There's a good people and there's a very bad people, but the hospital has to make a Training courses for workers to deal with patients and should be attention to patients' complaints. I wonder how a kind docteur like Dr Ilenko Anna has a secretary like that🤷🏻‍♀️ her secretary is a very tough person😬 Violent, aggressive👽 and attacker😡 She does not respect the patients😡 and believes that they are her slaves😈 and that she works for free not for money, and that she works in her own institution or in her home.

Unfortunately, the hospital has become bad. It has become for trainee doctors, not for excellent doctors in the past. I can't thank all the staff at The Christie enough. I had a minor procedure with them and during my time there felt truly cared for and supported. I was kept up to date every step of the way, my doctor and the nurses all listened to me, answered questions and I'll be forever grateful for their help!

I cannot praise The Christie too much. Although I'd rather not have to visit there, the amazing team make it so much easier and I actually look forward to seeing them. They are efficient, caring, compassionate, honest and help me so much. If I want to talk, someone is always available, my specialist nurse always gets back to me if I have an issue or need results. On March 27, my mother was operated on in this center (brain tumor) by doctor Taras Stepanovych Gavryliv. To say that I thank him is not enough. Absolutely amazing.. from beginning consultations, staff at reception, HNO... all the way down to the operation itself.. I am very very pleased. The ward, staff, and best of all Dr Aziz.. were amazing. One thing I didnt like.. (but I'm not going to let that stop me giving 5 stars).. is the staff in the holding area before and (especially) after the OP. They weren't friendly at all.. before the operation, the guy seemed like he wasn't happy to be there.. like he was fed up with everything and everyone.. Never in my life has a cannula caused me so much pain.... But worst of all.. after the Operation.. even though I was still coming out of the anesthesia, I was fully aware of my surroundings... the female nurse there was busy trying to complete some online course, but because her computer kept freezing or something, she kept shouting and swearing. My mouth was dry and wasn't sure if I was allowed to drink so I asked politely for a sponge used to moisten the mouth.. She just shrugged off my request and didnt help me.. I did later finally get a sip of water from the fed up male attendant.. being in pain and having to listen to the screeching insults being hurled at a PC, wasn't a pleasant experience. However, as soon as the assistant surgeon gave me the adequate pain relief and I was on the ward.. everything was great again. The staff on ward D2 deserve a pay rise. Loved every minute.. The ward itself is very cozy and rooms were luxury.. Best coffee machine ever!! All staff there were very attentive to my needs and helped in any way they could. The aftercare is also amazing.

I had a consultation with Dr.Siklós Pál. Until now I don't understand why I was treated badly! It breaks my heart that a doctor treat you like that when you are going through hard time, no empathy! I was not treated like human.

Parking is a nightmare. Trying to get a consistent and convenient physical therapy appointment is a challenge. The current street and intersection construction makes it difficult and time consuming just to get to your appointment. My Orthopedic doctor is great.

This review is for the Emergency Centre. How efficient, respectful and helpful they were. I visited the centre on Sunday afternoon - it was busy- but people were "processed" quickly. My Polish is poor but thankfully the wonderful young woman on Reception spoke impeccable English and helped me check in. Dr Tomasz Szymanski who inspected my injury also spoke excellent English, explained everything clearly and examined me thoroughly. I was asked to wear a face mask- I refused as I have an exemption - they respected this without question. The emergency part of this Centre I would recommend. The main Orthopaedic part - ABSOLUTELY NOT.

I was accompanying a patient from overseas, the initial consultation was done on line with test results having been sent to the consultant electronically, the hospital has a co ordinator for patients from over seas. All additional blood tests, x-xrays, ecgs, &an mri were done on the first day all results were supplied for the patient on a CD, prior to the face-to-face consultation with the specialist to confirm the required surgery, this was done 2 days later. The cost with flights food and hotel was less than the same surgery would have been private in England.

