My appointment with chemotherapist Irina Yurievna Stradayeva (head of the department) left me with a very good impression. She carefully read the patient’s documents, listened to me, prescribed treatment, and made recommendations. She gave clear explanations for all questions for a person far from medicine. This by far the best hospital that I know. The nurses are so professional and the smile on their faces as they do their work ,just tells you they love what they are doing. The doctors, are never pushy or in a hurry. I can go on and on. When the nurses heard that I was from Saint Martin and spoke English,they looked for a young nurse who was an apprentice and from Saint Martin, so she could speak to me and make me feel more comfortable. Turned out the young lady was my family. This hospital is tge best.

I was a patient at the Department of Surgical Oncology D at NOU Klenová I want to express a huge THANK YOU to all the staff in this department for their incredibly kind attitude, empathy and care day and night. The nurses are very kind and always smiling, willing to help day and night, excellent food, beautiful environment. I felt like I wasn't even in the hospital in Slovakia. The operation was successfully conducted under the leadership of Mayor Karaba, who is a great professional. Thanks also go to the entire staff in the surgical clinics where we go as patients for check-ups. Every single patient in Slovakia deserves such excellent care.

I can only praise, the best specialists work in the gynecological oncology department. The staff is amazing ❤️ Thanks to Dr. Rozumyk, I learned a lot of information about my procedure, he was very nice, he tried to calm me down and everything really turned out great. Thank you ❤️

I wish I had seen the review by george v ( the only other non Czech review by the way ) before getting treatment at the Prague Proton Therapy Center. He is correct. They made a mess of my treatment plan to the extent that I ended up spending 5 months in hospital as a consequence of the radiation treatment damage I suffered. I am still suffering the consequences today and deeply regret going there for treatment .

Doctors are people who are able to draw a life line on the palm of their hand. You really become convinced of this when you are faced with the question: leave everything as it is or take the chance that talented and attentive masters of their craft can give you, now I mean the doctors of the clinic. Give a chance for happiness, because as Mikhail Bulgakov said: “What elements make up happiness? Only of two, gentlemen, only of two: a calm soul and a healthy body.” I thank all the clinic staff for hearing the questions: is there a chance, is it possible to do something? It costs a lot, and not everyone is capable of it. Only those who are modest in their speech, but decisive in their actions are capable, such as the doctors of the clinic Kazakov Maxim Petrovich and the chief physician Pylev Andrey Lvovich. We chose this clinic solely based on reviews and I can say that the Euroonko clinic really lives up to my assessment. We came here with a serious diagnosis. We have been examined here for more than six months, the doctors performed a complex operation. Thank them very much. They gave us hope. The attitude towards patients is really decent. Yes, Expensive..., but life is at stake - this forces you to take the right step.

In 2020, after the closure of hospitals due to Covid, I was only admitted to Euroonco. They provided the necessary assistance and began treatment. After CT, surgery was performed. Very high quality treatment, after which I felt good. Now the situation has developed that I have applied again. Other clinics could not help me. I am very grateful to the attending physician Kazakov MP and Pylev AA, Zhandarva AA and all the medical staff... They treat me here.

I am currently undergoing chemotherapy as an inpatient at this hospital in the Ellis ward. I can only speak from my experience and I would say I am extremely happy with the care I am receiving. All staff from the reception desk to the oncologists are friendly and attentive. I believe I am in very good hands and feel all of my needs and fears are cared for. The staff all love what they do and nothing ever seems to too much trouble for them. I would recommend this hospital highly to anyone who unfortunately gets struck by this ba%tard disease. Excellent theatre staff and informed follow up by doctors. Wilson Ward is however very noisy. Visitors are allowed to talk loudly and lights on until 11pm so difficult to sleep. Nursing staff (bar 1) is excellent. Food is good. Cleanliness is also very good. Well run. Helpful volunteers.

Having had very long and complex medical history I have come to thoroughly dislike doctors and hospitals, so it takes something quite extraordinary to garner 5* from me. The Marsden is definitely that extraordinary place with equally amazing care and fantastic team work throughout. For me care was co-ordinated and faultless. Also the food wasn't bad, which is a small miracle in itself!

My comment only concerns the space which serves as a cafeteria.... a long wait... in the cold!! Talk to you about it, we send you for a walk, I hear the security agent making fun of my request, and tells his colleague that he is under the air conditioning, ... in short, frozen radiator, when wait, and we eat in the cold, I can tell you that it is most unpleasant

SCANDALOUS!!! Where does our money go??? In an obscene parking rate, only one cash register at the end, puddles everywhere, a swimming pool (1 meter wide, 2 meters long and 10 centimeters deep) to get out and reach the ICL, and a Pyramid staircase Mayan slippery, because the totally necessary elevator for people with reduced mobility is BROKEN.

Operated by Dr. HEJL at the end of July, I have excellent memories of my brief visit to the 5th floor just after my operation. The nursing staff (and non-nursing staff) were adorable... I take my hat off to them for their work which is not easy every day. A little nod to this duo of caregivers with whom one morning we imitated the meows of the 😸 in front of the anesthetist! (I occupied room 502 until August 3) Really thank you for your good care! The meals were of high quality and appetizing (which is rather rare in hospitals). I can say that in my case the support was perfect.

Shock, nurse, one, second, third.....receptionist, unpleasant, important, reluctantly, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, they think that all patients are from BB. So they exaggerate you unnecessarily, because it doesn't matter to them, never again!!!!

Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

It would be nice to start doing something with the parking spaces, there are few of them, drivers stand where they shouldn't and block the passage of ambulances. The institution itself is great, but due to the ill-conceived parking for so many people, I give it 3*.

Good day everyone. I have been here for more than three days for radiation. And I am very satisfied with how the doctors are very kind in all respects and the nurses are the same. And they cook very well here, so I also thank the chefs or cooks who cook here and the kitchen support staff. And I also thank all the sanitary workers for their willing actions. It was great here. Wonderful Clinic. When they brought me in, I almost couldn’t walk. Absolute stenosis and hernia. The next day they operated on, and four hours later I was on my way. The doctors are wizards, the whole team is polite and impeccable. Thank you very much.

I cannot praise The Christie too much. Although I'd rather not have to visit there, the amazing team make it so much easier and I actually look forward to seeing them. My father was operated on in September 2023 on the basis of the University Clinic, there is already a separate floor for the team of the Medical Center. The clinic itself is very wonderful, although of course you have to pay for comfort like everywhere else.
