions. The food was good beside I was not able to eat it all (i had anesthetic side effects) and the facilities were immaculate! Thanks for making it such as smooth process.

Very clean hospital. Went for a colonoscopy today and everyone was very nice and helpful! Doctor Georgieva is very kind and understanding! The only downside is the long wait for the examination. The whole thing took 6 hours and the exam itself is 10 minutes. But still, I'd rather wait and be treated with kindness and respect!

Horrible experience. We are waiting 2 hours already for a simple 5 min surgery. I don't even know how much more it would be. Nobody tells you at least an estimation. Too bad for the good interior. Do not go there!!!!

Waiting times of more than 9 hours!! Cannot recommend going there if there is any other option. Absolutely understaffed. No air conditioning in the waiting room. The vending machine only takes coins, therefore big risk for dehydration. Haven’t had a worse experience in a hospital ever.

Being a tourist in Bologna and having to attend Pronto Soccorso was daunting, however my experience of the treatment I received was first class. Most of the staff spoke English at a level that I could understand what was happening regarding my treatment, from doctors to porters. I am very grateful for the medical care that was provided during a time of stress and pain.
