My doctors were helpful, skilled, professional and provided me a lot of information. After operation services and information is complete with high priority to the after operation services. The urgence for post opération patients was fast and of full service. The nurses when I came before the operation were too busy, they let me in, gave me my wrist tag and gave me 3 medicines but let me waited 2 hours and no one came back to me to update me that the operation will within 2 hours of waiting . I came at 8h50 and the actual operation is at 11h15, in between the waiting hours, no one has came to re assure me and update me of the schedule that made me nervous and worried for 2 hours. All nurses were so busy that morning and talks a lot to each other without double checking or just to give a quick short words to me for 2 hours in the waiting room before the Anesthesist picked me up. Thank you.

I was very well looked after for my first pregnancy. The team was superb, whether it was for the pregnancy follow-up, the day of the birth or the aftermath of the birth. For this alone I say bravo! But above all, I love the student nurses we met, who were full of compassion and kindness, much more than the nurses themselves. I don't give 5 stars because there is still a lot of room for improvement: - at all my pregnancy follow-up appointments, the wait always lasted more than an hour even though we were told to arrive 30 min before the appointment 🙄 - cold administrative reception - a lady at the analysis laboratory shouted at an old man who didn't understand the process (taking a ticket, waiting etc.) when he had just asked nicely what to do - we were scared when our baby was born, that he couldn't latch on, that he was going to starve to death, that we had to go to the osteopath...when a few days later our baby gained weight. We didn't understand the point of scaring us so much when in the end everything was going well.

I am impressed with the level of the hospital, attitude of medical and medical care. Grateful my surgery was handled here with great professionalism. Merci bien!

On March 27, my mother was operated on in this center (brain tumor) by doctor Taras Stepanovych Gavryliv. To say that I thank him is not enough. Because he is a doctor from whom everyone should take an example. Responsible, tactful and, in general, professionally treats his patients and people in general. It has been more than half a year since the operation. My mother feels great. She speaks, she is not paralyzed as they told me in our hospital, as they told me in Kyiv. I will also tell you that I don't have a week without people contacting me to get some information, feedback. Because I understand the things that I myself had to go through. But in the center of Neurosurgery, everything is so well thought out, everything is so professionally selected that you fully surrender yourself to the doctor and are no longer afraid. I read a bad review about resuscitation. I do not know of such a case, I have not seen with my own eyes sloppy treatment of people on the part of the staff, and I myself, believe me, do not have a very good character!!! The doctors in the intensive care unit looked after the patients normally and professionally. I was even amazed, and I saw and heard the feedback of other people, patients. I was once given such advice that I would listen to my doctor with my heart. Так і сталося ! working from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., doctor Taras Stepanovych also held online consultations late in the evening. And he did not pick up the phone, did not grumble on the phone, but on the contrary, gave answers calmly, answering questions, reassuring. Я дуже , дуже рекомендую цю клініку і свого лікаря . Я писала пост в фейсбуці на рахунок лікарні ,щоб люди знали що є таке місце де допоможуть , де не скалічать , де не стоіть питання перше - скільки ви маєте коштів ! я зверталася по місцю в нас в управління охорони здоров"я , з питанням - ЧОМУ ????? чому в нас не можна таке зробити всюди ????? в кожному місті !!! Thank you very much to Dmytro Serhiyovych Sikorsky and Oleksandr Oleksandrovich Yarty for correcting the mistake and taking care of me throughout my stay in the hospital. Thank you for teaching me how to sit down and try to stand up. Regarding rehabilitation, we can only wish for the best. While the head of rehabilitation is Kateryna Oleksandrivna Zinov'eva - I do not recommend it.

The operation went smoothly, clearly, in a word, professionally! The whole team is top notch. Fantastic job!

Very nice modern building. On the ground floor there is a reception desk, paid services, a cloakroom, a cash desk, toilets, a pharmacy, a cafe, information kiosks from Belorusbank, Belpochta. Electronic queue. Comfortable corners for waiting and relaxing. Information stands with indication of specializations and layout of offices. There were no queues during the daytime. I was satisfied with the visit. Called according to appointment time. Gave professional advice and treatment. Received competent answers to all my questions. As for the prices for paid services - average.

