Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

No one expects to get injured and have surgery however this happens to a lot of us. I'm very grateful for the fantastic treatment, care and attentive guidance from pre to post opp over a span of 12 months. The staff are excellent and took extra care of me, special thanks to Mr Mellor, Omyini and all their teams for turning what has been a physical trauma into a strength. Highly recommended.

I had my surgery at this hospital a week ago, and I had a great experience; from the pre-op assessment, the nurse was fantastic and kind. On the day of the surgery, everything started on time; the room was impeccable, and the staff was kind and attentive. They made me feel safe at every minute, and after my dressings changed, I also received the best care possible from the nurses. I felt so good overall; I got the best surgeon, Mr. Floyd, and this hospital experience at every stage was excellent! Thank you!

No complaints!! The staff were great, the clinic itself had a welcoming atmosphere. Mr Rajpal was our consultant - incredibly polite and straight to the point. I really didn’t feel like leaving!

I've arrived way too early for my physio appointment and have been sat for nearly half an hour. I can honestly say that the lady on the MRI/CT & Radiology reception is the most lovely lady. She's greeted everyone, including myself, with the warmest smile and has been really helpful to other patients. When she realised I'd been waiting a long time, she checked that I was ok and offered refreshments. Deserves a raise!

The whole experience from beginning to end has made this procedure bearable, excellent facilities, excellent surgeon, anaesthetist, aftercare staff and not forgetting the whole team of physiotherapists. The physio team had compassion and understanding and were extremely supportive throughout, as especially without them I would have taken much longer to recover. A big thank you to one and all.

I was in the LK monastery castle for the first time after almost endless attempts in Vienna to get an operation appointment for my significantly impaired shoulders. Everything was just right here, hardly a waiting time, the staff very friendly and courteous, Mr. Oa. Harm is a very nice doctor and really took time to discuss everything in detail with me and I got my really required appointment in 4 weeks. Absolutely recommended and a big thank you.

I felt really well looked after in the maternity ward, almost everyone was very friendly. The midwives and pediatricians were also very nice and competent. I had to have 2 children there with cesarean section, both were very well looked after, Dr. Höllmüller and the surgical team were great, unfortunately the only major drawback was that the anesthesia didn't work and I was in a lot of pain during the cesarean section. The Dr. worked very quickly, was very sensitive and talked to me a lot during the operation. Thank you for the loving care. Just please look around for other anesthesiologists...

My hospital of choice for the birth of our greatest treasure! We felt like we were in the best and safest place we could possibly be (even with an emergency c-section). The subsequent support was also excellent, everyone took time for us and supported us. The food is also first class! What particularly fascinated me was how much everyone there loves their job and thrives in it. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Our daughter came about 6 weeks early tonight. The entire team at the children's clinic really took great care of us, my wife was looked after very well and everything else was also explained to us very well. Worst hospital in all of Bremen! On the evening of September 20, 2023, I was at the doctor's on-call service due to severe abdominal pain. When I got there, there was no one in the waiting room and I was taken straight away, which is actually very good. But when I described my symptoms, I was immediately insulted as to why I was coming for a stomach ache and why it was costing me unnecessary money would cause and that stomach pain is normal etc. and the doctor was extremely rude! I wasn't checked either and was sent straight home. I don't remember the older doctor's name. But he definitely wasn't interested in his job. I was so shocked that I left in tears. Of course my pain didn't go away and 1 day later I went back to the emergency room at St. Joseph Stift Hospital and found out that I had appendicitis + inflammation in the ovary. Very very disappointing this hospital, especially this doctor.

Sorry, tragedy. My daughter had a car accident on Thursday, she didn't go to the doctor because she said she felt fine, on Friday my chest started hurting and she felt worse, we went to the emergency room but they sent me to the family doctor even though it was Friday evening and the family doctor would be able to see me only on Monday. There are no words for all this.

