Impossible to get contact with department for over two weeks now. Email no answer and phone nobody picks up (after 20 min of waiting I gave up). The doctor is amazing and very good but if you have any issue around your prescription or need to talk to someone its impossible. I have ccd the atencionpaciente email to the thread last friday.

A family member was treated here and have nothing but good things to say about doctors and nurses when you are physically there. First time I feel doctors from different departments actually communicate with each other. The only bad thing is that it’s really hard to get anything done by phone which very frustrating.

As someone who's Spanish is a bit limited, huge thanks to the two lovely receptionist's. They were able to give invaluable help, especially sorting out issues I had with DKV.