Have the findings checked by a second authority!!!! You can save yourself having to contact the patient service center. After a check-up appointment at the dermatological outpatient clinic at the beginning of July this year. received an incorrect finding. (The doctor was on the phone the whole time during the examination and while typing on the PC; so he didn't listen to me). I disputed the findings through the patient service center and pointed out everything that was demonstrably wrong. I was contacted by phone X times with various questions, but until November 27th. there was no completion.

As a foreigner travelling to Prague, this hospital was very helpful. When I got there, the foreign reception was closed and it was hard to communicate with the late at the emergency. Once I was admitted, the doctors and nurses were very competent professionals during my 3 days stay there.

SKIP THIS PLACE! Hospital with old school doctors who see the need to question you inappropriately and then chastise you for coming in after hours with “nothing major.” The attitude in this hospital reflects a pre 1989 mentality when staff were unaware that ever patient is PRIMARILY a client! Go somewhere else; anywhere!!!

Omg! After living in CZ as English speaker for almost 3 years, I finally found the best hospital here. I was here mostly at the cardiology department. Most of the nurses can speak English. Even if they are not, they still try to communicate with you. And ofc, all doctor can speak English. All of them are so patient, nice, and friendly. I was super surprise that I had some chitchat with some nurses during the waiting times. The waiting time is logically make sense. I can simply say, they love their jobs. I can’t recommend anywhere else rather than here :) Best one 😊

I received a back pain relief massage from physiotherapist Petri Salose. He also promised to ask the house doctor for a painkiller prescription. The care is really commendable, because the next morning Petri called and asked how I was doing. He also arranged a new time, so that I can get in shape before leaving for the fall trip. Recently went in as a day case for a diagnostic procedure. From start to finish they made my time there almost enjoyable!!! The reception team, nurses , theatre staff and the Consultant were all brilliant. Communication was second to none and the teams we are all straightforward and uncomplicated. A credit to Fairfield Independent Hospital.

Absolutely shambles of a place can't run outpatient clinics on time .. Seems there time is more important than yours BE AWARE... It like there doing you a favour by operating clinics on a weekend ..!!! Unhelpful staff AVIOD ...

I am completely disgusted at how they view their patients. It seems as though the medical staff only show the care that comes with their job when you are employed or local to the surrounding area. If you are simply an independent carer for your autistic child then they will cast you aside, simply sending you somewhere else without even asking about your condition or symptoms. They truly know how to make you feel like a burden, as if you shouldn't have even stepped foot on the premises and I truly believe they are aware of this. I am a widowed Catholic mother of three with no support, visual issues and am single handedly guiding and aiding my autistic child through life. I come here for extrema pain in my back and they simply send me away after an uncaring talk. The medical staff and those incharge can easily solve this problem by climbing down from their ivory tower and acknowledging that we are all humans and are all entitled to the care we so rightly deserve. Absolutely foul.

I had knee meniscus arthroscopy surgery at RNOH hospital in Stanmore (via the Private Care Unit) and I was truly satisfied with the results. All of the staff were genuinely amazing in helping me feel welcomed, relaxed and taken care of. ***FYI, I found this hospital through the NHS hospitals reviews website as being the best in the UK when dealing with joints issues like mine.*** Special thanks to Dr Chethan Jayadev (my surgeon) and his team in the operation theatre. Also special thanks to the Senior Nurse Sima who made sure everything is prepared and ready for me before and after the operation - she was amazing in every given moment even when I was leaving the hospital she made sure I can hop in the car in a safe for my knee way... I mean wow it does not cost much to be nice to others. Frankly speaking my experience as being positive matched with the reviews I read about this hospital few years ago. It is nice to see that they are keeping up with the reputation and level of service. I wish you very best if you are planning to go for a surgery at this hospital and I am sure whichever path you choose either funded through NHS or though Private Health Insurance Provider you will be treated very well - saying that as I had the opportunity to see and experience both pathways and levels of treatments. ❤️👍

I recently had a spinal procedure under the care of Mr Leong. I am extremely grateful for the level of care and attention I received, from being offered alternatives before I was ready to take the plunge with surgery, to the surgery itself and after care. It was lovely to feel complete faith in my consultant but also to hear other doctors speak so highly of him. The whole team at RNOH were so helpful and attentive and I am truly grateful to Mr Leong, for his kind & caring attitude and for getting me back on my feet again.

