Went in for an emergency filling and Julieta was friendly, professional, & patient with all of my questions!! From the moment of scheduling my appointment to arrival, the front staff was very helpful & kind (English language friendly!). Orthodontic service didn't quite meet my expectations. First of all, had to wait for 30 mins, although the appointment was arranged in advance. The consultation itself took 5-10 min. I had expected some kind of thorough analysis of my case and strategy or roadmap with detailed explanation how, why and how much it will cost. Sadly it didn't happened.

So good it can't be said I've been going for several years now and I'm still satisfied. I will continue to go for an annual inspection and cleaning! 😁

I just went for a free implant consultation. I can't imagine going to Medident for any actual treatment, because the nurse who took an x-ray of my teeth put her hand in my mouth while taking the picture, with which she had already touched at least a couple of door handles and several devices in the imaging room. So the whole time he didn't even change the protective gloves he already had when he came to pick me up from the waiting room, let alone clean his hands. When I told the nurse in question that I was uncomfortable with the situation, she replied that they wear protective gloves to protect themselves. It was easy to believe when after a while I saw that the dentist didn't even wear a surgical mouth-nose mask during the patient appointment, even though at that time there was a general mask recommendation due to the corona virus (and that recommendation was meant to protect other people). When you slip up in easy basic hygiene matters, it's hard to trust that bigger things will go well.

Fantastic dentist experience. It was my first time doing dental travel from the UK. After researching several places I decided for Empire Dent as the appoitments were scheduled very conveniently and the work (4 crowns) was done fast and in high quality. I was very satisfied with all the information I received via email and also on a call. The dentist spoke perfect english. All staff spoke German too. I found the experience very smooth, painless and with positive friendly attitude from everyone there. They offer also transport from the airport - Vienna/Bratislava and accommodation. I didnt use those services as I was driving there on my own. The crowns were done in 4 days which was 1 day earlier than expected. I can only highly recommend this dental clinic!

This is the worst place I've ever seen. I came for a teeth cleaning, the doctor was a young guy. The teeth cleaning was not good and unprofessional because not all the plaque and tartar was removed. The cleaning took only 8 minutes (😂). I pointed out the mistakes to him and he only fixed 2 spots, he refused to do the rest. I had discomfort after the cleaning on my lower teeth when touching my tongue, asked him to polish the place, he also refused. Now I have to look for another clinic to fix it all and finish it. Guys, I recommend looking elsewhere. This is a clinic that only wants money, they don't care about the quality of their work. ————————- Why do you care what my name is? Does it make any difference who paid? Your job is to provide the service, the patient's job is to pay for it. Let me start in order. 1. I left a review about a service you provided that I used. You don't like the feedback? Start a more qualitative approach to customers, not thinking only about money. 2. You say I was 15 minutes late? Right, but there are ethics in the world where people who are late are allotted no more than 15 min to wait, so that's why you accepted me because I didn't exceed the waiting time. (I recommend studying ethics). 3. Your young doctor did a terrible cleaning. Firstly there are lots of places where teeth were not cleaned, secondly no polishing of the teeth was done, which should be!!!! 4. You say 50 minutes of service? I sat for ~35 min listening to another treatment plan for my other teeth followed by an offer to buy it. Did you forget that I strictly came for a teeth cleaning, not to talk to the doctor? The cleaning itself was 8 min!!!! Also, do you think it's okay to chat and laugh with the assistant when the patient is getting their teeth cleaned? Are we in a bar or a dental office? 5. I also had to return to your clinic to another doctor (thank you for that, excellent doctor) corrected at least somehow the work of your unprofessional young doctor, although I still feel discomfort. Your doctor refused to polish my teeth, which I have never seen anywhere else. 6. You can deny my review, but you really are. 7. All you were able to leave under my previous review is just an emphasis on service. But you must realize that patients are evaluating the quality of your services, not your service. These are not brand name clothing stores.