Orthopedic Department. I have just visited this department and I am very positively surprised. The nurses were nice and friendly, always with a smile on their faces, I felt like I was in a private clinic. The doctors were also reliable and took care of the patient and explained everything thoroughly. I was shocked that a hospital under the National Health Fund could function this way. I recommend

Palliative ward ... as it was 17 years ago, so it is today ... nurses with no care, despite the fact that people lying there press the button they have .... The head physician, despite questions about the course of treatment, gives evasive answers .... the person has a large dose of oxygen to she could breathe normally .... The head physician said that the dose of oxygen should be reduced .... after 4 hours no one checked anything about the patient .... when we arrived after 4 hours the person we came to and took care of was suffocating because she had no oxygen .... THE DYING ROOM is the Pleszew hospital after 24 hours DEATH ... Totally zero when it comes to care in this department.

Wow, amazingly friendly and very helpful staff at all 3 reception desks (A&E, Urgent Treatment and the general receptiondesk in-between the two), they all know their job/role and were incredibly efficient. Once we found where we were going there was little time to wait as the attentive staff team followed procedures and helped my friend. If I ever need a good hospital in the future I hope I'm close to this one. Thank you to all the staff at all levels. Keep up the great work. 👍 😊

Here today, wednesday 29th November 2023, in St Mary's for day surgery and being looked after wonderfully....absolutely nothing is too much trouble! Staff are so friendly...thankyou Debs and everyone involved for looking after me...you are all a huge credit to the NHS and have made me feel so very relaxed and at ease. For the first time in a long time. I felt like I was listening to the happiest news of something not so good. But after going to AE 4 weekends in a row. Seen the specialist and they are appalled that treated this way and now caused long term irreversible problems.. so if it wasn't for someone listening to me st Mary's would have had 1 star.

My mother became ill while we were traveling in Italy. Our tour guide sent us to Salvatore Mundi where my mother received excellent care. Y the staff, nurses and doctor. They took care of her right away and the costs of tests, medicine and a private room on a virtually private floor cost a mere $16! Wish we had that type of care and cost here in the States.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT COME HERE. I had a terrible experience at SMIH. I thought that I would be in good care as the embassy and my university recommend them as the best place to go while abroad in Rome. I had little to no translators the entire time and was very confused as to what I was being given and uncomfortable about it in all honesty. I have NO privacy at all in my room as nurses would come barging in whenever they needed to without a knock which was also very uncomfortable to me. They did not accommodate to me and I had to practically beg for water and help as my fever started to rise. They were also not helpful when I called translators to help me during the process. The nurses were very vague and rude. I used the best Italian I could and would use google translate to help me with the rest and it still unfortunately not good enough. I was fortunate enough to find a Spanish speaking nurse and it was the first time I had some form of comfort. The main doctor seeing me only saw me once and it was an u pleasant visit as it was just to scold me for wanting to leave. Then when I finally was able to be discharged the nurses and staff were rude, did not give me my diagnosis, my results, follow up or discharge papers. They literally told me “no go home”. Already being frustrated with the treatment I received, alone and confused being in a completely different country trying to revive help I did as they said and just left. Which then later caused me a lot of issues when trying to revive help else where.

Extremely disrespectful nurse, talking loud where I am able to hear what she is saying, and I can hear the patient or family member telling her to calm down. Instead she was more concerned about being right as opposed to provide empathy, care and concentrating on the wellbeing of the patient. What I witnessed in the lobby on Sunday November 26th, made me embarrassed and uncomfortable and hope that my family is not seen by this nurse. She is a bully and knows she can get away with it. Slamming the door on a patient’s family, makes me sick to my stomach. Not listening to a patient in distress, is lacking skills as a nurse. I will report this with the department of health in France.

We had a really positive experience with this hospital. As Australians visiting who don’t speak French, I needed a bit of a guarantee to find a hospital where they could speak English. We’d been to another hospital and unfortunately the treatment didn’t help my husbands condition. He was seen quite promptly by a Dr and then a Specialist at the American Hospital and was provided with medication which thankfully started assisting. I think we were in and out within a couple of hours and the cost was surprisingly low that there’s not really any need to claim it back on insurance. I’m glad we found this hospital as we may have needed to cut our holiday short and fly home. Big thank you to all the staff there.