The medical level is high but they refuse to help even if there's an emergency but you weren't having appointment. Some doctors are below that level, so beware who treats you.

I had knee meniscus arthroscopy surgery at RNOH hospital in Stanmore (via the Private Care Unit) and I was truly satisfied with the results. All of the staff were genuinely amazing in helping me feel welcomed, relaxed and taken care of. ***FYI, I found this hospital through the NHS hospitals reviews website as being the best in the UK when dealing with joints issues like mine.*** Special thanks to Dr Chethan Jayadev (my surgeon) and his team in the operation theatre. Also special thanks to the Senior Nurse Sima who made sure everything is prepared and ready for me before and after the operation - she was amazing in every given moment even when I was leaving the hospital she made sure I can hop in the car in a safe for my knee way... I mean wow it does not cost much to be nice to others. Frankly speaking my experience as being positive matched with the reviews I read about this hospital few years ago. It is nice to see that they are keeping up with the reputation and level of service. I wish you very best if you are planning to go for a surgery at this hospital and I am sure whichever path you choose either funded through NHS or though Private Health Insurance Provider you will be treated very well - saying that as I had the opportunity to see and experience both pathways and levels of treatments. ❤️👍

I recently had a spinal procedure under the care of Mr Leong. I am extremely grateful for the level of care and attention I received, from being offered alternatives before I was ready to take the plunge with surgery, to the surgery itself and after care. It was lovely to feel complete faith in my consultant but also to hear other doctors speak so highly of him. The whole team at RNOH were so helpful and attentive and I am truly grateful to Mr Leong, for his kind & caring attitude and for getting me back on my feet again.

I was on vacation in Paris and was taken here with excruciating & sudden stomach pain. I had to have an emergency surgery to remove part of my large intestine due to a twist - or a “volvulous”. I was kept in the emergency waiting room overnight- part of the night in an empty hallway- with pain so severe that I almost fainted several times. I was certain I was going to die because I didn’t know if anyone would notice if I lost consciousness. The nurses and doctors I spoke with told me “we will come back with pain medication” but hours went by without seeing anyone again. Almost no one spoke English. I was terrified and traumatized. I would give this hospital 0 stars, HOWEVER. Once I got into surgery, the doctors were kind to me. I was crying quite a bit and they calmed me down and played music for me. The surgery went well, and I obviously survived without complications. I feel so grateful they caught the twist and operated on me within 16 hours of me being there. They did save my life. I don’t know who is reading this and if you are considering going here, but try to go to the American hospital if at all possible. I hope you get the care you need and deserve. Do not expect nurses there to care for you like nurses do in America.

Decent if you need urgent help. Extremely unhelpful staff in the registration desk, was told “you’re in france, speak french” after I asked them if they spoke English. The hospital felt very dirty and the waiting room was a chaos. Other than a long waiting time for non-priority cases, the care was acceptable.

I was just severely hurt by the staff member pictured here at emergency. I came in anxious and stressed about my condition. They were only meant to be checking my temperature in my ear but he did so forcibly it hurt me so bad, it gave me a panic attack. Then when I said something I was screamed at in French. I will be contacting a lawyer.

I was there from November 20th to November 27th because of a cervical disc prosthesis. If only I had had this clinic last year I could have saved myself an operation. This clinic is really great. Doctors, nursing staff and so on, everyone is super nice and always has a smile. I couldn't complain about the food. Some other clinics can learn a lesson from this clinic. You're all really great, keep it up and stay the way you are. Some disadvantages are that there is no cafeteria so you can sit for a bit. 🤣 Thanks a million to all of you.

I had a hip operation in July, the preparation and organization was great. The staff, nurses and doctors were all excellent, only the food could be improved. I can only recommend this clinic.

I had hip surgery in Hohwald 4 months ago and am very satisfied with the result. The doctors and nurses are all very nice. Unless Doctor Cancler should think about how he treats his patients. Telling a patient the day before surgery that her prognosis doesn't look good is not the most sensitive way.