This place exceeded my expectations by far! I went here for my crooked teeth, and the best solution for me was to get a metal bracket. They made photos, x rays, and even a powerpoint presentation with a clear explanation about the treatment plan. When I have a question or when I feel something unpleasant, they immediately assist me and give professional assistance. Can't think about anything currently they could improve on! So I can recommend this 10 /10!

Two weeks ago, I had my upper jaw fitted with 4 dental implants. The feeling is fan-ta-stic. Excellent bite, colour coordinated with my existing teeth and I have already lost the feeling of a foreign body in my mouth. And all this thanks to the precise work of Mr. Ivor Sokolić, dr.med.dent. At the control examination after the installation, he "fraudulently" cleaned the dental calculus on my lower teeth in order to "save the teeth for future work" 😅. I also have nothing but words of praise for the Arena team! What I liked most was the approach to the patient, which was professional and understanding.

I always travel back to Bucharest to get all my dental work done at Dent Estet and I have the best experience! I had amazing patient care but most importantly pain free treatments, both for my regular hygiene routine and most recent cavity treatment. Prices are really too much but too high, false savings in Italy you spend more or less the same, from their website they boast that the prices are like in Croatia and it is absolutely a colossal falsehood, for jobs of a certain size it is better to go to Croatia or Albania, I hope it is useful for those who have big jobs to do For emergencies there may be small jobs.

Leaving aside the (not insignificant) issue that they charge 35 euros to give you a quote, the problem is that the cost is higher than in Trieste for the same job and not by a little considering that we are talking about about 10%. It makes me think that these people live on estimates... They attract customers by boasting low prices, then they tell you "yeah but you pay for quality" of course you pay, like everywhere else. I didn't like it and I don't recommend it at all.

Having had treatment with implants I have no hesitation on recommending this dental clinic for the dental care and professionalism I encountered during my stay and advise anyone thinking of having treatment to visit city dental clinic in Tirana absolutely fantastic.

Great experience today, had a teeth general cleaning done and the dentist was very professional. Spoke great English, really good prices for a fraction of what I’d pay in Portugal, and the clinic was clean and well decorated. I was able to make a last minute appointment for the next day by sending them a WhatsApp message.

I came away with such a great impression of City Dental! I was recommended to the clinic by a fellow traveler and just wanted to schedule a last-minute cleaning. It was easy to find a day and time that fit with my schedule. They were also nice enough to call me when I was running late and didn't mind that I came an hour late. The dentist I had was a female in the very first room and she was the best dentist I've had in a while. She listened to my concerns, cleaned my teeth, then gave me great suggestions and product recommendations. I felt so heard and was smiling so hard by the end of the visit. The only confusion I had was that after using the number on Google maps to contact the clinic, I was then called back by another person at a different phone number and had practically the same conversation. Everything ended well though. Thank you!

First off, read all the other 1 star reviews here. You'll see the truth. Also, read their responses. Their attitude shines through. I made a big mistake not reading them and only read the 5 star ones (I now highly suspect if they are real, who would create an account to just review a dentist highly?!). My experience was right there with those 1 stared reviews and possibly worse. My treatment was so bad that I feel traumatized. For some reason, I can't post the full story because it violates certain policy here but my bad expereince was so real. Hope this post helps someone at least not to be tricked.

I went to a few practices in the city and I ended up being disappointed by the services. Astondental is different - dr. Shahla Hassanzadeh is extremely straight forward, sharp as a blade and professional. You get a thorough first examination and after that you’ll know exactly what treatment they’ll perform, and how much it costs. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I had to reschedule my appointment with short notice and was charged 500 SEK because they claimed I was a no-show. I called the dentist to inquire why I was charged and the dentist said it’s expensive to have have a clinic in downtown Stockholm so we need to get the money in somehow and basically hung up on me. They are apparently eager to make money to cover their expenses but not interested in patient care or customer service. I would avoid this clinic at all cost.

