An unknown number of people wait for a CT scan at the orthopedic clinic. I couldn't do it even after two days and 7.5 hours of waiting. There is total chaos here during the reception of patients. It's the worst hospital I've ever experienced in my life, they don't deserve a single star... I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Kind staff but the place is in extreme need of reconstruction

The clinic was recommended to me in Israel. My mother has non-Hodgin lymphoma, non-GDC. We went to the clinic, already having the Israeli protocol in hand. I would like to note every assistance from the staff of this clinic, namely: Dr. Aronov in professional assistance on technical issues in the treatment of such a complex disease, dispatcher Anastasia for constant contact and sincere assistance on all issues, Vyacheslav for the timely delivery of medicines from Israel. It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

Most of the nurses working in the infectious disease department on the first floor are disrespectful and impatient with vulnerable patients. No empathy or helpfulness whatsoever. Expertise is also questionable in many cases. It is very difficult to get information about the patient's condition from doctors. It's sad that people like this work in healthcare.

They are mean nurses and I saw my grandmother...people who don't want to work...who don't care about patients.

It's a bit pathetic that when you try to call them, it rings for a while, and after a few calls you can't even reach the number..😤 This is one of Budapest's "famous" garbage dumps. I've been calling them for 79 minutes today! Two out of three numbers are dropped, one is not picked up! It's not enough that the waiting time is 8-10 months, but they haven't answered the phone in weeks! We're already used to the fact that there will be adults...well, children too! 🤮

I was in the emergency room due to a sports injury to my eye, and I can report very good experiences. I knew that I wouldn't be at the top of the priority list (because I wasn't in pain, although it looked pretty bad), but I got in line very quickly. Everyone who worked there treated me with humanity, patience and kindness, both during the traumatological and ophthalmological examinations. The emergency room is cultured (you can read, there is a coffee machine, etc.) and modern (the equipment and the environment are well-kept, new). The tests also went down quickly. I am not saying that I will come another time (because health is important and that no one should be in trouble), but I am saying that then I will work there with an excellent attitude and - as far as I can judge - they did their job professionally. I thank them again.

Emergency is extremely slow. Minimum waiting time is 4-5 hours.

From October 10-12, I was under medical treatment at the hospital's urology department. I only had to wait a little over a month for the operation under spinal anesthesia. I can only praise both the doctors and the nursing staff (there was one exception). Their professional preparation and human attitude made it much easier to get through the often vulnerable and humiliating situations. Since I am otherwise in good physical condition, I tried to be a "good patient" as well, but those who were more down than me were also treated fairly patiently. Could this be the "ruined" Hungarian healthcare system? Or was I the only one being given VIP treatment without my knowledge, as part of a secret conspiracy?

Tonight will be three weeks since my adopted baby literally tore my nose off, scarred my face 2mm from my eye. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to say a grateful THANK YOU to the doctor of the Emergency Department IV, Dr. Zsolt Hunor Sütő, for the quick reaction, intervention, work and help, as well as to Dr. Tamás Rácz Rácz, head of the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat, who was on duty that day, who sutured the "torn bitten" wounded nose, stitched up my wounded face. 09/12/23 I came to pick up the child’s certificate for the pool. The result: it is impossible to get to the doctors. There are two pediatricians working for the entire clinic (one for newborns, the second in the office for a one-step certificate). At the nurses' station they send you without an appointment "on a first-come, first-served basis" - naturally, this leads to swearing in the queues. Rude staff and uncommentable reception.... I had to do rehabilitation but then I was in a small room with two other people, one of whom was very ill and should have been sheltered elsewhere, but instead it was always a huge mess, when I called the nurses at least half an hour passed. now and no worries about turning off the TV at a certain point. I ran away after one day, a nightmare!!! Terrible food and rehabilitation done in the room together with two older people but I didn't see the shadow of a cardiologist, where there was always the person who was very ill..... It goes on only due to conventions... Put the rehabilitation in Papardo!

Visit carried out a year ago for an operation on the hand and still without an answer.. but 90 euros for the visit immediately taken.. very little professionalism from the nurses to the doctors not to mention the switchboard service.. poor!!!

The girl at the Cup center gave me some WRONG information yesterday in a rather annoyed manner, as it is no longer possible to book visits and tests at the counter. So I queued for check-in, only to be told by a more knowledgeable colleague of his that for a week it has been necessary to book visits and tests by connecting to the Lombardy region's booking site or calling the toll-free number... terrible service! I wonder, but is the Cup now only used to collect the ticket at the time of the visit to be carried out? You are also NHS, you generally go to hospital when the citizen is not well, he is not there to go for a walk, give an empathetic communication course to the employees who are at the CUP, it will be useful for them and for the citizens who go there , 90 percent elderly people.

The lack of communication on the part of some hospital employees, nurses and doctors led to a deep mistrust of the medical act. At the same time, the existence of infections in the hospital and the lack of knowledge of the minimum procedures in patient care led to the granting of this negative rating. The lack of empathy and the lack of understanding of the emotions that patients go through make me believe that the hospital employees are not properly trained to care for patients who are between life and death. For some hospital employees this job is like repairing a car or a broken fence, no difference.

Unfortunately, I'm not Italian. To be able to fly to Spain it is mandatory to present a certificate of a negative qPCR test that includes your name, your ID number and the date, in English. Apparently 92€ don't include printing the ID number, and they didn't print it even I insisted. Thank you so much.

Very good hospital with excellent services

Everything takes a lot of time. But overall this hospital is amazing. 1 kidney stone takes 4 months to remove. The employees, cleanliness, equipments are really good.

Terrible experience! I have been waiting with my friend, who we suspect had a stroke, for more than 3 and a half hours and all the doctors and nurses have been rude and useless. They have done the same test 3 times, and still not come back with the results from the blood test or urine test they did 3 hours ago. I am not a doctors but I am pretty sure she should have had a scan by now, and if this was a pre stroke we are essentially just waiting for the real one. Doctors are meant to help people not stress them out and watch Netflix while someone thinks they might be dying. PS. We only got a bottle of water after 2 hours even though we already asked in the ambulance.