Thanks to the American hospital we obtained a speedy appointment for my mother. Top geriatric specialist, friendly staff. Some reviewers should go to some - not all - public hospitals .Lovely service, charming receptionists. Our specialist was flexible with appointment time despite us being delayed by transport. It is a bit costly but doctors do take time. Some very specific scans were covered by the French Social Security scheme though. I don’t know all departments but twice we had premium service and care. And finally, my mother was diagnosed accurately and treatment was put in place. With very elderly and incapacitated patients free wheelchairs are available. Porters and valet service staff are helpful. This makes a huge difference on arrival by medical taxi. No hospital is perfect and one is bound to encounter below par staff. And yes, France has a general shortage of medical staff, private or public… Eric Levéel

Long story short 🙂: I had a couple of surgeries on both hip joints when I was one year old. Everything went well at that time, living with the thought that the problem was solved forever, enjoying the outdoor activities I wanted to do. But I was wrong. The day when I started feeling pain in my right hip joint which has also reflected on my walking mobility was the life challenge I didn't ask for. It was not the way I was imaging my life further, pills were not helping a lot, the only way out was the surgery (hip replacement). As I am not Slovak, at first it was hard for me to decide where to do it, here or go home, you know so many things to take into consideration including the care after surgery especially if you do not have any family member beside you. I did search on net and found this clinic which took my attention as potential one based on all the info and patient testimonials I read. Fortunately, the orthopedist MUDr. Jozef Vojtaššák, PhD who did all my examinations advised me that this is the clinic where he is performing the surgeries. And actually this was the decisive piece for my dilemma. Today, after 15 days from the successful surgery I am happy that I feel the difference and for this nice feeling I would like sincerely to thank MUDr. Jozef Vojtaššák, PhD for his professional and caring approach, for all his support, advises and answers to my million questions, to all nurses and physiotherapists from the Clinica Orthopedica and Spine Clinic for their unconditional care, patience, friendly approach and kindness who made my two weeks stay in the clinic like home.Looking back now, it was maybe fast but definitely right decision to make, not regretting at all, thankful and grateful to the whole medical team who has for sure overachieved my expectations. Life is beautiful, more beautiful without pain, pills, sleepless nights...Wishing you many other successful stories from your future patients, satisfied patients who will replace the pain with happiness and smile on their faces as I did and will continue to enjoy the life with an excitement, experiencing new safe, painless walking adventures. My wife had a serious knee injury, surgery seemed to be inescapable, but the doctor made the utmost to avoid it, excellent diagnostic, took time to look into it and decision taken to go the conservative way. So many years of torment and wandering around doctors either refused or did not give any encouraging forecasts even in the most famous clinics in the country !!! Myopia - 10.5, large astigmatism, cataracts, bad cornea. And now the miracle doctor Armen Andranikovich Ginoyan is a genius, a magician, a jeweler and just a warm-hearted person!!! Gave me back my sight and a new life!!! Everyone before him predicted a difficult rehabilitation for me within six months. But I see and feel great on the second day!!! No discomfort The operated eye feels better than before the operation!!! I walk without dark glasses, my eyes do not water in the sun. I cry only from happiness that we have such talented people and kind hearts in our country!!! I pray to God that he be happy and healthy and that his golden hands could help so many hopeless people!!! In general, the entire staff of the clinic is an amazing collection of talented generous people, starting from the administrator and nurses!!! Cozy homely, calm, family atmosphere. At my dad's request I am leaving this review. As a result of long and intense work at the computer, as well as for age-related reasons, my dad’s eyesight deteriorated significantly. By the time of contacting the MedElect clinic to A.A. For Ginoyan, my dad’s initial situation with his eyes looked like this. Left eye: myopia -5.5 diopters, early stage of cataract. Right eye: -9.5 diopters, cataract. Dad was amazed and very pleased by the thoroughness and comprehensiveness of the study of the initial state of the eyes using various equipment (even a tomography of each eye was carried out!..). As a result of this detailed, but very quick examination, naturally, it was possible to accurately determine the choice of diopters and the type of artificial lenses (monofocal lenses were chosen). First, surgery was performed on the right eye, and 1 month later on the left. The teamwork and coordination of the entire operating team, the experience and skill of the surgeon are at their best - A.A. Ginoyan. I was surprised by the attention even to such a small detail: a special cushion was placed under the knees of the person being operated on, which made being on the operating table very comfortable. The operations themselves were absolutely painless and did not take long (about 10-15 minutes for each eye). After the operation, my father became farsighted, but at the same time retained the ability to work at the computer without glasses. Even after all the operations A.A. Ginoyan did not leave my father without attention: he monitored the condition of his eyes in detail and the dynamics of possible changes. Many thanks to A.A. I had my total hip replacement surgery here six days ago and everything went great. Dr.Ravnihar is great and he took his time to make everything perfect for me. His staff at B2 ward is full of love for patients and find it not hard to do their job. One more thing that was very good to me. Food at this hospital is excelent and some restaurants might be envy of the cook here. All in all,if you need some joint replaced,come here and you will not be dissapointed.

