Percutaneous balloon aortic valvuloplasty (PBAV) in 1 Cardiac surgery clinic in Rohrbach-Berg

I arrived on time for my MRI appointment. Staff very friendly and competent. After that I had to reschedule an operation date in the gynecology department. The ward sister personally took me to the outpatient clinic, where the head of the department immediately addressed my concerns and kindly and even arranged the anesthesia appointment for me. There is so much complaining about outpatient clinics and hospitals, there needs to be some praise. Thank you very much and kind regards! Barbara Munzinger

Very modern, clean and friendly. The staff were all just great! My daughter, 11 years old, has an injury to her foot and was thoroughly examined, including an x-ray - all in about 45 minutes! A huge thank you from all of us!

A big thank you to the entire staff of the Rohrbach Hospital, especially to the surgical team. As soon as I was accepted, I felt understood and I was told that I would be treated with warmth. The inpatient admission was overwhelming. Everyone was friendly, in a good mood, always concerned about their patients. In my opinion, our Austrian health system is currently sliding into the abyss, but the KH Rohrbach has proven to be well organized and stable. Thanks again for the great care.

During the vacation I had some complications with my pregnancy and I had to go to the hospital urgently. The waiting time was less than 30 minutes. In Belgium, sometimes it can take 3 hours, it depends on the problem. I was hospitalized at the gynecology department. The staff was very nice, very caring. The majority speak English very well. The conditions in the hospital are very good and the food was ok. Thank you for your care!

I went to this hospital due to a condition which went away during my intake. Regardless of this they took the time to check out my vital signs thoroughly. I was helped quickly, professionally and the staff was friendly.

We had to drive to the 24/7 dental clinic because in the neighborhood was no other options. Surprised of how many people was in waiting line for emergency help. We didn’t he’d other chance just wait... cca 6 prs before us and we are after 2 hours not inn. The building and whole complex is huge much bigger as we thought 💭. In a way modern, clean, compact, organized system ... Hope to be back home ASAP

I went to emergency at 9 pm. I got bleeding from my uterus and very painful Stomachache, I am bleeding non-stop like 3 days continuing and the doctor asked me "Why are you here?" Asked me two times and I explained my symptoms and she told me to take pain killers without checking my bleeding things. PS. I am not on My period right now and I am still bleeding until now! What a Unprofessional Doctor! No any patients would like to go to Emergency if they really do not need help!

We were in an emergency situation where we were informed to reach the BDU department. Unfortunately it was the wrong department for the treatment which was needed but the BDU department saw to it that they won't even touch the patient who is in excruciating pain. They didn't even try to give the patient some kind of pain medication. After an hour we reached the right department and they were in horror to see the patient and surprised why the BDU department didn't do anything. Thanks to the urology department, we got the right treatment on time but the negligence of the BDU department and how they shrug their shoulders off is something I had to write here. I hope no one else goes through this..

Have the findings checked by a second authority!!!! You can save yourself having to contact the patient service center. After a check-up appointment at the dermatological outpatient clinic at the beginning of July this year. received an incorrect finding. (The doctor was on the phone the whole time during the examination and while typing on the PC; so he didn't listen to me). I disputed the findings through the patient service center and pointed out everything that was demonstrably wrong. I was contacted by phone X times with various questions, but until November 27th. there was no completion.

The sisters on the 9th floor made the stay as pleasant as possible. Special thanks to Dr. Eder who carried out the procedure. Her empathy and human nature made me feel safe and in good hands. Many thanks to everyone who looked after me.

Our two children were born in this hospital in 2019 and 2023. We can only report positive things about our time here. You felt very cared for and the entire team is extremely competent, motivated, courteous and friendly. It is important to me to mention this and thank you for all your efforts. I had the most horrible experience in the gynecology department here, my house doctor told me to go to the emergency room and when I got in for my consultation the doctor told me my problem is not an emergency and that there are people who actually need help. It was my first time seeing a gynecologist and she asked me if I have been before and I said no because I was not financially able to ever before and she almost laughed at me and said „no doctors in your country?“ she was clearly bothered by the fact that I asked her if we can speak in English. After she consulted me she said she can’t give me a diagnostic and than gave me a prescription without a diagnostic. She made me feel very uncomfortable, she made fun of me and where I come from, made me feel like I am not worth helping even tho my house doctor did. That woman should not be a doctor of any kind she was horrible!

We were in the children's hospital last night with our 10-week-old daughter and were really excited. Of course it was to wait but that's the way it is now. The doctors and the nurse were super nice and took really good care of our mouse. Our mouse obviously felt good, despite being in a really bad mood. During the examination she made the whole team and us smile and laugh. We felt very well cared for. Thanks!

Very rude nurse and very rude doctor. I had severe shoulder pain, even could not move my hand. I went to Orthopadie department. Doctor even did not check my shoulder because I had not taken appointment.They sent me back that I should get appointment from my orthopadie. That was very surprising. They said me to take painkiller. I had severe pain in a cyst on my back even i could not take a single step they gave me pain killer and sent me back to get appointment from Doctor. Hospitals are for emergencies. If I could wait for appointments why to go in Hospital. I went there three consecutive days due to severe pain in cyst. After waiting time of 4 hours they were sending me back that I should be operated at klinic.

I had to take my friend because he wasn’t good at all. The doctor was really nice, majority of the staff spoke English. They were so helpful. My friend got a little better and we went home. The only inconvenience was waiting.

On September 22, having a Vienna view tour, my mom (from Ukraine) has heavily injured her leg. Ambulance got her to your hospital, where she received qualified medical help. Medical staff showed empathy and competence in such stressful situation. Want to thank both the ambulance crew and the "Klinik Donaustadt" team.

I have never felt respected and treated better as I was in this hospital as a patient.

I tried and failed to book an appointment for my daughter, trying to speak German, thought my German is not so good yet, I still have a certification for an A2 level. I have been told in a very rude way that I should learn to speak German before trying to book an appointment. This kind of people makes me vomit.

I had a big femur tumor which needed curettage and plate. I was recommended Prim. Martin Dominkus. I came from Romania for my surgery. The entire process went through flawless: communication, registration, preoperative examination, surgery, post surgery care. Medical staff is extremly organised but very calm. Extremely satisfied, can't thank you enough! Cheers to Station B1 team!
