Absolute trash hospital. I've visited hospitals in developing countries that provided better service. Staff is extremely rude and hostile. I took my wife in because she was having complications with her pregnancy. We arrived by ambulance and as soon as we got there the guy at the front desk told us we should get an Uber and go to a Public hospital because we aren't Hispanic. They called security because my wife was upset and tried to ask her to get out of the wheel chair she was sitting while she was currently bleeding out. After a heated argument they finally decided to accept my money and take us in. Another doctor came by and began getting very aggressive and hostile towards us because of our nationality. The next morning they had said she could go home and I went back to our AirBnB to pick up her stuff for her. When I arrived back at the hospital I asked the front desk how to get to the room my wife was moved to. They told me that she was gone. I laughed out loud because I was holding her clothes and I said no she is here I just need to know how to get to her room. They got combative with me and tried to tell me to "find her outside". I didn't listen to them and instead when up the stairs to explore the hospital in search of my wife on my own. On the way I ran into a doctor? Surgeon? who was staring at a wall. I tried to ask him a question in Spanish but my Spanish is not so good. He said "no intiendo" and literally shooed me away with this hand but at this point I was so frantic trying to find my wife I didn't care. When arrived to her room the nurse by room acted like she didn't know what I was talking about either. Overall this is the worst experience I have ever had at any place ever not just a hospital. I never met so many mean sprinted, racist, and xenophobic people all in one place. My mind was blown. If this was the US this would be all over the news. Horrible. If you are from another country or speak another language stay away even if you have money!!! What you pay for is garbage service. Health care workers with GED level intelligence and rude af.

I have only very good experience with this hospital. Outstanding service. Always very professional at all aspects. Through the years I see all the changes and how attentive is all stuff and how modern is becoming this hospital. All my visits are programmed with good timing, there is no issue to change the dates. For me it is the best hospital in Madrid. The application is excellent. I can see all my results and reports and I am receiving reminders for my visits. I can contact support via application any time. Especially I would like to mention the digestive unit that I am visiting often. My doctor and her team - Their support is very valuable, patient, personal and extremely helpful. Thank you very much!

Terrible experience! I have been waiting with my friend, who we suspect had a stroke, for more than 3 and a half hours and all the doctors and nurses have been rude and useless. They have done the same test 3 times, and still not come back with the results from the blood test or urine test they did 3 hours ago. I am not a doctors but I am pretty sure she should have had a scan by now, and if this was a pre stroke we are essentially just waiting for the real one. Doctors are meant to help people not stress them out and watch Netflix while someone thinks they might be dying. PS. We only got a bottle of water after 2 hours even though we already asked in the ambulance.