Nobody answers the phone (I was on hold for 45 minutes). When someone answered, they were unwelcoming/rude. The doctor was not available for a week she said. The doctor Marcin Panek does not know how to use a computer, he could not view/open my x-ray CD. He does not know how to type on a keyboard (takes very long time to type with two fingers). before even looking at my x-ray(because it would not open on his computer) he said I needed surgery(!?!). He recommended two hospitals/doctors for surgery, but after looking them up I saw bad/low reviews for these places. I got two more opinions at other orthopedic offices and they said surgery was not necessary. He only has 3 reviews on znanylekarz.pl... they do not do surgeries here anymore. EFFI was good when DR Łukasz Budziazek worked there, but he no longer is there. They have changed the name of EFFI to "New medical+"

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a report that was suppose to take ten days, I called to confirm when and they said one more day and now they push me straight to voicemail. I do not recommend. Very unprofessional. Then the doctor told me I immediately needed surgery and a metal plate put in my neck! I went for two other opinions and both others disagreed fully. These people are not good and knife crazy. Scary stuff. STAY AWAY.

First appointment they forgot to book it in the system and I drove there 40 min for nothing, no apology or anything, just normal for them.. Second time I arrived right on schedule just to be told I couldn’t go in as i HAD to be there 20 min earlier while their message confirming my appointment only requested to be 20 min earlier more in a suggestive manner. Lovely place..

I went for pain therapy/diagnosis. The final report differs from what was experienced. It lists therapies that I did not receive. After 16 days of stay, my treating doctor changed. I was taken in by an understanding doctor who also recognized the success of my own therapy. Another doctor wrote the final report, which is essential for my future medical career. The report praises the in-house therapy and downplays my personal successes against my illnesses. Now it's clear to me why you only get the report when you leave, i.e. at the door. Painkillers such as ibuprofen, which only numb the pain for a short time, are preferred here. I felt that the pain therapy was standardized. Individual deviations were not wanted. It was difficult or impossible to get used to multiple illnesses and alternative therapies here! The therapists were great. And it's pretty there too. However, there was a lack of opportunities to provide appropriate self-therapy in rooms and equipment (including outdoors). Ordering food was a disaster.

First the positive: The food is great, the kitchen team does a great job. For my birthday I received a birthday card from the kitchen team and a small, lovingly prepared fruit bowl. Thanks again for that. Ms. Noak, my physiotherapist in charge, is great, she explains the connections in a way that you can understand. She is sensitive and radiates calm. The nurses on ward 7 are trying very hard, but you can also sense some dissatisfaction, which I can understand. Now about my treatment. I am very disappointed about this, I would have liked more diagnostics, not just a gait analysis. My request for an MRI examination of the cervical and lumbar spine was rejected with the words: “We don’t see any need for that.” The CDs I had with me were already 2-3 years old, but were sufficient for the doctors who were responsible for me. The therapies I had were good to very good, but they mostly took place in the morning, so that you were knocked out by lunchtime. Sometimes you had to eat your breakfast within minutes. Stan had a lot on his agenda in the afternoon, but it was either watching videos about breathing therapy, which the group had already done in the morning, or using two devices in the hallway. So I went back home with tips and some rest, but with just as much pain as at the beginning. I think I was just unlucky with my doctors.