I felt I was in great hands from start to finish & very much appreciated the care shown. Everyone from the consultant, ward team & theatre team did their very best to provide fantastic care. The physiotherapists were also fantastic & really worked hard to get me mobile & discuss any worries. Having such a great, knowledgeable, caring & welcoming team really does put a very stressful situation at ease - The team at the Albyn is second to none.

Attentive and very friendly staff! I postponed my surgery for so many years and so glad that I did it at Albyn hospital. The whole experience was very smooth and professional. Wouldn't have minded to get pampered by the staff a bit longer. Thank you for the amazing experience!

All the nurses and other staff were really nice to me. Always making sure I was ok before and after the surgery. My only questions are about my surgery which will be discussed with my doctor in a few weeks. But overall I had a good staying at Albyn. Thank you.

I had there fundraisers opening my door and when i confronted him, he said oh i thought you wont be able to hear me. Since when did they have the right to open my house door? eastlondon area. Please advise your staff not to open peoples porch doors or any door if they dont answer the door.

Will you please remind your door to door salespeople whom I guess are students operating in Ripley Derbyshire that it is against Charity Commission regulations to pressurise people into signing up to donating. They have been targeting elderly people twice in two days now. By using high pressure tactics like this you are tarnishing the good works this Hospital does.

We’ve been harassed by GOSH representatives on numerous occasions now. They knocked our door THREE times in a single day. Once at midday when no-one was home, the second just 10 minutes after I arrived home from work (obviously stalking me), and the third at 8:30pm!! I’ve previously expressed my disinterest on donating to the charity, yet they continue to return to our property. If a property could be put on a sort of TPS these guys would be in some serious trouble. After speaking to neighbours, they had nothing good to say either (we have a community Facebook Group), some even said that the representatives were extremely rude and overly personal - one lady even had to leave her house because she didn’t feel safe! Times are hard enough and people certainly aren’t going to donate money to a charity that is being represented by such rude individuals. We’ve offered to give them some spare change as a donation but they insist on bank details. You can jog on if you think I’m going to be giving my bank details to some stranger at my doorstep. I’ll happily donate to charity but it will be on my own terms - not with harassment and peer pressure at my door. I wrote this review after GOSH decided to ignore my email of complaint. We’ve now opted to purchase a ‘no cold callers’ plaque to prevent them from visiting in future. If they choose not to comply and continue to harass us, I will be taking this further; perhaps even deciding as a community to set up a ‘no cold calling zone’ with the Local Authority if need be.

We been in hospital for over 4 years and we are verry happy and satisfied with everything the doctors the nurses the ladys who are cleanining we are like a family but ,is a big But ,in San ildelfonso the chair for familly to sleep over the night need urgent change.is impossible to sleep.we have back pain, legs pain, over so many days in hospital is hard for us to rest .please help us ,on behave of familys

Before the reform this hospital was so unnerving that it looked like it came out of a horror film. After the reform it is much more colourful and has much more life. From what I have seen kids are way less scared of going to the hospital thanks to the reform. My only complaint is that with all the paintings navigating it has gotten a bit annoying. Overall if I had to take any children to do anything at a hospital near me this would be my first pick.

