My dad was admitted to this hospital for a heart problem. He was treated as professionally and quickly as possible to resolve his situation. Just thank the medical staff, all very kind.

This week my 7 years old daughter had a surgery (pacemaker) and all went well, despite we are not Hungarians but from Ukraine, we had the best treatment here. I had an ablation with an overnight stay last week, from which I am making a good recovery. This clinic is is super clean, really well equipped and comfortable. The staff were all amazing which made such a difference to the whole experience. It was an anxious moment walking through the doors, but that soon melted away as I was looked after with such professionalism, kindness and empathy. I felt safe and well cared for. Thank you to all the staff who played a part in my care, from reception, to the cath lab staff, anaesthetist, the nursing staff and to my EP Dr. Haywood. You are doing an amazing job.

Judging by the comments, the doctors are good, the support staff is bad. I am interested in the financial component: we were told the price of the transaction was UAH 145,000 (three stands). Two years ago, judging by the comments, two stands cost 15,000 UAH. Who in general calculates the cost of services in the clinic? I want everything to be transparent and honest and we receive checks, statements for the procedures provided, which I have to officially pay, and not "put in the doctor's bedside table". Dear people…..this is a death factory. They just buried my father. Half a million was left for treatment. 200 thousand valve replacement and 40 days of intensive care. The man came for the examination himself, but as they say, no one wants to lose their money. But that's not even the point. The fact that no one returned the money is understandable. But on the 7th floor there is an intra-hospital infection that kills all patients. People undergo complex operations, and then everyone develops sepsis, all organs become infected, and the patients die. They were burying my father, the wife of my roommate called and he had also died. Therefore, look for another place for treatment, but not on the 7th floor. But since the intensive care unit is on another floor, the entire hospital needs to be closed and treated for infection, but who wants to lose their money.....

I especially wanted to thank the station E 1.2 Tuscany. The nurses and carers there were more than just perfect. I could write an endlessly long text here and still not have said thank you often enough!!! The best hospital in czech, Its kind of specific. I never heard about ikem before, but Its so cool. I love the islets projects, keep in mind to support it in the future.

Gross negligence. I brought my father here because he was having a hard time breathing. The "doctor" wouldn't even examine him, told him it sounded like Covid but said testing is a waste of time, and told us to "wait it out". How are you supposed to "wait out" not being able to breathe? What do people in Vienna do when they're experiencing a medical emergency? Simply drop dead? Embarrassing excuse for a doctor and hospital. Avoid at all costs.

I highly recommend this Hospital. I had an operation and needed to stay there for 2 nights. It was my first time in the hospital ever and I dont speak German so I was double worried. Turned out that all doctors, nurses and other staff are super nice and helpful. Almost all could speak English and even people who didnt still really try. I felt very comfortable during my whole stay and you prove the statement Gesundheit kommt von Herzen!

Mixed bag ... I was here 3 times, the first one for a consultation, the doctor was very nice and clearly explained everything and he said that I need to get a colonoscopy and an endoscopy to confirm my diagnostics and based on that I will get tailored medication. The two procedures were done without any problems (here I really recommend this hospital) by the same doctor. Again he did explained everything clearly. No for the bad part: Today after waiting 2 months to get another appointment to interpret my results and get the tailored treatment and diet suggestions and so on, I've got another doctor, which rushed everything, he did not give me any treatment or any diet suggestions as I expected... he was talking to the phone during the consultation, and he ASKED ME what medication do I take and how often and he quickly wrote me a recipe for that medication and that was it, 2 minutes and done ... no tailored treatment, no diet suggestions, no other explanations nothing! because of this the mixed bag... if you are lucky to get the good doctors, well your are lucky ... if not ... Anyway not recommended ...

I was very disappointed with the doctor, instead of curing me and solving my problems, he only referred me to treatments that I didn’t need at all. Thanks to the wasted time, my illness worsened. I am very sorry that I did not turn to specialists. I was booked in for a remote consultation where a doctor with 21 years of experience made a diagnosis and told me about the limitations. When asked what limitations I have, she didn’t even answer, saying that the diagnosis was not made accurately. People should not go to this clinic under any circumstances; they will make you worse instead of curing you.

I accidentally pinched my ring finger in a door, resulting in a subungual hematoma. I contacted a surgeon at this clinic. They did not postpone the operation to remove the nail; everything was done immediately on the day of treatment. The impression of service is positive!