Positives: -I would recommend this clinic if you're sure you need treatment and have a fear of dentists. They are calm, prepare you for every step, and ensure you're comfortable. -The dentist I saw gave me some useful advice on flossing and said that I could email with questions any time. Negatives: -Overtreatment seems to be commonplace and I suspect that each member of staff gets a cut of the company's profits. Different members of staff here recommended removing 1, 2 and all 4 wisdom teeth. Other dentists that I have visited before and after have not recommended removing any. The tooth I had removed was 'impacted'. Kristian is the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever had. He is disrespectful and always pushes me to handle the pain during extremely painful procedures while he’s putting back the crowns of my implants that constantly falling out. I paid over 50k for having my crowns falling out every 2 months. Do not recommend to anyone.

I would call it a rip off. I came to the practice at Kohlmarkt based on a recommendation, as my office is quite close. For a treatment that cost me around €300 from two previous doctors, Dr. Golestani initially €1,800. When I objected, he said, "Well, you can negotiate with us, I'll get you €350 out of it." However, I later saw that he was asking for €350 per jaw, so €700 in total. I then stopped my treatment, but was then charged €370 for a laboratory fee and for an unnecessary x-ray. Even if my additional insurance would have covered some of it, purely on principle it would be a real impudence and I can't think of any other word than attempted rip-off. If I hadn't had the treatment carried out several times in the past, I might have paid for it without knowing the reference costs. Very cheeky. In addition, the practice is old-fashioned and quite run down. The assistant took notes on a clipboard with paper; everything seemed hectic, chaotic and very unstructured. If it's so expensive, the practice should at least be commensurate with it. Otherwise, I can't think of any reason why the costs there should be so much higher than in other elective practices. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice under any circumstances.

You leave this practice with a beautiful smile:-) Dr. Golestani performed the delicate work of repairing the gums on my front teeth and also made some aesthetic corrections that I had previously been denied. You also receive all the necessary care and support with all questions and checks. All this at a reasonable price in the beautiful practice in the old town of Vienna.

Dr. Golestani is a super sensitive, friendly and funny doctor. I have rarely felt so comfortable during a visit to the doctor. Together with his team of assistants, he creates a special feel-good atmosphere. I feel in good hands here. Thanks!

I'm sure the doctors are good, but reception is slow inefficient most of the windows are closed and the few people there are are gossiping with each other instead of accepting patients. I went 3hours early to be sure to have my prebooked Cardiology appointment and arrived at the nurses desk at cardiology an hour before as I needed an ECG. The rude nurse laughed at my booking and asked me if I booked it myself. Yes I answered but I need the booked ECG as that's what is writen on the doctors door. She threw my sheet to one side and said we will call you 45minutes later noone called I went to ask her again. She told me to sit down. They the 4nurses were all chatting together and doing nothing. I appreciate that the best efforts were made to fit me into their busy schedules during my stay in London. They have been very thorough in their review considering greatly the complexity of my case and also the best way forward in the management of my issues. Given these specialists work within the same building, I appreciate that there is good communication within the team. I've been wanting ceramic veneers for a long time, did a ton of research and had consultations with other TOP dentists all over the world but ultimately decided to go with Dr. Justin Glaister from HSDC and I could not be happier of my choice. My first point of contact at Harley Street Dental Clinic was Eka at reception and honestly, her genuine enthusiasm, knowledge and warmth made the difference for me. She immediately understood what type of patient I was (highly demanding and high maintenance lol) and her enthusiastic praises for Dr. Justin Glaister deeply resonated with me and what I had read about him and turned out to be absolutely spot on. I had the pleasure of coming to the Dentim Clinic under the care of Dr. Barbara Sekuła-Kamińska. The doctor is a very warm and calm person, she patiently answered all my questions. My teeth were in rather poor condition, so I didn't think it would be possible to keep them and create a beautiful smile out of them, which the doctor undoubtedly managed to do! I received several treatment offers, and I chose the option that was relatively bearable for my wallet and turned out to be quite functional. Before we started putting crowns on my teeth, I had to undergo treatment by the wonderful doctor Aleksander Gajos. He broke the spell of root canal treatment for me, which until then had only been associated with pain and endless visits. The rest of the missing teeth were replaced with dentures, because unfortunately the implants were not affordable for me. I am very satisfied with the entire treatment, I rate it five stars!