Horrible experience… i arrived at midnight in an ambulance with my 1 year old and i am sitting in the waiting room at 4:29 writing this review … they told me to wait for 5 hours for a doctor …. My son is really sick and cant do anything about it and the people that are supposed to help are just being awful to me for asking if they could check on him

Excellent care for our two year old, every staff member made us feel at ease, looked after us well. car parking (multi storey) was simple, drive in, no coins or tokens to mess around with, well laid out hospital and clean, far better than our local hospital (RPH)

Every single staff member I have met in this hospital, from security to cleaner reception to nurses to physicians, is a genuine nice person. They are willing to help you without hesitating. The communication between units is excellent.

The Family Planning and IVG service is incredible, I recommend 100% Welcoming, smiling, attentive and open-minded care. I made an appointment for a contraceptive consultation and the installation was done the same day. I was also offered to do STI screenings directly and even given the opportunity to discuss it with the counselor/psychologist available in place. Highly recommended !

I think one of the best hospitals in terms of "gynecological emergencies", good care, less waiting and the staff is friendly. I met a gynecologist who took care of me really TOP. on the other hand the level 2 nurses, not all of them but the good ten that I had to meet who wanted them to explain my whole situation in front of everyone when it's not easy and they didn't care, I found their attitude quite a pity but really this hospital is TOP.

Very warm welcome at the nuclear medicine department, the nurses, doctors and receptionists are all very empathetic and smiling. What a pleasure to be cared for and taken care of like this when I imagine that it must not be easy for them every day. Perfect 👍

Excellent staff of internal medicine: after many months looking for a diagnosis, they were the first and only to listen, study my symptoms, and find the cause in a rare illness, before sending me to the appropriate structure in Cochin. The structure is modern and clean; 5 stars also to the chef: the good food made my weeks there more pleasant.

Saw the emergency room in the middle of the night, waited less than half an hour, it was quite fast, the doctors and nurses were very caring, and there was even breakfast, although it was simple.

My anesthesiologists were playing Joanne while putting me to sleep. Great and kind staff. Very positive experience.

After a car accident I have been transferred to this hospital and I haven’t doubted for a second if I were in good hands. The doctors and nurses looked after me very well, from the first moments being in the ambulance to the last minute leaving the hospital a few days later. Grateful for the good care I got here.

Everyone is very helpful, except for the Doctor who was constantly going for smoke breaks, not taking any time to analyse and completely missing my diagnosis.

The women from the reception are so rude and didn't even listen to what I had to say. I waited 30minutes for an invoice because the only person who can do that was on the lunch break. Also, the doctor who did the sonography which takes 2 minutes told me "it is what it is" after I told him that I have pain in the area that he checked. Never again.

I was staying on the 3rd floor in Confraternität Privatklinik for an ankle surgery last April. All went well, there were no difficulties. Before my stay, the accounting office was very responsive to all inquires. Nurses and doctors were helpful and always assisted me and my needs; they could fluently speak English. I was impressed by the quality of the food! All comes with a price, but that was somehow inline with expectations for a private clinic.

Went there for a knee operation. The receptionist was unwelcoming and rude. The nurse who took the firsr details seems to have been too tired at the end of his shift. Not only did he forget to bring dinner as promised but put some important derails wrong, e.g. that the right knee should be operated and not the left. After 2 nurses and a doctor all kept saying my left knee was to be operated it was really too much. The floor doctor put a needle for the iv which when the nurse tried to hook up was transmitting the liquid outside the vein - which is quite painful! When i yelped at the pain, and corrected for the x time that my right knee should be operated and not the left one, the senior internist doctor in the room said that i was provoking her (!) Another person came to put in the needle for the iv, and after puncturing me about 8 times in different places said he gives up and the aneastesist will hsve to do it at the OP theater. Honestly if the knee surgery was not an emergency (carthilage broke and fractures on kneecap made any movement impossible) i would have walked out. I have to say however that most nurses were kind and compassionate - however when mistakes are put in the system they seemed unable to rectify, which however could have had serious consequences. I gave this information on their feedback form - but there was no resonance. Since this happened during Easter i assume management does not care and the requested feedback was a waste of my time. No surprise that the final bill was inaccuracte. I will not go into this hospital again and do not recommend it.