Very nice modern building. On the ground floor there is a reception desk, paid services, a cloakroom, a cash desk, toilets, a pharmacy, a cafe, information kiosks from Belorusbank, Belpochta. Electronic queue. Comfortable corners for waiting and relaxing. Information stands with indication of specializations and layout of offices. There were no queues during the daytime. I was satisfied with the visit. Called according to appointment time. Gave professional advice and treatment. Received competent answers to all my questions. As for the prices for paid services - average.

The clinic was recommended to me in Israel. My mother has non-Hodgin lymphoma, non-GDC. We went to the clinic, already having the Israeli protocol in hand. I would like to note every assistance from the staff of this clinic, namely: Dr. Aronov in professional assistance on technical issues in the treatment of such a complex disease, dispatcher Anastasia for constant contact and sincere assistance on all issues, Vyacheslav for the timely delivery of medicines from Israel. It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

During the restriction of COVID, I wasn’t able to say big thank you to everybody at the hospital. My mother had an operation in this hospital in August 2022. She has problem with her arteries of the legs. Everything was done at an excellent level before the operation during and after. My mother is shocked by such a caring service. I broke my leg snowboarding and was hospitalized here. The team knew exactly what they needed to do, very experienced, efficient and professional. I cannot imagine there being a better service than this. Very grateful to the people who work here.

As a person with general insurance, I was in the clinic for a catheter ablation. Was treated very friendly and competently from the moment I was received until I was discharged yesterday. The emergency center at the Hirslanden Clinic Aarau impressed us. When we arrived at 5am we were immediately taken to a room and the emergency team was extremely friendly and accommodating. Compared to the KSA Aarau emergency, there was a world of difference. We were very satisfied with the immediate help and targeted treatment. Amazing hospital - had my first big operation and prolonged hospital stay there and every single member of the staff was wonderful, especially the nurses. I very much appreciate their kindness and care during this stressful time! From the ER, to the MRI and orthopedic team to the operating table - every single person involved was highly competent, professional and empathetic. A big thank-you to all. I have to complain about the food, which was truly awful. Everything tasted of salt and wasn’t good at all. The kitchen was not flexible and I could not order from the menu unless I did so the day or many hours before. Good and healthy food is an important part of recovery and for a private Swiss hospital, what I was served was unacceptable. I am still giving the hospital 5 stars, because the medical care is exceptional and that is the most important thing when facing a health obstacle.

I write this review in order to soften someone's experience of giving birth. Try to avoid Delphine as an assisting nurse while the birth. I understand the whole physical process itself is far from pleasant. There are manipulations which should be done by the nurse regardless the pain I get all that. But she was very brutal, unpolite communication wise as well. She also tried to laugh at me while I had to push. Happily my doctor cut her on it. Delphine, remember the name and try to avoid.

In 2021 I have give birth in this hospital. I had a horrible and traumatic experience, the staff member were not professional at all, lack of communication, 0 empathy, after 2 years I am still recovering because the experience was so traumatic. I ended with emergency C-section and total anestesy, the midwife was not comunicating with me, telling me what she is doing, nurses were always having bad attitude when I was saying I am in pain, they were like: other patients are also in pain! Also no lactation consultat was available, even though when we discussed on the phone they lied that the consultant was there. No help with lactation, because of them my baby starved for 2 day, I didn't knew how to latch and received 0 help. Basic help was not provided, my husband was helping me changing the sheets when it was too much blood, also my husband was changind the baby and everything else. When the nurse was coming they were bothered that we are disturbing them. If you have another option for giving birth, please Don,t choose this hospital. Not sure if I had this experience because I am an expat and I don't speak English, but anyhow I still have nightmares and treating the ptsd, not that they even cared to check-up on me or provide any help postpartum, so I was on my own.

They saved my live and I will owe them for the rest of my life.!!

Paid children's department of the polyclinic (regular examination). Everything is as in the best traditions of the USSR. You must make an appointment no later than a month in advance. In this case, the queues are 3-4 hours long. Children are asked to eat and drink. Water can be found by going downstairs to the cooler. The dining room is only for patients and staff, in 20 minutes around the building there is no food at all (standing in the middle of the forest). And the specialists seem to be good, only new every year.!!

I am grateful to God for the existence of this hospital and the OLG department. Very talented doctors work here, doctors from God! Yes, it is not possible to do everything right the first time, it is difficult to collect all the documents, but it is worth it. There are certainly queues, but not huge ones. Here you can conduct various studies. It is possible for OMS, or for a fee. They are trying to help people here. Thanks for this!!!

My partner had surgery in December (mitral valve prolapse) the surgery was decisive and the recovery was very fast. Within a month he was back to his usual life as if nothing had happened.
